It begins to slow-- too hazardous to leap, too small to pass through, though it does lower its head and slam into the gate, smashing it partially. One of the doors crumbles and falls away, creating a path inside.

15[20:30] * 13Jennifer keeps a watchful eye as she runs after Cheryl.
[20:33] <13@Kit> 6It's largely empty until they start to get closer to the spire at the center of the main city-- there the buildings start to look decrepit, various things from food, to gunpowder to blood strewn across the walls, some of the supplies of it nearby, some walls broken, punctured, blown. Some still ablaze.

[20:34] <13@Kit> 6At the spire itself, a horde of the populace are maniacally beating at one another, some using weapons-- those proficient with them taking their weight in downing others, the square in an uproar of voices from the distraught to the enraged.

[20:35] <13@Kit> 6Some of the fringers eye the group, a couple fleeing in terror, but several running straight at them-- Chii, slams her foot down onto one approaching her and trips him facefirst into the cobblestones.
[20:35] <13@DeathStar> 6* Cheryl tchs. "Might be easier to turn into Gear form and scatter them."
[20:35] <13Dias`> <Dias> Think it'll scare them?
15[20:35] * 13Jennifer fires some stun shots at the ones running for them. "Might be a good idea."

15[20:36] * 13@Kane pulls his arms back to throw an uppercut for one approaching him.

[20:37] <13@DeathStar> 6* John hmmms quietly, letting the others do most of the work. He seems to be debating how best to approach the spire
[20:37] <13@DeathStar> 6* X stands behind Lilith for now, using her as a shield to conserve her energy
[20:38] <13@Kit> 6Cheryl, by irony taking on one of the bigger ones, probably a smith judging from the soot and build, takes the chop, then eyes her and snarls practically foaming a the mouth, grabbing her wrist and going to grapple. The one Kane tries to uppercut slips to the right and slides, sweeping for his feet-- he got one of the guards. Dias knees out a flowergirl.
15[20:38] * 13Jennifer keeps firing stun shots to hold the chargers back as best she can.

[20:39] <13@Kit> 6As if in response to their question of time, the sky darkens, producing a rumble as storm clouds gather from the center and begin to spread outward, the sky dimming with a darkness not quite like the lack of sunlight, but rather a devouring murk.
15[20:39] * 13@Kane pushes his foot out to stop the sweep, pulling his elbow forward for the man's face.
[20:39] <13@Kit> 6The flowergirl groans, then begins hitting at Dias' face with a bouqet.
[20:40] <13Dias`> <Dias> Here's an idea. Dragoon than crash into the cast-6He scowls as he's hit and he swings his fist for her gut to knock her the air out of her
[20:40] <13@DeathStar> <John> I think the Fallen is getting closer to world domination
[20:40] <13@Kit> 6Kane strikes the guard's helmet with his elbow, spinning it around-- the guard flails, unable to see.
[20:40] <13@Ariel> 6* Raquel fires a stun shot at the flowergirl, so Dias doesn't have to worry about beating on a girl any more. "...you think the rooftops would be faster?"

15[20:41] * 13@Kane aims the pistol to fire a stun shot for the man's neck as he flails. He peers upward at the darkness and glances around quickly.
[20:41] <13@Kit> 6Ayame brings her spear around and leaps into the center of a group-- she reappears by spinning, whirling the lance around-- some stuck to it, some being gathered as she turns, but creates an open space by slashing and whirling, bludgeoning the sorts.

She has odd white wings that meld to an ashey grey at their feathered ends, a tail with a matching feather and ring pattern, then two feathers out of her braided hair with the same ring.

[22:17] <13@Kit> 6Fallen flits backwards, caught offguard by Dias launching at him. It avoids the kick and slashes back with the sword. As he slashes-- Tsukiyomi clangs against the sword with her own, the jewelled sword she acquired from Dawn.

15[22:19] * 13Jennifer pulls put her gun, switching it to lethal settings and she starts to charge it.
[22:19] <13@Kit> 6Kane's 'attack' is met by Twilight's hand, though as soon as it touches the crystal he hisses, flying backwards rapidly to get away from it, leaving Kane suspended, then falling. Tsukiyomi grabs him, descending with her white wings out, staring at the crystal intently.
[22:19] <13Dias`> 6Dias eyes Twilight flying backwards and dashes after him.
[22:20] <13@DeathStar> 6* Lemon leaps up and thrusts her hands out at Twilight, putting all her energy into hitting him if possible
15[22:20] * 13@Kane eyes the crystal in his hand, then Tsuki. He hmms and then glances to Cheryl, ready for another go with it.
[22:20] <13@DeathStar> 6* Cheryl eyes LEmon. "Dammit, Lemon, get out of the fight1"
[22:21] <13@Kit> 6Twilight recovers, prepared to move forward when the winged Reia slashes at him from behind-- he parries, but she snarls rather inhumanly. 1"Bastard, deflect this!" 6She closes her eyes, then opens them, reverberating. She near instantaneously grows in size, becoming a white, feathered-winged dragon, slamming Twilight into the blast from Lemon. After a pause to fry, he drops.

[22:21] <13@DeathStar> 6* Lemon drops, her hands smoking. She stumbles, clearly having used the crystal to maximize herself.
[22:21] <13Dias`> 6Dias kicks off at the dropping Twilight, his fist pulled back. 1"PIERCING FIST!" 6He swings his fist in at his backside, throwing all his strength into it
[22:22] <13@DeathStar> 6* Cheryl moves forward to take Kane in hand, rushing him toward Twilight rapidly
15[22:22] * 13@Kane glances at Cheryl. 1You could have just thrown me, you find that to be humerous.

[22:23] <13@Kit> 6Pierce Twilight it does-- Dias' hand cracking into the floor the Fallen takes on the ghostly form, apparently done with the nonsense. In the backward Reia drops from the sky, having lost her dragon's form nearly right after using it to pinball Twilight to the ground off Lemon's attack.

[22:23] <13@DeathStar> 6* Cheryl moves in rapidly, lets Kane go, and whips out, playing shield to Kane so he can go around her; she channels lightning through it to hit the ghost, and hopefully buy Kane time.

[22:23] <13Dias`> 6Dias howls in pain as his fists cracks the floor.
15[22:24] * 13@Kane tries to use the time he is given to bring the crystal around and for Fallen.
[22:24] <13@Kit> 6Tsukiyomi calls to him, then hurtles the sword at him. 1"Belieeeeve!"
15[22:24] * 13Jennifer takes aim with her gun, fully charged, waiting for an opening.
[22:24] <13Dias`> 6Dias turns and catches the hilt with his good hand and he holds it so the blade runs along his forearm. Definetly not one who knows how to use a sword
[22:26] <13@Kit> 6Tsukiyomi holds her hands out toward him, the sword disappearing, changing forms into nothing other than light-- Dias gains her six ghostly wings as she loses them. Kane moves in while Twilight's being shocked and hits him with the crystal-- as he does, Fallen loses the ghostly form, snarling in a demonic howl.

15[22:26] * 13@Kane moves to toss the crystal back to Cheryl so that she can do a followup, he even ducks low so she can leap over him.

[22:28] <13@Kit> 6Twilight recovers and goes to reach for Kane, but staggers back as he's shot, bleeding, but recovering quickly.
