* Snipe throws a quick punch at Cole's face
* Colephantus barely dodges it and returns one of his own.
* Snipe leans backwards, letting the punch slide over his face where his head once was located. Then, ducking downward, he launches forward with an uppercut.
* Colephantus pushes both arms down the block the uppercut but doesn't have enough strength....the uppercut breaks the through and crakcs him in the chin...he is uplifted and sent through the air.
* Colephantus comes crashing down on the training room floor.
* Snipe crouches low, then leaps up into the air, sailing forward through it as he hovers over Cole - then gravity begins to pull him downward, feet first, for Cole's chest.
* Colephantus rolls to the left and quickly raises his leg to sweep Snipe.
* Snipe lands on the ground, cracking the floor. Cole's leg sweeps him and he falls back, throwing out his right hand to impact against the ground, then twisting himself to get away from any counter attacks by Cole.
* Colephantus rolls away and back up to his feet....he surveys Snipe and runs at him throwing a round house kick up to Snipe's face.
* Snipe holds up his arm, letting Cole's kick impact against it with a resounding thud. He then twists his hand downward, attempting to grip Cole's leg - and if successful, spin and launch him toward the wall.
* Colephantus is grabbed and spun at the wall....in air he twists though to land his feet on the wall....he then drops down to the ground and eyes Snipe.
* Snipe turns around in place to face Cole. Sweat runs down the sides of his face, but his breathing is normal and controlled. He holds up his arms again, sliding into a fighting stance.
<Colephantus> ...You seem to be advancing with me...I don't seem to be making any headway.
<Snipe> And here I thought you were getting faster.
<Colephantus> I can't tell....And I still don't understand the whole blurring out thing...
<Snipe> It's because you haven't broken your body's barrier yet.
* Colephantus sighs "And how the hell do I do that?"
<Snipe> Usually it happens when you're desperate.
* Snipe drops his hands to his side, standing up fully to regard COle.
<Colephantus> Snipe....
<Snipe> Yes?
<Colephantus> Has the situation got any better?
<Snipe> You mean with the guests?
<Colephantus> I was in my quarters last night so I never heard any word.
* Colephantus nods.
<Snipe> For the past 10 days our supplies have cut down quickly and one of them killed another.
<Colephantus> .....I knew this was going to happen.
* Colephantus lowers his head.
<Snipe> Yeah, chances were it was going to happen.
<Colephantus> Then why the hell did they do it? Yes I wanted to help them...but not in any way that it would hurt us...
<Snipe> Well, they're dead set on helping them. From what I understand from Katrnia, DS gave them the thumbs up.

