<Seraphna> * Angela stretches and yawns a bit. "Mmm, alright."
<Seraphna> * Cameron peers about the group, having come down to run checks on the Dragoons. He taps his fingers on the back of his other hand.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> The way you all describe these Others...
<DeathStar> 6* At that moment, Chaos, Knight, and Aya return. Knight Cheryl looks deeply troubled
<DeathStar> 6* Aya is covered in dirt and glances at Knight cheryl again and again worriedly
<Seraphna> * Angela puts an arm around Lemon, she blinks. "What's wrong?"
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl peers at Prime Zephyr. "You know them?" <Prime Zephyr> They swound like the angelic beings attacking my reality
<DeathStar> 6* Lemon blinks at the three's return. Aya sits by her sister, and Queen Erevis whispers with her quietly; Aya shakes her head
<Seraphna> * Angela raises a brow. "Are they going for irony?"
<DeathStar> 6* Queen Erevis then peers at Prime. "They are attacking your---reality as well? <Cheryl> Who are these people?
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> I suppose I should all tell you what happened last year in my reality
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart, petting Chii's head, peers over, more concerned with saving Katrina
<Seraphna> * Angela looks over with interest.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> There was once a great multiverse of realities. However, a being called Xevil corrupted it after our battle at Centerpoint. <Cheryl> But Xevil was already dead at Centerpoint when we arrived--- <Prime Zephyr> Please. Let me finish
<Seraphna> * Angela raises a brow, listening quietly. Cameron takes in a breath.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> We didn't realize it at first; you see, he madee the multiverse with the reality powers he got from Wind, and twisted it. We killed him, and went on for more than a year unaware of it until we were attacked by people from another reality. We learned that realities were being devoured and so we went into it, to save Cheryl's son - Ben.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> He had been taken and during our search, we learned the truth of it. In our reality, meanwhile, erevis and the others discovered a Progenitor ship that we named PAX. They used time travel technology in it, and when Cheryl and the rest failed to save Ben, Cheryl pulled them back out into our reality. It was clear it would be doomed eventually
<Seraphna> * Angela blinks. "Ben... wasn't saved?"
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> So Cheryl teamed up with Wind, and the two used the PAX to go back in time to Centerpoint. There, we beat Xevil ebfore he made the Multiverse, and Cheryl and Wind claimed the power instead, each taking half of it to keep from being driven insane. Then Cheryl remaded the multiverse, but she sealed it away from three realities. My reality, the Prime reality, Wind's reality, and... yours. You see, Cheryl made sure that Ben would liv e in at least one reality, so she tampered iwht time to create an alternate reality of ours where you all never faced Xevil. So events would play out differently
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> .... <Queen> Then how does my reality exist? <Prime Zephyr> Chaos let me take this reality's soul stone into myself to heal my Megumi. When the realities were remade, yours was shielded inside me. You're kind of a floating reality.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> Anyway, whoever this enemy is, I don't know. This is all over my head. But you should all becareful if people are appearing in all our realities
<DeathStar> <Princess Aya> That is... a hard story to imagine, but you've always been honest with us in the past
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> ... 6* She eyes the table in deep thought, her hand on Dawn's hand
<Kit> 6Dawn blinks at Cheryl quietly, but nods.
<DeathStar> <Iceheart> As fascinating as this all is, we still need to save Katrina
<Kit> <Dawn> There's... one constant between all of your stories.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> Right. Sorry. ... constant?
<Kit> <Dawn> You said our 'realities' were supposed to be isolated form the rest--
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> Yes. This was done to prevent the unraveling of all the multiverse.
<Kit> <Dawn> Yet all of our realities are being invaded upon by these "angels," correct?
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> I don't know; we haven't spoken to Wind's reality on it. We didn't think they were a problem on a grand scale. Once I get back, I can tell my Cheryl so we can look into it
<Seraphna> Angela> "By the sound of it... things have played out much differently indeed..."
<Seraphna> Cameron> "While we believed the Light Engine would skip an alternate reality, the thought of multiple realities, perhaps a large number is quite... fascinating."
<DeathStar> 6* Prime Zephyr. "Your light Engine would only either enter my reality, or Wind's. The rest are sealed off."
<Kit> <Dawn> Either these beings are from our three realities originally-- or the multiverse is no longer isolated from us.
