Racial Abilities

  • Bonding (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 The bond is intiated with someone. Simple thoughts are shared.
Lv. 2 Feelings and location are shared between bond partners. You can access the mech ability.
Lv. 3 Powers can be shared. For one overall ability or skill you can take something from that person's race that your bond partner has learned. You can shape it into your own form though.
Lv. 4 The final level of bonding. You are completely intimate and intune with each other. You can also now begin this process over again with someone else if you meet certain parimeters. This allows you to transfer over stats to your bond partner and vice versa.

    Dragoon Specialities (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 - Dragoon Shield This shield is made quickly and can only block a single attack or blast, created in an instant to counter it specifically. Shatters after a single blow.
    Energy: 10
Lv. 2 - Dragoon Shield 2 Lisa creates a sustained shield around herself, protecting herself or becoming a shield for someone she stands in front of. This shield can survive a couple strikes or one powerful blow before shattering.
Disadvantage: This ability must be maintained, Lisa cannot move or attack while shielding.
    Energy: 30
Lv. 3 - Dragoon Shield 3 Lisa forms a large shield between herself and attacks, other people can hide behind it, allowing her to defend them. It can sustain a large number of hits or a couple very powerful ones before shattering.
Disadvantage 1: This shield works like a wall, attacks cannot go through it from either side, meaning allies will have to shoot around to to attack.
Disadvantage 2: Lisa cannot move or attack while shielding.
Disadvantage 3: There is a chance when energy strikes the shield that a portion of the energy can feed back into Lisa, causing her damage.
    Energy: 50
Lv. 4 - Dragoon Aegis Lisa creates an Ultimate Defense Shield, surrounding herself and nearby allies in a barrier of Dragoon Energy. If Lisa is the only one inside it, absolutely nothing permeates into the shield (as she doesn't need to breathe), however, she can allow gasses to pass through so people can breath inside it if she wishes. This can withstand many blows and even defend against powerful strikes for some time.
Disadvantage 1: This ability needs to be maintained, Lisa cannot attack or move while this is being maintained. The shield will remain around her location at all times.
Disadvantage 2: EMP can disrupt the shield, which will also cause feedback and damage Lisa in turn.
Disadvantage 3: This ability cannot be used more then once per session unless the GM says otherwise.
    Energy: 50

    Dragoon Armor (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 Lisa can form basic tier 3 armor around her body. It is a blue combat armor with a black mesh underweave..

Disadvantage 2: If Lisa is hit by powerful psionic attacks, the armor will be disrupted.

    Energy: 50
    Lv. 4

The armor is now capable of self repair when damaged.
Disadvantage 1: Repair will sometimes stop halfway through, wasting the remaining energy and not working properly until Lisa rests.
Disadvantage 2: There is a small chance the armor may malfunction when damaged, decreasing mobility.

Energy: 20 to begin with then 10 per minute of repair

    Barrier Energy (Creation) (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 This is for tier 3 type barrier energy with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
    Energy: 5
Lv. 2 This is for tier 6 type barrier energy with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
    Energy: 10
Lv. 3 This is for tier 9 type barrier energy with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
Disadvantage: Sometimes stamina will drain more rapidly when refilling Energy
    Energy: 15
Lv. 4 This is for tier 12 barrier energy with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output.
Disadvantage 1: Sometimes the weapon will fizzle out and will need to reform, costing the full energy usage again.
Disadvantage 2: If your Stigmata is messed with frequency wise, your weapons can be jammed.
Disadvantage 3: Sometimes, despite using Lv. 4, your attacks are Tier 3
    Energy: 20