* Colephantus is obviously annoyed.
<Snipe> Death Star? Huh. Being a reploid, I thought you would have known about him.
* Colephantus thinks for a moment.
<Colephantus> Oh wait Yeah I do....he helped form the Alliance and led the people to stop the Tsivs or somethign along that line wasn't it?
<Snipe> Yeah. His actions can be traced back to the Maverick Wars, too. He's been around a while.
<Colephantus> Yeah....I've just never heard anyone call him DS...Reploids idolize him....I dun too much....another strong warrior to me.
<Snipe> Well, he's dangerous. Good or bad, he's dangerous.
<Colephantus> Yeah I read the file a while back....the whole Motenk mishap on earth wasn't it?
<Snipe> Yes. I might have trace element of Motenk energy in me, but they put tons of it into him. He's looney toons.
<Colephantus> I'd say so....I'm just suprised that hes still around...figured that much would kill him.
<Snipe> He doesn't know the meaning of dying. Not a bad motto, I suppose.
<Colephantus> I assume so.
* Snipe grabs a towel and wipes at his face, as if winding down from the fighting.
* Colephantus glances around.
<Colephantus> I have a worry...
* Snipe finishes wiping his face, throwing the towel down. He grabs his glasses, putting them on his face, then looks at Cole.
<Snipe> What?
<Colephantus> Say the whole Motenk thing occurs....what if I can't stop you?
<Colephantus> Dias as well....it would be very hard for me to stop either of you.
<Snipe> If both us got nutty, you might do better to rally the others. Ariel would be the most likely to help you
<Colephantus> But only if one of you do...and no one else will help....I'm not sure I can do it...I know I could mentally...your good guys and all but I look at the bigger picture....I'm talking about physically.
<Snipe> Then we need to find a way to break your barriers.
* Colephantus nods.
<Colephantus> I wish I knew how....I really do.
<Snipe> Reaching 'the next level' isn't easy. Some people just can't do it. Katrina, for example, doesn't have it in her to do it, in my opinion.
* Colephantus crosses his arms...
<Colephantus> I know I couldn't do it because of an emotion....I have no strong feelings for anything....especially someone.
* Snipe walks over next to Cole, glancing out into the empty hallway. He looks at Cole
<Snipe> They stay the need to protect someone is the greatest source of power ever.
<Snipe> (say)
* Colephantus looks down...."WHo do I have to protect...Kat...is into Tsiv....and all the other girls are married...."
<Snipe> I can't answer that one for you, I'm afraid. It's something you have to figure out for yourself.
* Colephantus contemplates.
<Colephantus> I assumed so.
<Snipe> However, there is a good substitute for protecting.
<Colephantus> Yes?
<Snipe> Rage. Pure rage. 6He offers a smile, then does a little wave as he walks out of the training room.
* Colephantus doesn't say anything and simply stands there staring at the grounf.

<Snipe> <Sim Computer> Does not compute.
<Colephantus> Random.

* Snipe steps onto the bridge.

<Colephantus> Give me something from Deathstar.
<Snipe> <Sim Computer> Computing. 6* Shakily, a simulator appears of Death Star from the TAW1 era - a reploid with black and blur armor, spikeish black hair, and deep blue eyes, which focus on Cole after several minutes as the computer slowly loads in all the protocols. It's a slow process, probably from the fact Snipe mentioned some 'accident' in the computer's past.
* Colephantus watches....not moving an inch.

* Colephantus simply stares.
<Snipe> 6* DeathStar fixes his gaze on Cole, then begins to move, slowly, a few steps. He looks at Cole, raising an eyebrow at the silence.
<Colephantus> Many people say you were a great man....I don't understand why.
<Snipe> <Death Star> People attach 'great' to people who do things they can't fanthom doing themselves.

<Snipe> <Death Star> I could list everything I've done, but then, why?
<Colephantus> I know I can do what you have...I just need a reason...someone to do it for...
<Snipe> <Death Star> Where does your alligence stand?
<Colephantus> I stand where I believe is right.
<Colephantus> Currently it is here...on the Aquarius.

<Snipe> <Death Star> A group of people were like slaves to another set. They always did what they were told and they were treated like second-class citizens. Then, when some of the 'slaves' grew tired of it, they rose up and began to kill their oppressors. It caused great fear - but some of the 'slaves' did not agree with this and fought against the slayers. In the end, the main group thought the slaves in general were too dangerous

* Colephantus nods "Continue"
* Dias sighs and taps his comm
<Snipe> <Death Star> Reploids were banished to the Wastelands for the crimes of all. Even if only a few did it. There they resided for decades until humans were in danger of being taken over by an alien race. So reploids were called upon once more to help protect humans. Reploids did this - not all, some even fought humans, but some did. They became the Hunters - and they fought to protect Earth.
<Dias> Computer, where's Snipe?
<Snipe> <Computer> Snipe is located on the bridge.
* Dias turns and heads to the elevator hopping in and hitting the bridge button
* Colephantus listens
<Snipe> <Death Star> Reploids and Humans - the Hunters - fought to protect Earth. But, Earth once again turned their back on the Hunters. They said they were no longer needed. But the Tsivrixsh aliens were still coming. What do you think the Hunters did? They had no respect - they were being hunted. They had no home. They had no hope. But they fought. Fought for the planet trying to banish them
<Colephantus> Why?
<Snipe> <Death Star> Because they wanted to save their home - the only home they ever knew. Because they wanted the humans to recognize reploids as equals. Because they knew they could do something about it.
* Colephantus ponders.
<Snipe> <Death Star> Some fight for honor. Some fight for glory. Some fight because it's all they can do. Some fight to protect. Some fight because they love death.

