Talents

  • Leadership
    Tier 1 You are capable of earning trust easier with those under your command and gaining insight into leadership tests/situations. You are taking a leadership test, you will be given clues by the person running it (3). If you in a leadership role, players and NPCs under you will trust you a bit easier with this tier up to a point. If you begin to make bad calls this will erode. The more charisma you have, the more bad calls you can make.
    Tier 2 You are capable of getting strangers to trust your judgements on situations, bringing them to your way of thinking if they are of like minds. Meaning if they are in the same line of work as you and you point out a strategy they are more likely to believe you and go with your plan than before. The higher your charisma stats, the easier the time of convincing them.
    Tier 3 You earn more gold killing monsters.
    Tier 4 You are capable of getting NPCs who do not have anything to do with your line of work to believe and work for your cause; they will rally to cause if you use this tier along with a motivational speech and your Charisma/Luck Stat.
    Tier 5 You can bluff the enemy leaders with your talent with this tier depending on Mind, Perception, Charisma, or Luck, along with having this tier. With how many you might have following you also a factor. You can sometimes use your leadership prowness to get enemy commanders to surrender to you completely without a fight.
    Bonus Tier 1 B. Tier 1: You get a pay increase of 500 credits (Disadvantage: If you make a mistake in your work or subordinents do, you get a pay decrease of 250 as well as losing your increase for 2 pay cycles)
    Bonus Tier 2 You can do things in you postion that would normally be rejected without question (Disadvantage: If your plans fail you lose all pay for five cycles, if they negatively effect PAX in a truely horrible way you will lose your position until you can prove yourself, if you cannot you can never get it back)

    Manipulation
    Tier 1 You can manipulate weaker npcs to doing you bidding and work for you based on your charisma (Disadvantage: If this fails the npcs will no longer wish to associate with you at all or might becoming violent with you)
    Tier 2 You can now manipulate stronger npcs to do your bidding and work for you based on your charisma, weaker ones now stand no chance against you unless they are extremely morally opposed to doing what you want them to. (Disadvantage: Depending on what you want them to do and their morality they might resist or become enraged)
    Tier 3 PCs now can fall to your manipulation if your charisma is 50 points higher, unless they are diametrically opposed to what you want them to do. Some may resist if they have skills/abilities/talents that allow them to do such, etc. (Disadvantage: If their mind is above 50 this will not work)
    Tier 4 PCs can now be suckered in with just a 25 point difference between charismas and unless what you want them to do is unspeakable to them. Some may resist if they have skills/abilities/talents that allow them to do such, etc. (Disadvantage: If their mind is 100 or above this will not work)
    Tier 5 PC's will nearly always fall into line with just a 10 point difference between charisma and unless what you want them to do is unspeakable to them. Some may resist if they have skills/abilities/talents that allow them to do such, etc. (Disadvantage: If their mind is 150 or above this will not work)
    Bonus Tier 1 You have become a Cult of Personality, if you wish crowds might follow your every command. This is highly dependant on what you say and your Charisma level. (Disadvantage: If they as whole disagree they might start rioting and want blood)
    Bonus Tier 2 You have become and idol to all of PAX unless they truely hate you, you are recognized in the streets and loved by most. This is dependant on what you say/do/Charisma level. (Disadvantage: This is easy to lose, either with a political misstep or even a simple messed up line, you are also hated by some and they might try to assassinate you)

    Cooking
    Tier 1 Your meals are above average and taste amazing.
    Tier 2 Your meals will put all but the highest rained chefs to shame as well as healing a small amount of health to those who eat them. +20 Health Stat
    Tier 3 Your meals rank among top chefs, healing a massive amount of heath and granting small stat bonuses (+5 to all)
    Tier 4 You meals are some of the best in the universe, giving full health and medium sized stat bonuses (+10 to all) (Disadvantage: This can fail and leave the eater sickly for a few days and give no bonuses)
    Tier 5 If asked you can specially prepare a meal for someone for 500 creds it grants faster health regeneration as well as a huge boost to any a random stat of the GM's choice (+100) for a temporary time (Disadvantage: There is a chance this could fail and leave the eater hospitalized with food poisoning as well as giving -10 to all stats)
    Bonus Tier 1 You can use your mastery of the kitchen to fight much more effectively in one (+10 to all fighting skills while in the kitchen) (Disadvantage: This does not always work)
    Bonus Tier 2 Your mastery of cutlery gives you +10 to melee weapons when fighting with knifes and other kitchen implements (Disadvantage: After doing this you become exhausted, not used to all this fighting and pass out)

