<DeathStar> 6* As they have learned about the impending destruction of Earth, the team has prepped Shiva's ship to head for Earth. So far, they haven't been able to get in touch with Earth's government to warn them.
* Shiva` turns to look at her Nav Officer. 1"Are the preperations complete?"
* Cole stands off to the side while Shiva does her work. Since he has no where else to be, he is just watching everyone do their job.
* Kio is now known as Rylon
<DeathStar> <Nav. Officer> We can depart at any time. However, Arhn Arhnya has yet to board the ship.
* Cole looks up. "Where is she at?"
<DeathStar> 6* The Nav. Officer shrugs.
<DeathStar> 6* Warren sits in his wheelchair, hands pressed together.
* Shiva` shakes her head. 1"At a moment like this....she has to be late...
<Rylon> 2Glances up from his position on one of the walls, his arms crossed over his chest. 14"..she

<DeathStar> <Warren> An impractical time to practice tardiness.
* Shiva` crosses her arms, obviously becoming impatient.
<DeathStar> <Nav. Officer> The window of us arriving at Earth before the weapon is growing increasingly slimer.
<Cole> We may have to leave her...
<Rylon> 14"I would suggest not waiting on her behalf..if she can't make a deadline, leave her behind"
<Shiva`> We'll give her 5 more minutes.
* Cole crosses his arms as he slowly backs against the wall, propping his head back he stares out the viewport.
<DeathStar> 6* Warren sits there quietly, obviously agitated at waiting.

<Shiva`> We're leaving.
<Shiva`> Get us into Hyperspace.
* Cole frowns at that. He can't help but think maybe Arhn's mind tricks might be a little useful.
<DeathStar> 6* The Navigation Officer begins to pull them away from the planet.
<Shiva`> Relay a message to the planet and have them notify to her that we're leaving without her. She'll have to catch up as soon as possible.

* Cole lets out a sigh. "How long till we get there?"
<DeathStar> <Warren> Three days.
<DeathStar> 6* The Cartel ship leaps into hyperspace.
<Cole> So now we...wait?
<DeathStar> <Warren> Unless you desire to play a game.
<Shiva`> We could always play Charades?
<Cole> ...Uhh. Charades?
<Rylon> 14"...something you completely make an ass out of yourself in"
<DeathStar> <Warren> I am curious how you know about Earth games.

<Cole> Maybe him and Cassandra Arakawa played this...Charades?
<DeathStar> 6* Warren says nothing, clearly disagreeing.
* Shiva` looks over at Ry. 1"You and Johnny didn't play his favorite Strip Charades...did you?
<Cole> So why would a person want to make an ass out of themselves?
<Rylon> 14"Well, remove the stripping from it and you narrowed it down"
<DeathStar> <Warren> ... perhaps we should discuss how we plan to get close enough to give Black Angel a deactivation code?
<Shiva`> What do we all know about the Black Angel?
<Cole> It is pretty much unstoppable.
<DeathStar> <Warren> The Tsivrixsh clearly lied about it about to hit their colonies.
<Shiva`> Does it attack anything that get's near it?
<Cole> I was under the impression that is seeks out possibly dangerous locations. I could have heard wrong though...
<Rylon> 14"According to the slightly vague details..getting close might be hard..considering the distorting that is always around the machine itself..making approach entirely possible..I'm sure if one decided to drive their ship into the distorting..they might get close enough for the deactivation code..it would be a one way trip however..and that's all assuming it will even accept it."
<Shiva`> Hmmm....
<DeathStar> <Warren> No offense, Rylon, but can we trust what those beings told us?
<DeathStar> <Warren> Arhn seemingly was inclined to go along with them with no question.
<Cole> What else can we do, Warren?
<Rylon> 14"No, I personally don't believe a damn thing they say..but that's personal vendetta talking more then anything"

<DeathStar> <Warren> I'm inclined to send a ship with a tactical nuke onboard and hope the deactivaton codes let us get close enough to detonate the ship.

<Cole> Things deactivated can always be reactivated. *he says with a nods as he peers down at the floor*
<Rylon> 14"It's doubtful, if this is indeed one of the "ancients" technology..if a simple nuke could have done it..we wouldn't be here right now discussing a plan. And I also, want the thing obliterated..I am tired of ancient toys"
<Rylon> 14"But the only thing that could destroy it, is an attack from the inside..or something with the firepower with the extent of a supernova"

<DeathStar> <Warren> We could try to board Black Angel and self-destruct it.
<Shiva`> That means we have to get past the Distortion..
<Rylon> 14"Possible in theory, dispersing the shield long enough to board is the thing that stands in the way however. As much as Arhn likes to believe this is unstoppable, I'm sure if enough ships concentrated on one spot..with continous streams of energy..it might leave a window"
<DeathStar> <Warren> Though Earth will not have time to gather a fleet.
<Shiva`> And this ship alone won't have the power to do it I don't believe.
<Cole> So do we try to deactivate it and hope we can enter and destory it at a later time?
<DeathStar> <Warren> A possibility.
<Shiva`> Do we have the equipment to disable it?
<DeathStar> <Warren> I do not know.
<Rylon> 14"I figured that, so getting by the shield seems..difficult, but perhaps their may be a way to bypass it all together?
<Cole> How?

