* Ire is in the control room, slaving over...paper work. The heat is bareable today since he took the idea of putting up fans to cool the room down.

* Infinity walks into the control room, happy in brown pants and a green blouse. She doesn't sweat. "Hey. Ire."
* Silouette is in her room where she's been spending alot of time lately. The door is left open however.
* Icebrand channel surfs in his room, bored out of his mind
* Ire grunts.
* Dias sits on the couch infront of the HoloVid, a t-shirt and shorts on
<Ire> NRP: AAAH, DIAS!
<Vile> *Outside the control room a crash is heard, followed by breaking glass and a women screaming. Monkies can be heard screeching, followed by, "FIGNUTS! SORRY! SORRY!"
* Infinity flops onto Ire's desk, and rests her feet on either side of his head, balancing on the back of the chair, "I figured since you saved me and all... I might as well start picking up my weight round here."
* Icebrand glances up, having heard the commotion from his room
* Infinity blinks, "....a new private?"
<Icebrand> ...It's good to be back. *rolls his eyes and resumes channel surfing*
* Ire looks around.
<Ire> Whati n the world?
<Vile> *Jerry pushes open the door and stumbles in - before the door closes, anyone in the control room would see 4 monkies running down the corridor with a woman chasing them.*
* Jake` stands there as the circus passes him.
<Jake`> ....?
* Jake` shrugs and heads into the control room.
*** Dias is now known as Dahok
<Vile> *Jerry waves a hand to Ire and Infinity," Don't ask! Good God don't ask!"
* Dahok sits infront of the couch, watching the HoloVid
* Ire stares at Jerry, a slight twitch in his brow.
* Infinity blinks, that look of uncomprehension on her face
<Vile> *Jerry moves over to one of the fans and stands infront of it, letting the cool breeze slam into his face. He's wearing shorts and a hawaiian shirt of multiple colors, "Damn it's hot today.."
<Infinity> Humans. *she sounds like that explains everything* Humans.
* Ire just keeps staring at Jerry, like one would a lab rat.
* Jake` does a little wave at Infinity, taking a seat near her.
<Vile> *Jerry revels in the cool breeze from the fan a moment longer, then turns to Ire, "We have a mission, sir."
<Ire> ...really...
* Infinity gives Jack an akward wave and smile. She flips so her back is to Ire and crosses her arms, "Isn't there crime we could be solving? Like a ca---" She jumps to the floor, her bare feet hitting the ground
* Ire pauses, then taps his comm.
<Ire> All available personnel, get to the control room.
<Dahok> Bah....*stands up and makes his way to the control room*
* Infinity jests, "Well Ire, if you're looking for a date, I'm not availible, really. Pope might get jealous, but between you and me, maybe we can do something."
* Silouette gets up reluctantly and heads up to the control room.
* Ire blinks, staring at Infinity.
* Icebrand glances at his comm and yawns at it
<Ire> Wha?
<Vile> *Jerry shrugs and makes his way to the main computer, sitting his large bulk upon one of the chairs and begins to type, bringing up the right information.*
<Infinity> ...Pope said to work on my humour while he was gone. It wasn't funny, was it?
* Ire angles his head
<Ire> ...I don't ... know.
<Jake`> If you asked me, it made no sense!
* Icebrand turns the Holovid off and flips off of the bed
* Infinity glances to Jake, "Thanks..." She sighs, "Humans."
* Icebrand glances at his jacket, shakes his head, and heads upstairs
* Dahok finally walks into the control room
<Dahok> Whats up?
* Silouette slips into the room like her usual, unreadable self
<Vile> *Jerry finally begins to print out some pages, catching them as they exit the computer. When it's done, he swivels in the chair to face Ire and waits patiently.*
* Infinity groans.
* Icebrand walks in, hands behind his head
<Icebrand> <Did I miss anything?>
* Ire turns to Jerry to give him his full attention.
<Icebrand> <I'll take the silent treatment as a "no."> *leans against the wall*
* Infinity looks to Jerry, "Are we gonna kill some Nazi fucks?"
<Silouette> ......
<Vile> *Jerry shakes his head, "No ma'am, sorry."
<Infinity> ...that wasnt funny either, was it?
<Jake`> No.
* Ire groans a bit.
* Infinity sighs, and then crosses her arms.
<Ire> Jerry, the mission. Now.
<Icebrand> <...Moving right along...>
<Vile> *Jerry clears his throat, "Two days ago, inmate 1362 escaped. If you dont recall the serial number, it belongs to Mason Essex, our resident cannibal."
<Ire> ...Mason. Great.
<Vile> *Jerry flips thru several of the printouts, "During a routine medical check, he somehow managed to overpower the EMP waves that keep his tentacles in check - he killed two doctors and ate the face of one of the nurses. He escaped in one of the doctor's cars."