<DeathStar> <Queen> You said my reality floats; is that why they were able to fly to us? <Prime Zephyr> Yes; likely you travel between all three of our realities and the location changes.
<Seraphna> * Cameron nods. "Thank you for that information, Alpha Zephyr."
<DeathStar> <PRime Zephyr> I'll look into it, I promise.
<Kit> <Dawn> Then again, there's a third theory.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> But I warn you - don't use the Light Engine if not necessary. Cheryl said breaching the realities could cause instability. It's why we didn't show up in yours
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Warren won't be happy to hear that
<Seraphna> Cameron> "It does remove a major tactical advantage we've had."
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Third theory?
<Kit> <Dawn> It could be that these beings are reaction to the powers you invested being used; or a reflex to being isolated from other realities. If the multiverse was how you stated, then it's only natural that we should be connected.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> I'm not the one who can giv e you answers, and I'm the only one who can come to this place.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> But I will ask my sister and return here in the future with what she tells me.
<Kit> <Dawn> The body is actually many things working harmoniously; if you seperate something unto itself and leave it within the body, it festers like a wound; the body will attack it.
<Seraphna> Angela> "This solar system is sort of inserted out of place in our galaxy... could it have been shuffled here when everything was 'fixed'?"
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Then we'll need to put a teleporter pad here that connects to our ship
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> Like I Said, it's a floating reality. 6* She repeats. "It likely trabels between the three realities, reappearing in various spots."
<Kit> 6Dawn smiles weakly. 1"I mean the realities isolated, not this one specifically."
<DeathStar> 6* Prime Zephyr peers at dawn. "I was talking to her." 6* Her tone has venom in it for Angela
<DeathStar> 6* Alt Zephyr frowns
<DeathStar> <PRime Zephyr> And since I don't know more details, I can't go more into it. So we should rescue your Katrina

<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart moves out for the courtyard
<Seraphna> * Angela peers at Alt Zephyr. "Sis... this will be dangerous..."

<Kit> 6Chaos chuckles at Ser Cheryl.
<Kit> <Megumi> Mew!" 6She paw pumps
<Seraphna> * Angela frowns, but nods. "As long as you're careful... I guess."
<DeathStar> 6* Alt Zephyr grins and tags Megumi as it, hurrying out after Iceheart
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl walks along in thought; Iceheart climbs into a battleshuttle and powers up
<Seraphna> * Angela starts leading Lemon along. Cameron walks along quietly with them.
<Kit> 6Megumi jerks and scrambles to chase her.
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart pulls out a datapad and a dot appears to the far north.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl steps on with Ser Cheryl and Prime Z. <Cheryl> What's that? <Iceheart> Tracking device; I installed on in each of my girls
<Kit> <Chii> K-Kat's not your girl.
<Seraphna> * Angela giggles a bit, sitting in the shuttle with Lemon, Cameron takes a seat near Prime Z.

<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart kisses chii deeply
<Kit> <Chii> Erk! I-- I better be!
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart grins, petting her ear as she lifts them up in the air.
<Kit> <Chaos> ..." 6She remains by Ser Cheryl, wearing a sinister cloak that hides her face and eyes mostly, but her mouth shows so she can grin creepily like a true magician.
<Seraphna> Cameron> "May I ask you something, Alpha Zephyr?"
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis stands to one side, holding the rune blade
<DeathStar> 6* Both Zephyrs turn
<Seraphna> * Cameron coughs a bit. "I will refer to the one from another reality as Elder, for now, due to her looks."
<Seraphna> Cameron> "I meant to ask Elder."
<Kit> 6Chaos' magician's cloak is sewn to have two points like cat ears, naturally as well. She grins at Erevis.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> I-I'm not that much older
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis tilts her head at Chaos blankly
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Erm... may I take a sample of your DNA when this is over, before you go? I promised the younger you I'd help her unlock her aging."
<Kit> <Chaos> Nice sword y'got there.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> It is the most powerful sword
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart eyes the tracer as they get near the mountains. "Lifesigns not detected on the neemy yet."
<Kit> <Chaos> How arrogant, but it certainly seems strong.
<Seraphna> Angela> "They're energy based right? Is it possible they can mask their own signatures?"
<DeathStar> <Erevis> I mrely state fact
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> Oh. Alright
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> But my aging is tied to my pilot
<DeathStar> <Iceheart> Disturbing thought
<Kit> <Chaos> Can it defeat a Progenitor?
