  • Crystal Shield
    Lv. 1 Ulieah forms a small crystal shield in front of herself which protects against oncoming attacks.
    Disadvantage: This can only take one or two blows before it breaks.

    Lv. 2 Ulieah forms a large crystal shield in front of herself which protects against oncoming attacks.
    Disadvantage: This can only take three or four hits before shattering.

    Lv. 3 Ulieah forms a Crystal Wall in front of her which can obstruct a passage or defend multiple people at once, this is thick enough to withstand a decent number of blows before shattering.
    Disadvantage 1: This ability leaves Ulieah tired afterwards, her Stamina will fail her for a short time after use, typically by half
    Disadvantage 2: This ability can only be used a number of times per session.

    Lv. 4

    Ulieah creates a complete globe shield around herself and up to three others, protecting them from attacks at all angles, or even shielding them from a large explosion, this can only withstand a number of hits before shattering.

    Disadvantage 2: There is a chance the crystal shield is weaker then normal in this state.

Racial Skills

  • Mending
    Lv. 1 Ulieah manifests on someone she touches, mending small or superficial wounds, regrowing tissue rapidly. (This can also be used to regrow hair.)
    Disadvantage 1: Ulieah takes a penalty to her health of -20 after using manifestations.

    Lv. 2 Ulieah now heals deeper wounds, able to mend broken bones or repair tissue that's been cut or pierced.
    Disadvantage 1: Ulieah takes a penalty to her health - 40 after using manifestations.
    Disadvantage 2: Ulieah is tired after using this and must rest, until she does, her manifestations and combat abilities are less effective.

    Lv. 3

    Ulieah can now mend organ damage and fix critical injuries such as gunshots. This comes at a cost.
    Disadvantage 1: Ulieah takes a penalty to her health - 50 after using manifestations.
    Disadvantage 2: Ulieah is tired after using this and must rest, until she does, her manifestations and combat abilities are less effective.
    Disadvantage 3: Ulieah is weakened after using this ability and her Stamina fails her entirely until she rests.

    Ulieah can restart hearts, remind the brain to work, basically restore someone from death, this ability will completely revive and stabilize them, however, the victim will be severely damaged if death has been any more then a matter of minutes, they will still need to have wounds and other things treated.
    Disadvantage 1: Ulieah takes a penalty to her health of 60 after using manifestations and might suffer brain damage herself.
    Disadvantage 2: Ulieah is tired after using this and must rest, until she does, her manifestations and combat abilities are less effective.
    Disadvantage 3: Ulieah is weakened after using this ability and her Stamina fails her entirely until she rests.
    Disadvantage 4: Ulieah passes out after this attempt, making sure she gets that rest she needs!

  • Crystal Projectile
    Lv. 1 Ulieah manifests a crystal and launches it at the enemy, this is a sharpened crystal, a large, jagged dart meant to tear through flesh and can embed into metal.
    Energy: 30
    Lv. 2 Ulieah launches three shards at once, making the attack more difficult to dodge and causing more damage if they all impact.
    Disadvantage 1: Due to firing three different projectiles, they are each less accurate.
    Energy: 40
    Lv. 3 Ulieah creates a large shard of cyrstal which shatters on impact, sending smaller shrapnel all over the place.
    Disadvantage: This begins to take a serious toll on her body.
    Energy: 50
    Lv. 4 Ulieah creates a myriad of small, extra sharp crystals, firing them out shotgun style in a burst, creating a wave of hard to dodge needles.
    Disadvantage: This causes Ulieah's stamina to fail afterward and until combat ends.
    Disadvantage 2: This can only be used once per session.

    Disadvantage 3: This is a mid-ranged attack only, it doesn't work at long distances.

Talents
  • Cooking
    Tier 1 You can cook food that is tasty and doesn't make people die horrible deaths.
    Tier 2 Your food is generally enjoyed by all and you are incredible at adapting new recipes that people of many walks and races can enjoy.
    Tier 3 You can produce food specially made with protiens and carbs to enhance metabolism and energy for a short time. Providing a bonus to Stamina and Energy stats temporarily. +30 Stamina and Energy
    Disadvantage: Sometimes you use the wrong ingredients and the Stamina and Energy boosts are halved and leave the eater feeling ill afterwards.
    Tier 4 Your food now provides heavier bonuses and extends to Health as well. +40 Stamina, Energy, Health
    Disadvantage 1: Shares the same disadvantage as Tier 3.
    Disadvantage 2: There is a rare chance your ingredients are spoiled and will provide a negative status effect instead of a boost.
    Disadvantage 3: There is a chance your cooking attempt will be botched, wasting the ingredients.
    Tier 5 You can now craft food that restores Spirit / Mana instead of providing a boost. +500 Spirit/Mana restoration
    Disadvantage 1: Shares the same disadvantages as Tier 4.
    Disadvantage 2: This requires special ingredients that cost some credits.
    Bonus Tier 1 You can "save" a meal once a session that would otherwise be ruined.
    Disadvantage: It takes up an extra batch of materials, even if the cooking time is saved.
    Bonus Tier 2 You can identify spoiled food easily.
    Disadvantage: There is a chance you will fail to identify spoiled food, and people will look on you poorly for making them sick!



