* Seraphna smiles and digs in, lightly dressed in casual clothes now, everything she owns seems to be elegant and pretty.

<DeathStar> 6* Spade grabs his comm when it buzzes, putting it to his ear. "Yes?" 6Pause. "I see." 6He lowers the comm. "I need to take this." 6He steps off to the bedroom. Cheryl watches him go, then takes a bite to eat

<DeathStar> 6* Erevis opens and closes her mouth. "But...I.. Are you sure?"
<Ceilidh> <Red_Fox> "Hopefully not as bad as mine used to be."
<DeathStar> <Eve> Okay. 6She gives him a simle.
<DeathStar> 6* Spade stands there. "Yes. Deal with both problems. I'm authorizing it." 6He clicks off.
* Chad`Winters smiles back and than resumes looking at the road as he drives.
* Xanatos smiles at her and nods his head once. "That dream...it was more than enough for me to realize that this is where I want to be and this is what I want." he pauses and glances down, "But I in no way want you to do what you don't want to do. It's your choice, and my feelings wont be hurt if you refuse." He looks back up at her.
* Seraphna looks up to Cheryl, smiling a bit, she then looks in his direction.
<Cassandra`> What were yours like?
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> *smiles back*
<Ceilidh> <Red_Fox> "My head? A jumble of mixed up emotions, really."

* Seraphna smiles up at him happily, "Always."
* Xanatos smiles wide and slides the ring onto her finger. He stands up and moves to pull her into a big kiss.

* Seraphna grins softly, she doesn't bother to search thier feelings, she rarely does, "So... what to do with our day?"
* Xanatos pulls back a smile on his face. "I...wow." He glances up, that smile still on his face. "Should we start thinking of a date and all that or would you like to ease into it?" he glances down at her.
<Chad`Winters> I'm growing bored with Janus I guess.
<DeathStar> <Eve> Oh? Spade not giving you anything important to do?
<DeathStar> <Spade> I'm sure we can think of something to do.
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis tilts her head. "I do not know anything about weddings."
<Seraphna> "Mmm... many things, but what can we involve the girls in? Shopping? Just a pleasent afternoon of relaxing?"
* Chad`Winters glances over at Eve. "No, he's not."
* Xanatos glances back at her and nods, "Then when we get a free chance, we can look it up on the holonet."
<DeathStar> 6* As Chad glances, a car suddenly pulls into their lane and heads right for them.
<Cassandra`> Red came by to visit. *thumbs back at Fox*
<DeathStar> 6* The impact is sudden and quick, causing Chad's car to actually flip

<DeathStar> 6* Chad's car hits the pavement after a few seconds of flipping, and Chad's world goes black
* Xanatos places his arms behind his head. "I'm so happy right now i'm not even sure what else I had planned on doing today."

<DeathStar> <Erevis> I see. Perhaps I should make you unhappy.
* Seraphna looks to the girls.
<DeathStar> 6* Chad would wake up a few moments later, upside down, and buckled up.

* Xanatos laughs, "No i'm sure we'll be fine. Ummm." he scratches the side of his head, "Are you hungry?"
* Chad`Winters groans, one hand reaching for his head, he than blinks opening his eyes quickly and darting around looking for Eve.

<DeathStar> 6* Eve's head is tilted down, blood running down the side of her face. She appears unconscious.
* Chad`Winters quickly glances back to see about Aya.
<DeathStar> 6* Aya, and her carseat, are completely gone.
* Seraphna pouts, "Making me choose? Hmmm... I guess a quiet afternoon at home would be nice."
* Xanatos hangs his head. "Well, you've met my mom, accepted my proposal..." he trails off counting on his fingers, obviously going over his plan in his mind.
<DeathStar> 6* Spade smiles as he chews the bacon.
<Chad`Winters> Aya?! 6He quickly unbuckles himself and twists himself upright. He unbuckles Eve and grabs her, kicking out his window and dragging her out.
* Ceilidh heads down shortly after, looking... refreshed.
<DeathStar> <Adam> Someone got laid.
<Xanatos> *Kane is not far behind her, pulling a shirt back on.
<DeathStar> 6* As Chad goes to move Eve, he would notice she's pinned. Getting her out is impossible to do right away
* Ceilidh looks innocent
* Seraphna stands, yawning a little as she looks around, "Already seems a little too quiet somehow."
<DeathStar> 6* Also, Chad would hear what appears to be a beeping sound.
* Chad`Winters blinks than quickly tries to wrestle Eve free.
<DeathStar> <Spade> I'm sure things will get more interesting soon
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis just stares at him. Xan was never much one for thinking
<DeathStar> 6* The beeping sound begins to pick up.
<Xanatos> *Kane glances over at Fox. "Oh hey Stella, how've you been?" He moves over to take a seat.

