[DeathStar] Location: Fury
* DeathStar stands in the training room, holding his saber ready as the training simulation of Hyper runs before him. Holding his saber up in a defensive position, he waits for the hologram to make it's move.
* DeathStar quickly stepping out of the way as Hyper throws a punch, he slashes at the maverick, who in turn steps back and blasts Death Star back a few feet.
* Seraphna is in the training center as well, working on blocking ranged attacks
* Dias spars a against a defensive hologrm on the other side of the training room
[Hikaru`] 6[5[13Emily5]6] *is napping in the cafeteria... again*
* DeathStar looks around to make sure no one is watching this sad turn of events. Hyper, taking the moment to fire an attack at his head, snaps him out of his daydream, forcing him to drop, duck, and roll behind the Maverick.
* Seraphna starts blocking energy blasts, slowly speeding the simulation up in the skill the computer uses
* DeathStar thrusts his saber into the maverick's back, disabling him in time for him to spin around and slash off the Maverick's head.
[DeathStar] End...*pants* simulation.
* Seraphna ends her simulation soon after
* DeathStar straightens up as he puts up his saber, deciding to stop for now. He quietly exits the training room and into the hallway.
* Dias locks grips with his hologram and begins a push fight
[Seraphna] Some people think power is the only way.. .skill is an alternative means of battle when power is lost...
[DeathStar] Eve: *sits nearby Dias, cheering him on*
* DeathStar wanders the hallway, a look of thought on his face.
[Hikaru`] 10[3[12Ariel3]10] "...well, you may have lost your strength, but you haven't lost the style."
* DeathStar spins around, surprised evident on his face, to see Ariel.
[DeathStar] So you saw.
* Dias twists around and hurls the hologram straight across the room, only to see it vanish
[DeathStar] Admiral Drake: *monitors the bridge of the Fury, bored*
[Dias] ....*spins around throwing a punch behind him, the hologram vanishing again and throwing a flying kick straight into his head*
[DeathStar] Eve: *makes various faces of concern and delight as she watches Dias*
[Hikaru`] 10[3[12Ariel3]10] "What? Were you trying to hide?"
* Dias slides across the training room floor and vanishes as he moves behind the hologram throwing a powerful elbow only to have it blocked*
[DeathStar] No, not really.  *pauses to think*  No point in hiding, since every knows by now.
[DeathStar] (everyone)
* DeathStar quickly pulls out his saber and twirls it, a cocky grin on his face, much like his old Hunter days 27 years ago.
* Dias bounces back and breathes deeply as he pulls himself and straightens his form
[DeathStar] Of course, I'm still the man when it comes to sword fighting.
[DeathStar] Eve: Hey, Dias, don't overdo it, okay?
* Dias smiles
[Hikaru`] 10[3[12Ariel3]10] *ruffles DS' hair* "But you still bow down to the queen."
[Dias] NPR: *cracks a whip*
* DeathStar puts on a mock look of surprise and hurt.
[DeathStar] Of course...tell me, where might I find this queen?
* Dias dashes forward throwing a punch, it being blocked, he then spins around and throws his arm out, again having it blocked
[DeathStar] Admiral Drake: *leans forward as a vessel, similar to CorSec design of 27 years past, comes out of hyperspace*
*** Seraphna has quit IRC (Ping timeout)
* Dias flips back across the floor and lands next to Eve
[Dias] Computer, end simulation
* Dias grabs a towel and wipes his face off
[DeathStar] Eve: *pats Dias on the head* Good job.
* Dias smiles
* Dias stretches out
[Dias] Need to get ready for the upcoming battle..

[DeathStar] Eve: I would think the upcoming battle would be more of a space battle than a physical one.
[Dias] But if I want to keep my reflexes tip-top shape, I need to keep my mind sharp.
[DeathStar] Computer: Announcement.  We have a guest coming...It seems to be General Cran.  He'll be docking in Hanger Bay 7.
[DeathStar] Eve: *looks up at the announcement*
* Dias eyes quirk
* DeathStar loses his pleased expression and frowns.
[DeathStar] Cran?
[Dias] .....This is never a good thing.
* Seraphna sighs and leans agianst a wall
[DeathStar] Eve: I take it he's a bad thing?
[Seraphna] Just who I needed to see *sarcasticly*
[Dias] Cran never brings good news.
[DeathStar] Eve: From what I remember...he used to run CorSec.
* DeathStar heads for the hanger.
[Dias] Exactly...*narrows his eyes* Care to come?
[DeathStar] Eve: Sure, why not?
* Dias helps Eve up and leads her to the hanger
* DeathStar steps into the hanger, nodding at Drake, and stares as the old CorSec ship begins to dock.
[Hikaru`] 10[3[12Ariel3]10] *steps in and... stops dead in her tracks*
* DeathStar crosses his arms, a scowl on his face evident.
* Seraphna walks in, her face grim, unhappy to see a ship like this
[DeathStar] GM: *the ship stops moving and the docking process completed.*
[DeathStar] I still think we should slice him into tiny little pieces, set them on fire, and place a curse on the ashes so that he can never return in any fashion or form.
[DeathStar] Drake: We should be civil...*thinks* At least until we hear what he's come for.
* Dias walks into the hanger
[DeathStar] Eve: *steps in after Dias, stretching once as she checks out the crowd that has gathered thus far*
[Hikaru`] 10[3[12Ariel3]10] *shivers* And to think I worked for those people at one point...
[DeathStar] Well, my job there wasn't exactly voluntary.
[Dias] Hey atleast he isn't technically your surrogate mother.
[Hikaru`] 10[3[12Ariel3]10] *frowns and looks at DS* I was working undercover!