  • Leadership
    Tier 1 You are capable of earning trust easier with those under your command and gaining insight into leadership tests/situations. You are taking a leadership test, you will be given clues by the person running it (3). If you in a leadership role, players and NPCs under you will trust you a bit easier with this tier up to a point. If you begin to make bad calls this will erode. The more charisma you have, the more bad calls you can make.
    Tier 2 You are capable of getting strangers to trust your judgements on situations, bringing them to your way of thinking if they are of like minds. Meaning if they are in the same line of work as you and you point out a strategy they are more likely to believe you and go with your plan than before. The higher your charisma stats, the easier the time of convincing them.
    Tier 3 You earn more credits per pay cycle.
    Tier 4 You are capable of getting NPCs who do not have anything to do with your line of work to believe and work for your cause; they will rally to cause if you use this tier along with a motivational speech and your Charisma/Luck Stat.
    Tier 5 You can bluff the enemy leaders with your talent with this tier depending on Mind, Perception, Charisma, or Luck, along with having this tier. With how many you might have following you also a factor. You can sometimes use your leadership prowness to get enemy commanders to surrender to you completely without a fight.
    Bonus Tier 1 You can use your leadership abilities to rally your allies in battle, causing them to fight harder and push to their goals with more ferocity.
    Disadvantage 1: This can only be used once per session.
    Disadvantage 2: If you are injured while the push is made, it will automatically demoralize the crowd
    .
    Bonus Tier 2 You have a higher chance of finding rare items off enemies.
    Disadvantage 1: Sometimes, rarely, a monster will drop no gold or items at all.
    Disadvantage 2: If your Luck stat is low, items you find will sometimes be broken.



  • Singing Sensation
    Tier 1 You are particularly good at singing, your songs are memorable when sung.
    Tier 2 You are now an excellent lyrical composer and can arrange your own music.
    Tier 3 You can combine dance and song together to enhance your performances.
    Tier 4 Your songs now resound within the soul, causing people to feel emotions you aim them to feel with your music, this is record label levels of professional music.
    Disadvantage: While you can tug at the heartstrings, if someone doesn't like the genre in which you sing, your attempts can easily fail on them.
    Tier 5 Your music is quite memorable now, you will be approached to have your music recorded and sold, you can put on a show that people will remember when you put your mind to it.
    Bonus Tier 1 You have unlocked the Sensational Singer Ability.
    Bonus Tier 2 As a singer you are expected to perform, treated as an idol, thus your decisions and actions reflect more heavily on how you are viewed then most others. This is a disadvantage.
Abilities
  • Zen Focus
    Lv. 1 - Spirit Fountain Focusing Spiritual Energy, Ulieah can quickly refill her Energy Meter.
    Disadvantage: This can only be performed once per session.
    Spirit: 100
    Lv. 2 - Spirit Energy Boost Focusing Spiritual Energy, Ulieah can give herself a temporary +30 Boost to Energy, this ignores stat caps but goes away after battle.
    Disadvantage 1: There is a chance this ability will not activate properly.
    Disadvantage 2: There is a small chance this ability will cause Lisa's Stamina to only work at half strength for the battle.
    Spirit: 200
    Lv. 3 - Zen Defense Expending Spirit, Ulieah can enhance her senses allowing her to better avoid attacks and dodge strikes.
    Disadvantage 1: There is a chance that this ability will not activate properly.
    Disadvantage 2: This ability can sometimes malfunction, causing Lisa to experience a high, slowing her reaction times.
    Spirit: 150
    Lv. 4 - Zen Mastery Expending Spirit, Ulieah can highten her focus on a task she is performing. When declared, this ability will slow an OG greatly.
    Disadvantage 1: This ability can only be used a single time in one session.
    Disadvantage 2: This ability can only be used in a personal OG, not a group OG.
    Disadvantage 3: There is a small chance this ability will fail, causing the OG to go faster.
    Spirit: 250



