"I found the successful projects to our Ultimate Weapon a few years ago," Kravier told him, happily.
"Oh, I see. That's nice."
"But, sir, they hold great potiential, since they are both in the Hunters. I would request permission to continue the research and make a better one..." Kravier continued.
"Hmmm...interesting. Proceed. But my Ultimate Weapon will be the one to crush the Hunters, just watch and see," the President said evilly, smirking. His was a weapon, Kravier's was a living one.
Kravier nodded and left. A few seconds later a man appeared next to the President. "Ah, Hodges....I want you to prepare my weaponary. And, have you got those bounty hunter connections I wanted?"
Hodges nodded. "Yes, sir."
"Good. You're a better man than Albert was. Don't fail me, like him," the President finished cooly.
