What's known about Loki is that he started his career in the Cartel as a trade runner who had a penchant for manipulating people into doing his dirty work and as time went by, he caught Odin's sight and was offered a position as one of the 11 Core
members of the Cartel, a position he enjoyed all too well as it gave him the power to manipulate and toy with whoever he wants just for the joy of it.

Normally a man who worked alone, he formed an odd connection with Ruby Carter and began to work alongside her. Wether it was because she was the only person who could tolerate his antics or if she felt sorry for him, they two have formed a pair among the Cartel that most people aspire too and others fear. Loki found himself working along side the Erevis team when they came to Cartel space in search of a Progenitor ship that was expected to appear. And like when any opportunity knocks, Loki quickly found a way to get himself tied into what they were looking for by using Iceheart and then Billy, Fiore and Drasek. And not being one to get his hands dirty, he made a deal with the three to take care of a growing problem that goes by the name Vivi. Finding himself trapped on a the Progenitor ship, time will only tell where Loki's true interests lie and how far he'll goto get what he really wants.