<Vile> nrp: er off
* Infinity shudders at the mention of tentacles.
* Ire leans back, rubbing the lower part of his face as he listens.
<Jake`> That sounds sickening.
<Dahok> Why didn't they just do the right thing and take him out in the first place?
<Infinity> Becuase you humans pretend to be "evolved".
<Infinity> and "civilized"
<Ire> And stupid.
<Icebrand> <Shove it, Chiere.>
<Dahok> And what do you claim to be?
<Vile> *Jerry looks to Dahok, "Because of the nature of his crimes, he was found insane and unable to stand trial."
<Ire> If you ask me, we should wipe the entire ward out.
* Infinity looks to Dahok, "An avenger." She turns to Ire and nods in agreement.
<Infinity> I think we should get out fast and look for Mason.
<Dahok> *looks at Infinity and lets out a laugh* Not a very good one...*turns and walks out of the room*
<Vile> *Jerry nods, then his eyes dart to Ire, "There is one more peice of business.."
<Icebrand> Ah, he left. The room smells better already.
* Ire sighs, giving the Jerry "Why me" look.
* Infinity binks, "....but that wasn't a joke!"
<Ire> (Switch Jerry the)
<Dahok> NRP: Oooh. that's a nice one Sher.

<Vile> *Jerry scratches the side of his head, "You're all..uh..getting a new recruit."
<Ire> ...why would you be alerting me to this fact, Jerry? New recruits come to see me directly.
* Infinity gives Jerry an off look
<Vile> *Jerry shakes his head, "This one is special, sir. These orders come directly from the Brass upstairs."
<Silouette> *hesitate* ...fine... *pauses* ...I guess I got lucky.
<Ire> I don't understand. Who is it?
* Jake` nods
<Jake`> I was worried. It looked pretty bad.
<Vile> *Jerry 's eyes dart to the floor, then back to Ire. "Inmate 1427. Aliase - Ghoul."
* Ire pauses, his mouth slightly open. One twitch, then a pause.
<Ire> What?
* Icebrand narrows his eyes
<Icebrand> <...Care to explain?>
*** Dahok has quit IRC (Quit: )
* Infinity gasps, "What the fuck?"
<Vile> *Jerry shrugs, "He's serving 12 consecutive life sentances. With the war kicking into high gear, they can't keep rushing off to catch everytime he escapes."
<Ire> ...then fry the bastard, Jerry!
* Infinity nods, "Cook the fuck."
<Vile> Jerry: They can't. Double jeopardy laws."
<Icebrand> <So they team the psycho with us. THAT'S intelligent. Tch, I always knew the higher-ups were missing a few screws.>
<Silouette> .........
<Ire> Look, this is highly irregular. I won't accept a serial killer in my unit. He slaughters people for fun, Jerry. FUN.
<Vile> Jerry: They want this to be some sort of rehab-situation. Better to have him slaughtering the bad guys then the good guys.
* Infinity rolls her eyes, "Fine, I'll take care of him if he strays."
<Icebrand> <Provided, of course, he doesn't try to slaughter US.> *sneers*
<Vile> *Jerry shrugs, "Orders are orders, sir. He's being outfitting with a neuro-toxin shock collar to keep him in line."
* Infinity scowls darkly, remembering what Pope told her. What Ghoul said.
<Vile> Jerry: If he gets out of hand, shock the bastard into submission. If he goes off the deep end, the neurotoxin will sedate him for hours."
* Ire stares at Jerry with this half-crazed look.
* Icebrand unconsciously scratches his leg
* Ire nods a few times, stands up, and simply walks out of the room.
* Infinity shakes her head, "Are our bosses stupid or trying to get kick out of the gene pool?" She sighs, and walks after Ire.
<Jake`> I take it Ghoul is bad news.
<Vile> *Jerry shakes his head slowly, "I'm not exactly happy with it either, sir, but as I said orders are orders-" *he shuts up as Ire leaves.*
<Silouette> ...he broke out of jail and they think a COLLAR will keep him in line?
* Icebrand shakes his head
* Ire heads downstairs to the kitchen. He grabs the asprin, throws a few into his mouth, and grabs the nearest bottle of whiskey. He drains the contents itno his mouth, swallowing.
* Infinity smiles a rather arrogant smile.
<Icebrand> <I just have a really bad feeling about this.>
* Infinity looks to Ire, "You shock him, I'll shoot him. He's just a dog."

* Ire glances at Infinity, then looks around for another bottle.
<Jake`> Well, when will Ghoul arrive? We need to go look for Mason, right?
* Infinity looks to Ire and then sighs, "I take it that's a big no, right?" She takes a swig of whiskey and then blinks, gagging at the strength.