<Rylon> 14"Well..I'm not entirely sure myself...actually, but perhaps one of the smaller ships equipped with a hyper drive..could maybe slip by it..however I'm not ..quite sure of the distortion composition, and if it can stop incoming holes like that"

<Shiva`> A hyperspace jump could work, we just have to hope that the distortion isn't all the way upto the Black Angel.
<DeathStar> <Warren> The distance between Earth and Black Angel will be small when a jump is attempted. Chances are the pilot would crash into Black Angel.
<Rylon> 14"So, it would also take a man with alot of talent to even consider it"
<Cole> Perhaps if he had a stockpile of explosives on the shuttle, he could actually take it out/
<Shiva`> It is our only option.
<Rylon> 14"It seems like it, since we don't have sufficient enough firepower to create a hole, the only other way is bypassing it"

* Cole stands there, tapping his arms. "But do you think he would want to risk his life?"

* Cole shrugs at that. "SO maybe we leave that part out of the equation when telling him?"

* Cole nods. "I know. Worth a shot to ask though."

* Cole glances at Ry, then at Warren. "You think he might be dead?"

* Cole nods and looks ahead. "We there yet?" He said in a bored tone.

* Cole eyes Rylon. "What is the point for all of us going to our deaths? At least if he fails we might have a chance to do something."

* Seraphna nods, looking down, properly subdued with the imprisonment
<DeathStar> 6* The lingering presence of the one known as Zephyr remains, clearly monitoring her.
* Seraphna doesn't appear to notice, perhaps it's not Serena who's responding at all...
<DeathStar> <Adam> Tell me. What should we do about what hapened, Serena?
<Seraphna> "I still can't remember what happened... d-did I try to hurt you? Was it something Janus did to me?"
<DeathStar> <Adam> Yes. Apparantly they have implanted something we call "The Omega Strain" in you.
<Seraphna> "C-Could we get it out? Like we did with the brain washing?"
<DeathStar> <Adam> I believe we could.
<Seraphna> "C-Can we? I want to be free of that Janus filth."
<DeathStar> 6* Adam puts a hand to her back, leading her out of the room. "Very well. Follow me."
* Seraphna follows eagerly. Something in her mind replies urgently to Zephyr.
<DeathStar> 6* Adam leads Sera down the hallway, acting as if he completely trusts her.
* Seraphna for all the world thinks he does, and wouldn't have any fears otherwise, sticking close to him
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr's clearly listennig now, with full attention. Meanwhile, Adam leads Sera toward the lab.
<Seraphna> *Omega feeds her direct instructions, exactly how and where to get in.
* Seraphna smiles up at Adam, "I can't wait to be free of this..."
<DeathStar> <Adam> Me too, Serena.
<DeathStar> 6* He opens the door to the lab, motioning to the seat.
* Seraphna takes it, sitting back
<DeathStar> 6* The scientists move over, giving Sera shot designed to try to make the Omega part of her personality drugged.
* Seraphna closes her eyes, Omega's signals start to get weaker, dozy
<DeathStar> <Scientist> We will now attempt to input a code via her Dragoon side to try to shut off the Omega Strain. <Adam> Proceed. 6They begin to give her another shot with nanomachines.
* Seraphna begins to shake violently, gasping loudly as she does, shivering as she squirms in teh chair
<DeathStar> <Adam> How long? 6He asks. The scientist shrugs.
* Seraphna whimpers, screaming at a huge pain in her head, reaching up to hold onto it. Prodcuing a mental scream of anguish that Zephyr can hear, shaking as she writhes in pain
<DeathStar> 6* It was heard alright - painfully. Seems Zephyr was listening too closely.
<DeathStar> <Adam> Is she dying? <Scientist> A part of her, in a sense.
* Seraphna screams and whimpers, thrashing so violently she rips off an arm of the chair, crying, tears streaming down her face
<DeathStar> 6* A scientists moves to give her a shot to stop the pain and to calm her.
* Seraphna slowly calms, falling back, unconcious, though internally, omega conitnues to scream
<DeathStar> 6* Adam stands there. Suddenly he gets a communication.
<DeathStar> <Adam> We need her awake and ready to fight. <Scientist> But--- <Adam> Do it.
<DeathStar> 6* They give her a booster shot.
* Seraphna blinks awake, looking about in confusion, as if lost
<DeathStar> <Adam> Sera, I need you to focus on me.
* Seraphna looks at him, "Adam...?" *her voice sounds hollow, empty*
<DeathStar> <Adam> Who are you?
<Seraphna> "Sera... wh-what happened? I feel s-so... so..."
<DeathStar> 6* Adam shakes his head. "Janus is here to take you back to them. You must fight now. The Omega Strain is slowly weakening in you, so you must just fight it
<Seraphna> "A-Alright..."
<DeathStar> <Adam> Come.
<DeathStar> 6* Adam turns and moves out.
* Seraphna gets up and follows him
<DeathStar> 6* He leads them into a hanger type area. Eve's waiting.
* Seraphna runs over to Eve, hugging tightly

