* Trigger` mashes buttons

* Uplink quakes in fear
* Speedblade shakes his head
[Trigger`] Boo!
* Uplink dives behind Speed
[Trigger`] Heh heh.
[Speedblade] ...Do you two want to use this new tech or not?

[Trigger`] Say no, Russian dude, or I'll bash your head in.  This thing spells trouble, especially with Speed doing the controlling.

* Speedblade hits a few buttons, bringing up a display on a monitor before 'link answers

* Tusk fiddles with the controls on the new systems

* Garmsian stands in the shadows

[Speedblade] Location: An abandoned warehouse, Neo Tokyo, Japan.
[Speedblade] GM: Feel free to comment on the realities in the other channels.
* Speedblade slams his hand into a box
[Speedblade] This is embarrassing... we don't even have a decent headquarters!
[Speedblade] The Hunters are really being a pain in the ass lately... why won't they accept their destiny, anyway?
[Speedblade] It's really not paying to be a Maverick lately.

* Speedblade 's head appears over his body in a wireframe model
* CrossFire steps up and looks to Trigger, "Like your one to talk, blah blah blah, Im the greatest."
[Speedblade] Watch what you say, new guy. I can always use a new host.
* Trigger` points at CrossFire
[Trigger`] Why don't you go get a Hunter to blow you up?
[CrossFire] Yes Sir..er...I guess*walks off and leans againest a wall and snickers*
* Speedblade repossesses his body
[Trigger`] Ed: *mops the floor*
[Uplink] Trius: ... *trips Ed*
[CrossFire] So, what are we going to do anyways Sir?
[Speedblade] Listen up. Nocturne found something on a recon run, and we're picking up the parts. We can finally get rid of the Hunters with this one! And you know what happens after they're gone...
[CrossFire] Freedom and rule over all who oppose us?
* Speedblade cracks his knuckles
[Speedblade] ...Basically, yeah...
[Trigger`] World domination?
[Uplink] Trius: .... the death of all humans.
[Uplink] Trius: *is a Russian reploid, da*
* CrossFire looks to Trius, "So comrade, ready to kill some humans?"
[Speedblade] Let's go, our Chasers are waiting outside. We'll be hitting a Hunter supply base, hopefully before we're noticed.
[Trigger`] ....we're always noticed.
[Speedblade] Would you shut up?
* Speedblade sighs, shaking his head, and walks out of the warehouse
* CrossFire walks outside and looks at the Chasers
* Trigger` follows Speed
[Speedblade] Try not to wreck these, they were actually hard to steal.
[CrossFire] Alright, any strategy to this, or do we just go attack the base and get out in a hurry?
[Trigger`] Strategy?  What's that?
* CrossFire shakes his head and jumps on a chaser, turning it on
[Speedblade] Try not to fight. We're undermanned right now... *laughs lightly* Get in, get the parts, get out.
* Trigger` gets on a chaser and turns it on
* Speedblade swings onto a Chaser and revs the engine
[CrossFire] Alright Speed, Im out*zooms off to the supply base*
* Speedblade flares the engines and takes off
* Trigger` follows Speed
[Speedblade] I'm looking forward to this one...
[Trigger`] Because you think we can win?


[Speedblade] ...Me as a Reploid again...
* Trigger` peers at the thing
[Trigger`] If you ask me, it's broken.
[Uplink] Nyet.
[Trigger`] Don't nyet me.
[Uplink] ...da
* Trigger` grabs Uplink
[Trigger`] I said shudda up!  *Throws him into some machinary*

[Speedblade] Would you two KNOCK IT OFF!

