[DeathStar] Basically, Earth is the testing ground for a whole new level of technology beyond that of what has been created.
* Garland looks at DS

[Dias] So basically they wanted to turn it into this hell hole and try to return it back to it's former self?

[DeathStar] Basically, Earth is the perfect test to do just that Dias.  To see if it can be successful.
* Iceheart snorts
[Dominator] Are you saying that this Paradise can actually alter the planet itself...?
* Booster flicks an ear.  "Our whole planet is simply seen as a test subject by them?..."
[Ariel] Hmph... I can't believe they of all people would make such a device...
[DeathStar] It's appearance and life.  Basically, I believe, it covers up the damage with a new level.  But there would be no side effects from the old.
[DeathStar] Basically, they can create a whole new world on top of an old one.
[Dominator] Why not, Booster? I did think it was a bit odd they decimated the planet, rather than conquer it... Now we know some of their reasoning
[Dias] What does it run on?

[Dominator] That would be extremely formidable device... That explains the blockade... It truly could create a "paradise"
[Zero] Possible, but they want to mass market it no doubt. So it won't be limited to Earth.
[Wiendigo] *folds his arms* I'm still not buying this 'whole new level of technology' deal. It's too advanced, even for the Tsiv.
[Booster] Well, if Wiendigo is right, then I'd like to show these aliens what isn't a game...

[Dias] We don't know the consequences of the people on the planet.
[Dominator] I don't know if they'll "market" it, but they will definetely put it to use... Perhaps they will no longer concern themselves with conquering worlds, but instead decimate them and create them anew... That could have horrifying consequences for the races of the galaxy
[Dias] What happens to the people who are on it while it happens
[Garland] I also don't understand why they would they even make something like this? I would think they'd put all their efforts into war weaponry.
[Dominator] Snipe has a point... That would perhaps be the only way to save Earth, but... Do we have any idea whether this device is operational or when it will be?
[Booster] They could simply intend to make it a paradise to themslves only, too.
[Booster] NRP: themselves, even.
* DeathStar listens to them debate, not saying anything more until they settle down.
[Dominator] The Tsivrixsh Empire may be at war, but they aren't at war simply to fight... They want what anyone wants out of war, territory and resources. This device has the potential to give them unrivaled resources
[Cheryl] They ammount of power needed for such a device would be incredible... How would they power it?
[X] Our belief is something outside the planet generates it.
[Dominator] *glances at DS, then the others* We'd best let Death Star continue...
[Dias] What happens to the people on the planet when it activates?
* Sabre thinks over the new information, silent

[Dias] That's something I'm worried about then. If anything, it might wipe em out, including us

* DeathStar glances at IH, trying to remember where he's seen her before
* Wiendigo keeps a steady eye on DS as he watches IH

* Booster turns to Death Star silently, though he keeps an eye on Sigma.
[DeathStar] According to X and Zero, there's survival bases built around the Earth that helps control/run 'Paradise'.  If we can take over each of these faculities, we could gain control of this technology.
[Snipe] Sigma: *sneers at the idea*
[Dominator] How many are there, though?
[Gorgon] You wanna let this retard (

[Dominator] The moment we attack one, we alert the others to danger. Depending on the number and their strength, we may or may not be able to split up to tackle them

* Garland remains quiet, keeping to him self untill the Wien fight thing cools off.

[DeathStar] There's a communication tower, a generator, and the brain of the program...which is at a well protected base.  However, what turns it on and controls it fully, is unknown to us.  Probably off planet.  Maybe on the moon.
[Snipe] Sigma: *glares at Gorgon* You think you could do better, idiot?
[Gorgon] Ooh Idiot. I'm hurt. 
* Sabre backs away from Gorgon and concentrates on DS after Sigma turns to Gorgon
[DeathStar] I'm splitting us into 3 teams.
* Garland nods
[Dominator] To tackle each of the Earth-based outposts, no doubt?
[DeathStar] My team will take on the brain of this Paradise.  See what we can learn.  I want Dominator and Garland definately with me.  Dom knows a lot about this planet since he's stayed here and can aid me.
* Dominator nods
[DeathStar] A second team, led by X and Zero, will take on the communication tower.
[DeathStar] And the third team, led by Sigma and his mavericks, will take out the generator.  Doubt he could do much harm there.
* Sabre nods, trying to decide which team he'd rather be on and wondering which team he'll end up being on
[DeathStar] NRP: If you have more than one character, you might want to split them between the two teams (not Sigma's).  If you have one, go with DS' group
[Iceheart] I'll join X and Zero.

* DeathStar hits a button and a side door opens on the Tsiv. battleship and a crate slides out and hits the sand, blowing dust up into the air.

* DeathStar hits another button and the crate opens, revealing enough hoverbikes to ride

* Dominator adjusts some settings so that he flies over the sand dune smoothly and keeps full speed after the landing

* Garland hits a button, getting a boost of speed for a moment, catching up with everyone

* Snipe glances at Dias, sighs, and climbs on behind him

* Dias leaps onto his bike and revs it flying forwards

* DeathStar hits his throttle and zooms forward

* Garland follows DS as fast as the bike will go, looking off in the distance for anyting
