History:

The two twins were born in the State of Italy, and were of Japanese and Italian descent. Their lives were rather unspectacular for the most part as they grew up, until their city was involved in a experiment conducted under General Cran. The entire city underwent psionic drug testing, resulting in 95% of the population going insane. Dawn was one of those who lost their mind, and was convinced the entire city was attacked by monsters, and that his sister was lost to him. His memory and mind were shattered after the event, and he would spend the next decade searching for his twin sister.

Dawn's wealth and influence spanned back many generations, and he used his money to get him through, while doing work on the side that suited him - espionage, spying, etc. This eventually led him into the path of Darien Starr and those with him. Getting caught up in their battles with Legion and the Progenitor, Dawn learned more about what happened to his sister, Fiore. One of the 5% that were successful in the psionic experiment, she had been moving about over the decade, doing unknown work for various agencies. Dawn and Fiore came to blows in the ruins of their home town finally, where Dawn learned the truth about what happened to his hometown. Subduing Fiore, he moved in with Darien Starr to try to bring the old sister he knew back out of her. At the same time, Dawn's powers finally began to manifest, with the help and training of other psionics.

Eventually, the organization known as V.I. resurfaced, and they have their eye on the two twins, interested in what they call "Dawn's unlimited potiential." Dawn's own father was seemingly apart of the organization, but after his father's apparant death, Dawn has been left with more questions than answers. The only thing that is certain is the fact he will have to deal with V.I. and whatever agenda they have for him and his sister.
