    • Bonding (1 stigmata)
      Lv. 1 The bond is intiated with someone. Simple thoughts are shared. (Ouka)
      Lv. 2 Feelings and location are shared between bond partners. You can access the mech ability.  
      Lv. 3 Powers can be shared. For one overall ability or skill you can take something from that person's race that your bond partner has learned. You can shape it into your own form though.

      Dragoon Specialities (1 stigmata)
      Lv. 1 - Lock On I Taiga can lock onto two people at once and dodge their attacks as long as she is focused. This allows her to fight two people perfectly in synch, twirling about.
      Energy: 20 to begin with then 10 per 30 seconds
      Lv. 2 - Lock On II Taiga can lock onto another person's powers with her kitsune spiritual side and steal it. This only works on low level powers to mid level powers, however. Disadvantage: She also takes on their disadvantages.
      Energy: 40
      Lv. 3 - Long Distance Lock On Taiga can lock onto three friends and track where they are at up to a certain distance, and follow them, much like a bond partner can follow their bonded one. She can feel their thoughts and feelings as well. Disadvantage: Taiga takes on their pain and suffering too.
      Energy: 20
      Lv. 4 - Spiritual Lock On Taiga is about to spiritually lock onto an enemy and chip away at their energy and stamina and take it away for her own, and undermine their confidence with her kitsune powers. However, this leaves her open for attack until she cuts off. Disadvantage: This leaves her open for psionic attack. Disadvantage 2: If she is hit too much in this mode, she will be injured twice as much. 3: She can lose half her energy permenantly if the attack is too hard.

      Dragoon Armor (1 stigmata)
      Lv. 1 Taiga can form basic tier 3 armor around her body. It is in the form of the picture on the left - a school girl outfit.
      Energy: 20
      Lv. 2 Her armor is now basic tier 6 armor.

      Her armor is now tier 9 armor.
      Disadvantage 1: If Taiga is hit by powerful energy disrupting attacks, the armor will vanish.
      Disadvantage 2: If Taiga is hit by powerful psionic attacks, the armor will be disrupted.

      The armor is now capable of self repair when damaged.
      Disadvantage 1: Repair will sometimes stop halfway through, wasting the remaining energy and not working properly until Taiga rests.
      Disadvantage 2: There is a small chance the armor may malfunction when damaged, decreasing mobility.

      Fox Fired/Dragoon Powered Metal X Kitty Gauntlets (Creation) (1 stigmata)
      Lv. 1 This is for tier 6 with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
      Energy: 15
      Lv. 2 This is for tier 9 with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.

      Lv. 3 This is for tier 12 type blasts with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
      Disadvantage: Sometimes forming this with short out Taiga and knock her out

      Lv. 4 This is for tier God type blasts with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output.
      Disadvantage 1: Sometimes the weapon will destroy all of Taiga's stats to 0 except health
      Disadvantage 2: If your Stigmata is messed with frequency wise, your weapons can be jammed and used against you.

      Dragon Mech I
      Lv. 1 This allows the dragoon to transform into your basic mech with the weapon they use as a dragoon.
      Energy: 25
      Lv. 2 The dragoon is able to shift basic shapes, while remainly roughly the same size and change weapons so the pilot can form weapons to their liking. The pilot is also able to control the dragoon at this point now so they can split duties of attacking and movement between themselves.
      Energy: 35
      Lv. 3 The dragoon is able to fly now in the standard mech form and do double the damage output. Their more fluid and agile and nimble and the pilot and dragoon are more synched with their attack duties, able to switch control at will from attack/movement/etc. They can also transmit thoughts privately to others instead of talking outloud. They are able to travel in space from here on out.
      Disdavantage: EMPs can disable the mech
      Energy: 55
      Lv. 4 The dragoon is able to turn into the mighty dragon mech form and fly about like a real metal dragon, breathing fire and other things dragons of lore can do. Including eating things. And people. Yum yum.
      Disadvantage 1: Sometimes life threatening wounds will immediately revert the dragoon back to it's normal humanoid form. 
      Disadvantage 2: If the Stigmatas are hit by the right frequency, the dragoon will demorph back to it's normal form.
      Disadvantage 3: If the dragoon takes too much damage, stamina is drained a steady rate until it hits 0 and it deforms.
      Energy: 70