  • Singing Sensation
    Lv. 1 Putting all your heart and soul into your music, you can sing a song which refreshes your allies, giving them a temporary boost to Stamina and Energy for a minute. (+40 each) Spirit: 100
    Lv. 2 Putting all your heart and soul into your music, you can calm a crowd, in an almost supernatural sense, anyone hearing your song will feel their fears and anxieties quelled while they listen. This can be used to cancel out unnatural fear effects or even quiet down a mob.
    Disadvantage 1: This will also cause you to be brought to the attention of your enemies.
    Spirit: 100
    Lv. 3 Putting all your heart and soul, you sing a battle inspiring song, filling all your allies with a temporary boost to all their stats and leaving them with a giant morale boost for a fight for 5 minutes. (+20 to all stats)
    Disadvantage 1: There is a chance this boost will not take effect.
    Disadvantage 2: This performance leaves you tired afterwards, halving your effective Stamina until you get rest.
    Spirit: 500
    Lv. 4

    Bringing out all your pain, your fears, and your trials you sing a litany of loves lost, sadness, and pain, while this may seem emo, the aimed goal is much more. This song will calm all around you, sending them into a state of peace that is far more then naturally possible. Coupled with a Speech at the end of your song, you can get a crowd's attention so focused, that they agree to a thought, an ideal, a belief that you state soundly. This is really playing to a crowd.
    Disadvantage 1: This ability can only be used once per session.
    Disadvantage 2: This ability leaves Ulieah exhausted afterwards, causing her to need rest, save this song for a finale!
    Disadvantage 3: This ability can, very rarely, have the reverse effect, causing some people listening to think the exact opposite.

  • Socialite
    Lv. 1 - First Impression Ulieah is specifically trained to cause awe in others with her entrances and the first glimpse anyone catches of her. A sensational tool intended to wow audiences by Cran, Angela can use it to her advantage. When Angela meets people for the first time, she can dazzle them with a smile and good looks. This provides her an advantage with impressing NPCs and possibly other characters.
    Disadvantage: This takes preparation, proper attire, etc, it cannot be used on the fly and must be planned.
    Lv. 2 - An Authoritave Voice

    Ulieah can project her voice so an entire room takes notice. When attempting to gain attention or issue an order, Angela can focus this projection and cause people to take extra notice. NPCs are more likely to follow her orders through her Leadership Talent when this is used, it can also call a conversation to focus on her.
    Disadvantage: This can also cause negative focus when used at the wrong times.

    Energy: 30
    Lv. 3 - Speech Ulieah can use the right words at the right times to get the right results. Focusing and taking time to make a speech, she can inspire people to perform better, this can get an office of politicians to give their all for a days work as much as it can boost a legion of troops before they march into battle. Anyone on Angela's side who hears this speech gains a temporary +10 to all stats for the duration of the event in which it is meant to inspire.
    Disadvantage 1: This can only be used one time in a session.
    Disadvantage 2: This ability also causes the Spirit spent on the speech to not restore until after the event in question.
    Spirit: 50
    Lv. 4 - Trust Me!

    Ulieah has a unique ability to project her attitude out in such a way that people are more apt to trust her when presented with crazy ideas. Something about the way she speaks, the smile on her face, they remind everyone of her previous successes, making them more apt to believe she can do whatever it is she plans. This can be used in tandem with Tactics and Leadership talent effects to increase the chances other will follow.
    Disadvantage 1: If the plan does not succeed, it will reflect all the more poorly on Angela.
    Disadvantage 2: This ability will not work in trying to persuade enemies.

  • Ultimate Idol
    Tier 1 - Loved By Many The Ambassador is extremely popular in a small area, usually say, the PAX or on a country on Earth. Many people will flock to see the Ambassador, often forgiving anything odd they do and seeing it in the most likable manner possible.
    Tier 2 - Worshipped By Many The love garnished by the Ambassador has grown so powerful that people will willingly throw money, take blows for, and care deeply as to the actions of the Ambassador. This is a double edged sword, many will side with your ideals now, however, are those ideals the best for all?
    Tier 3 - Idol to Many Pure Devotion is garnished by the Ambassador now. In their region, they are on the same level as rulers, if they don't already rule, when it comes to devotion. Often the rulers themselves will take special favor or interest for this person. You are now spoken of outside your region, people are interested in this up and coming star.
    Tier 4 - Beloved of the Galaxy You are now famous worldwide, galaxy wide, and even universe wide. If you are a star, your works are now shown all over, your influence is now multiregional, you are a Diva, you are popular, you are well known. Unless you are protected, people will desire to have you now.
    Tier 5 - Galactic Idol You are a God or Goddess made flesh. While you don't command power over the universe, your songs, your speeches, your acting, whatever it is you do... it touches the hearts of all. Enemies will now even hesitate to harm you, because why stop the music?
    Bonus Tier 1 +10 Charisma Points
    Bonus Tier 2 Whenever you get into a real pickle, some kind of trouble which could hurt your reputation, you can make a public apology or some other act which greatly helps restore your credibility. Celebrities get forgiven easier then most.



