    Racial Abilities

    • Bonding (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 The bond is intiated with someone. Simple thoughts are shared. (John Hale)
Lv. 2 Feelings and location are shared between bond partners. You can access the mech ability.
Lv. 3 Powers can be shared. For one overall ability or skill you can take something from that person's race that your bond partner has learned. You can shape it into your own form though.
      Lv. 4

      Dragoon Specialities (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 - Spear Burst Emeralda can have her spear fly forward at attackers - in a straight line and back, without having to focus on it, giving her time to do other things.
      Energy: 30
Lv. 2 - Subspace A Dragoon can use the space in which they store their Dragon Form to also hold objects. The Dragoon can store up to 20 pounds of items for every 10 Strength they possess. Removing or storing objects in Subspace takes a small amount of energy.
Disadvantage: Very rarely an object within the subspace will become lost or damaged.
      Energy: 10 per object
Lv. 3 - Minor Interface The Dragoon's other abilities have rendered it capable of interfacing with machines to a small degree. This is merely on the level of a Bluetooth connection or a wireless access. It only works at a very limited range and only allows interface on a basic level. Their ability to hack into machines, etc, depends on their already existing talents.
Disadvantage 1: If attempting to hack or bypass security, failure can have painful feedback.
Disadvantage 2: This ability causes mental strain, extended use can cause headaches and migraines.
Disadvantage 3: This works both ways, it's possible while the ability is being used for someone to cause feedback, suck as hacking, back on the Dragoon. While they aren't computers to be programmed, this can hurt them.
      Energy: 40
Lv. 4 - Sudden Stop Despite whatever speed Emeralda gets, she can suddenly stop on a dime. Disadvantage: This can damage the area around her.
Energy: 30 to begin with then 10 per 30 seconds

      Dragoon Armor (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 Emeralda can form basic tier 3 armor around her body. It is full body armor with a creepy helmet.
      Energy: 20
Lv. 2 Her armor is now basic tier 6 armor.
      Energy: 40
      Lv. 3

Her armor is now tier 9 armor.
Disadvantage 1: If Emeralda is hit by powerful energy disrupting attacks, the armor will vanish.
Disadvantage 2: If Emeralda is hit by powerful EMP attacks, the armor will be disrupted.

      Energy: 60
      Lv. 4

The armor is now capable of high speed teleportation behind an enemy
Disadvantage 1: Sometimes this causes it to short out
Disadvantage 2: There is a small chance the armor may malfunction when damaged, decreasing mobility.

      Energy: 40

      Energy Spear(Creation) (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 This is for tier 3 type spear with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
      Energy: 10
Lv. 2 This is for tier 6 type spear with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
      Energy: 15
Lv. 3 This is for tier 9 type spear with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
Disadvantage: Sometimes stamina will drain more rapidly when refilling Energy
      Energy: 20
Lv. 4 This is for tier 12 type spear with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output.
Disadvantage 1: Sometimes the weapon will fizzle out and will need to reform, costing the full energy usage again.
Disadvantage 2: If your Stigmata is messed with frequency wise, your weapons can be jammed.
      Energy: 25

      Dragon Mech I
Lv. 1 This allows the dragoon to transform into your basic mech with the weapon they use as a dragoon.
      Energy: 25
Lv. 2 The dragoon is able to shift basic shapes, while remainly roughly the same size and change weapons so the pilot can form weapons to their liking. The pilot is also able to control the dragoon at this point now so they can split duties of attacking and movement between themselves.
      Energy: 35
Lv. 3 The dragoon is able to fly now in the standard mech form and do double the damage output. Their more fluid and agile and nimble and the pilot and dragoon are more synched with their attack duties, able to switch control at will from attack/movement/etc. They can also transmit thoughts privately to others instead of talking outloud. They are able to travel in space from here on out.
Disdavantage: EMPs can disable the mech
      Energy: 55
Lv. 4 The dragoon is able to turn into the mighty dragon mech form and fly about like a real metal dragon, breathing fire and other things dragons of lore can do. Including eating things. And people. Yum yum.
Disadvantage 1: Sometimes life threatening wounds will immediately revert the dragoon back to it's normal humanoid form.
Disadvantage 2: If the Stigmatas are hit by the right frequency, the dragoon will demorph back to it's normal form.
Disadvantage 3: If the dragoon takes too much damage, stamina is drained a steady rate until it hits 0 and it deforms.
      Energy: 70

      Restoration (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 This allows mild restoration of damage, restoring outside damage, closing bleeding wounds so one does not bleed out. This restore Health lost and is a slow process.
      Energy: 25
Lv. 2 The process is much quicker for outside wounds. Health loss is restored faster and bleeding wound time is cut in half. It also dulls pain.
      Energy: 35
Lv. 3 This begins to work on internal damage done to the user, fixing organs and other wounds before they become too fatal. This is tricky work and takes some time, forcing the user to pause in combat until it's done.
Disadvantage: Sometimes Stamina is wiped out
      Energy: 50
      Lv. 4 ???