    • Restoration (1 stigmata)
      Lv. 1 This allows mild restoration of damage, restoring outside damage, closing bleeding wounds so one does not bleed out. This restore Health lost and is a slow process.
      Energy: 25
      Lv. 2 The process is much quicker for outside wounds. Health loss is restored faster and bleeding wound time is cut in half. It also dulls pain.
      Energy: 35
      Lv. 3 This begins to work on internal damage done to the user, fixing organs and other wounds before they become too fatal. This is tricky work and takes some time, forcing the user to pause in combat until it's done.
      Disadvantage: Sometimes Stamina is wiped out

      Fox Fire Ability
      Lvl. 1 - Light Up The Joint Uses fox fire to light up a room or area, plumes of foxfire are unlimited so long as char is conscious. However luminessence is based on stats and tails and on rare occassions emotions. More they have, brighter Spirit: 50
      Lvl. 2 - Fox Shield Taiga, unlike much kitsune, can use her fox fire and dragoon energy to power her shield to make it stronger without needing a # of tails. Spirit: 200 and Energy 30
      Lvl. 3 - Fox Drain Taiga can mix her fox fire into her energy attacks; this allows her to blast an attacker spiritually and do stat changes to them: physical damage mixed with sleep status, weak status, energy drain, stamina drain, health drain, magik drain, spirit drain. Disadvantage: This can backfire and drain Taiga in the manner she tries. Spirit: 500 and Energy 30
      Lvl. 4 - Kitsune Joiner Taiga can tie her Fox Fire to other Kitsune, using their Fox Fire abilities, and letting them use her's. If they have the same type, they can do double the effectiveness. Disadvantage 1: Enemy kitsune can tap into her sometimes Dis 2: This means she is the one shouldering the energy/spirit loss Spirit: 100



      Racial Skills
    • Metal X Kitty Spirital/Physical Energy (Attack)
      Lv. 1 Taiga's gauntlet strikes out with physical damage from the gauntlets, then can shoot out her dragoon energy for double damage directly into the person's body, crippling their insides.
      Energy: 30
      Lv. 2 Taiga can use her kitsune heritage and training from Miyuki to use her fox fire to be channeled through the dragoon gauntlets into a person's insides, stunning their insides to weaken them.
      Energy: 30 and Spirit 100
      Lv. 3 Combining them, Taiga can use the dragoon energy and spiritual attack to do a devastating double combo attack against a person, striking with both gauntlets at once for a deadly inside attack that does a system shock against a person's insides, likely damaging their body and shutting it donw. Disadvantage: If this fails, Taiga is weakened.
      Energy: 50 and Spirit 150
      Lv. 4 Taiga can channel Ninpo attacks into conjuncture with either her dragoon strike or foxfire/spirital attack, and do a wide range of attacks and jabs into a person, doing more damage against them. Disadvantage 1: This drains her faster. 2: This can result in her health dropping to below half.
      Energy: 50 and Spirit: 200
    Talents
    • Tactics
      Tier 1 - Basic Battle Tactics - Basic tactical knowledge when encountering simple monster encounters- the GM will provide clues when asked occassionally. 
      Tier 2 -Moderate Battle Tactics More tactical knowledge when encountering moderately difficult battle situations. The GM will provide clues more often when asked - up to 3.
      Tier 3 - Tactical Genius 1 on 1 This is for one on one battle situations. This lets you read your enemy better and find openings and situations. If it's a boss enemy that attacks often (not a God) and runs away, each time you will gain more data and you can call upon this tier and talent for clues from the GM. If it's an enemy type, like a Templar Commander, that you are fighting one on one, or an Elite, that you fight often, you can do the same.
      Tier 4 - Puzzle Tactics Puzzle Tactics - This helps you solve puzzles sometimes without trying. The chances of this working is rare. But you may be given a clue or two that can help.
      Tier 5 - Big Bad Tactics  This tier is devoted to the tactics of the big bads of the RPG. Either it be Gods, the Darkness, or something else throughout the long running time, this tier begins weak and slowly grows stronger each time you fight them as you gain more data. At first when you ask the GM for clues you will get nothing. Then a little something, then more.
      Bonus Tier 1 You can create your own tactics in a situation. When you use this tier, you ask the GM to allow your 'tactics to have a chance a working'. When this is in play, you will put forth your insane plan to see if it will go through. 
      Disadvantage 1:
       Sometimes this fails and fails hard.
      Bonus Tier 2 You can improvise in tough situations and create a new way out of a tough problem. Call it "Pulling a Captain Kirk", but you can use the resources and people you have unhand to make the impossible quite possibly possible.
      Disadvantage 1: This sometimes fails and fails hard.
      Disadvantage 2: You may find yourself paying a bigger price then you anticipated for your actions.