* Ire throws open a few cabinets and grabs another bottle. He opens it, drinking some. He stares at her, grunts, and steps out into the louge area with the bottle.
<Vile> *Jerry walks into the lounge, looking for Ire and spotting him, heads over. "Sir, they have Ghoul at the main gates awaiting your...inspection."
* Ire makes a bitter laugh, mouthing the word inspection under his breath.
* Infinity dashes after Ire.
* Jake` follows Jerry down to the louge.
* Icebrand shoves his hands in his pockets and heads back to his room
* Infinity sighs, and walks after Ire. She makes a face as she smells Ghoul.... already.
<Ire> Fine, let me go "inspect". *he grabs the front door and throws it open with a bang against the wall. He jogs down the steps of building 38 and walks across the lawn towards the main gate.
* Icebrand slips his belt on and puts his bracelets around his wrists. He glances out the window, and shudders briefly.
* Icebrand shakes his head and heads downstairs
<Jake`> ...Something tells me I should stay here. *crosses arms, watching Ire go* Especially with my leg wound.
* Silouette casually goes and puts on her sword belt.
* Infinity sighs and follows after Ire. She's been tagging along after him alot since the riot.
* Ire throws back more alcohol as he walks across the lawn, approaching the main gate.
<Vile> *At the main gate they'd see the usual van the Alt team takes, as well as a security van with several armed soldiers next to it.*
* Icebrand catches up
*** Jake` is now known as TAW
* Ire approaches the two vans, not caring if he looks unprofessional with his bottle of whiskey.
* Infinity glances to Ire, "Ire... maybe you should hold off on the booze. Incase maybe he tries to kill us."
* Silouette waits out by the door to their building, eyeing the vans
<Icebrand> <The Lieutenant operates better when he's drunk, remember, Ayn?>
* Ire doesn't respond, but he throws the bottle to the side.
* Infinity rolls her eyes at Icebrand, and crosses her arms as she approaches the van.
<Vile> *One solider salutes Ire, "Sir, the prisoner is ready to be released to you, sir."
<Ire> ... Great. Release him over.
<Icebrand> <What? I'm right, aren't I?>
* Infinity mutters, "....yeah...."
<Vile> *Two take positions infront of the door, aiming their weapons. 2 more approach with long pikes. The doors open, and Ghoul is standing their in an armored straight jacket. The pikes plug into his chest and slowly they pull him out.*
<Alicia> NRP: *suddenly remembers Wiendigo*
* Infinity shudders and takes a step behind Ire subconsciously.
<Vile> *One solider offers Ire a small control unit, "Considering your actions that got him off deathrow, sir, I dont suggest using the collar as a toy."
* Icebrand glares, tensing his fists without really understanding why
* Ire catches it, a gleem in his eyes flash.
<Vile> *The soldier turns from Ire and looks to Ghoul, "You know the contract, you know the deal. Stay in line and you'll live longer." *He nods to the pikeman and they twist the pikes - the armored jacket falls from Ghoul and he rubs his wrist, looking at the group from the slits in his facemask, "...Groovy."
* Ire approaches Ghoul, slowly, his hand held tightly on the controller. He stares at the slits in the mask as he approaches, moving one step at a time.
*** Vile is now known as Ghoul
* Ghoul tilts his head, "...I didnt get to apologize for that peice of wood I thru at you the last time we met."
* Infinity hangs back, just in case.
<Ire> I apologize I didn't kill you when I had the chance.
<Icebrand> <As am I...>
* Ghoul shrugs, "Then we're all sorry....some more than others. Tee hee. Anywho..I hear ol' Borin' Mason is out? Ouch."
* Ire gives another twitch, this time in the mouth. He steps into the van, slamming the driver door shut.
* Infinity rolls her eyes and gets into the passanger seat.
* Ghoul waves at Icebrand and Sil, wiggling his fingers, then pulls open the side door of the van and crawls in. "Road trip!"
* Icebrand waves a vulgar gesture in Ghoul's general direction and gets into the van
* Silouette slowly walks over and gets in the van
* Ire cranks up the van, revs, the engine, then peels out in reverse, knocking the other van in the process. He puts it back in drive and flies out of the lot.
* Ire grabs a device and begins to grab the information on the vehicle that Mason stole and to have units look for it's location.
* Ghoul sits calmly rubbing his hands together. He looks to Sil, then to Icebrand, "So..who's bunking with me tonight?"
* Icebrand lights a cigarette and takes a long drag
* Infinity stays oddly calm as the van flies. She crosses her arms, and mutters, "He smells worse then Dahok....."
<Icebrand> <You're probably an improvement over my current roomie, but I'm stuck with him.>
* Ghoul giggles and taps the side of his head, "...Yet another voice added to the others. I think we'll get along fine, you and me."