* Dias steps off onto the bridge and looks for Snipe
<Colephantus> I fight to live....its all I have left...is my own life.
* Snipe glances around his shoulder, a large planet in front of them with a moon that looks liveable orbiting it.
* Snipe then tuns to look at Dias.
<Snipe> <Death Star> So you fight because it's all you can do?
<Colephantus> What else is there? I have no friends...no Home...I have no love....no family.
<Snipe> <Death Star> Then the battlefield will be your home.
<Kimera> <Ariel> *steps onto the bridge, stretching a little. She has a cup of coffee that isn't X1 brand, and looks like she's still waking up*

<Dias> Snipe, I wanna say I'm sorry for what I said about you and your family. Like usual, the words popped out of my mouth before I thought about them.
* Snipe blinks, his mouth opening and his eyes widening in confusion. He then closes his mouth, regarding Dias slowly

<Snipe> <Death Star> It was no problem.
<Dias> Yeah...Timing isn't another one of my pros.

<Snipe> 6* The Death Star simulator vanishes, leaving Cole alone.
* Snipe crosses his arms, rubbing at the side of his face. He nods once.
<Snipe> Thanks, Dias.
* Colephantus turns and step out of the training area and into the hall.
* Ariel glances at Snipe and Dias, but says nothing, and just sips her coffee.
<Dias> No, thank you for forgiving me. You've been one of my best friends and I felt I almost lost that.
* Snipe pats Dias on the shoulder, giving a friendly smile.
<Snipe> You're too annoying to get rid of
<Dias> That's what Eve keeps telling me.
* Colephantus walks onto the elevator and pushes the button for the Bridge.
* Dias looks out at the planet and the moon
<Snipe> 6* Katrina looks up from her console. "The moon is just perfect for our guests. There's just a problem - it already has a humanlike species on it. "
<Dias> So what do we got going on here?
<Snipe> Another humanoid species...
<Dias> ...The moon?
* Colephantus steps onto the bridge and leans against the wall.
<Dias> Isn't it usually other way around?
<Snipe> Usually it is. But the moon is the one who's all life like.
<Dias> Is the main planet even habitable?
<Snipe> <Katrina> No. It's like something happened to it long ago.
<Dias> I'd hate to risk having any conflicts right away...Is it possible for us to drop them off on an isolated island?
<Snipe> What, first you grab some people from a planet, now you're dumping them on a planet with another race? Don't you think a big war is going to break out?
<Dias> That's why I chose an isolated island.
<Snipe> ...Well, we can't afford to keep them any longer. Maybe dumping them would be best.
<Dias> We gave them a second chance at best.
<Snipe> <Katrina> But the two races, when they meet in the future, could destroy each other.
<Colephantus> At least they'll have a chance of survival.
<Dias> On an isolated island with only 500 people, they at a disadvantage already.
* Ariel leans back against the wall, coffee cuped in her hands, and laughs lightly.
* Snipe looks at Ariel, confusion on his face

<Colephantus> In the future they'll have more people.
<Ariel> Just thinking of how their history books are going to turn out...
<Dias> If anything the island'll keep them from expanding to greatly.
<Ariel> "How did you get here?" "We evolved from apes. What about you?" "We were planted here by aliens." "Wierdos."
* Snipe pauses, laughing
<Dias> ...*looks at Ariel, a dumb look on his face, then a smirk*
<Ariel> *shakes her head* Oh, what a culture they're going to have...

<Dias> Huh, guess it was weak.

* Dias walks over and steps onto the teleporter pad
* Snipe hops onto a pad.

<Snipe> Everyone on a pad and ready to go?