[Trigger`] Nyet.  Oh, hell, now I'm picking it up
* Hikari munches on some popcorn she brought with her.
* Uplink looks for his glasses that fell off
[Speedblade] ...What?! Hey, I'm Sigma in that dimension! *laughs*
* Hikari giggles.
[Trigger`] ....oh, gee, that's an accomplishment.
* Trigger` mock claps
* Uplink keeps feeling for his glasses, knocking things over
[Speedblade] This is funny... is this really what the Mavericks were like?
[Hikari] Hmmm... I wonder if I have any role in that dimension...
[Speedblade] I don't know...
[Trigger`] Yeah.  You're a janitor.
[Hikari] ......
* Uplink keeps looking for his glasses
* Trigger` kicks the glasses away from Uplink with his foot
* Uplink smashes into some vital equipment
[Speedblade] ...You two!
* Hikari scowls
[Uplink] Sorry, da.  *keeps looking*
* Trigger` raises his foot over the glasses to smash them
[Speedblade] *without looking up* Do it, and I smash your face in.
[Uplink] Danke.  *grabs glasses and puts them on*
[Speedblade] ...Isn't danke German...? Eh, never mind... *looks back at the monitor*
[Trigger`] He's Russian.  Like he'd know.
* Uplink pouts
[Trigger`] Go.  Scram.  Leave.
[Speedblade] Stick around, 'link. If this thing screws up, you're the only one that can fix it.
[Uplink] ....*blinks* Me?
[Uplink] Yo?
[Trigger`] ...Yo's Spanish.

* CrossFire looks at the display, "What is it sir?"
* Garmsian leans on the wall in the shadow
* CrossFire glances to Garmsian, "Whats up with you?"
[Tusk] ...Hey, looks like I found you two in the dimension.
[CrossFire] Jeez...what am I doing?
* Garmsian doesn't reply
[Garmsian] ...
[Tusk] ...Isn't that Speedblade? With the virus-thing?
[CrossFire] Lemme see, I would say so.
* Garmsian finally stops leaning off the wall and walks into the light
[CrossFire] Finally decided to be sociable?
* Garmsian looks really different
* Garmsian looks bigger and such
* Tusk appears focused on the monitor
[Garmsian] Hm....
[Tusk] ...The Mavericks appear pretty stupid...
* CrossFire appears more casual than normal, walking with an easy gait
[CrossFire] Yes, stupid they are...looks like Im even dumber than I am here.
* Garmsian holds his head with one hand
[Garmsian] ugh
[CrossFire] Whats wrong Garm?
[Garmsian] nothing
[Garmsian] I'm fine...just got repaired so I need to get used to these new parts.
[CrossFire] You dont appear to be doing much there, wonder why that is...?
[CrossFire] Yeah, that can be tough I hear, I may be in need of it soon enough.
[CrossFire] Jesus, I would never drive with such recklessness, wonder what happened to me there.
[Garmsian] yeah, but your system didn't cause a chain reaction in your body did it?
[CrossFire] Nope

* CrossFire lets off the gas and waits for Speed and Trigger, doing a circle around them and yelling a little battlecry before coming up beside them
* Speedblade pulls his Chaser to where the jets are pointing to the ground, then hits the boosters and rockets into the air, showing off
* CrossFire follows Speed, in the same fashion
[CrossFire] Wanna little race do we?
[Speedblade] The Hunters' supply depot isn't too far ahead...
* Speedblade hits the boosters again
[Speedblade] There it is!
* Speedblade points at the depot, a rather small warehouse
* Trigger` follows along, taking his time
* Speedblade swings to a stop near the warehouse
* CrossFire floors it, hits the boosters and flies to the small warehouse, slowing down and stopping
* Trigger` slams into CrossFire's bike, turning his off
* Trigger` he hops off
* Speedblade flips off of his Chaser
* Speedblade flexes his claws
* CrossFire flies off and throws a sidelong glance to Trigger, "Son of a..."
* Speedblade runs for the door, ignoring everyone else, focused
* CrossFire stands up and runs to the door behind Speed
* Speedblade whips out two sabres and looks inside
* Trigger` walks behind them
* Speedblade motions towards himself, then replaces his sabres and eases inside
[Speedblade] *quietly* Look inconspicuous...
* CrossFire pulls his plasma rifle and walks inside
* Trigger` walks inside, whistling
[CrossFire] *whispers*Alright, what are we stealing?
* Speedblade points at a junk pile
[Speedblade] There is a trashed, experimental power generator over there... it's just what I need.
[Speedblade] [Tech] *looks at the newcomers*
[Speedblade] [Tech] ...AAAAH! Mavericks!
* CrossFire shoulders his rifle and walks slowly to the junk pile, looking for the generator
[Speedblade] [Tech] *hits an alarm*
[Speedblade] Shit!
* CrossFire pulls his rifle and shoots a shot at the Tech
* Speedblade slashes a sabre, sending a flame wave flying for the tech, frying him in a wave of flame
[Speedblade] Aaah, the smell of roasting human flesh... *takes a deep breath*
[CrossFire] Damnit, better hurry!
* Trigger` examines things
* CrossFire shoulders his rifle and plows through the pile for the generator
[Speedblade] [Techs] *open fire on the Mavericks*
* Speedblade swings his sabres, blocking a majority of the shots
[Trigger`] Ack!
[Trigger`] Angry techs
* Trigger` fires blasts at them
* CrossFire ducks and rolls left then comes up with his Rifle, and fires three shots at the techs
[Speedblade] Get the generator!
* Speedblade swings his sabres in an arc, sending two flame waves flying at the techs
[Speedblade] [Techs] *are slowly picked off until few remain*
* Trigger` runs toward the generator
* CrossFire grabs the generator after shouldering his rifle, and runs out the door as quickly as possible
[Trigger`] ...
[Trigger`] Show off!
[CrossFire] Jesus this is heavy
[Sigma^] HOLD IT, MAVERICKS!