<Silouette> ......
<Ghoul> *The vehicle that Mason stole was last seen, abondoned, infront of an old kitchen-ware store downtown.*
* Ire nods, speeding towards that location.
<Infinity> perfect. a cannibal. Of course - he loves the knives.
* Ghoul reaches to his back and pulls out a throwing knife. He tosses it up, and catches it by way of letting it stab into his palm. He calmly pulls it out and tosses it up again, repeating it over and over.
* Icebrand takes the last drag from his cigarette and flicks the butt backwards
* Ire says nothing, but his grip on the steering wheel is deadlocked - his knuckles are turning white.
<Icebrand> <These things don't last long enough.>
* Ghoul doesnt turn his head, but continues to toss the knife up and let it stab into his open palm, "So you're Ayn, eh? Pretty."
* Infinity eyes Ire and says nothing. She too is silent, more silent then she usually is. She turns to glare at Ghoul, "Don't even think about it."
* Ire pulls up at the kitchen place where the car is supposedly at
* Silouette is silent as well... but then again, that's expected.
* Ghoul turns to look at her and tilts his head, the stitched grin marked on his mask doesnt help the situtation. His eyes seem to almost glitter behind their slits, "I wouldnt think of it, ma'am."
* Ire throws open his car door and exits, without even bothering to shut the car off. He slams the door shut and walks over to the vehicle Mason was driving.
<Icebrand> <Somebody's serious today.>
* Infinity grins an almost ferral grin, "Good, becuase you wouldn't like the consequences." She too hops out of the car, right after Ire.
<Ghoul> *The door has been completely ripped off, and several officers are standing around it. One looks to Ire, "You in charge?"
* Ire flips his badge at them.
<Ire> Lt. Carmichael.
* Ire bends down, looking into the car.
<Ire> Did you find anything?
* Icebrand stays in the van, knowing the situation is over here
* Infinity walks towards the store, and peers in through a window.
<Ghoul> *One nods, "No, but we have witnesses that said the subject entered the store and with several hostages exited and vanished down their." *He points to an open sewer grate taped off by police tape.*
* Ghoul looks to Icebrand, "You're familiar."
<Ire> ...the sewers. Great.
<Infinity> ...not again...
<Ghoul> *The officer nods, "We were told not to persue."
<Icebrand> *shrugs* <A lot of people say that. I've never seen you before in my life.>
* Infinity looks to the officer, sympathetically, "Count your blessings. God favoured you today."
* Ghoul shrugs, "You just remind me of this little wanker I did a number on awhile back. Bled like a stuck pig, he did."
* Ire reaches into the vehicle and flips off the car, looking at everyone
<Ire> We're going into the sewers. Ladies, becareful incase any tentacle monsters are in there.
* Infinity pats her sword, "I'm ready this time...."
<Icebrand> <I've read your file. If I remember correctly, he didn't exactly leave you unscathed.>
* Infinity scowls at Ire for the joke though.
* Icebrand gets out of the van
* Ghoul giggles at Icebrand and hops out, stretching and looking around, "Look at all the people."
* Ire doesn't seem to be joking
* Ire grabs a flash light and walks over to the sewer entrance, flashing a light down in it.
<Infinity> ...let's go.... *she hops into the sewer*
<Icebrand> <...Great.>
<Ire> ... *jumps in after Infinity*
<Ghoul> *The light shows nothing but rats scurrying*
* Icebrand grumbles and jumps in
* Ire lands on the side, avoiding the sewage.
* Silouette heads in after the others
<Icebrand> <Have I ever mentioned how much I hate sewers?> *lands next to Ire*
* Ghoul cartwheels over to the entrance, pausing and looking the cops nearby, "...Pain.."
* Infinity once again walks barefoot in sewage. She pulls a flashlight out of her coat, and shines it down the passageway.
<Ghoul> *A long tunnel, with knee-length shitwater. It stretches on for several dozen meters before turning left.*
<Icebrand> <Er... maybe we shouldn't have left Ghoul alone up there?>
<Infinity> I thought you were babysitting him... He sure liked you.... *she goes walking down the sewer*
* Ire marches along, keeping his light shined directly ahead.
* Icebrand lowers himself to the ground, then springs up and grabs the edges of the manhole, pulling himself aboveground to the neck
<Icebrand> <Hey, care to join us?>
* Ghoul eyes the cop, who are eyeing him back. He turns to look at Icebrand and quickly slides his throwing knives back into his back-plate sheath, "Oh..yes..of course."
<Icebrand> <Just remember what side you're on now.> *waits for Ghoul*
* Ghoul heads over to the manhole cover, "One side, bunky."
* Ire turns left, moving along at a steady pace.