      Stigmata Access I
      Lv. 1 Speed +5
      Lv. 2 Speed +10
Lv. 3 Emeralda can move at super sonic speeds for a short time. This allows her to move faster than the trained eye can follow. Disadvantage: This causes massive damage to her legs.
      Energy: 50
Lv. 4 For one brief moment, Emeralda can use a super sonic speed burst where she moves so fast with an attack, that an enemy cannot block it, driving her spear into an enemy where they have almost no chance to block it unless they have some barrier or magik field already up. Disadvantage: Emeralda is completely helpless afterwards and has messed up her legs until a healing expert can do something about it over days.
      Energy: 60

    Racial Skills

    • Energy Spear (Attack)
Lv. 1 Emeralda can enlarge her spear and dash forward for an impalement that does not actually do physical damage to the body, but causes internal damage.
      Energy: 30
Lv. 2 Emeralda can do the same move above, and then physically body slam the opponent, unleashing an energy blast inside the enemy. Disadvantage: If the attack is blocked at any point, she is left open for 10 seconds.
      Energy: 40
Lv. 3 Emeralda can stab and do physical damage, unleashing pinpoint blasts each time she lands a blow to tear through the enemy's body. Disadvantage: The spear will begin to overheat.
      Energy: 50
Lv. 4 Emeralda can create a super large spear and dash forward, unleashing an energy beam spear attack from her hands at the enemy, or enemies, to overrun them and blast them. Disadvantage: She cannot reform her weapon for a while.
      Energy: 70
    Talents
    • Tactics
Tier 1 - Basic Battle Tactics Basic tactical knowledge when encountering simple monster encounters- the GM will provide clues when asked occassionally.
Tier 2 - Enviro / Situational Tactics Situational events or the surrounding environments might have you baffled. Sometimes battles aren't always the problem and you might need insight. The GM will provide up to 3 clues.
Tier 3 - Tactical Genius 1 on 1 This is for one on one battle situations. This lets you read your enemy better and find openings and situations. If it's a boss enemy that attacks often (not a God) and runs away, each time you will gain more data and you can call upon this tier and talent for clues from the GM. If it's an enemy type, like a Templar Commander, that you are fighting one on one, or an Elite, that you fight often, you can do the same.
Tier 4 - Puzzle Tactics This helps you solve puzzles sometimes without trying. The chances of this working is rare. But you may be given a clue or two that can help. Enemy Tactics - You can sometimes watch enemy formations and gleam information from their patterns on what their going to attack. By using this the GM may give you clues on what they're planning.
Tier 5 - Big Bad Tactics  This tier is devoted to the tactics of the big bads of the RPG. Either it be Gods, the Darkness, or something else throughout the long running time, this tier begins weak and slowly grows stronger each time you fight them as you gain more data. At first when you ask the GM for clues you will get nothing. Then a little something, then more.
Bonus Tier 1 You can create your own tactics in a situation. When you use this tier, you ask the GM to allow your 'tactics to have a chance a working'. When this is in play, you will put forth your insane plan to see if it will go through.
      Disadvantage 1:
Sometimes this fails and fails hard.
Bonus Tier 2 You can improvise in tough situations and create a new way out of a tough problem. Call it "Pulling a Captain Kirk", but you can use the resources and people you have unhand to make the impossible quite possibly possible.
Disadvantage 1: This sometimes fails and fails hard.
Disadvantage 2: You may find yourself paying a bigger price then you anticipated for your actions.