<Seraphna> "So we fight this time?"

* Seraphna nods, "Let's get them!"

* Seraphna glows, shifting into the pristine, perfect form 1 Gear she did earlier

<Kane> NRP: Just making sure before I RP the wrong thing.
* Chad`Winters stands before the ship, his hands slipping in a modified clip.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien checks the energy reading on his melee weapon as he stands there. Cheryl has her arms crossed, clearly prepared. Zephyr stands around, watching everyone else.
* Kane stands amongst the group, his eyes fixed onto nothing in particular. He glances down whenever his datapad gets a message and he reads the message quietly.
* Dias stands beside Zephyr.
* Chad`Winters moves the pistol into it's holster and glances around for Ariel.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> .... 6She stands there quietly, her head tilted a bit.
* Ariel is quiet, in a posistion where she can keep an eye on Darien and Zephyr. Unusually focused, trying to keep her mind calm before this all goes to hell.
* Chad`Winters adjust something a pouch on his back and moves over towards Ariel.
* Kane looks up to Darien. Then he pulls up his comm and steps off to the side, he begins to talk into it in a low voice.
* Ariel nods slightly to Chad as he approaches, but says nothing at the moment.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien glances in Kane's direction.
* Chad`Winters moves up beside her and stops, his head tilting towards her.
<Setsuna`> NRP: ...okay, Ninja convention and /I/ wasn't invited?
<DeathStar> 6* The Janus pilot arrives.
* Kane finishes speaking and steps over to Darien. He extends the comm toward him. "It is Xanatos. He wants to ask you something."

* Ariel hesitates a moment, but nods slowly.
<Kane> He wants to help. He said he was going to leave but realized if he did that, it would be the wrong thing to do...
<DeathStar> <Darien> That man changes his mind every thirty seconds. He's worse than a leaf on a river.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien, apparantly satisfied with his weapon, watches the pilot board the ship.
* Ariel considers something a moment.

<DeathStar> 6* Darien holds out his hand for the comm.
* Kane gives it to Darien and backs away.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien puts it to his ear, but says nothing to indicate he's there.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr closes her eyes, breathing regularly. It appears she's resting.
* Dias turns looking over at Zephyr.

All I can do is fight. I know you'll be looking for a way to bring Erevis back. And I w

* Kane catches it and says a quick word before cutting it off. He slides up the ramp after Darien, putting the comm into his pocket.

* Chad`Winters looks into Zephyr's eyes, studying her. He then nods. 1"Alright you can come with. Lets get' going."
* Ariel pats Darien on the shoulder, and sits next to him.
* Dias looks up and over to Zephyr a smile on his face.