<DeathStar> <Spade> It's only 10 a.m. The day's barely begun, after all.
<Ceilidh> <Red_Fox> "Pretty good, really."
* Chad`Winters quickly climbs out of the car and runs to the other side. He kicks open the window and tries getting her out that way

<Ceilidh> <Hotaru> "Ah, true."
* Chad`Winters glances around for the beeping.
<DeathStar> 6* It's inside the car. Being outside it, he can't see it
* Chad`Winters quickly runs to his side, and sticks his head in looking.
<Xanatos> Oh...oh! There was a carnival in town...or something like that. *he scratches his head* I'll check my datapad before we make the trip for nothing. *Xan pulls up his datapad and begins to look for new events in town for the day.*
<DeathStar> 6* A bomb is there. With about 6 seconds left now
* Chad`Winters reaches for the bomb and turns throwing it.
<DeathStar> 6* Chad can't reach it unless he gets in. 3 seconds.
* Chad`Winters climbs in quickly and tries throwing it again

<Seraphna> "Well, I'm up for anything... I feel restless for some reason."

<Xanatos> * Kane nods his head, glancing around. "So what is everyone's plans for our big day off?"
<Cassandra`> So any food left...?

* Seraphna walks over and kisses his cheek, "What is it hunny...?"
<DeathStar> <Spade> Chad and Eve were in a car accident. They're dead. 6He holds up the datapad with the police report coming in.
* Seraphna stares at the datapad. "Wh-What???"

<Xanatos> * Kane glances from Cass to Adam.

<DeathStar> <Spade> Someone managed to get Aya out before the explosion. I'll have her brought here. 6He begins to make some calls.

* Seraphna stumbles back a little, thankfully finding a chair.
<Seraphna> "Chad... and Eve... oh god..."

* Xanatos frowns and looks up. "Well that's funny...I must've got my days mixed up..." he frowns and rubs the back of his neck. "I'm sorry about that...maybe we can go downtown...maybe do some shopping or something?"

<DeathStar> 6* Spade stands off to the side, making his calls, one hand in his pocket. He looks in control of a situation.
* Seraphna nods numbly, she looks, seems, and feels anguished, shaking a little, "They're dead..."
<Xanatos> Well crap. *he frowns, tilting his head down* I guess maybe we could just go for a walk, if you want?
<Ceilidh> <Hotaru> "..."
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis just stares at him, almost amused at how incompetent he is
* Seraphna looks down, guing very quiet.
* Xanatos tilts his head, looking at her. "I'm sorry...apparently I didn't have this planned out as well as I thought."
<DeathStar> <Erevis> It is alright.
<Xanatos> But anything you want, I'll do it for you no problem.
<DeathStar> 6* Spade moves over, kneeling before Sera. "We're going to have to take care of Aya - for Chad's sake. Raise her as if she were our own."
<Xanatos> *Kane glances down at his datapad idely, then suddenly tenses. "Oh god."

* Ceilidh looks shocked

<Xanatos> Well i'm out of option. Want to head back to the house then? *he frowns, upset at himself for messing up*

<Xanatos> <Kane> Apprently someone saved little Aya though...but man...*he lowers his head*
<Ceilidh> <Red_Fox> "So, who are they going to get to adopt her?"
* Xanatos extends his arm. "I'll try to figure out someway to make this up for you."
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis just gives him a smile, taking the arm. "There is no need."
<Xanatos> *Kane just shrugs. "Most likely...Sera. Since she is the only living relative."
<Ceilidh> <Red_Fox> "Well... she seems the sort to like kids."
<DeathStar> 6* Spade steps back into the room holding little Aya, wrapped in a blanket. He holds her out to Sera.
<Xanatos> <Kane> She's the sort to try to make kids, not raise them. *he says with a frown, obviously a little resentment in his voice*
* Seraphna gently takes her, holding her. "Poor girl..."
<Ceilidh> <Red_Fox> "I hope she's up to raising them too."
* Xanatos begins walking back home, glancing at Erevis with a smile. "Sometimes I wish I knew what you were thinking."
<Xanatos> <Kane> I'm sure Spade will have it all taken care of. Just like everything else.

* Ceilidh hugs Kane a little, seeming to understand
<Xanatos> *Kane smiles a Ceil and kisses her on the cheek.
* Seraphna starts to cry, holding her niece gently.
* Xanatos arcs a brow, "Ok, so what's on your mind?"

* Seraphna closes her eyes, she's trying to hide it, but tears are escaping her eyes.

<DeathStar> 6* Suddenly, as Darien is flying, the engine explodes. He eyes the scanners. "Dammit. A Dragoon?! Brace yourself, Ariel."

* Ceilidh just sits and cries
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis lowers her head some, regret on her face. "That does not seem possible."
<Xanatos> Oh all the things...a car crash? *he shakes his head* I don't get it...how could...*he just makes a odd sound and turns to step back out on the porch*

<DeathStar> 6* Erevis turns and steps out, putting a hand on Xan's shoulder.

* Xanatos glances at Erevis, sliding his hand to her own. "Chad wouldn't go that way..." he says in a low tone.

* Seraphna calms slowly, holding Aya close, still ever so gentle

* Seraphna remains quiet, just holding her neice. "Cheryl?"