    Dragon Mech I
Lv. 1 This allows the dragoon to transform into your basic mech with the weapon they use as a dragoon.
    Energy: 15
Lv. 2 The dragoon is able to shift basic shapes, while remainly roughly the same size and change weapons so the pilot can form weapons to their liking. The pilot is also able to control the dragoon at this point now so they can split duties of attacking and movement between themselves.
    Energy: 25
Lv. 3 The dragoon is able to fly now in the standard mech form and do double the damage output. Their more fluid and agile and nimble and the pilot and dragoon are more synched with their attack duties, able to switch control at will from attack/movement/etc. They can also transmit thoughts privately to others instead of talking outloud. They are able to travel in space from here on out.
Disdavantage: EMPs can disable the mech
    Energy: 50
Lv. 4 The dragoon is able to turn into the mighty dragon mech form and fly about like a real metal dragon, breathing fire and other things dragons of lore can do. Including eating things. And people. Yum yum.
Disadvantage 1: Sometimes life threatening wounds will immediately revert the dragoon back to it's normal humanoid form.
Disadvantage 2: If the Stigmatas are hit by the right frequency, the dragoon will demorph back to it's normal form.
Disadvantage 3: If the dragoon takes too much damage, stamina is drained a steady rate until it hits 0 and it deforms.
    Energy: 60

    Lv. 4 Energy +30

    Tactical Ghost Ability (1 Stigmata)
Lv. 1 - Armor Adept Focusing defensively, you regard your enemies actions and can quickly anticipate where blows will impact, allowing you to position your body to absorb blows the best way possible, increasing the effectiveness of your armor and reducing the damage it takes. This grabs a temporary boost to your armor's effectiveness. Energy: 30
Lv. 2 - Emergency Exit Focusing her shield energy, Lisa can alter it temporarily to bend light, giving her an imprompt stealth cloak to use to escape a battle or run away from an enemy.
Disadvantage 1: This ability sometimes fails to properly bend light, leaving Lisa still visible, if warped in appearance.
Disadvantage 2: This ability only lasts a very short time, it is not intended for extended stealth.
    Energy: 40
Lv. 3 - Energy Absorb Opening the channels in her internal energy emitters, Lisa uses her shields to absorb energy instead of simply deflecting it. If her shields are struck by an energy attack, Lisa can choose to expend Spirit to convert the energy and store it, restoring her energy for further shield use.
Disadvantage 1: There is a small chance the energy will not convert properly and damage Lisa's absorption ability temporarily, making her unable to absorb for a short time.
Disadvantage 2: There is a chance that the energy will be absorbed, but improperly, giving half the energy it should and expending twice the spirit.
Disadvantage 3: This ability does not work against Lisa's Elemental Weakness.
    Spirit: 100
Lv. 4 - Energy Absolution When absorbing an attack from Energy Absorb, Lisa can choose to spend extra Spirit to temporarily convert her Elemental Affinity to the energy type absorbed.
Disadvantage 1: There is a chance this ability will fail, causing no chance to Affinity, also causing Lisa to lose benefits to her Affinity for a short time.
Disadvantage 2: This ability does not work with Lisa's Elemental Weakness.
Disadvantage 3: There is a chance the conversion can cause Lisa's shields to break automatically.
    Spirit: 150

Racial Skills

  • Barrier Energy Feedback (Attack)
    Lv. 1

Lisa redirects her shield energy and expels it outward to produce a simple blast.
Disadvantage: If she is maintaining a shield, the shield shatters, if it is the Aegis shield, it loses it's defense ability temporarily.

    Energy: 10

Disadvantage 2: There is a chance the attack can fail entirely, wasting energy.
    Energy: 30

Disadvantage 1: This ability shatters an Aegis or a Tier 12 Barrier Energy formation, they must be reformed after, costing energy for each step.
Disadvantage 2: This ability can only be used once per session.
Disadvantage 3: This attack has a small chance of failing entirely, wasting energy and it's one session use.
    Energy: 60

Tier 3 - Tactical Genius 1 on 1 This is for one on one battle situations. This lets you read your enemy better and find openings and situations. If it's a boss enemy that attacks often (not a God) and runs away, each time you will gain more data and you can call upon this tier and talent for clues from the GM. If it's an enemy type, like a Templar Commander, that you are fighting one on one, or an Elite, that you fight often, you can do the same.
Tier 4 - Puzzle Tactics This helps you solve puzzles sometimes without trying. The chances of this working is rare. But you may be given a clue or two that can help.
Tier 5 - Big Bad Tactics  This tier is devoted to the tactics of the big bads of the RPG. Either it be Gods, the Darkness, or something else throughout the long running time, this tier begins weak and slowly grows stronger each time you fight them as you gain more data. At first when you ask the GM for clues you will get nothing. Then a little something, then more.
Bonus Tier 1 You can create your own tactics in a situation. When you use this tier, you ask the GM to allow your 'tactics to have a chance a working'. When this is in play, you will put forth your insane plan to see if it will go through.
    Disadvantage 1:
Sometimes this fails and fails hard.
Bonus Tier 2 You can improvise in tough situations and create a new way out of a tough problem. Call it "Pulling a Captain Kirk", but you can use the resources and people you have unhand to make the impossible quite possibly possible.
Disadvantage 1: This sometimes fails and fails hard.
Disadvantage 2: You may find yourself paying a bigger price then you anticipated for your actions.