* Dias follows up after her.
* Chad`Winters follows behind the two
<DeathStar> 6* Darien cups his hands together, glancing at Ariel. "I noticed Chad was speaking with you."
* Kane gets in a seat off to the left, his hand slides to the two pistols that he has inside his coat. Unconciously checking them over.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl sits down, crossing her legs.
* Ariel nods, "...you aren't jealous, are you?" She's great at keeping a straight face.
* Chad`Winters seems rather relaxed, it's hard to tell what's going through his mind right now.
<DeathStar> 6* The ship takes off at record speeds.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien tilts his head so his chin is propped up by his hand. "Should I be?" 6he asks, just as straight faced.
* Dias plops down into a seat beside Zephyr.
* Kane slides the pistols back into their holsters and glances up, staring at the pilot.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr glances over at Chad
<DeathStar> NRP: <Pilot> My cover is blown. ABORT! 6He dives out
<Ariel> "Only if you secretly have a crush on my daughter."
<DeathStar> <Darien> Which one?
<Kane> NRP: LOL.
* Kane moves his eyes toward a window to stare out of it quietly.
* Chad`Winters stands against the back wall, his head tilted down to the floor, staring at it.
* Ariel just gives Darien a look.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien glances ahead again. Cheryl peers over at Ariel and Darien like a henmother.
<DeathStar> 6* The ship begins to arrive at the islands.
* Ariel speaks quietly, "...you better not have implied Cheryl. That would be..." She just trails off.
<DeathStar> <Darien> It would be what?
<Ariel> "Mind boggling."
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr grabs her head suddenly, crying out.
* Chad`Winters 's head snaps up and he moves over to Zephyr quickly. 1"Zephyr?"
* Ariel is out of her seat in a flash. "Zephyr!"
* Kane jerks around to look at Zephyr.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> A scream...it's like they're trying to kill Sera...a part of her...
* Dias looks over to her, since he's next to her. 1"What's wrong?"
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl is beside Ariel in moments, kneeling beside Zephyr. Darien watches, concerned.
* Kane narrows his eyes. "They know we are coming. They are probably trying to drive out the part of her that I can reach."
* Ariel looks down, "...any part of her former identity, I would wager."
<Kane> If they succeed...
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr winces, obviously still hearing whatever it is she's hearing.
<DeathStar> <Darien> No. They would have no need to further harm "Sera" that you knew, Kane.
* Chad`Winters kneels down beside her. 1"Then there doing it to try and cut the connection between her and Sera."
<DeathStar> 6* Darien sits there, rubbing his strain. "No.'
<DeathStar> (chin)
* Kane glances up. "Then what is it?"
<DeathStar> <Darien> They're trying to kill the only thing that was ever a threat in Sera.
* Chad`Winters glances over at Darien.
<DeathStar> <Darien> Sera, by nature, was weak. Her alter ego was not.
<Kane> So they want to take out the omega.
<Chad`Winters> Then there leaving the Omega only.
<DeathStar> <Darien> No. They want Omega gone. They cannot control Omega.
* Kane nods his head, understanding completely.
<DeathStar> <Darien> Not even Cran was fond of the notion of Omega, from what I could leran.
<Chad`Winters> ...Interesting.
<DeathStar> <Darien> You remove the spine of Sera's personality, and you have a whimpering child who will obey them. You will have Sera herself.
<Kane> Mixed with Eve's abilities...
<Chad`Winters> Like she was before the Omega became active.
<Kane> Wait a second. Would that take away all of her dragoon abilites? And leave her as a person?
<DeathStar> 6* They begin to arrive over the island. It looks like a normal, peaceful island.
<DeathStar> <Darien> Hardly. Sera should be able to do that herself. Omega was an identity she used to hide behind when she learned what she was.
<Chad`Winters> The Omega's nothing but a persona...
<DeathStar> <Darien> A guise. A mask. Something Sera used to run to when things got tough.
* Kane nods. "But how will she handle things whenever she can't run away?"
<Chad`Winters> She'll find someone else to use.
<Chad`Winters> Like Adam or Eve.
<DeathStar> <Darien> Oh, most certainly Adam.
* Chad`Winters looks at Darien again.
<DeathStar> <Darien> Consider it. Papa Cran, Spade, and then Kane? She needs a male figure.
* Kane frowns. "How can we bring her to her senses?"
<DeathStar> <Darien> The more forceful and influential, the more she's content.
* Kane glances up at Darien's comment and frowns again.
<DeathStar> <Darien> I'm hardly saying anything new. Think about it - Cran lost influence when he stopped dictating to her and let her do her own thing.
* Chad`Winters nods. 1"She enjoys being dominated.
<Kane> So she ran to Spade. Spade was forced to leave PAX. And so she ran to me.
<DeathStar> <Darien> A clear pattern. When Spade returned briefly, who did she turn to? Him. Thankfully, his agenda was not to have her kill all Dragoons, or she would have.
* Chad`Winters glances over to Zephyr again, eyeing her.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr is looking out the window. "We're here."
<Ariel> "....."
<Kane> And I was the fall back boy. *he notes with obvious disdain for the subject*
* Chad`Winters stands up, his face losing all emotion.
* Kane pulls himself up to his feet. "I don't know if I can bring her back Darien. It didn't seem to have an effect last time.."
<DeathStar> <Darien> ...
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Well, she certainly must be stopped, no matter what.
<Chad`Winters> I agree with Cheryl...
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> ... 6She clearly does not approve of that idea.
* Kane sighs. "Hopefully I can get through to her then."
* Chad`Winters has a look of regret on his face but it flashes away. 1"You have to get through to her Kane, the other option is not a pretty one."
<DeathStar> 6* Suddenly, the warning alarms go off. The ship rumbles.
<DeathStar> <Darien> ... it seems we're being attacked.
<Ariel> "...can this ship take it, or will we need to vacate?"
<DeathStar> <Pilot> We can handle a few more hits.
<DeathStar> 6* The ship shakes again.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> It would appear we need to get off now.
<Kane> Think we can make a repel?