    • Spear Play
Tier 1 Because Emeralda is a natural spear user, she suffers a penality with other melee weapons, but as long as she uses her spear created weapon, she has a +20 melee permenant stat.
Tier 2 Emeralda's training with the spear allows her to do non-fatal strikes against people even when she pierces their flesh.
Tier 3 Emeralda is far more likely to get inside a person's defenses, despite the spear's longer range. Disadvantage: If she is parried, Emeralda is in for a world of hurt sometimes.
Tier 4 Emeralda is able to perform unique defensive parries by spinning her spear rapidly with her speed. Disadvantage: If a person is able to time her spins, she is in trouble.
Tier 5 Emeralda has worked to find a rhythm between strike and defense, making her balance in offensive and defensive fighting. It is harder than normal to break her defense and harder to avoid her strikes when in close range. Get out of it.
Bonus Tier 1 When in melee combat, Emeralda gains bonus passive stats against other melee users. Disadvantage: This only works every other fight against the same person
Bonus Tier 2 Emeralda, if she is faster than her opponent, can get a free it every 10th strike. Disadvantage: If she's not, she suffers extra blows.

    • Lady's Woman Tier 1 This is all for information, not sexseduction. Charisma-based checks have a better chance of working, but only if it's used against a woman.
    • Lady's Woman Tier 2 Women find it harder to manipulate or lie to you. They still can, but it's a bit harder than usual.
    • Lady's Woman Tier 3 When using Charisma-based skills to get information from women, they'll give you a bit more information than they normally would. Disadvantage: Sometimes they will give you false information to make themselves seem more impressive.
    • Lady's Woman Tier 4 Even non-lesbians will fall to your charms a bit. Disadvantage: If you push your luck too much, they will likely storm off before you can tone the charms down a bit.
    • Lady's Woman Tier 5 Women find it nearly impossible to manipulate you or lie to you. They still can, but it's a very rare occurance. Disadvantage: Because you aren't expecting women to lie to you anymore, it makes the actual lies that much more believable. You suffer massive penalties to determining if a woman is lying to you when you're laying down the charms on her.
    • Lady's Woman B. Tier 1 You swallow your pride and hit on a man. You can use up to Tier 2 on men. Disadvantage: The bonuses you get are less then that you would get on women.
    • Lady's Woman B. Tier 2 Even your reputation can't get in the way of women telling you what you want to hear. If a woman has heard about your knack for getting into someone's pants, you take less penalties than usual. Disadvantage: This is a fickle matter. Go too far and they may think you're just trying to get into THEIR pants as well. You'll either lose them, or take MASSIVE penalties, even if you aren't laying the charm down anymore.

    Abilities

Battle Analysis Lvl. 1 You have a better chance of knowing if an opponent is holding back or not.
Battle Analysis Lvl. 2 You are capable of knowing exactly who the biggest threat is, even if it isn't apparent.
Battle Analysis Lvl. 3 You have a chance of knowing if a battle is a distraction or trap before it's too late. Very handy, since we're prone to falling into those. Disadvantage: If the distraction or trap is exceptionally well done, you might not know until after it's sprung.
Battle Analysis Lvl. 4 You get a sixth sense about battles now. You get a split second to react before an ambush is sprung, you know if there are sneaky bastards about waiting until the battle is at it's thickest to gank you, and you generally can't be caught by surprise. Disadvantage: This only works for so many people and for so long. If a battle goes on long enough or has a bunch of fighters in it, you will be too distracted to think about sneakers.

Inspiriation Lvl. 1 Allies that can see and hear you gain small bonuses to health and their main attack stat (hand-to-hand, ranged, or melee. If tied, then it is GM's choice). + 10 heath and +10 to H2H, or ranged, or melee Energy Used: 30
Inspiriation Lvl. 2 Allies that can see and hear you gain small bonuses to damage with their attacks. +30 to H2H, ranged, or melee Disadvantage: If they cannot possibly see you after gaining this effect, YOU gain a penalty equal to the bonus. Energy Used: 50
Inspiriation Lvl. 3 Allies keep their bonuses for a small amount of time after no longer being able to see or hear you anymore. Disadvantage: You, however, gain TWICE the normal penalty immediately if they do.
Inspiriation Lvl. 4 Every bonus you grant is tripled. (30 x 3) Disadvantage: And your penalty is quintupled (X5) if they lose sight and sound of you. Energy Used: 80
    Skills
    • Hale Fall
      Lv. 1

Emeralda is able to fling Hale at enemies with her spear to startle them, knocking them over with Hale's body, then rapidly dashing in before they can hurt them to stab them. Disadvantage: They can stab Hale.

