History:

Chii's addition to the group involved a rocky and tense beginning. Originally a counterpart to Freyja, she was an emotionless being created from the woman's divided soul, given every characteristic and emotion that she felt 'unsuitable' to herself. She neither showed humanity nor care to Freyja's manipulation behind the scenes of Earth for centuries.

Likely due to their supernatural being and unwieldy powers and spiritual strength, the two were sealed in Pandora's Box by Wind when reality was recreated and their reintroduction to life out of the shadows involved a plot by Freyja to utilize Erevis, having discovered the powers Progenitors wielded over the world's rules. In the conflict a new threat to the reality's existence reared its head, and having destroyed any shred of trust, Freyja was sacrificed to try and save Chad Winter's daughter, Aya.

Without Freyja's sole confidance and influence on her, Chii was jolted from her doll-like state, awakening to a rather bitter and mercurial temperament, with no appreciation for pleasantries, rules or the consequences of actions. Katrina took to unusual methods to change her and bring her to reality, so to speak. For a while it seemed like Chii would take a romantic interest in Katrina McCormick, but the Gate of the Gods, and its enticing chance to ressurect Katrina's lost love Shiva, split the two when it ended in dire results for Shiva's second chance.

Although looking to reunite with Katrina, time spent with the one she felt most outlandish and outcast like herself, the general dragoon Cheryl, eventually led her to decline a chance to join the cartel and remain in the outer galaxies, having grown fond of her relationship with the war-heroine.

Through tribulations both physical and exceptionally emotional ranging from fistfights to drinking matches, the two came to connect in ways people could only guess at the logic in. Their entwined paths from then on would lead to Chii becoming her pilot, Cheryl becoming her wife, and the two's souls even being joined in an accident where Chii's hidden talent to reincarnate using the element of darkness would be the only option to save their lives.

It left Chii in a childish physical state where her bond with Cheryl was discovered to have the ability to stimulate her spirit and return her to her original form when synchronised, allowing comedic situations such as attending elementary school in the day, and barhopping at night with the best of them.

Her ironic love for children caused her to continue attending school, helping her in some ways to understand 'ordinary' life to a degree, even though her lazy nature made her skip classes constantly and ignore homework, downplaying her apparent intelligence which she only applies to battle. This same fascination had originally made her take a liking to Ben, the object of the next tragedy in her and Cheryl's life. Ben would be stolen from them, where Chii encouraged Cheryl and promoted her confidence in getting him back.

This reliance on her never-back-down attitude and endless energy mixed with stubborness and quick-temper could be a rather weighty downfall in Cheryl, however, since at this point, the sexy fox has desynched from Lemon and disappeared into the endless realities, leaving somewhat of a gaping hole in the general's morale. Will they ever see one another again? Knowing Chii, she's likely fighting to her last drop of blood to continue their task even if she wound up alone.