* Hotaru` gets onto a pad
<Snipe> Alright, lets do this. 6All of them are surrounded by a brilliant light, and then they find themselves on lush green grass in the middle of an open area as far as they can see. A blue sky is above them with white, puffy clouds floating overhead.
<Hotaru`> Well, this looks nice enough
<Snipe> Seems it. I think it's a perfect place to put them.
<Dias> Is there and life nearby?
<Snipe> There should only be one village in this entire area.
<Hotaru`> As soon as we find out what the natives are like, we can make our final decision.
* Dias looks around at the beautiful landscape
<Snipe> Where we are.
<Dias> This is beautiful.
<Hotaru`> Although... I'm not sure we should beam the natives directly into the village.
<Ariel> <Em> I'm just waiting for a plant to try to eat us.
<Dias> We didn't plan on it Hotaru,.
<Ariel> That would probally be a trademarked bad thing.
<Snipe> Well, let's go and --- 6* Suddenly a white blur flies by.
* Dias head follows the white blutr

<Hotaru`> What was that? Too fast for tumbleweed...
<Dias> Did anyone catch a glimpsE?
<Snipe> It was too high for a tumbleweed. That thing was flying in the air.
<Hotaru`> It was white, and it flew.
<Dias> Should we follow it?
<Snipe> I don't know....
<Hotaru`> Well, either that, or to the village, if anyone knows the way
<Ariel> If it's dangerous, and humanoid eating, we shoudl find out.

* Snipe runs after the white blur.
* Dias sprints afterward, keeping next to Snipe

<Snipe> 6* Suddenly, they both run off the side of a small hill --- and hover over a pile of mud before gravity gets them

<Dias> ...AHHHH!!! *grabs onto Snipe*
* Snipe splashes into it.
* Dias splashes alongside Snipe
* Hotaru` stops atop the hill
<Ariel> <Em> *watches the two fall in the mud, standing near Hotaru*
* Snipe lifts his head up, mud dripping off his face. He pushes a muddy finger up against his glasses, readjusting them despite them being covered in mud
<Snipe> Well.
<Dias> ...*looks over at Snipe*
<Ariel> You goofs...
<Dias> I did need a mudbath.
<Snipe> 6* A high-pitched voice laughs at them from nearby.
* Snipe stands up, shaking mud off of himself.
<Dias> *pushes himself up and wipes mud off his face*
* Hotaru` looks over at the voice
<Snipe> Whoever is laughing is going to get it. 6He says, annoyed. He grabs the edge of the hill and lifts himself up onto the land, covered from head to toe in mud
* Dias eyes narrow and he scoops up some mud and hurls it at the sound of the voice
<Snipe> <High-Pitched Voice> Hey! 6A white flying cat thing dodges it, looking indignified.
* Dias grabs the edge of the hill and pulls himself up
<Snipe> <Cat Thing> Just because you can't take a joke doesn't mean you have to sling mud at me!
<Hotaru`> ... okay... this is freaky...
* Snipe lifts his head, his eyes going wide.
<Snipe> Oh Dear God...it's...
* Dias stands up, facing Snipe

* Hotaru` NOW bursts out laughing

* Snipe keeps laying, pressed into the grass.

* Dias steps over to Snipe

* Dias reaches hsi hand down at grabs his upright hand and pulls him up

* Snipe grabs his comm, contacting the ensign on board. In moments, all of them find themselves back on the Aquarius
<Snipe> It's a good question. But, we shouldn't ask.
* Snipe taps his comm, getting Katrina online

<Snipe> Kat, you can beam down the 500 people on an island. Lunar seems pretty safe, except for boulders.
<Hotaru`> We don't even know what the other natives are like... except that they're "humans"...
<Dias> Well it's too late now Hotaru.
<Snipe> Well, to be honest, we're getting low on supplies.
<Snipe> I kind of made up my mind to send them down no matter what.
* Hotaru` sighs and shrugs.

* Snipe puts an arm around Hotaru, drawing her in close to him, despite the fact he's muddy