* Seraphna just looks onward
*** GeneralCran has joined #taw
* GeneralCran walks down the ramp. His hair and beard of turned a shade of white and he looks tired. His gray trenchcoat flaps behind him as he works his way down a ramp and onto the hanger floor with the others.
* Dias takes a deep breath and crosses his arms
* DeathStar scowls at the sight of Cran.
[Hikaru`] 10[3[12Ariel3]10] *sighs* A reminder that no one stays dead these days...
* GeneralCran smiles at Ariel
[GeneralCran] That's true, but not quite in the sense you think of it.  Indeed, you did manage to kill me all those years ago.
[DeathStar] Wha?
* Seraphna nodds
[Seraphna] Think, if they could bring Airier and Sarlen back to life, they could certainly bring him back.
[GeneralCran] Your attack managed to bust my machines components straight into my lungs, puncturing them.  *thinks* Quite painful.  Luckly, some of my men found me and managed to transfer my conscious over to this new clone body.
[GeneralCran] That is, after all, how I've survived a century or so in this world.
[Seraphna] Project Vanguard...
[Dias] Cheap way to live on forever...
[DeathStar] Bah, I've had enough of clones.  
[Dias] Next time I'll make sure to crush your spirit.
[GeneralCran] It is indeed, Dias.  Which is why I've decided to stop the process.  I've seen and done any enough.

But I should let you know that I choose to aid you now because I've finally learned a few things.  You're fighting for Earth and most of the galaxy...and that in itself merits aid.
[Dias] What's in it for you?
[GeneralCran] Well, if you fail, the human race is doomed.
* DeathStar frowns.
[Seraphna] Hmm.. .Personal issue.
[GeneralCran] I've always attempted to aid human life, Seraphna.  
[GeneralCran] Just not in the manner you all would do it.

[GeneralCran] Several things.  I can't give you weapons or anything to aid you physically, but perhaps there's some shady issues each of you might have that I can clear up.  Since my last death, I've been following all of you with great interest.
* GeneralCran glances at Sera.
[GeneralCran] An error.  A prejudism.  All men have their flaws, that was mine.  I see now that I was wrong.  Reploids are aiding the human race, not destroying it like I thought.
* DeathStar turns his back, trying to control his anger.

[DeathStar] Drake: Look, lets move out of the hanger and into the conference room...

* Dias motions to Star to relax
[GeneralCran] *bluntly* One could say the same for you, yet no one around you discredits you, do they?

* DeathStar walks out in the direction of the conference room, quick to hide his emotions.
* GeneralCran places his hands in his pocket and nods at the team.
[GeneralCran] Lead the way.
[Dias] NRP: I don't know...ever since Star started to come from Eve's room, and her panties started disappearing, I've been wondering
[DeathStar] Eve: *leans next to Dias* I sense a lot of tension in the room.
* Dias puts his arm around her
[DeathStar] Drake: *leads the way to the conference room*
[Dias] Aye, but it'll loosen itself, in times like these, the greatest ally can come from under a rock
[DeathStar] Eve: I don't know...Cran seems to have an agenda for himself here.  I mean, I can just sense it.
* Dias rests his hands on her shoulder
[Hikaru`] 10[3[12Ariel3]10] *quietly walks to the conference room, lost in thought*
* GeneralCran walks in after Drake, glancing around the conference room. Seated at the far end is Death Star, looking at the table. Without a word, he takes a seat near the exit.
[Dias] We can't make our move till he deals his cards though..till then we just have to watch him closely.
[DeathStar] Eve: Well, lets catch up to the others.
* Dias nods and makes his way to the conference room
* Seraphna leans against the doorway, still in her black robes and armor attire
[GeneralCran] *absently* I was hoping more of you would be here.
* DeathStar holds his tongue.
[Diamondback] *walks in* [Hi, I was told there'd be free food... here?]
[DeathStar] Eve: *slides into a seat in the conference room, waving at DB*
[GeneralCran] Ah, Diamondback.  There's no food, but you might like to be here for this.  *gestures at a seat8
* Dias walks into the conference room and takes a seat next to Eve, he then rests his hand against his temple, keeping on eye on General Crans, heart-rate and body-temperature.
* DeathStar keeps a sullen look on his face.