<DeathStar> <Pilot> The frickin' missiles are coming out of the ocean.
<Chad`Winters> Should've guessed they'd use the ocean to their advantage.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien glances at Chad - this is his show after all.
* Kane taps his rifle with obvious impatience.
<DeathStar> 6* The ship shakes again.
* Chad`Winters moves up to beside the pilot. 1"How far away are we?
<DeathStar> <Pilot> We're over the beach house now, sir.
<Dragoon_Alpha_Hotaru> NRP: Not too late, is it?
<Chad`Winters> Bring us in quick and fast.
<DeathStar> NRP: Yeah.
<Chad`Winters> Eveyone get ready to jump off.
<DeathStar> 6* The pilot begins to fly down toward the beach house.
* Kane backs towards the ramp. Ready to jump and roll.
* Ariel heads towards the door as well. She wants to be clear as soon as possible.
<Chad`Winters> Zephyr where's the entrance to the base?
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> There will be a way in from the beach house.
<DeathStar> 6* The ship lowers over the beach, kicking up sand.
<Chad`Winters> Good.
<Dragoon_Alpha_Hotaru> NRP: I'll still be able to make the next session, right?
<DeathStar> NRP: Probably.
<Chad`Winters> We'll take down the defenses, have the reinforcements ready to come in.
* Chad`Winters quickly moves to the bakc of the ship
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl lowes the ramp, already on it. She leaps off onto the sandy beach.
* Kane waits for the shuttle to get low enough before he would jump out.
* Dias stands up and moves to the back.
* Chad`Winters grabs Dias and leaps off with him.
* Ariel quickly vacates their transport.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr is off next, with Darien following.
<DeathStar> <Darien> Alright, Chad. Lead the way. 6He shouts
* Chad`Winters lands on the ground, letting Dias go, his left hand quickly pulling out his gun.
* Kane raises his rifle as he rises ot his feet, his eyes quickly scanning the area.
* Chad`Winters begins moving towards the Beach House.
* Ariel hangs back for Darien, once she's out of the ship. Not forming a weapon at the moment.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl follows along with Chad, keeping pace.
* Dias looks around, eyeing the beach, this being the first time he's seen this
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr moves along after the two, clearly intent on getting there quickly.
* Kane begins to move forward, playing the typical long range role.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien hangs back, glancing around

