* Ire works on his rifle.
Dias] Slasher: *looks over the people standing outside, summing them up in his head*
Ire] GM: *Strangely absent right now is Shroud, who took off shortly after Cedarton left*
* Wildcat kicks a piece of rubble
* Dias leans against a charred tree
Ire] Eve: I can't find that doctor guy or Sera.  I hope they made it out okay from the rubble.  *pauses, looking around* Anyone seen Hotaru?
* Ire half looks up from his rifle, his clothes still blood stained from the previous' days fight, the one taking place before SN Pt.2
Ire] GM: *strangely present is Wildcat, who just arrived*

* Ire holsters his rifle inside his trench coat and walks over to the rest of the group, standing in what could be considered the middle of them
Ire] I need to know who's willing to follow this through.
Dias] Slasher: *comes walking down from the ruin building and over to Ire
Dias] Slasher: Count me in..I believe things are only starting to get interesting
Eve`] I said before I was ready, I still am.
* Wildcat shrugs
Wildcat] I'm in. ...I guess.

Ire] GM: *strangely absent is Adam --- who died from a falling tree limb 2 minutes before the session began*

* Ire looks at WC.
Ire] You weren't here for all the fun.  We might be fighting Cedarton, Death Star, Selphie, and Shroud to get to our goal.
Seiya] ...and that is...?
Wildcat] ...I can't remember the last time I turned down a risky gamble. I'm still in.
Ire] Stop Chaos from getting inside that vortex and getting whatever has Hodges and Cran worried.
* Eve` stands next to Adam, who is still under the giant tree limb.
Dias] Sounds simple enough
Ire] Bad thing is, Chaos probably has moved troops inside the vortex already.
Dias] So we leave Chaos in there and keep the others from getting in.
* Seiya nods, idly wishing Hotaru was here
Ire] Not exactly.  We have to stop Chaos, too.
Dias] So we're gonna have to go in then.
Ire] Right.
Ire] GM: *the snow is still mysteriously gone, though a cold wind blows*
Dias] Slasher: Sounds exciting...A good chance to gather some data
Eve`] What about Adam?  Do we leave him here --- KOed?  *gestures at Adam's body*
Dias] I say let the dogs have their ways with him
Ire] ...he'll be fine here.
* Eve` huffs at Dias.
* Dias smiles
Ire] We'll move as soon as the next vortex opens.
Dias] Slasher: So do we have any idea where the next Vortex is gonna open?
Ire] No.
Seiya] *glances at WC* ...sure you don't want to sit this one out...?
* Wildcat shakes his head
Ire] They seemed to have been stopping in their frequent appearance.  Cran thinks because Chaos has control.
Dias] Slasher: How many have been opening since they started?
Wildcat] And let you guys have all the fun? No way!
*** X1-Gone has quit IRC (Ping timeout)
Ire] 30 opened real quick, slowed down when Quartz when in.  When Quartz died, 10 more appeared.  Then, they stopped.
Dias] Slasher: Hmmm...Or maybe the Vortex has control of Chaos.
Ire] ...
* Eve` sits next to Adam
Dias] There has to be some kinda of pattern to these vortex'. I mean if we think that Chaos has control. Then obviously he's gonna open one nearest to their most populated area.
Dias] Slasher: That would be the easiest way to get all them in there.
Ire] True.
Ire] But that hasn't happened
Dias] Slasher: Maybe he's just learning how to control it.
Seiya] ...maybe if we asked really nicely...

Ire] Cran: We have a portal opening 500 meters west of your position

* Ire grabs a motocycle and drives off.

Dias] Slasher: Bout damned time...*leaps onto a waiting motorcycle and follows behind Ire*
* Wildcat picks the rock back up and chucks it at Stark
Eve`] GM: *it hits Stark...knocking him back, still in a trance*
* Dias leaps onto another waiting motorcycle and drives off following Slasher and Ire*
* Wildcat , without waiting, jumps on his somehow spared cycle and blazes after everyone else
* Ire rounds a few buildings and stops in front of the vortex, which is 10 meters ahead of him
* Stark throws his lance at WC

* DeathStar stands in front of the portal, glancing at Ire
* Seiya uneasily mounts a motorcycle and follows

* Ire glances at Seiya.

* Ire looks at DS and Selphie.

* DeathStar holds out his arm in front of Ire.

* Selphie`Cao ignores Dias. Puts her full attention to Ire.

* Ire aims his rifle at DS' head, firing

* Dias darts past DS and towards the Vortex
* Selphie`Cao pulls her pistol from her boot and fires at Ire's Arm
* Wildcat flares up his bike's engine and blasts for the portal
* Ire dodges Selphie, firing at her.
Cedarton] Only disarm him, if you can, Death Star.
DeathStar] Wait, Ire is distracting us!
DeathStar] From the Portal!
* DeathStar looks at Dias.

* Seiya walks into the portal

* Ire stands in front of Selphie, waving his rifle around.

* DeathStar leaps into it after Seiya.
Dias] Slasher: *flings a Chi ball straight at Cedarton and one infront of Selphie*

* Wildcat blazes into the portal, bike and all

* Stark sidesteps it

* Dias darts past the Chi ball explosion and closer to the portal
* Cedarton blurs into it as well "DS, teleport over here!"
* Ire dives into the portal.
* Dias flips into the portal
* DeathStar is in the portal.
Dias] Slasher: ....Fools...*walks into the portal*
Ire] GM: *everyone who steps through the folder is transformed into tiny little white lines and transported across a black void.  They reform in a totally white void --- nothing visible anywhere*
Ire] GM: *However, behind them --- is a reflection, faded, of the street they were just fighting in*
* DeathStar looks around, amazed.
Seiya] NRP: Can we see eachother?
* Selphie`Cao stares in amazement.
Ire] NRP: Yep
Selphie`Cao] NRP: was just about to ask that
Dias] Slasher: Interesting...*looks around*
Stark] NRP: I think it'd be more like Sliders than Stargate.

* Ire holsters his rifle, walking away from Selphie, Cedarton, and DS.
* Cedarton flies straight up
* Selphie`Cao holds her pistol tight, fighting not to shoot Ire, in the back

* Ire looks over his shoulder.

* Dias walks up behind Selphie and reaches over her shoulder grasping her gun and pushing it down to the ground

Chaos`] Black armor with blue streaks.  Heavily damaged.  Black hair, spikier than the original's and not as short.  Everything else matched him.  His left arm was gone and his eyes missing.
