* Snipe leans back in his chair, rubbing his face with his hands
[Lucas] NRP: Episode 2 will.. uh.. be directed by me. Instead of a jamacan gungan like in episode I, we have a mexican shark.

* Lucas stands behind his mom
[Lucas] Mom! Can I have a coke! Pleeze!
* Velocity hangs out in the hanger, watching Eve work on the mechs
* Lucas points at the machine
* Seraphna smiles, and turns to him, nodding
[Snipe] .oO (I don't get it, I totally don't get it)
[Lucas] It's only a quarter!
* Seraphna grins, remembering the story with DS, she hands him a quarter
[Snipe] Chip: *sighs, annoyed* You've had me run through possible connections between Spade and Talon.  I'm coming up with nothing.  We've had no data on Spade at all in the past year.
* Lucas runs over and puts it in, pressing the button--nothing happens

* Kyo`Yokuo runs the room Snipe is in with his black cowboy hat on

[Snipe] Alright, fact, Chip, Spade was last seen in a vegetable state on his..."HQ" world, or whatever.  The planet basically HAS no name, right.

* Snipe glances at Kyo
* Seraphna walks up to Lucas

* Kyo`Yokuo nods "Ah. need any help?"
[Snipe] Alright, fact, Talon's trade connections have started back up, but so far, with no connection to the Tsivrixsh, that we can tell.

[Snipe] I doubt you could help.  You weren't really here for the events that took place.
[Lucas] NRP: How badly am I mutliating the role? I know Sera played him a lot when I was defunct.
[Seraphna] I'll take care of it Luke...
[Snipe] Fact, Chip, yesterday, while investigating the connections, some mysterious person says SPADE is behind it.

[Seraphna] NRP: Pretty good actually, though he's normally quieter

[Snipe] Not really.  I think I'm going to take a little trip out to Spade's planet.  See if our friend is really in a coma or not.
* Snipe grabs his trench coat, putting it on,.

[Snipe] He's our only lead to this entire Talon incident.
[Seraphna] Elayne] *yawning* I fell asleep again...

[Snipe] Look, most of the Wraiths are out doing mech training exercises.

* Lucas walks around the hangar

* Snipe heads for the elevator

* Velocity stands up and hops into shuttle, powering it up.

* Snipe strolls into the hanger, adjusting his glasses

[Snipe] But he did help us get out of there.
* Kyo`Yokuo pulls out Long Colt and pollashes it to a shine
[Velocity] Pfft.

* Snipe glances at the directions Paladin made out

* Velocity brings the shuttle into the atmosphere

[Velocity] I mean, look at us, we're chasing leads by some mysterious informant.  How cliche can we get?

* Velocity walks in, looking around the expensive room

[Snipe] Woman: *walks through a few rooms, opening up a curtain.  Inside a glass tube can be seen*

* Snipe walks over to the tube and looks at the sleeping man's face

* Snipe grabs a needle and brings out a computer he brought.

[Velocity] Uh, lady, it could because he's...in a coma,.
* Snipe takes some of Spade's blood and then puts a drop on the keypad, hitting a few buttons as the computer runs checks
* Kyo`Yokuo watches Snipe as he works
[Snipe] He was hooked up to a machine that looked just like him.  When I killed it, the feedback hit him.
[Elayne`] No...
[Snipe] According to Paladin's report, Spade hasn't revived since.
[Snipe] Woman: Yes, that is correct...so you're the one who hurt the Master?

[Elayne`] That tube..
* Velocity rests hand on Elayne's shoulder

* Kyo`Yokuo nods
[Velocity] Well, yeah.  But it HAS something to do with him.
[Kyo`Yokuo] ok 
[Snipe] Yeah, I know that much.
* Elayne` glows
* Snipe looks down at Spade
* Snipe waves Velocity and they both step outside
[Elayne`] *The device blinks rapidly and beeps
[Snipe] Kyo, El--*Stops* Huh?
[Elayne`] Voice] Project Description... ATLAN...
* Kyo`Yokuo watches her
* Elayne` changes to dragon form
* Elayne` blinks
* Snipe lowers his glasses, blinking

[Snipe] Kyo, go inside and watch Spade's body.  We're going to get our shuttle prepped up to go as soon as that woman finds the files.
* Snipe bends down next to Elayne
* Elayne` looks up at him
* Snipe throws Kyo a spare communicator

* Elayne` seems much happier
* Kyo`Yokuo nods and goes back inside to Spade's body

* Snipe heads back for the shuttle with Vel and El
[Elayne`] *The device is on the floor and beeping madly

* Snipe looks back

* Snipe begins to walk back, looking at it

* Elayne` isn;t listening to the unit

* Kyo`Yokuo tips his hat again as he looks at the woman
[Snipe] Spade: *lays there, motionless*
* Velocity hops onto the shuttle, powering it up
[Elayne`] UNIT] The word clone reactivated me...