* Icebrand drops back into the sewer
<Icebrand> <Hey, bossman, which way'd you go?>
* Infinity follows Ire, shining her light back forth, incase tenticals come from the walls
<Ghoul> *Ire would step on something as he makes the turn - it bobs up out of the water revealing it to be a half chewed peice of leg.*
<Ire> ...
* Icebrand spots Infinity and heads forward
* Ghoul drops down behind Icebrand.
<Infinity> ...getting closer....
* Ire moves along faster, grimacing to himself.
* Ghoul takes off after the group, humming to himself.
* Infinity slushes through the shitwater, eyes intent on what's up ahead
* Icebrand catches up, staying out of the water
<Ghoul> *The tunnel continues on and on, then makes another turn - this one, to the right.*
* Silouette keeps pace with Ire and Infinity.
* Ire moves along the..charming liquid. He pauses at the next turn, moving right now.
<Silouette> NRP: *randomly notes that I is a popular letter for callsigns in this group*
<Ire> NRP: I was first!
<Infinity> NRP: I was second!
* Infinity follows Ire still, right at his side
<Icebrand> NRP: I am not really an I.
<Ghoul> *As they turn into the corridor, they'd find themselves atop a waterfall of shitwater that cascades down into a large open area with similar tunnels/waterfalls opening into the same room. They'd hear noises, voices - some whimpering down below.*
* Ire braces himself, then leaps out over the waterfall.
* Ire lands in the large open area, splashing shit all over.
* Infinity leaps out over the waterfall, and lands on the water.
* Ghoul paushes behind Icebrand, "Hey, Head-Voice guy..I found something.."
<Ghoul> nrp: pauses
* Ire scans for the source of the voices.
<Ghoul> *The water they land in is waist high. About 12 feet from them is a landing of dry concrete, with another tunnel thats leads into darkness - the voices come from there.*
* Infinity too listens for the voices.
<Icebrand> <...What?>
* Infinity runs to the landing. Yes, runs.
* Ghoul pulls out a throwing knive, moving up behind Icebrand, "Yeah..it's tall, humanoid...and is bleeding from the back of the head.."
* Ire moves forward, then jumps up on the landing.
<Ghoul> nrp: knife
* Silouette heads for the concrete as fast as she can manage without being noisey
* Ire moves through the next tunnel, shining his light forward.
<Icebrand> <Do it, and I'll show you just what my telepathy can do.>
* Infinity pulls her magnum out, and follows after Ire.
* Icebrand catches up to Ire
* Ghoul pauses, his knife in mid-raise behind Icebrand, "...Spoil sport."
<Ghoul> *They'd emerged into a large room filled with power converters - The ground is littered with half-eaten corpses, and Mason is over in the corner, hunched over something and eating rather messily.*
* Ire grabs his gun, aims with the help of the flashlight at Mason, then fires at his head with two quick shots.
* Infinity looks at the corpses, and closes her eyes for a moment. She opens them and fires at Mason herself.
* Ire shows no emotion for the dead people. His only intent is adding one more to the list - Mason.
<Icebrand> <...You know, if he attacks us, we can shoot to kill.>
<Infinity> ...I think we're shooting to kill anyhow.
* Silouette keeps her hand on her sword, waiting for the pathetic little man to do something.
<Ghoul> *Coils leap up from around Mason, blocking the blasts. He turns as more coils leap to intersect Infinity's shots, "...I didnt mean too..they wanted me too.." *Suddenly, dozens of coils lash out at the group from seeminly all directions.*
<Icebrand> <Rephrase that. Shoot to kill LEGALLY.>
<Icebrand> <That counts!>
* Icebrand ignites his claws and slashes at the coils
<Ire> ...YOUR SLAUGHTERING ENDS TONIGHT! *leaps forward into the mess of coils, firing wildly*
* Infinity blinks and rolls backwards, her sword coming out, the gun gets holstered
* Silouette draws her blade, slashing the coils nearest to her.
* Infinity calls out, "Who wanted you to?"
<Ghoul> *Mason is almost obscurred by the amount of coils whipping around the room, creating a tornado of the things. Coils that are hacked to peices seem only to be replaced by 6 at a time.*
<Icebrand> ...Tornado slash!
* Ire begins to become injured as he rushes the metallic coils. Cuts appear on his face, arms, and chest. He even stumbles in his intent.
* Infinity shakes her head, and watches the tornado, to find the pattern.
* Icebrand goes into a spin, whirlwinding his claws rapidly while trying to move towards Mason
<Ire> Always ... killing...and getting away with it. Slaughtering people...
* Ire takes another coil hit, firing at the mess of them.
<Infinity> Ire!
* Ghoul watches from the corner of the room, "...Kill 'em, Mason..you got it.."