[Trigger`] ---huh?
* Sigma^ blocks the doorway, his sabre unsheathed
* CrossFire puts it down beside the chasers, "Alright, how do we take it back", glances to Sigma, "What the hell...?"
[Trigger`] Sigma?  
* Trigger` looks at Speed
[Sigma^] Stop right where you are, Mavericks.
* Trigger` looks back
[Speedblade] GET HIM!
* Sigma^ 's Hunter insignia catches a stray beam of light and glistens

[Trigger`] Right!



[Speedblade] ...I didn't know Sigma was that much of a showoff... *ignores the fact that the blastoff seems like something he himself would try*
[Hikari] ...maybe I should consider a transfer...
[Trigger`] Yes, go for it.
[Trigger`] I hear the Cops could use some people.
[Speedblade] ...Trigger, shut up.
[Hikari] Hey... Trigger... When's your next checkup? *mischevious grin*
[Trigger`] Not for a long, long time, whacko.
* Uplink gives Hikari a red rose
[Uplink] Stay, da.
[Speedblade] ...Sigma, using strategy? Shows how different worlds are.
[Speedblade] ...Wait a second...
* Trigger` flicks Uplink's ear and sends the Russian scurrying away
[Speedblade] This looks a lot like the depot that was attacked a couple days before the Mavericks attacked HQ with their time travel devices...
* Hikari smiles and sighs at the same, placing the rose in her hair as she hits Trigger with a tranq
[Speedblade] ...Damn... Deja vu...
[Trigger`] ....wha....the?
* Trigger` looks at the tranq
[Trigger`] ..you...little...bi---*lands flat on his face*
* Uplink pokes Trigger with a stick
* Hikari slides Trigger out of the way and gets a better view of what's going on.
* Trigger` snores loudly
* Uplink sticks a sock into Trigger's mouth



* Garmsian looks at the monitor
[Garmsian] so what is up?
[CrossFire] Looks like Speedblade, Trigger, and me are robbing a supply depot of some sort, hunter owned most likely.
* Garmsian looks at Crossfire
[Garmsian] you?!....oh
[CrossFire] Yes, that is me I take it, looks like me, sounds like me, but sure doesnt act like me.
[Garmsian] ...
[Garmsian] Strange...
* Garmsian raises an eyebrow
[CrossFire] Yes...very
[Garmsian] Sigma and Trius?!
[CrossFire] What is this place....?!?
[Garmsian] Is this happening?
[Tusk] This seems to be a replay of your first mission, with the tables turned...
[CrossFire] I would think so, this is strange...
[Garmsian] hmmm....
[Garmsian] I remember now....
[Garmsian] thats the mission I went had to get repaired
[Garmsian] I may be wrong



