Tier 3 - Droid Builder Tabetha can put together and design complicated robot units with basic subset AI. These are obvious looking robots who are given specific design parameters.
Tier 4 - Android Builder Tabetha can combine her knowledge of Robotics and Organic synthesis to create robots which mimic human life. These are believably human, but always tend to show signs which betray their nature.
Tier 5 - Reploid Builder Tabetha can now apply her Reploid design plans and actually construct Reploids. So far she has only been able to build one with Cole's parts, but if given supplies from Wind's reality, or time to replicate the technology behind them, she could feesibly build another.
Bonus Tier 1 Tabetha's reploids can match Hero stats, meaning Tabetha can build a Reploid who is controller as a player character. Anyone can play it.
Bonus Tier 2 Mind Cap Boost (+10)

    Engineer Class Abilities

    • Speciality Field Ability I
Lv. 1 Tabetha can use a remote system to cause a Core Boost in her robots, robots, drones, reploids, or others built by Tabetha gain a temporary boost of +10 to all stats. Energy Cost: 40
Lv. 2 Tabetha can use her tools to quickly repair a damaged robot or reploid in battle. This "heals" them of a decent amount of damage, allowing them to participate in combat if taken out. Energy Cost: 40
Lv. 3 Tabetha can use her tools to quickly repair a damaged robot or reploid in battle. This "heals" them of a significant amount of damage, allowing them to participate in combat if taken out. Energy Cost: 60
Lv. 4 Tabetha can quickly download a robot or reploids memory core onto a portable device, this allows Tabetha to "ressurect" a dead reploid or robot in a new body after battle. Energy Cost: 110

      Engineer Application I
Lv. 1 - Quick Patch Up Tabetha can quickly repair and restore armor that is damaged in battle, this only restores armor, not the wounds that probably came with someone's armor getting pierced. Energy Cost: 80
Lv. 2 - Get the Shields Up Tabetha can expel Dragoon Energy to quickly restore a dead shield core or power a device that was previously down due to a lack of electrical charge. This quickly drains Tabetha and leaves her tired, needing rest to restore her energy. Energy Cost: 50 (Spirit Cost to Maintain: 50)
Lv. 3 - Dragoon Systems Charge Tabetha can temporarily employ her knowledge of machines to simulate an energy boost within herself, temporarily granting her +40 Energy for the duration of battle. When the boost wears out, her Stamina will work at half efficiency for the rest of the battle. Spirit Cost: 500
Lv. 4 - Engineering Energy Application +20 Point and Cap Boost to Energy

      Engineer Application II
Lv. 1 - Intelligent Scanner HMD Tabetha uses an HMD unit to enhance her perception, the visual HUD helps her view things her eyes would not normally pick up. This grants her +20 Perception for a limited time Energy Cost: 30
Lv. 2 - Robotic Battle Knowledge Tabetha can apply her knowledge of machines to enhance her battle prowess. When fighting robots or Gears, Tabetha's abilities and attacks are 1.5x more effective then usual.

    Your Background:

Tabetha was one of the last of the New Age Dragoons produced for the purpose of the Cartel War, never actually placed into service she was given a new directive to serve and protect the EarthGOV military. The lowest scoring of the NGDs, and having failed to recieve a personality imprint, Tabetha was deemed a defective unit. Estranged as the last of 100, and therefore the only unit not assigned into a team of three NGDs, Tabetha was placed on the back burner. Eventually, Tabetha was sent to the Elite Unit, whether she was chosen by Cheryl or simply shoved into the unit remains unclear to this date, though many believe she was taken in by Cheryl, who's built a reputation for taking in lost causes.

With the intervention of the PAX, ending the Cartel War early, the training and development of Tabetha's group of Dragoons was postponed, they were not assigned immediate pilots due to a lack of stress to get them in the skies. Tabetha was trained in military protocol and basic combat with her unique skillset, determined to be a ranged unit with a specialized focus in small arms. She failed to grasp social taboos, personal relations, and personal life management, mostly due to a lack of personality, unique compared to the other NGDs, she is a blank slate, slowly learning and building her own personality based on her experiences. This has become quite apparent as she attempts to relate to a team which is highly strong in situational and emotioal bonds, and Tabetha finds herself hard pressed to learn to keep up.

Upon being added to the unit, Tabetha has exhibited a very outgoing personality, eager to make friends and get to know her teammates. So far this has gotten her into a little bit of trouble. Her mental state is like that of a fast learning child, making it easier for her to relate to some of the team members who are still developing, or recovering like Dias is. Tabetha has exhibited a strong independant streak from her initial instructions, asking such questions as where she came from, why she exists, and most importantly, what will she do with her life.

Over the past months since joining, her development has taken strange turns. After attempting and ultimately failing to bond with Tsukiyomi due to Tsukiyomi's nonhuman status and her altered reality signature, Tsukiyomi decided to erase her memories, setting many of her learned personality blocks back to ground zero. In a surprising lashback, Tabetha's personality has become somewhat scattered, shifting between child like and adult from time to time, the child slowly fading as Tabetha forces herself to grow up. After an affair with Cypher, Cole's robotic companion, the girl recieved a download of technical data and scientific information, leading to the girl persuing skills in engineering and mechanical maintainance.

Tabetha began to exhibit true signs of her maturity during the NGD Incident, handling the deaths and horrors that the group came to head with far better then any of her creators would ever have predicted. She has since bonded with John McCormick, and begun a close friendship with Leira, whom she works with constantly to get stronger so that they can protect those they care about. That close relationship led to marriage, the two have joined hands and are mothers to Sky, a girl who Tabetha discovered in an orphanage along with Jennifer's daughters, CL and Heaven.

Tabetha's other talent has come out over time, she can see into the future, and with practice has learned to control telepathic and telekenetic abilities. It was through this that she learned that her disabilities were simply biproducts of her special creation, unlike other Dragoons she was created with not two, but three donors, the third was William Spade, those behind he creation wanted a Dragoon who had the power of prophecy, by a stroke of luck, the ability was thought to have not manifested as planned.