<DeathStar> 6* The ocean begins to get wild, and suddenly a Dragoon Gear erupts from the waves.
* Chad`Winters slides to a stop, spinning around to see the Dragoon Gear
* Seraphna blasts out into the water, vernyes blasting hot plasma as she levels a ratehr impressive rifle at the group, firing.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr grabs Chad and Dias, spinning otu of the way.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl leaps straight up onto the beach house roof
* Kane jerks his head around and breaks into a run.
* Ariel turns quickly, getting Darien away from that blast.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien is grabbed as the blast hits the sand.
* Seraphna targets Darien, a priority, and fires again.
* Chad`Winters is grabbed safely.
* Dias is also grabbed and is pulled to safety.
<DeathStar> <Darien> I've seemed to have made a friend.
<Chad`Winters> This is more troubling than I thought it would be. 6He pulls out his pistol quickly and charges it up.
* Kane aims his rifle, his eyes slowly scanning over Sera to see if this is exactly as their form is.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> SERENA! STOP THIS!
<DeathStar> 6* No. This form is far more perfect and powerful.
<Seraphna> <Too many targets, we need to shift.>
<DeathStar> <Eve> I have scanned three Alpha dragoons with them, Serena. 6She says inside the cockpit.
* Ariel doesn't look to Darien. "...get to cover. NOW."
<Chad`Winters> EVE!
<DeathStar> 6* Darien nods, rushing forward toward the beach house.
* Kane slowly keeps himself to the right of everyone. "Sera! Why are you doing this!?"
<Seraphna> <I can take them out in the next phase... ready?"
<Seraphna> >
<DeathStar> <Eve> Hold. I have an idea. 6She begins to caculate something. "Okay. I have picked three points. Ready to fire?"
<Seraphna> "Ready."
<Chad`Winters> There prepping for attack. EVERYONE GET COVER!
* Chad`Winters slides infront of Dias, studying the Gear.
<DeathStar> 6* Eve picks a three way spread fire, not at the peple, but beside them. They fire.
* Kane is ready to be attacked and has made sure he stays away from everyone incase he is targeted, though he doubts that is the case since there are stronger people present.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr goes to dodge, realizing a second too late the blast is off. She's knocked back.
* Chad`Winters turns around seeing Zephyr nailed. 1"Zephyr!"
<Chad`Winters> Dias, check on Zephyr.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl leaps away, barely avoiding being blasted.
* Dias nods and runs over to Zephyr, sliding beside her. 1"Ok?"
<DeathStar> <Eve> Now. Transform.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr nods, getting up.
* Chad`Winters quickly raises his gun and fires an over-charged shot towards the Dragoon Gear.
* Ariel moves to the side, but fortunately manages to dodge away from the beam still.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Ariel! If she's going to keep this up, none of us can beat her. We need to even the playing field.
* Seraphna glows brilliantly, effortlessly changing, growing massive wings, coi9ling lengths as she becomes a dragon of steel.
<DeathStar> <Eve> I'm listing the threats by priority. 6She lists Ariel, Zephyr, and Cheryl as the top three targets.
<Ariel> "Suggestions?"
* Kane stares, his brow furrows as they transform. "Damnit, this isn't good." He mumbles to himself. He stands there, staring up at them, unsure of what to do.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> We could try to match her. Got anyone you trust?
<Chad`Winters> Unless someone here can form a gear of their own we need to get under cover.
* Seraphna hovers above, paitnig targets, firing weapons made to destroy armies of Ridariums.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl forms her shield barrier, being knocked backwards
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr leaps away from everyone, since she's being aimed at.
* Dias stands up now and quickly dashes away from from Zephyr.
<DeathStar> <Eve> Cheryl is being knocked back. Focus on her.
<Seraphna> "I won;t let you carry out your plans!!!"
* Seraphna focuses her firepower on Cheryl
* Kane moves to cautiously avoid being hit. "What plans are those Serena!?"
* Ariel moves forward, trying to throw Cheryl aside.
<Seraphna> *A voice cries out in Zephyr's mind. Weak.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl is knocked aside as the blast hits
* Chad`Winters begins raining down shots on the Dragoon Gear.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr glances up, thinking. "Can you hear me? Can you fight this?"
<DeathStar> 6* Eve lets the shots hit - they are not strong enough.
<Seraphna> *The voice is faint, "I'm dying... I don't know... she... she's too innocent... nieve... play on her faults..."
* Chad`Winters reaches behind his back pulling out an attachment and quickly attaching it.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> .oO (How?)
* Kane uses his time of peace to search the dragoon for any possible weaknesses.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl gets to her feet, having recovered . She nods to Ariel.
* Seraphna fires again at Cheryl
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl backflips to the side.
* Seraphna conintues the blast, moving it at Ariel.
<DeathStar> 6* Suddenly, a missiles implodes into the back of Serena. Eve whirls around. "What? Where did thta?"
* Chad`Winters aims his gun again and fires, a small ion charge launching towards the Dragoon Gear.
<DeathStar> 6* A ship flies up - the Aquarius.
* Ariel didn't completely clear the blast first herself. She's still standing, but that obvious hurt. No so hurt that she can't get out of the way of the second blast, however.
<Seraphna> <Shall we... try the true form?>
<DeathStar> <Eve> No. Not yet. I'm not sure we're ready.
<Seraphna> <They don't know about it... no one does...>
<DeathStar> 6* The Aquarius fires more missiles. Eve moves to dodge them.
* Chad`Winters tisks, quickly holstering his gun.
* Seraphna moves with Eve, sliding gracefully through the air, launching attacks at all ends.
* Kane taps the side of his head. "Ariel! Find Darien. Maybe you two can form a bond?"
<Seraphna> <My breath can easily take out that ship.>
<DeathStar> 6* The Aquarius opens it's ramp, letting Setsuna aim a rail gun.
<DeathStar> <Eve> Do it.
* Setsuna` fires down, locked onto the gear's sensor suite
* Ariel hesitates a moment at Kane's comment.
* Seraphna turns her head and opens her draconic maw, the "breath, seems little more then a blink of light, before the pure force fo a blast rips at the Aquarius.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> IT seems Darien's long gone.
<Chad`Winters> ....He must've went after Origin...6A look of anger flashes on his face.
<DeathStar> <John> Oh hell no. You so did not fire at me. 6He plummets down, the shields breaking.
* Kane glances back to see that Darien is infact long gone. He frowns. "What can we do..." He glances over at Chad and Zephyr.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr kneels there, trying to get more out of the voice.
* Setsuna` grabs onto the side of the ship, holding on tight. "Great job of keeping it steady, John!" She fires a second shot, less well aimed.
<DeathStar> 6* Eve eyes the damage received by the rail gun. "We're damaged slightly, Sera."
<Seraphna> Voice> "I am blocking... her Mother functions..."
<DeathStar> 6* John skims over the ocean, turning it back around. He flies right at Sera.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Well, it would appear John is having all the fun while we sit here and debate.