Disadvantage: Sometimes you use the wrong ingredients and the Stamina and Energy boosts are halved and leave the eater feeling ill afterwards.
Tier 4 Your food now provides heavier bonuses and extends to Health as well. +40 Stamina, Energy, Health
Disadvantage 1: Shares the same disadvantage as Tier 3.
Disadvantage 2: There is a rare chance your ingredients are spoiled and will provide a negative status effect instead of a boost.
Disadvantage 3: There is a chance your cooking attempt will be botched, wasting the ingredients.
Tier 5 You can now craft food that restores Spirit / Mana instead of providing a boost. +500 Spirit/Mana restoration
Disadvantage 1: Shares the same disadvantages as Tier 4.
Disadvantage 2: This requires special ingredients that cost some credits.
Bonus Tier 1 You can "save" a meal once a session that would otherwise be ruined.
Disadvantage: It takes up an extra batch of materials, even if the cooking time is saved.
Bonus Tier 2 You can identify spoiled food easily.
Disadvantage: There is a chance you will fail to identify spoiled food, and people will look on you poorly for making them sick!

Disadvantage 1: Doing this too often may have people questioning your honesty.
Disadvantage 2: This bluff may at times work against you.
Bonus Tier 2 Due to your sordid past and your constant of being undercover, you may find that it creates trouble for you when examined by strangers in official places. This is a disadvantage.

Soldier Class Specific Tree

Soldier Class Talents

  • Defensive Stance
Tier 1 - Defensive Footing This allows you to find your footing against basic attacks that would knock you over; it will not stop any damage, merely help you against the weakest of attacks meant to knock you over, like someone trying to barrell past. It takes a few seconds to shift so you need time to form up as the person runs at you.
Tier 2 - Solid Ground A more superior version of the tier above, this allows you to shift into this stance faster to stop basic barrelling into you and basic attacks instantly to pervent people trying to escape your clutches.
Tier 3- Quick Stance Dodge This factors heavily in with your speed and reflex stats as well. If you feel you cannot dodge an attack, or the GM warns you, if you use this tier you can attempt to dodge the attack altogether with a rapid shuffle move, or at least move your fatal areas.
Tier 4 - Defensive Stance Form 1 Forming up with your weapons or your own arms/armor, you are able to block certain attacks that come in at you, turtling up to take damage. If it's clear you cannot take the attack, you can fall back on Tier 3 above and use it instead. This allows you to take full strikes from enemies up to a certain number before it breaks. It depends on the strength of the enemy and your own stats before this form breaks
Tier 5 - Defensive Stance Form 2 The same as above, only it can take more damage before shattering.
Bonus Tier 1 While Lisa's Defensive Stance is active, her shields can take more damage before shattering.
Bonus Tier 2 +10 Health and Stamina Points

    Focus
Tier 1 - Meditative State Whenever a soldier meditates and focuses their energy, when they have time to do so, depending on the length of time they are able to sit and do so, they are able to be more focused and able bodied during combat, capable of seeing and focusing their attacks more directly and precisely, and seeing things they might not normally see. This is aided more with perception and mind stats being higher.
Tier 2 - Inner Focus I If a soldier can find time within a combative situation to stand there and take a minute to breathe in and out, focusing their spiritual flow and mana and energy, they can sharpen their senses and be alert to incoming blows easier and prepare to strike faster and more alertly than before, allowing them to fight better than before.
Tier 3 - Inner Focus II The same as above, only the time of focus is cut down to 30 seconds instead of a minute.
Tier 4 - Split Second Focus This is similiar to Tier 2 and 3 but this can only be used once. This also unlocks an ability tree named after this Tier, which will let you open it up more than once. This allows the person to take their inner focus and instead of 30 seconds to focus their talents to into combative prowness, they can do it a in a split second.
Tier 5 - Outer Focus Allowing the soldier to focus outward, they attuned to details in their environment when it comes to combat/battle. When a battle is going on, they are able to notice details of their environment others might notice, as well as unusual enemies and combative focuses of others.
Bonus Tier 1 You can use your Split Second Focus a second time per session.
Bonus Tier 2 +100 Spirit Points