    • Leadership
      Tier 1 You are capable of earning trust easier with those under your command and gaining insight into leadership tests/situations. You are taking a leadership test, you will be given clues by the person running it (3). If you in a leadership role, players and NPCs under you will trust you a bit easier with this tier up to a point. If you begin to make bad calls this will erode. The more charisma you have, the more bad calls you can make.
      Tier 2 You are capable of getting strangers to trust your judgements on situations, bringing them to your way of thinking if they are of like minds. Meaning if they are in the same line of work as you and you point out a strategy they are more likely to believe you and go with your plan than before. The higher your charisma stats, the easier the time of convincing them.
      Tier 3 You earn more credits per pay cycle.
      Tier 4 You are capable of getting NPCs who do not have anything to do with your line of work to believe and work for your cause; they will rally to cause if you use this tier along with a motivational speech and your Charisma/Luck Stat.
      Tier 5 You can bluff the enemy leaders with your talent with this tier depending on Mind, Perception, Charisma, or Luck, along with having this tier. With how many you might have following you also a factor. You can sometimes use your leadership prowness to get enemy commanders to surrender to you completely without a fight.
      Bonus Tier 1 You can use your leadership abilities to rally your allies in battle, causing them to fight harder and push to their goals with more ferocity.
      Disadvantage 1: This can only be used once per session.
      Disadvantage 2: If you are injured while the push is made, it will automatically demoralize the crowd.
      Bonus Tier 2 You have a higher chance of finding rare items off enemies.
      Disadvantage 1: Sometimes, rarely, a monster will drop no gold or items at all.
      Disadvantage 2: If your Luck stat is low, items you find will sometimes be broken.



    • Book Smart
      Tier 1 - Photograhic Memory Grasping Taiga is capable of reading things in books and on paper and remembering it forever with her photographic memory. This allows her to tangle and grasp a concept as long as she needs and eventually master it. An example is her ability to do basic piloting.
      Tier 2 - Academic Genius, Social Noob While she might not get things of the social smarts, Taiga excells at things academically. When it comes to problems to do with school or advances equations, Taiga is more than likely to solve the problem eventually. Disadvantage: Due to being isolated as a kid, she has trouble on the quick take when it comes to dealing with people socially.
      Tier 3 - Body Language Read and Spiritual Feel Because of her kitsune craftiness, Taiga has the ability to read people's intentions. This helps her make up for her social lacking by manipulating people into doing what she needs, and reading when people are up to no good. She is a master of reading body languages from books she has read, and from reading their spirits from her kitsune talents. Disadvantage: This will fail on unpredictable people and those older than her, and those that can block spiritual feels.
      Tier 4 - Applying People's Successes In New Ways Taiga can apply things she has read once and make new methods of appliance for them that others have not thought out, simply due to the fact of her 3 years with Cheryl were hell in the Multiverse. It has forced her to adapt in ways she never had to before. If she has read of someone doing something one way, she will apply it three different ways. Disadvantage: They will likely fail before she finds an astouding success.
      Tier 5 - Engineering Teaching Being mechanically inclined and AI inclined, as far as Robot AI goes and Gears only, Taiga loves to tinker with stuff. Cheryl and Aurica have taught her what they know, and books. Taiga is able to apply engineering books to teaching Zodiac.
      Bonus Tier 1 +30 Mind