* Kyo`Yokuo looks at Spade, his hands back in his pockets, hisright on long colt
* Snipe sets the unit down on a seat

[Velocity] GM: *the wall shakes next to Kyo*
[Elayne`] UNIT] Yes quite... you are...
[Velocity] Woman: Huh?  *looks up, confused*
[Elayne`] UNIT] John McCormick?
[Snipe] Correct.
* Velocity finishes powering up the shuttle
* Kyo`Yokuo turns aprubtly as he slowy moves his gun out, looking at the wall shake
[Elayne`] UNIT] Good, I am detecting an energy disturbance Mr. McCormick
[Snipe] Where---?
[Elayne`] UNIT] The home containing ATLAN 001
[Velocity] Wall: *Busts in and ten men move in, opening fire in the room.  The woman is hit immediately*

[Elayne`] UNIT] Code Named Spade

* Snipe turns to Velocity
[Snipe] Any communication from Kyo?
[Elayne`] UNIT] Spade being considered the first suit in a deck of cards..
[Velocity] GM: *the men continue to fire at Kyo, driving him back or, the alternative, get shot*
[Kyo`Yokuo] SHIT!!! *pulls out his gun fully and shoots rapily at the men as he dives for cover behind something for cover
[Velocity] Negative.  Kyo hasn't contacted us.
[Velocity] Leader: Hold him down.  Now, grab that body.
* Elayne` seems oblivious to everything
[Velocity] Men: *drag the tube off*
[Snipe] So, you're saying, Spade is the first in a little deck of cards, meaning all the ATLANS?
[Elayne`] UNIT] Power reading... UNIT 001's power had risen by 55 points...
[Elayne`] UNIT] Exactly
[Kyo`Yokuo] Oh no you don`t *fires at the men as they drag the tube*
[Velocity] No contact from Kyo yet.
[Elayne`] UNIT] My data states there are 150 ATLANs
[Velocity] GM: *one of them scream in pain and falls, but the others drag it out.  A few more provide cover*

[Velocity] Leader: *throws a torch and sets the building on fire*
[Velocity] Leader: *Grabs a six shooter plasma weapon and fires at Kyo*
[Snipe] Alright, swing around, lets check the building out.
* Velocity lifts the shuttle off the ground and flies for the building
* Kyo`Yokuo moves back behind his selter and fires backk at the leader.
[Velocity] Leader: *is the only one left.  He dives behind a desk*
[Snipe] Dammit, the building is on fire.
[Snipe] Comm: Kyo?!
[Elayne`] UNIT] Interesting enough... I feel the presence of UNIT 009 Coming in... Sarlen Airier
[Elayne`] *BearClaw exits out of hyperspace
[Velocity] Leader: *fires off another shot at Kyo, directly for at his forehead*
* Velocity flies around the building
[Velocity] What's your plan, sir?
[Snipe] Dammit, get Kyo out of there if he's alive.
[Velocity] Scanning for him.
[Elayne`] COMM] Snipe come in...
[Kyo`Yokuo] Comm: A lil Busy at the moment, shit! *drops too the floor as he sees the bullet* Dan you *rolls behind the caminet, friing shots at the leaders chest
[Velocity] Leader: *ducks behind the desk* Is that the best you got?!
[Snipe] Comm: Yeah, Saerin?
[Elayne`] *It is Sarlen's voice
* Snipe notices a window
[Snipe] Pull up by that window, Velocityh.
[Snipe] GM: *the entire building rumbles*