      Energy: 10
      Lv. 2

If Emeralda is throwing Hale and it's clear they're going to stab him, she can dash in and parry the blow, using her spear to counter strike. Disadvantage: Hale will land against her back if he can't stop himself.

      Energy: 40
Lv. 3 Emeralda is capable of flinging Hale far into the air where he can do attacks with his guns and explosives. Disadvantage: If she doesn't get out of range she can be damaged. Energy: 40
      Lv. 4

Emeralda can rapid speed switch with Hale at close range, confusing enemies who are parrying her blows for a gun in the face attack. Disadvantage: If Hale isn't careful, he'll be hit, or vice versa with Emeralda when she switches back.

      Energy: 60
    Soldier Class Specific Tree

    Soldier Class Talents

    • Defensive Stance
Tier 1 - Defensive Footing This allows you to find your footing against basic attacks that would knock you over; it will not stop any damage, merely help you against the weakest of attacks meant to knock you over, like someone trying to barrell past. It takes a few seconds to shift so you need time to form up as the person runs at you.
Tier 2 - Solid Ground A more superior version of the tier above, this allows you to shift into this stance faster to stop basic barrelling into you and basic attacks instantly to pervent people trying to escape your clutches.
Tier 3- Quick Stance Dodge This factors heavily in with your speed and reflex stats as well. If you feel you cannot dodge an attack, or the GM warns you, if you use this tier you can attempt to dodge the attack altogether with a rapid shuffle move, or at least move your fatal areas.
Tier 4 - Defensive Stance Form 1 Forming up with your weapons or your own arms/armor, you are able to block certain attacks that come in at you, turtling up to take damage. If it's clear you cannot take the attack, you can fall back on Tier 3 above and use it instead. This allows you to take full strikes from enemies up to a certain number before it breaks. It depends on the strength of the enemy and your own stats before this form breaks
Tier 5 - Defensive Stance Form 2 The same as above, only it can take more damage before shattering.
Bonus Tier 1 - Spear Spin Form Emeralda can spin her spear when using Stance Form 2 to add more defensive turtling and take more damaging before her defensive stance is shattered.
      Bonus Tier 2 +20 reflexes

      Focus
Tier 1 - Meditative State Whenever a soldier meditates and focuses their energy, when they have time to do so, depending on the length of time they are able to sit and do so, they are able to be more focused and able bodied during combat, capable of seeing and focusing their attacks more directly and precisely, and seeing things they might not normally see. This is aided more with perception and mind stats being higher.
Tier 2 - Inner Focus I If a soldier can find time within a combative situation to stand there and take a minute to breathe in and out, focusing their spiritual flow and mana and energy, they can sharpen their senses and be alert to incoming blows easier and prepare to strike faster and more alertly than before, allowing them to fight better than before.
Tier 3 - Inner Focus II The same as above, only the time of focus is cut down to 30 seconds instead of a minute.
Tier 4 - Split Second Focus This is similiar to Tier 2 and 3 but this can only be used once. This also unlocks an ability tree named after this Tier, which will let you open it up more than once. This allows the person to take their inner focus and instead of 30 seconds to focus their talents to into combative prowness, they can do it a in a split second.
Tier 5 - Outer Focus Allowing the soldier to focus outward, they attuned to details in their environment when it comes to combat/battle. When a battle is going on, they are able to notice details of their environment others might notice, as well as unusual enemies and combative focuses of others.
      Bonus Tier 1 +20 mind
      Bonus Tier 2 +500 spirit

      Weapon Training Talent - Spears
Tier 1 - Quick Form/Quick Draw Emeralda is proficent with not only her own created spears, she is proficent with any spear, unlike many dragoons who are focused on their own created weapons. She can quickly form her own weapon faster than most dragoons, or quickly draw spears she finds in seconds, cutting down the time needed to get the weapon in hand to prepare for combat.
Tier 2 - Precision Aim Able to precision aim with her spear, Emeralda can pinpoint the area to strike with spears better than any other weapon, striking key points in whatever she's targetting to weaken the structure, be in armor or something else, to weaken the overall structure. This allows her to slowly bring about the overall destruction of the target through patient overall attacks.
Tier 3 - Parrying Talent I Trained by the spear, Emeralda is able to parry better with it than any other weapon; she can bring it about to parry attacks brought her way with a higher percentage than any other weapon; this is not a guarentee, but this gives her about a 35% chance of parrying any blow that comes her way, and 45% if it's melee. Against spears, this gives her 60% unless they have this talent. Note: Even though she can parry a blow, it doesn't mean it negates powerful blows - they might still send her flying backwards.
Tier 4 - Parrying Talent II This brings her parrying up to 50% against any blow that comes her way, and 60% against melee, and 75% against spears. Note: Even though she can parry a blow, it doesn't mean it negates powerful blows - they might still send her flying backwards.
Tier 5 - Spear Expert Emeralda is an expert with spears; facing her in melee is extremely dangerous, but facing her with a spear is almost suicidal. Her talent with them is legendary and she can pick up any spear and instantly pick up the nuisances of it.
      Bonus Tier 1 +20 melee.
      Bonus Tier 2 +20 melee