      AI Programming
      Tier 1 - Basic Programming You are capable of doing very basic programming on computers to run simple programs.
      Tier 2 - AI Advanced Programming You are now able to run moderately advanced programs on the computer. This is not geared toward hacking or system infostructures, just AI programming. Disadvantage: Others can hack the system if they know how to d oso.
      Tier 3 - AI Complex Brain Systems You are capable of programming advanced AI programs for the brains, allowing them to have complete neurological systems that are necessary for thought processes. Disadvantages: Sometimes this can lead to errors in the programming that can lead to the AI developing in ways unexpected.
      Tier 4 - Complete Robotic AI This is the final step in programming artifical intelligence.
      Tier 5 -AI Independence This gives the AI it's own soul and thought, allowing it to be it's own person at this level of programming. Disadvantage: The programmer can no longer control what the new lifeform will do.
      Bonus Tier 1 Taiga is capable of helping with the most basic of hacks
      Bonus Tier 2 Taiga can spot flaws in other AI Programs



    • Taiga Engineer Repair
      Tier 1 Taiga is able to make basic repair to equipment when the damage is very mild.
      Tier 2 Taiga has picked up from her book smarts and learning from Cheryl during their 3 year trip how to keep systems operating when they are failing and how to do patch works.
      Tier 3 Taiga can make on site field repair to shuttles and vehicles to get them running again when necessary, or repairs to ship engines to get them running temporarily as long as the designs are not too advanced. She learned this from Cheryl during their 3 year reality trip. Disadvantage: This is a temporary fix and will cause more damage in the long run.
      Tier 4 Taiga can fix primitive energy based weapons, and around the house appliances. She can also build primitive little toys and bots. Disadvantage: It will likely be more damaged after the battle.
      Tier 5 Taiga can make build small little mobile mech suits and weapons for them for her unit. She can also build tiny human sized Gears.
      Bonus Tier 1 Taiga can put her own energy into a machine to get it to run better for a time. Disadvantage: This leaves her weakened and she can't recover the energy lost that she puts in it, not the energy transfer cost. Energy Cost: 20
      Bonus Tier 2 Taiga can inuitively pick up sometimes on what is wrong with machines and fix them. Disadvantage: Sometimes machines lie. Disadvantage 2: If she messes up, she messes up big.

    Abilities

    Ninpo Abilities
    Lv. 1 - Earth

    Taiga is able to use ninpo like her mother, focusing Earth barriers to block attacks; if someone gets too close, they will shatter, sending jagged rocks toward them, knocking them back.

    Spirit: 200
    Lv. 2 - Wind

    Taiga can use wind to launch herself up great heights to reach harder to reach places, or throw herself over enemies or great distances. Disadvantages: She can't always control her landing and she's open to attack in mid-air from enemies.

    Spirit: 150
    Lv. 3 - Darkness Taiga summons ninpo darkness about herself and her allies, so that the enemy cannot see them, but those inside the darkness can see out. This allows them to creep about unseen. Or, in turn, she can cast it on the enemies and they cannot see, but they can see them. Spirit: 300
    Lv. 4 - Holy

    Focusing ninpo, Taiga can heal herself through the arts. This only heals minor flesh wounds and stops bleeding, not internal damage. Disadvantage: While she is healing herself, she is completely open to attack.