<Kane> NRP: * Kane pulls out a can of soda and starts sipping it. "Good job guys. GO get em."
<Setsuna`> "That's not steady!"
* Seraphna whips her tail, right into the shuttle
<Chad`Winters> I don't have anything strong enough to phase that form.
<Kane> Someone has to make a bond. That is the only way we can match her. *he calls out, glancing towards them all*
<DeathStar> 6* John twists the Aquarius ship out of the way - barely. Oh, and this ship is no shuttle, but the size of Serenity from Firefly.
<Kane> NRP: *Swoons*
* Ariel shakes her head. She can't just stand around. She starts running towards Seraphna.
<DeathStar> <John> I'm not fucking pilot, Setsuna! 6He notes.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl rushes along beside Ariel, but far enough away not to be hit by the same blast.
* Chad`Winters looks over at Zephyr.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr pauses, then whips out Sera's gun. She fires at Seerna.
<DeathStar> <John> Oh, wait, this blinking light means we're losing fuel.
<DeathStar> 6* The Aquarius skips along the ocean surface.
<Setsuna`> "......"
* Seraphna roars beastially, "You will all die..."
<Seraphna> <We need to do it!>
<DeathStar> <Eve> And if we fail, we could be more depowered.
<Chad`Winters> ...Zephyr do you trust me.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Of course. 6She answers without question.
<Chad`Winters> We're left with little option here.
* Seraphna begisn to send out waves of force from her body, before flying after this ship.
* Kane watches the small group start their attack. He frowns and pulls up his rifle, charging a shot while he watches for any distinct weakness in their form, be it a slight rip in the metal.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> We have had no time to practice. It would be impractical to believe we could do it successfully.
<Seraphna> <What's the plan then...?>
* Ariel attempts to grab a hold of Seraphna, before she clears her range.
<DeathStar> <Eve> Bomb the beach. Full power.
<DeathStar> 6* John runs the Aquarius onshore.
* Chad`Winters looks at her.
* Seraphna opens her maw and waves it, her tail flailing as she breaths, explosions rattling the shoreline.
<DeathStar> <Eve> We have picked up Ariel. And Cheryl
<Seraphna> Voice> "I am fading... she is enraged... so easy to... sleep..."
<Chad`Winters> Son of a....6He begins dashing away from the fire.
* Dias turns running towards the beach house.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Focus. 6She leaps away as things explode.
* Kane raises an arm to shield his eyes from the fire, when an explosion sounds off beside him and he is thrown aside, rolling across the ground.
* Seraphna fires blasts at the dragoons through the explosions.
<Chad`Winters> What's the percentage that we'd succeed?
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl twists, aiming to climb right up her leg.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> I have never heard of anyone doing it on the first try. Ever.
* Ariel rolls onto Sera's back, and continues to scale. She's starting to gather energy.
* Seraphna whips her tail, slamming at Cheryl
<Chad`Winters> We have nothing to lose, correct?
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Correct.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl gets hit, whipping out her energy whip onto the tail. Keep her distracted for Ariel. Give her time.
<Chad`Winters> Then we have nothing to lose.
* Seraphna dives under water, going deep, starting to gfire out at the beach, making it so her enemies are blind.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Yes. Let us try.
<Chad`Winters> NRP: So she's firing out of the water at the beach...at an angle?
<Seraphna> <They're on me!>
<Seraphna> NRP: Yep.
<DeathStar> <Eve> I'll handle them. 6She attempts to discharge energy at Ariel.
<DeathStar> 6* John meets Setsuna at the ramp. "At least we're steady now."
<Chad`Winters> Lead me through it Zephyr. 6His hand moves upto shield his eyes as he slides beside her.
<Setsuna`> "Yeah, not like we're even facing them though."
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr holds out her hands. "Take my hands."
<DeathStar> <John> Excuses excuses. Jog a little.
<Seraphna> Voice> "I'm going to die... take... care of her... she will not know... she can't know..."
* Chad`Winters reaches his hands out, grabbing hers.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> oO (Fight)
* Kane pulls himself up to his feet, wiping his face to remove the sand from it. He stares forward at the scene.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Close your eyes. Open your mind to mine, and accept my mine to yours. Think of forming a bond.
* Ariel grits her teeth as the energy starts to fry her. She discharges plasma into the back of Sera's neck, hoping to distract her more than do serious damage.
<Seraphna> <Think we've stalled long enough...?>
<Seraphna> <OW!<
<DeathStar> <Eve> Yes. Let us continue now while---are you okay?
* Chad`Winters closes his eyes and begins doing exactly as she tells him to.
<Seraphna> <The bitch fired energy into my neck!>
<DeathStar> <Eve> I have an idea.
<Seraphna> <Anything...>
<DeathStar> 6* Eve turns Sera upside down, and begins to run her back 6 inches over the rocky bottom - low enough for Ariel to be hit
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> All your thoughts must be open. Everything about you open.
* Seraphna goes fast, surprisingly a good swimmer in this form, charging a blast in her maw
* Kane taps his shoulder, feeling completely useless, since he can't reach Sera and he can't exactly fight that thing.
<DeathStar> 6* Kane's comm beeps.
* Ariel lets herself fall before she gets slammed into the ground.
<Chad`Winters> I understand. 6His body relaxes as he opens up everything to Zephyr
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl hangs ont othe tal.
* Kane glances down at his comm and pulls it up.
<DeathStar> <Darien on Comm> How's it going otu here?
<Ariel> <comm> "Where are you?"
<DeathStar> <Eve> There. She is gone.
<Ariel> NRP: NM
<DeathStar> NRP: She might could pick up the signal, oto
<DeathStar> NRP: But you are in the water.
<Kane> <Comm> Not good. John showed up but his ship is down. Ariel and Cheryl are attacking the dragon Sera while I believe Chad and Zephyr are attempting to make a bond on the fly. And here I am completely useless and unable to get through.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> That is right. Focus on one object in your mind.
* Setsuna` reluctantly lugs the railgun to the top hatch of the ship.
* Seraphna flies out of the water, rasining down blasts on her targets.
<DeathStar> <Darien on Comm> Let us even the battle. I have their brainwashing materials in front of me. Transmitting now.
<DeathStar> 6* His datapad beeps.
* Chad`Winters begins focusing on one specific thing.
* Kane pulls up the datapad and opens up the materials.
<DeathStar> 6* A detailed account of the brainwashing begins to appear, for both women.
<Kane> <Comm> Got it. How can we use this to bring them back though? *he says at he reads it*
<DeathStar> <Darien on Comm> You're the genius. Work on a counter program.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Yes. I can feel your thoughts, Chad. You must drop all your mental barriers.
<Kane> <Comm> Alright I'll see what I can do.
<DeathStar> <Darien on Comm> This base appears to be clearing out.
* Chad`Winters lowers his head as he opens more and more.
<Kane> <Comm> You think this was all a distraction?
<DeathStar> <Darien on Comm> Apparantly.
<Seraphna> <Wonder if something's wrong... we should have gottent he order to flee by now...>
<DeathStar> <Eve> No time to worry. We must stop them.