[Elayne`] COMM: Abort you fuckin mission... I'm destroying that fake before it gets out of hand...
[Velocity] Leader: *slowly moves around the desk*
[Snipe] Comm: Hate to break it to you, but that body is definitely Spade.
[Kyo`Yokuo] What the hell *aims as he aims a dead shot at his head as he moves it out from behind the desk*
[Elayne`] COMM: Exactly my point
[Snipe] Comm: He can't be a fake.
[Velocity] Leader: *aims at Kyo at the same time*
* Kyo`Yokuo fires
[Velocity] Leader: *fires*
[Velocity] Leader: *is shot in the head*
[Elayne`] COMM: It's Spade... But think Snipe... which original is it? It's the bloody first ATLAN that killed all of the original doctors...
* Velocity pulls up by the window
[Elayne`] COMM: He's a fuckin psychopath.. the same one that killed my mother...
* Kyo`Yokuo rolls back , the shot, mipping his arm "Ack!"
[Snipe] Comm: Listen to me, Saerin, I ran the tests.  Spade is Spade.  He's the first Spade.  That body might be a clone, but I did a brain test on him.  You know how old it is?!
* Snipe opens the shuttle door, aims at the window, and blasts it in
[Snipe] KYO, JUMP OUT!
[Elayne`] COMM: 125 years old
[Snipe] Comm: Good job.
[Elayne`] COMM: Next tuesday
[Elayne`] COMM: It's in my damn head!
* Velocity steadies the shuttle
* Kyo`Yokuo gaps the files the woman was looking at and jumps out, into the shuttle
[Elayne`] *Bearclaw lands in front of the house
* Velocity flies away from the building
* Snipe slams the door shut
[Snipe] GM: *A shuttle shoots away from the building*
[Snipe] What?!
[Kyo`Yokuo] Well that was intersting... 
[Velocity] That's gotta be carrying Spade.
* Velocity grabs the controls
[Elayne`] *Bearclaw lifts up again
[Velocity] GM: *the building explodes*
* Velocity flies after the shuttle
[Snipe] Brace yourselves!
[Elayne`] COMM]NOT SO FUCKIN FAST SPADE!
* Snipe buckles himself in
[SOUND]
[Elayne`] *BearClaw draws a beam-saber
* Kyo`Yokuo does the same and holds onto the files
* Elayne` clings to Snipe already
* Velocity sends them into a barrell roll, appearing on the shuttle's right side
[Velocity] What's that?  *reads a label* Corps Aris?
[Velocity] Huh.
[Velocity] Targetting shuttle.
* Elayne` flies right behind the shuttle, bringing the saber to bear
[Snipe] Blow it out of the sky.
[Elayne`] *Sarlen
[Elayne`] *Sarlen brings the saber to thrust right through the ship
[Velocity] Shuttle: *suddenly boosts forward, dodging*
[Velocity] Dammit.
* Velocity fires, nipping the wing
[Snipe] ...
[Elayne`] *Sarlen fires a Claw missle at it
[Velocity] Shuttle: *slows, to attempt some other manuever, and is hit, exploding*
[Elayne`] COMM] YEEEHAAAAWWW!!!!
* Velocity slows the thrust down
[Velocity] Target is destroyed.
* Snipe leans back in his seat
[Snipe] So we killed a vegetable...
[Velocity] Well?  At least it's something.
[Snipe] No, it's not.
[Elayne`] COMM] That felt too damn fine... and no Snipe, you killed a damn fine actor...
* Snipe slams fist down
[Snipe] Spade isn't connected to the rebirth of Talon's trade connections.
[Snipe] WHO is?
* Elayne` looks up at Snipe
[Velocity] 'Fraid we're out of leads now.
[Kyo`Yokuo] Snipe.. i got some of the files if they may help..
* Snipe spins around
[Snipe] You did!?
* Kyo`Yokuo nods
* Snipe grins
[Snipe] Maybe I can learn a bit more, but still...
* Kyo`Yokuo holds out the stack he grabed
[Snipe] Good job.
* Snipe takes them
[Elayne`] COMM] I say we get back to base, read the files, and then track down whoever the bastard is...
[Kyo`Yokuo] thanks
* Elayne` blinks
[Snipe] .oO (Spade's dead, but in a way, he was already no longer a threat.  But who was trying to steal his body?  And who is our informant who got us here to STOP them?)
[Velocity] Heading home.
* Velocity enters hyperspace
* Snipe sighs
[Kyo`Yokuo] Oh.. i also killed what i think was the leader of who stoll Spade's body..
[Elayne`] *Bearclaw follows them
[Snipe] That's a plus...that's a plus.
* Elayne` shakes her little head
* Elayne` nuzzles Snipe
* Snipe pats Elayne
* Elayne` purrs