    What Am I Even Doing Right Now
    Tier 1 You, through hours of tv, have learned basic engineering, you won't be replacing an engineer any time soon, but in a pinch you can do basic repairs and patch jobs (Disadvantage: Your repairs will not last very long and if a real engineer doesn't look at it it will become worse.)
    Tier 2 You, through hours of tv, have learned basic medicine, you won't be able to replace a doctor any time soon, but you can treat wounds enough to keep someone living for slightly longer until one arrives. (Disadvantage: Your treatments won't last for long and if a real doctor doesn't look at it it will become much worse and could eventually injure them worse or kill them)
    Tier 3 You, through hours of tv, have learned basic hacking, you won't replace a real hacker anytime soon but you understand how to get around a firewall and how to use a proxy (Disadvantage: You barely understand and are very likely to get caught doing this)
    Tier 4 You, through hours of tv, have learned basic botany, you won't be replacing a real botanist any time soon but you can make very basic healing compounds giving minor health to the user (Disadvantage: Not only are your compounds weak, they could also fail and do extra damage or have no effect)
    Tier 5 You, through hours of tv, have learned basic hand to hand fighting techniques (+10 to hand to hand) (Disadvantage: If you do not practice or exercise often you will become exhausted and useless after using this.)
    Bonus Tier 1 You, through hours of tv, have learned basic science, you won't be replacing a real scientist any time soon but you understand basic concepts and even some applications of them (Disadvantage: Your applications will fail very often and depending on what they are, could hurt someone)

  • Drunken Master
    Lv. 1 While drunk, you are some how able to talk your way out of situations you normally would not be able to due to your drunken wisdom
    Lv. 2 While drunk you have a slight boost to your strength (+10 strength)
    Lv. 3 While you drunk you are able to gain allies that normally would not want to be with you (Disadvantage: They have a high chance of leaving one all parties sober up)
    Lv. 4 Your charisma is boosted by a vast amount while drunk (+30) (Disadvantage: While your charisma is boosted you mind is lowered to 5 until you are sober.)

Ambassador Class Talents

  • Ultimate Idol
    Tier 1 - Loved By Many The Ambassador is extremely popular in a small area, usually say, the PAX or on a country on Earth. Many people will flock to see the Ambassador, often forgiving anything odd they do and seeing it in the most likable manner possible.
    Tier 2 - Worshipped By Many The love garnished by the Ambassador has grown so powerful that people will willingly throw money, take blows for, and care deeply as to the actions of the Ambassador. This is a double edged sword, many will side with your ideals now, however, are those ideals the best for all?
    Tier 3 - Idol to Many Pure Devotion is garnished by the Ambassador now. In their region, they are on the same level as rulers, if they don't already rule, when it comes to devotion. Often the rulers themselves will take special favor or interest for this person. You are now spoken of outside your region, people are interested in this up and coming star.
    Tier 4 - Beloved of the Galaxy You are now famous worldwide, galaxy wide, and even universe wide. If you are a star, your works are now shown all over, your influence is now multiregional, you are a Diva, you are popular, you are well known. Unless you are protected, people will desire to have you now.
    Tier 5 - Galactic Idol You are a God or Goddess made flesh. While you don't command power over the universe, your songs, your speeches, your acting, whatever it is you do... it touches the hearts of all. Enemies will now even hesitate to harm you, because why stop the music?
    Bonus Tier 1 - I Know a Guy You are able to use your postion to find people to help you and get you stuff, even if it might not be legal
    Bonus Tier 2 - He's Perfect For The Job You are able to get stuff from people for extremely cheap, even stuff that you should not be able to get. (this will be decided how it will play out by the GM, especially in relation to the store or just 'NPC items')

    Empathetic Schemes
    Tier 1 - Natural Empathy This isn't psionics, this is knowing how to read the person better then they can read themselves. You're so good at tracking the nuances of others in conversation that you can read them like an open book. Much like Lie-Dar, this ability tells you something of your targets actions, but beyond lies, it will tell you if they're hiding something, nervous, or making up a story. At this stage, you can only guage people's outward feelings and simple lies.
    Tier 2 - Empathethic Reasoning Your knowledge of the personal has risen even further, now you can use body language and eye movements to help you figure out a person's intentions. At this stage, you can begin to tell if someone's actions have alterior motives and when someone's lying to you, you know it.
    Tier 3 - Empathethic Deduction You can now begin to read people like an open book, through body language, eye movements, tone of voice and the choices that people make, you now gain insight into people you have long conversations with as though you were telepathic, however, you can't access direct thoughts, the GM will give you hints as to things you probably shouldn't know, you can annoy people like Sherlock Holmes.
    Tier 4 - Light Yagami Your attention to detail and ability to read people is second to none, now you can turn things around on others, use your knowledge of them to subtly munipulate them to do what you want them to do. If you're negotiating, this helps you get others to agree to your terms rather then their own through what they think is sound reasoning.
    Tier 5 - Sherlock Holmes Fighting You are able to read an opponent's body language whilst fighting them to have a better idea of what they will be doing.
    Bonus Tier 1 - Hiding Your Intent You are able to control your body through research of body language in such a way to mask most give aways most would see in body language.
    Bonus Tier 2 - Poker Face You are able to masterfully hide any gives that you are lying or what you want, this always applies to while you fight and not signalling your attacks, this CAN fool Lie-Dar.