* GeneralCran seems to be perfectly comfortable and at normal levels.
[DeathStar] Drake: Alright, uh, so, what is it you wanted to talk about, Cran?
* GeneralCran reaches into his trenchcoat and pulls out some papers and places them in front of them.
[GeneralCran] First off, the simple matter.  I've tracked down every villian you've fought recently, especially the reoccuring ones, and managed to find out the current status of every enemy you've fought.  *nods at Ariel* If you would like to know for sure an enemy is dead or not this time, I can verify it.
[DeathStar] *quietly* You came all the way out here JUST to tell us if some enemy if ours is dead?  For Godsake..

[GeneralCran] I have no doubt you'll run into new ones, Diamondback.  The problem for most of you is the old ones.  Like Sigma.  There's a character for you.

* DeathStar makes some biting sounds, but refuses to ask any questions of Cran.
[DeathStar] Drake: Is, uh, that manager fellow dead?
[GeneralCran] ...*looks pained at being asked about such a low level villian* ... yes.

[Seraphna] Xevil?
[GeneralCran] That's the one that's sketchy.  I investigated your battlesite with Xevil and found his remains among the...self-destructed base.  Strangely enough, I have had 3 eyewitnesses claim they saw Xevil alive.  2 of them are quite reliable.  But, to them, most Tsivrixsh look the same.

[DeathStar] Xevil's dead.  Garland blasted him into oblivion...
* Seraphna narrows her eyes

[GeneralCran] I won't lie --- I've looked into what he's doing.  The chances are...not good it'll remain like that.
* GeneralCran glances at Sera.

[GeneralCran] None are currently alive, Seraphna.  As for your question, Dias, the one named Gwyn was alive a few days ago before I made this journey, but was fatally wounded - chances she's alive is next to none.

* Dias looks at Cran and smiles

[GeneralCran] Exactly.  The power of Dark Heart was inside you, but it was your encounter and your emotions that brought it out.  Just recently it grew stronger, correct?  The emotion you have for Eve strengthened your power.

[Dias] Your a shrewd bastard you know that Cran? The only thing me and Slasher could'nt figure out is what the mysterious dna that's present in my body is.
[GeneralCran] Basically, Dias, you can reach your ultimate potiential with Dark Heart according to your emotions.  Sure, your rage can bring out a lot of power in Dark Heart - but if you hold onto emotions like that, I believe you can reach your ultimate form/potiential.  Just keep that in mind in the upcoming days.
[GeneralCran] As for the DNA, well, that's simple.  Motenk DNA.  Ancient and probably not pure like the real race, but close enough.
[Dias] ......Motenk? You mean....
[GeneralCran] Yeah.  You have DNA that is part of the oldest known race in the history of our galaxy.  Congrats.
[Hikaru`] 10[3[12Ariel3]10] Aww... it feels like Christmas.

* DeathStar smiles at Ariel
[GeneralCran] Indeed.  That brought him back.  It's scattered all over the galaxy, various known technologies.  It's probably why when you used it on him, it worked so well.  Will Slasher have the same effect?  Probably not...

[DeathStar] Drake: Heh, I don't think I have any "skeletons" in my closet to uncover.

[GeneralCran] Actually, you do.  You always wanted to be a starfighter pilot and you probably would have gotten the job, sooner or later, if you kept trying.  However, while the Fury was under production on the spacestation, there was going to be another officer placed in charged.  One that followed duties and felt his job would be to destroy the Fury before it could fall into enemy hands.
[GeneralCran] So, I "stepped in" and made sure you were picked, knowing that you would actually STEAL the Fury in a worst case scenario.  Basically, you can blame me for your career not going in the path you would have liked.  
* Dias looks over at Eve, worry in his eyes
[DeathStar] Drake: ... guess it worked out for the best.
* DeathStar chuckles darkly

[GeneralCran] As for your current condition, Death Star...you're body is slowly turning into a new type of organic nature.  Basically, you're a machine, still, but your body is evolving itself into a higher degree of machines.  Not uncommon type of robot in the galaxy, but unusual for a reploid to do such a thing.  Pretty soon, you'll be fully organic and the only time your robotic nature would show is when you're damaged 
[GeneralCran] Basically, you could "Repair" yourself.  Much like a human could go to a regeneration chamber to regrow a lost limb, you can do it on your own.  Sadly, with your powers locked away, your in a state of non-growth and will continue to be so unless you stop shielding your powers.
[DeathStar] .....*looks lost*

Your real daughter is either dead or in some state of coma having no memory of ANYTHING you've done with her for 20 years.