    Entertainer Adept
    Tier 1 You are able to put on a performance with flair, greatly increasing the response from the audience and helping you project the mood and feelings you want to through your performance.
    Tier 2 You are a master at varied performances, and can grasp most forms of dance, speech and song with only a little prep time. This helps you muster up a new performance quickly when needed.
    Tier 3 Whenever you put on a performance, your Charisma and your level of Ultimate Idol (if you've taken it), act as a bonus which directly affects how well people will treat it. Are they crazy for you?
    Tier 4 You have a moderate mastery over musical composition and lyrical prose, able to create your own songs and music to make your performances unique.
    Tier 5 Your mastery over music increases to the actual use of instruments, you can handle most classical instruments with a decent level of ability.
    Bonus Tier 1 You can use an instrument in conjunction with any ability that increases stats temporarily, when you do this, the incresed bonuses rise by +10.
    Bonus Tier 2 You can very any of those abilities or skills beyond basic description, ie, you can replace a speech with a dance, you can sing a song where someone expects you to dance, your ability to adapt performances is reflected in this way.



    Virtuoso
    Tier 1 - Master Composter You can now write and create songs on a mastery level, your works will often come up with favorable reactions from those that listen to them, even if another is playing them.
    Tier 2 - Master Player Your ability to handle instruments is one wrought of heavy practice, when handling an instrument you perform beautifully.
    Tier 3 - Master Singer Your vocal abilities are well trained and your control of pitch and voice is remarkable, this helps not only by allowing you to sing beautifully, but to control the tone of your voice when speaking.
    Tier 4 - Your Opus Once in a while you produce a work which is so emotional and life altering it not only is a big hit, but affects others. If roleplayed properly, another character who is a fan of your works can recall or use the subject matter of your work to bring out strong emotions, temporarily increasing their stats by +10, this is a GM granted gift and is rewarded on his say so.
    Tier 5 - The Master Bard When putting on performances, the bonus you would get from your Charisma and Idol abilities is effectively doubled, an affect from your synthesis of all of your show-stopping talents.
    Bonus Tier 1 Somehow, whenever you perform, even if raggedy from battle and distracted, you always look FABULOUS.
    Bonus Tier 2 Your careful study of sound has increased your perception by +10.

    Lv. 3 You deliver a speech, sing a song, or dance so incredibly that multiple enemies around you must all stop and stare, both stunning them and causing them to lower their guard. If they are holding any hostages, they immediately drop them. Spirit Cost: 350
    Lv. 4 - Simply Dazzling! You put on a performance so enthusiastic that enemies will be stunned, drop their guard, drop any weapons and begin to clap, giving your allies the total advantage. Spirit Cost: 700

Your Background:

Ulieah Cridhe was born on a dark world on the far side of the Galaxy. One day the Legacy struck her world just shortly after the arrival of a strange light in the sky, and odd visitors to her village. Her mother scooped her up and carried her to the strange pads the stangers had set. By some sort of strange magic, she found herself in a new home, the PAX.

She lived a relatively quiet life that first year or so, a child in a family of seven units with many kids, all except her eldest and her youngest aunts had born children. Then her Aunt Leyaeh joined the ship's security, and the Cridhe family found themselves taking jobs all over the ship. Her big sister, Naone, took a job at Marcus' bar, and when Ulieah learned that her favorite singer and idol, Athena Zhenmei worked there, she eagerly applied.

Ulieah began her work with joy and soon came to find herself adopting more and more of Athena's mannerisms and teachings. When Athena was shot and thought dead, Ulieah was encouraged to take up her torch of spreading a message of love and peace to all. Joining in the soup kitchen effort, Ulieah's singing and dancing became as well known as her predecessors, and to this day enjoys a level of celebrity worship which she is not even totally aware of, books and articles even written about her rise.

It was during this time and with the start of her charity concerts that she began to hear the voices, nine voices which only a few are ever gifted to hear. Soon she discovered she had new fans, the Nine Summons, particularly Lumina and Fenrir joining her side, defending her and mainly hanging around for free concerts. When the Fellowship of Order began to rise, Ulieah found herself having to take for the first time in her life, and offensive, and was saved from having blood on her hands by the Summons themselves, especially the nameless Ultimate Summon, whom she feeds cookies.

Taking up a position as a member of the new Empire's diplomatic staff, Ulieah strives to spread the message of love still, while showing signs of a sharp and surprisingly calculated mind under her childish and charming fascade.