    Master Manipulator
    Tier 1 - False Tell You are able to give off a false impression, able to make lying look like the truth, able to make a punch look like a kick, to manipulate people's perception of you into what you want.
    Tier 2 - Looks Nice You are able to manipulate your body language to make the person you are talking to more comfortable with you and react better to you.
    Tier 3 - Adaptible You are able study others body language and adapt to it to put them at ease, or make them frightened or you.
    Tier 4 - A Cowardly and Superstitious Lot You are able to adjust your body language to make yourself very frightening to people if you want to.
    Tier 5 - Genius Empath It is much easier to bend people to your will through body language alone, making them much more willing to do what you want.
    Bonus Tier 1 - Solid Empathy You are able to noticed smaller and faster facial tics.
    Bonus Tier 2 - Flawless Empathy You are able to notice any and all body language, facial tics, and micro expressions.

    Moneybags
    Tier 1 - Windfall Your parents left you money, you're a well paid ambassador and have access to greater funds, you're a teen idol and music sale are booming. However it happened, you've gained a ton of credits. You can use this in RP by representing yourself as well off. You have nice cars, live in a mansion or a private zone, you have your own business, etc.
    Tier 2 - Windfall 2 Your money is better off then just living comforterably, you can now throw it around in RP to change things. You can make large donations to the poor, buy a zone for people who need it, hire an assassin to take out someone you don't like. You have the power and it's made of credits.
    Tier 3 - Money Makes Money You're so good with money you've made your profession work for you on a power level. You now get a pay increase wherever it is you are working, or however you get your primary pay. You charming thing you, you managed to get your boss to like you!

Ambassador Class Abilities

    Lv. 1 The power of your charm can make the enemy hesitate and think about what they're doing. Enemies with up to 20 lower Charisma then your own turn and fight for you instead of against you, for a small period of time or until you or an ally of yours damages them. Energy: 40
    Lv. 2 The power of your charm can make the enemy hesitate and think about what they're doing. Enemies with up to 10 lower Charisma then your own turn and fight for you instead of against you, for a moderate period of time or until you or an ally of yours damages them. Energy: 50
    Lv. 3 The power of your charm can make the enemy hesitate and think about what they're doing. Enemies with up to 1 lower Charisma then your own turn and fight for you instead of against you, for a long period of time or until you or an ally of yours damages them. Energy: 80
    Lv. 4 The power of your charm can make the enemy hesitate and think about what they're doing. Nearly any enemy, even with higher Charisma then your own turn and fight for you instead of against you, for an extended period of time or until you or an ally of yours damages them. If they survive the battle, you have a chance to turn them to your side, or you can make them leave peacefully. Energy: 100

    Glamour
    Lv. 1 You increase your Charisma by 10 and your stat cap by 20.
    Lv. 2 You increase your Charisma by 30 and your stat cap by 40.
    Lv. 3 Your Charisma cap breaks, increasing from 100 to 150.

Thomas was born in the slums of Suffolk, England, too Martha and James Aduxley who raised him to the best of there abilities until he was the age of 10, it is from here that he gained his love of all people and kindness even to the face of evil. On his tenth birthday his parent were shot and killed by a man named Aldous Yentley, who was massively under the effect of alcohol. Yentley was able to get off with no charges based upon that the police had mishandled evidence and ruined the case.

Thomas would later be sent to live with his maternal Aunt; Tamara Hueley who was emotionally and physically abusive to Thomas. This motivated him to apply for the academy at the age of 17, of which he finished early and at the top of his class, he used his knowledge to propel him to working as a assistant to Reginald Fulston, a diplomat who worked for EarthGov, Reginald quickly noticed Thomas’ ambition and sponsored him to many private Universes from which he gained three degrees; Political Sciences, Ancient Earth History, and Literature.

Whilst at Oxford he met his soon to be wife Yelena Harrolds, whom he would go on to marry and have a son whom he would name James Jr. after his father. They lived happily for 10 years until Thomas and Yelena were celebrating their anniversary with James Jr. by going to Le Frambleu (a fancy French restaurant, whilst on there way home they are accosted by three large men, who say they represent a new branch of the Planetary Socialist Workers Party, they beat Thomas to near death and kill his wife and child, to “Send a message”. This traumatizes and he requests to be transferred to PAX as an Earth Ambassador.

He quickly makes friends who notice his kind and selfless nature, when he risks his life to save a man who had kidnapped Athena, because he didn’t want anyone to die. This was quickly turned on him though when he voted to have Earth badger PAX for technology. He later renounced his Earth citizenship and became a PAX citizen publically, while also privately working for the President of Earth Darren Starr . He quickly was approached by Erevis to become PAX’s head delegate in charge of solving the schisms that had formed in the populace.