    Soldier Class Abilities

    • Focus Abilities
Lv. 1 Stat Increase By 2: Strength
Lv. 2 You can use your focused abilities to recover from an Opposite Game failure if you use this level.
Lv. 3 Stat To Break From 100 to 150: Energy
      Lv. 4 +50 Strength

      Weapon Training Ability
Lv. 1 - More Attack Power Emeralda gains +2 attack due the fact she uses spears.
Lv. 2 - Buffed Stats Training with the spears, Emeralda's speed has been buffed up considerablely, giving her increased speed overall. +30 speed and she hits harder overall +30 strength.
Lv. 3 - Energy -> Defense Emeralda can increase her defenses by placing energy into her spear to take more damage. Energy: However much energy is how much defense she gains.
Lv. 4 - Perfect Accuracy I Emeralda can strike with perfect accuracy where-ever she is aiming and cannot miss, no matter what, once per session. This doesn't mean she'll necessarily do a lot of damage to whatever she's aiming at, however. Note this is not an attack, and for real high rate damage should be done in conjunction with an attack move. Energy: 70

      Soldier Weapon Expert - Melee
      Lv. 1 - Expert Melee +30 Melee
Lv. 2 - Quick Parry As long as Emeralda has energy, she can do a quick dodge parry; this can work in conjuction with her high parry rate talent move above. Energy: 40
Lv. 3 - Perfect Accuracy II Emeralda can strike with perfect accuracy where-ever she is aiming and cannot miss, no matter what, once per session. This simply lowers the energy of the move. Note this does not guarentee more damage, since this is not an attack, this is is ability relating to accuracy. Energy: 40
Lv. 4 - Teacher Emeralda can teach others how to use the spear with high rates of expertise. Though this takes long periods of times, they can gain knowledge of melee weapon use. The more time around her, especially in combat, the more they will learn. They will gain various stats will training under her. If they are using a spear, they will gain even more.

    ----

    Relatives: Husband: Johnathan Hale

Son: Malchite Hale, Daughter: Jade Hale

    Daughter in Law: Tabetha

    ----

    Your Background:

Emeralda was one of the middle created Next-Generation Dragoons. Rather naive and innocent in most regards, she was brought into Cheryl Mizukazi's unit when Cheryl discovered her being abused by General Steel's men. She was in that unit as a guard who's exceptional speed was used for protection/guard duty, and the men thought they could get away with abuse to her. Bringing her in and paying her out of her own pocket, Cheryl gave her a new life, and gave her the job of protecting the teleporter to the PAX. While she sometimes goes out on missions, for the most part Emeralda is typically found on base.

Emeralda sometimes aids in the Kitsune Udon missions with her speed, along with NGD Curali, but spends most of her time learning about the world at Cheryl's request while on duty, reading books and trying to find out what she wants to do when her time serving in the military is over. Having begun dating Johnathan Hale over the last year, the two became engaged and became married after Hale seemed to put aside his playboy ways for her, falling in love for the young NGD. As they worked together and grew closer, they soon had kids as the long war with the Others and Order waged on, and Hale rose up in the ranks with his wife's help. Their children seemed to gain the speed from their mother and their father's wit and charm.

Now that the Others' are defeated, and the fact that there may be a new reality threat, Hale has stayed on with Peter and Em works as a lower rank officer so she can watch the kids for them, who seem to have joined Taiga's club. Em has matured greatly over the years and could likely raise in the ranks, having gotten a lot of confidence and experience from Hale, but seems content with her low rank due to the freedom it gives.

Em has recently quit her job after Mal and Cheria had sex, and is spending her time training Mal how to deal with his bond and become a dragoon warrior. Only time will tell if she will accept Cheria.