* Seraphna fires barrages at the dragoons

<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr flinches some, touching something dark in Chad's mind.
<DeathStar> 6* A blast heads for the defenseless Chad and Zephyr
<DeathStar> <Darien on Comm> It would appear that... no. Now's not the tiem.
<Kane> <Comm> Uhh...well i'll get to work on this counter program then.
* Ariel takes cover, deflecting the fringe of the shot with an energy shield as she moves.
<DeathStar> <Darien on Comm> I'll work on taking out the base.
* Kane stares at the materials to determine how exactly they were brainwashed, be it chemicals or perhaps some type of device. "Roger."
<DeathStar> 6* It would appear it is a device.
<DeathStar> <Eve> Wait, Sera.

<Chad`Winters> We can do this Zephyr. I have faith in you.

* Seraphna opens her maw, firing her charged attack.
<Kane> <Comm> Without it I don't think we'll be able to succeed.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr and Chad suddenly glow in a bright light and a slightly less perfect Dragoon Gear appears. The blast hits it
* Ariel cringes. At this point, she can only pray.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl works her way toward the head of Sera, dripping wet. She takes her whip and uses it to strike.

* Kane seems oblivious to the battle around him now as he is searching his mind for a way to rework the program. "Excellent. Be careful."
* Setsuna` finally, having made it to the top of the downed ship, fires the railgun again on Sera from her new posistion.

<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr cries out in pain. She tries to move the railgun and fires again, right into Sera's chest, refusing to go for fatal attacks.

* Setsuna` reloads, aiming carefully for Sera. "Hopefully the second is on our side. Otherwise, we're screwed." She fires again.
<DeathStar> 6* Eve moves a hand to block the second rail gun
* Seraphna moves the other to push Zephyr off

<DeathStar> <Eve> We must work quicker than them. They are not synched properly. They are not working together properly. Zephyr is making the moves.
<DeathStar> 6* Eve uses her left arm to punch Zephyr's face.
* Chad`Winters moves Zephyrs free hand and grabs onto Sera's hand as she pushes off.

<Kane> * Two missles would come in to hit Sera in the backside.
* Seraphna moves with Eve in perfect sync