    Armor Training Talent
Tier 1 - Armor Adaptation Lisa is able to quickly acclimate herself to any armor she puts on, allowing her to use armor of any tier up to 2 higher then her level (or Strength) allows her to normally.
Tier 2 - Armor Combination Lisa is quickly able to figure out how to make different pieces of armor work together, for every piece of armor that is of the same material or type that she wears, each piece acts as if it were one tier stronger then normal. (EG, if she is wearing two pieces of Progenitor armor, they each act one tier higher, all three peices, they act 2 tiers higher.)
Tier 3 - Reinforcement Lisa's armor is more durable due to synthesis with her shielding, whether summoned Dragoon Armor or normally worn, it can take slightly more punishment then normal.
Tier 4 - Mettle Lisa's Dragoon Armor takes a benefit from her internal knowledge of armor use, and is slightly stronger then normal. It prevents more damage then normal.
Tier 5 - Mimic True Defense Lisa can attach a slotted item to her Dragoon Armor to give it a bonus whenever she summons it. She must purchase and have the slot installed like anyone else.
Bonus Tier 1 Lisa enjoys a slight reduction to the energy cost for her Dragoon Armor ability.
Bonus Tier 2 +10 Stamina Points

Background

Your Beliefs: The world is a dangerous place, and ever since I became an Omega, my life stopped being that of a happy child. I wonder if I'll ever experience what I lost the day Pegasus was attacked.

Your Goals: Find happiness, find love, show the world that even a mouse can roar like a lion when she needs to.

Your Instinct: Protect those you love at any cost, I am the ultimate shield, the Aegis of the Dragoons, no one will get past me.

----

Relatives: Sky Mizukaze Michah (Wife-Pilot)

Cheryl Mizukaze (Sister), Angela Benner (Sister), Micah Cameron (Father)

----

Your Background: Lisa Cameron was a Dragoon that was never meant to be. Dr. Micah Cameron was a member of the Dragoon Project, the man who figured out how to adapt Guardian Energy patterns with the Human Donor DNA, a genius in his own right, but it was the principle of that work that led him to work with Alexander Cran in creating the Omega Strain. Cameron's wife, Anne Cameron and daughter, Lisa Cameron were both residents of Pegasus Colony on the fateful day when Cheryl's pilot sent her into a berserker rage, causing the accident that claimed many lives, such as those of Jennifer Carmichael and Angela Bennet.

However, there was another victim of that attack, two in fact, Lisa and Anne. Lisa, in critical condition however, found the same salvation that Angela Bennet did on that day, when Cameron injected his daughtera with the same serum, slightly altered for Lisa's DNA, making the girl into an Omega Dragoon. Not having Cran's facilities and knowing that he was going to need to run from Janus after betraying Cran to save his daughter, Cameron was forced to induce her full transformation early, far out of range of the Alpha Dragoons, hiding Lisa from them until she could control her own Alpha Protocol. This also left Lisa age locked at a mere 13 years of age, aging at a mere fraction of human standards. Cameron and Lisa went into hiding, keeping far out of touch with the rest of the world, afraid of the consequences if Lisa were to ever be discovered. For a time, Cameron stuck with his daughter, teaching her the basics of using her abilities and training her how to keep under the radar and hide from authorities.

After many years, the two were nearly discovered by a Cran-Reborn running VI. They lucked out, as the team destroyed the new Alexander and his efforts to dominate Earth, but the close call forced the two apart, they went seperate ways to hide better, making contact only occasionally, when Cameron would find ways to provide for Lisa.

Years have passed and recently, Cheryl, attempting to correct the mistakes of her father, has taken Lisa onto her team and given her what she has never had before, a life.