<Icebrand> <Shut up and help!> *retreats*
* Infinity gathers her strength about her and tries to leap on one of the coils.
<Ghoul> *Mason is suddenly gone from sight, and his coils begin to retract into a large hole in the concrete roof above.*
* Infinity falls onto the floor.
* Ire stands under the hole, wiping some blood from his cheek. He leaps and grabs a retreating coil, being pulled up.
<Infinity> fuck... *gets up, and looks at Ire*
* Ire vanishes from sight with the coils.
<Infinity> wait you fool!
<Silouette> ...foolish...
<Icebrand> ...Hrmph.
* Ghoul giggles.
* Infinity licks her lips, "....Gods, let this work...." She tries to fly into the hole.
<Icebrand> Ok, bosslady, what's the plan?
* Icebrand looks at Sil
<Ghoul> *Upstairs, 2 coils encircle Ire's wrists and lift him up, a third his neck. Infinity would fly up to see Ire being hoisted up.*
<Ire> Ungh...*Struggles*
<Silouette> ...since when do I give orders?
<Icebrand> Since you outrank me? *shrugs*
* Infinity lands on the nearest object, and looks to Ire. She glances around for Mason.
* Ghoul sits down, crosslegged. "Well...guess we all go our seperate ways.*

* Silouette shrugs and jumps, using her grapple to pull her up into the hole
* Ire attempts to kick the coil by swinging.
<Ghoul> *Mason would be 'standing' about 12 feet in the air, held up by his mass of coils that seem to dominate the room. He looks to Infinity, "Leave me alone!"
<Ghoul> *Ire succeeds, only to have that foot encircled by another coil. They begin to pull him taut.*
* Infinity fires three very carefully aimed shots at the tenticals holding Ire, ignoring Mason.
<Icebrand> Glacial Falcon! *shapechanges into falcon form* You're coming, too.
* Icebrand grabs Ghoul's arm and flies up
* Ghoul shakes his head, "Dun wanna."
* Ghoul is yanked up much to his surprise.
<Icebrand> <It's either this or a double-dose from that shock collar.>
<Ghoul> *The shots connect with Mason's coils and they snap, dropping Ire to the floor. 3 more lance out at Infinity.*
* Ire lands, focused on Mason. He aims his weapon and fires at the 3 coils flying at Infinity.
* Infinity rolls forward, slashing at the coils.
* Ire leaps forward, landing on a pack of coils, kicking off them to land on more. He's trying to hop his way to Mason.
* Infinity rolls to her feet and leaps up onto a ledge of coils. She hops up some more, trying to get above Mason.
<Ghoul> *Both the shots and slashes destroy the coils, but more come lancing out. Mason is screaming now, "Kill you all! I'll kill you!" *Ire is slowly making progress.*
* Icebrand drops Ghoul upon reaching the upper floor
* Infinity fires at th coils coming for her.
* Ire charges his gun and fires electric shots into a few of the coils near Mason's base, ducking some coils and leaping onto some more.
* Icebrand spins his guns out and opens fire
<Ghoul> *The electric charge channels up the coils and slams to where they connect with his body. Mason screams and writhes, his coils begining to go berserk.*
* Ire charges up some more electric shots, firing at Mason himself now.
* Ire is thrown off the thrashing coils, though, and hits the ground.
* Infinity falls off a coil, only to land onto the ground, near Ire.
<Ghoul> *Lashing everywhere at once, they slams into the roof and walls breaking off huge peices of concrete.*
* Ghoul is, at the moment, is nowhere to be seen.
<Infinity> .....brilliant....
* Ire strains to push himself up, glancing at the walls and celing.
<Ire> (ceiling)
<Ire> ...everyone, get out of here. Back down the hole.
* Infinity pulls herself up, and looks to Ire, "You too."
* Ire fires more electric shots into Mason, ignoring Infinity.
<Ire> Go.
* Infinity stands besides Ire, and fires at Mason, "You first."
<Ire> That's an ORDER.
* Ghoul comes leaping down from the shadows in the ceiling - his fingers explode in a shower of blood as his talons slide out. He collide with Mason from behind and slams all his claws thru the back of Mason's head, their tips exiting his front.*
* Ire blinks, eyeing Mason's untimely demise.
<Icebrand> <...So much for Ire becoming a martyr.>
<Infinity> ....no we go together?
<Ghoul> *Mason screams, and with Ghoul behind him, they begin to falls down the hole. His tentacles go into overdrive, whipping about at speeds in excess of 30 MPH*
<Icebrand> Yipe! *spins his ignited gunblades on his fingers*
* Ire blinks, eyeing the hole now to see what happens.
* Silouette ducks some tentacles that whip over her head on the way down.
* Infinity tugs at Ire,"....come on...."