    Skills
    • Ninpo Skills
      Lv. 1 - Lightning

      Focusing ninpo, Taiga unleashes lightning by throwing a paper onto someone's forehead and targetting it. The paper also seals their basic attack moves for two minutes.

      Spirit: 400
      Lv. 2 - Water

      Focusing ninpo, Taiga can use water to push enemies away to give herself breathing room, or to clear a room in a non-attack away. If Taiga focuses, she can bring it down in a fist like motion on two enemies at most and crush them into the ground, breaking bones if lucky and attempt to drown them. Disadvantage: This can be used back against her if an enemy turns it around.

      Spirit: 300
      Lv. 3 - Fire Taiga summons her main elemental ninpo and surrounds herself in eight fire balls, which can surround her in a defensive manner. She can then grab them and throw them one at a time at an enemy, in a fire ball attack, or two at a time, or whatever she likes; if there if four or more, she can combine them into a blazing fire inferno wave at a small group. Disadvantage: Certain elemental attacks can make the fire be used against allies, or stop the fire. Spirit: 250
      Lv. 4 - Ice

      Taiga uses ninpo to form three ice shards to fly down at an enemy, trying to impale them to the ground. If it fails, it will at least freeze the ground to make it harder to walk on.

      Background

      Your Beliefs: Being the youngest of the family, I have to believe I can find my own path to greatness and heroism. I believe there is a way for everyone to do stuff in their own way if they seek it out without having to conform to others, and if one looks inside themselves and follows what they see and hear in their head and heart, they can do it with the help of those they choose to surround themselves with.

      Your Goals: To make my own unique way without following in the path as others, and make my own group to destroy a dark future I saw that only we can stop and the adults, and older kids, will fail at, but doing it my own way with the help of the kids I surround myself with, and listening to their ideas and beliefs.

      Your Instinct: Trust in myself, but learn from those who came before me and take their lessons and do it the Taiga way. Just because I'm doing it my way doesn't mean I can't learn what came before me. If someone tells me fire burns, doesn't mean I can't learn from their stupidity. And use that fire to burn others.

      Your Background: Taiga was the last born of Cheryl and Chii Mizukaze, born after Cheryl retired from the military when Aurica was molested when she was very young. Cheryl, wanting another daughter, had Taiga who was wild like a tiger and free spirited, and it was reflected in her personality from the get go, even before Cheryl and Chii were frozen for 5 years, and Lorelei and Aurica helped raised the young Taiga with Angela and Mi'Na's help along with Zephyr.

      Taiga, especially during those 5 years, was very isolated and on her own, never even having her own celestial pup, and didn't connect with her older sisters, since they acted more like 'mothers' to her when C and C went missing. After Cheryl and Chii came back, Cheryl decided it was time to reconnect with Taiga, and took the entire family to Centerpoint to investigate the reality disturbance issue that was discovered when the kids, led by Lorelei and Aurica, with Taiga tagging along despite being 9.

      Taiga then spent 3 years with her parents and two sisters traveling to the Alternate and Classic Realities, then to the rest of the Multiverse, gaining new and unique skills and learning more about the world around her. While she didn't have kitsune ears and tails like Lorelei did, and didn't have any signs of reality powers like Lorelei, or even a hint of it like Aurica, she did seem to have extreme depth of power and energy of a dragoon and kitsune, and the ability to 'forsee' events and during her travels, demonstrated the ability to learn abilities just by watching it and practicing it with the person a few times.

      She also demonstrated great leadership potiential, and when she returned, having had visions of a rise of a group of teenagers with Arcana like powers, she immediately set out to form the Zodiac with her own group of kids to counter it, trying to find her balance with the children of the base after being gone 3 years, and trying to let down her walls she's built up from being the third kid of a family of power houses.