* CrossFire pulls his duel dark sabers, and swings them at Sigma
* Trigger` runs at Sigma
* Trius suddenly appears in front of Sigma, a shield formed
[Trius] Nice try, Mavericks.
* CrossFire rolls back when Trius appears, "What the hell?!"
* Trius fires a wave beam at the Mavericks
[Trigger`] Grrrr.
* Speedblade throws his sabre up and absorbs the beam
* Trigger` locks onto Trius and fires seeking missiles
[Speedblade] Still think you stand a chance against us, Hunters?
* CrossFire rolls left and comes up in a jump, coming down with a slash upon Trius
* Sigma^ grins and fires a blast at Speedblade
* Trigger` bum rushes Trius
[Sigma^] We'll just have to wait until X and Zero get here...
* Trius takes most of the blows with a laugh
* Speedblade takes the blast in the shoulder
[Speedblade] GAH!
[Sigma^] Like that one, Speedy?
* CrossFire walks backward, "Speed...do you think we can handle this...!?"
* Trigger` runs off and hides
[Sigma^] *hissing, while holding his shoulder* We've got what we came for... RUN!
[Speedblade] nrp: Uh, I said that, not him.
* CrossFire puts his sabers away and draws his rifle, running to the back of the depot, looking for an exit
* Speedblade runs for the exit and goes into a flying tackle
[Hikari] NRP: Good to know one thing is the same between dimensions... DB messes up windows
[Speedblade] DIE!
[Speedblade] NRP: ...
[Trigger`] NRP: Somethings can't change.
* Sigma^ and Trius are hit by Speed's tackle and land hard on the ground
[Speedblade] GET OUT OF HERE!
* Trigger` runs out of hiding and runs out the exit
* Speedblade holds the two down, sabres pinned against their necks
* CrossFire runs out of the exit
* Speedblade darts out of the warehouse
* CrossFire grabs the generator, slaping it on his back and jumping on his chaser, turning it on and zooming off towards HQ
* Speedblade flips onto his Chaser, immediately gunning it
* Trigger` leaps on his bike and rides off
[Speedblade] MOVE!
* Sigma^ waves his fists after the Mavericks, sending a farewell blast after them, which goes far to the right
*** Trius has quit IRC
* CrossFire looks back over his shoulder, his view obstructed by the generator, "Damnit...come on guys!"
*** Sigma^ has quit IRC
[Speedblade] ...We got it...
[Trigger`] You thought differently/
* CrossFire lets off the gas and rides along Speed and Trigger, "Alright...what now..?"
[Speedblade] Now, we can build Dr. Light's time machine, and do with it what he couldn't... the world is ours!
[Trigger`] Can I get Japan?
* CrossFire snickers and looks at Speed, "Time machine eh?...sounds like fun."



[Speedblade] ...This is...
[Speedblade] Is this really what could've happened?
[Uplink] ....?
* Uplink looks confused
[Hikari] It's a distant reality I think...
[Uplink] Reality, da.
* Uplink points at the machine
[Uplink] Looks at realities, da.
[Speedblade] GM: The machine sparks for a second, then turns off.
[Uplink] ...nyet.
[Speedblade] ...Dammit.
* Hikari sighs
* Trigger` snores
* Trigger` though muffled
[Speedblade] Well... it could've been worse. I'm going to the training facility...
* Uplink stares at the machine
[Uplink] ....eek
[Speedblade] Take smartass there to Medbay, Hik.
* Speedblade stretches
* Uplink pokes machine as if it'll bite him
[Speedblade] Interesting gadget those guys made...
* Speedblade winces as the machine sparks at Uplink
[Uplink] ...EEEK
*** Hikari has quit IRC (Connection reset by peer)
* Uplink leaps back
[Speedblade] ...Let's get that thing fixed... we'll use it again later.



* Tusk flips off the machine
[Tusk] That's enough of that, I think...
[CrossFire] Yes Sir
* Garmsian shakes his head
[Tusk] Now, let's go to the bar! *laughs*
[Garmsian] My memory is messed up too
* Tusk leaves the room, flipping the light off on his way out
* Garmsian leaves too
[CrossFire] Alright, I guess...*walks along with Tusk*