<Ghoul> *Down below, Mason is fighting out of reflex. Ghoul as two coils that have peirced both shoulder, exiting the back, but he continues to hack into Mason's chest.*
* Ire stands there, the immediate danger over, since they're below them now.
<Icebrand> <...An interesting conclusion. Maybe we should keep an eye on the psychos, though.> *lands*
* Infinity sighs softly, and watches.
* Ire watches. One could assume he hopes they both die.
* Ire unconsciously fingers the remote control given to him, but doesn't push the button.
* Infinity reloads her magnum with thermite bullets, just in case.
* Ghoul 's screaming something incomprehensible as he goes into a frenzy - all the bodies littering the ground are just too much. He simple doesnt feel the pain as they both roll around, blood spraying. In his head, he hears voice, "Murder is your occupation, Mr Goones. Pain, you job description."
* Icebrand glances at Infinity loading her gun and shudders again
* Silouette watches from her perch up above. It's hard to say if she would help if she had some way to at the moment.
* Infinity looks to Ire, "I might beable to put them out of thier misery, if I could get a good shot."
* Ire watches, a slow smile spreading on his lips as he watches. A familiar smile....from someone else.
<Infinity> ...Ire?
<Ire> ...hm? *stops smiling, looking at her*
<Infinity> ....Are you okay? You smiled.
<Ire> Fine.
* Ire looks back at the fight.
<Ghoul> *Suddenly, the commotion stops. Mason and Ghoul drop below the murky water. Then, Ghoul stands, his chest heaving. He pulls the coils from his ruined shoulders and turns, "...The red...all the blood...needles and knives.."
<Infinity> NRP: Ire is Deathstar!
<Ire> NRP: Wrong smile.
<Ire> NRP: This was more of a creepy villian smile.
<Icebrand> *yawns* <...Can we go home now?>
* Ire steps down the hole, landing near Ghoul. He walks around, hunting Mason.
* Infinity frowns, "Ashes to ashes, dust to dust...." She follows Ire down into the hole.
* Ghoul watches Ire, his claws clicking together, "...The red..." *He suddenly leaps at Ire, "Make it BLEED!"
* Ire grabs his controller, looks at Ghoul momentarily, then hits the button.
* Infinity fires at Ghoul quickly
* Ghoul takes Infinity's shot in the backplate which houses his throwing knives - the armor protects him, but the shock tears thru his neck. He scream, and collapses, writhing in pain.
* Ire stands there, holding the button...for a moment longer than he should, then removes his thumb.
<Icebrand> ...Good shot. At least that's theoretically legal...
* Ghoul stops screaming and writhing and just lays in the murky water. "Stop..."
* Infinity takes a sigh of relief once it's over.
<Infinity> ...where's Mason?
<Silouette> *nimbly hops down from the ledge above* .....well, that was hardly surprising.
* Ghoul giggles and looks to Infinity, "Stop....me if you've heard this one. A tentacled cannibal and a ghoulish killer are fighting in the sewer.."
* Icebrand drops to the bottom floor and hovers just above the water
* Ire moves around the murky water, looking for Mason.
<Infinity> ...don't make me shoot you Ghoul.
* Ghoul stands, well, he struggles too anyways. "Heh heh."
<Ghoul> *Ire's foot hits something and suddenly Mason's torso floats to the surface. Half his face is torn off, and his chest is a blood mess exposing circuits and ribcage.*
<Silouette> .....you mean 'again'?
* Infinity lets him struggle, and eyes the water for Mason.
<Ire> ... *casually checks to see if he's dead*
<Infinity> I mean fatally.
<Ghoul> *He's dead, Jim."
* Ire holsters his weapon.
* Infinity taps Ghoul inbetween the eyes and walks over to Ire.
<Ire> Mission accomplished. You can all go now.
<Infinity> Where are you going?
* Ghoul makes kissy noises at Infinity as she passes him, "OooOOoo..tag, you're it."
* Infinity shivers slightly as Ghoul makes a pass at her and then looks to Ire.
<Ire> ...nowhere. *he merely walks away, sloshing through the murky water*
<Icebrand> <...That guy worries me.>
* Ghoul climbs out of the water and sits on the small ledge. He picks at his bleeding shoulders, "I think I may need a doctor.."
* Infinity lifts her eyes to the ceiling and follows after Ire, "I think Pop might imitate an old woman and say if you don't get out of this murkey water you'll catch your death of cold."
<Icebrand> <Speaking of worrying me. Let's head back, Sil.>
<Silouette> *glances at Ghoul* ...what about him?
<Infinity> ...of course he'd have the accent of a Brit.
* Ghoul tilts his head, "Back to your place, sweet cheeks?"
<Icebrand> <He'll follow. Or I'll go borrow the shock controller from Ire.>
* Ire moves down a random tunnel, glancing at Infinity as she talks.
<Icebrand> <Or, we could just go the old fashioned route.> *clicks the hammer on his gun into place*
* Ghoul bows, theatrically, "As you command, oh voice-in-head-annoying-one." *He hops off the perch and falls into step behind the two.
* Infinity follows after Ire, "I'm not good at this, so you could help...." She sighs, "Come on home Ire."
* Icebrand heads back to the manhole cover they used to enter
<Infinity> Ire, you're not too far gone yet.
<Silouette> ...clinically insane first.
* Ire crosses arms, glancing at Infinity. At that exact moment, a bunch of tentacles shoot out, wrap around her, and drag her off. Ire merely stands there, blinking.
<Icebrand> <...Ha ha.>
* Infinity yelps as she's pulls back. She struggled.
* Ghoul gives Sil a slight salute, "We aim to maim, ma'am." *He quickly scales the ladder, leaving blood finger prints from his retracted claws back into his stubs for fingers.*
<Ire> GM: *Infinity is dragged by IB, Sil, and Ghoul*
* Ire is seen running by moments later.
<Icebrand> ... <Dare I ask...>
* Ghoul giggles and climbs onto street level.
* Silouette pauses, looks at Icebrand and Ghoul.
* Infinity keeps struggling against the tenticals. She tries to get her gun aimed at one
<Ire> Press: *take pictures of Ghoul*
* Icebrand reverts to his human form and jumps back to the street
<Silouette> ...keep an eye on the convict. *goes after Infinity*
<Ire> GM: *the tentacles knock the gun out of her hands, dragging her all around until she tires out*
* Ire merely gives chase, picking up her gun as he follows.
<Icebrand> <Sure thing.> *covers his eyes from the flashes*
<Icebrand> No pictures!
<Ire> Reporter: Mr. Ghoul, how does it feel to be working for the police department?
* Ghoul poses, one hand going to small of his back as he draws 3 throwing knives, "I'm ready for my close up.."
* Infinity does tire out.... still weakly trying to ward them off, but barely able to keep her eyes open.
<Icebrand> *to Ghoul* <I've got my eye on you, hotshot.>
<Ire> GM: *the tentacles drag Infinity right past Sil*
* Ire runs by Sil moments later.
* Infinity calls out weakly, with a pleading voice, "....ire...."
<Silouette> NRP: Er... how did THAT happen?
<Ghoul> How does it feel? Great, I tell you-erk. *Hearing Icebrand, he shealth the knives* "Look at me! Born from hate! A molesting father, and uncaring mother..or was it a molesting mother and uncaring father? But wasnt their a goat involved? Anyways..."
<Ire> Reporters: *laugh, loving Ghoul*
<Silouette> NRP: Clarification here? She was dragged past, I gave chase. And she just passed me again?
<Ire> NRP: Yep.
<Infinity> NRP: they're fast!
* Silouette pauses, and checks back the other way to see if they're in a loop or something
* Ghoul pulls the throwing knives and begins to juggle them, "I've been saved by the good, loving group of the Alt Team. A killer no more, I simply wish to help all the widdle, bittle babies...small flesh bags...wanting to POP-erk.."
<Ire> GM: *Nah. No loop. Just classic chasing hijenks involved here*
* Icebrand elbows Ghoul
<Ire> Reporters: *love Ghoul even more. He's like a politic*
* Silouette trys taking a short cut!
* Ire runs across discarded Infinity clothes as he gives chase.
<Icebrand> .oO{Wow, I knew the press were total morons, but this takes the cake. ...Mmm, cake...}
* Infinity gets dragged along. She can't even struggle anymore.
* Ghoul glances at Icebrand, then stops juggling the knives - extending one hand, he lets the six of them stab into his arm in a star-like pattern, "Thanks for your time, folks. I'll be hear all week!"

<Ire> Reporters: *nod, prepare to leave, when suddenly, something shoots out of the manhole. Why, it's the tentacles, molesting Infinity. The reporters quickly film this*
* Ire emerges from the manhole momentsl ater, panting.
* Infinity is now nude!
<Icebrand> <What the...> GAH! *opens fire on the tentacles*
* Ghoul pulls the knives free, slides them into his shealth, then looks to Infinity, "...Stealing my press.."
<Ire> Tentacles: *retreat, leaving Infinity behind*
<Icebrand> <It's a proven fact. The public loves nudity.>
* Infinity falls to the ground, nude and barely concscious.
<Ire> ...*sigh*
<Ire> Now we're going to be involved with porn.

* Icebrand spins his guns and blows the smoke from the right one
* Ghoul saunters over to Infinity, looking down at her, "You know, pain is said to heighten the female orgasm.."