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Fortuitously, it is the same as she wants then. Tied to her pilot's aging patterns."
<DeathStar> <Erevis> If one is skilled enough
<Seraphna> * Cameron looks between them. "Remarkable similarity. Is Megumi your pilot as well, Elder?"
<DeathStar> 6* Prime Zephyr nods at Cameron, then peers out in thought; blasts of energy zoom up at the shuttle, striking it's shields.
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> Yes.
<Seraphna> Angela> "I think we've got friends knocking!"
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> There, I see them with my dragoon eyes
<DeathStar> 6* She leaps out the shuttle and turns into her dragon form, moving downward; blasts begin to focus on her as Iceheart contiunes
<Kit> <Chaos> Mmhmm.. hee hee hee. Ah heard m'other self bested one with 'er own sword, though. Perhaps it has competition? But ah doubt it's that one.." 6She turns her hood toward the other Megumi who's shivering over Zephyr's lap as they're attacked
<Seraphna> * Angela grabs lemon, leaping out with her and following suit, shifting into Dragon form.
<DeathStar> 6* Alt Zephyr pets her Megumi lovingly, giving her courage
<DeathStar> 6* Lemon squeals in surprise, not expecting that
<DeathStar> 6* The dragoon blasts focus on the two as well, blasting at Angela
<Kit> <Chaos> Ah s'pose we can leave th'footwork to those eager pawns.
<Seraphna> * Angela tries blasting back, flying about to avoid shots as she can. <Careful Cheryl, this stings!>
<Seraphna> * Cameron raises a brow. "Hmm..."
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl blasts energy attacks at the mountains where the Others are located. Iceheart reaches the top of the mountain and lands since the readings indicate Katrina is nearby; up ahead a strange metallic castle is seen
<DeathStar> 6* The camera, focusing on the shuttle heroes now
<Seraphna> * Angela joins in her barrage, helping Cheryl control and aim with the Protocol, keeping mindful of incoming attacks.
<Seraphna> * Cameron peers at the readings. "It seems we'll have to take a walk."
<DeathStar> 6* Prime Zephyr leaps out and forms her guns; Ser cheryl, Iceheart, Alt Z, and Erevis follow her out
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart eyes the metallic castle. She scans it
<DeathStar> <Ieheart> It's some sort of space ship
<Kit> 6Chaos walks along slow and gracefully
<DeathStar> <Ser Cheryl> Space--ship?
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Well, it explains a lot."
<Seraphna> * Cameron adjusts his long coat and steps out after the others.
<DeathStar> 6* As they approach, blasters emerge from the walls and beams of light fire, a steady stream, and they do a sweep
<Seraphna> * Cameron quickly looks for cover.
<DeathStar> 6* Prime Zephyr leaps up, flipping over, while Alt Zephyr jerks, freezing; Iceheart curses and Erevis uses her sword to parry one back and destroy one cannon
<DeathStar> 6* The area is coverless
<Kit> 6Megumi hits the deck, while Chaos shifts out and slams rather large fireballs for the source as her own means of defense/cover.
<Seraphna> * Cameron grumbles and grabs Alt Zephyr, leaping after Prime, firing a blast of what seems to be Dragoon Energy from his palm at a cannon.
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart ducks down and straddles Chii on the ground
<DeathStar> 6* Chaos takes out another, leaving only one until Cameron blows it up; the area is now cleared
<Seraphna> * Cameron lands and nonchalantly puts down Zephyr, frowning a little. "Shall we carry on?"
<Kit> Chaos hrmphs.

<Kit> <Chii> I don't think this is the time--
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis walks along and cuts a hole into the wall of the castle, her red hair blowing in the wind
<Seraphna> Cameron> "No problem."
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart smirks and stands up, pulling chii up
<DeathStar> 6* Prime Zephyr runs to the hole and leaps in, setting up a cover position for others
<Seraphna> * Cameron walks along, shepherding Alt Zephyr calmly. He heads in after Prime, hand held out and ready to blast again.
<Kit> 6Chaos steps in daintily while Megumi scampers around Alt Zephyr mewling.
<DeathStar> 6* Alt Zephyr peers about, guns in hand
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart and Ser cheryl enter last, peering down a hallway; an Other floats toward them, two wings on their back, one white, one black
<Kit> 6Chii forms a few seals, then holds out her hands, forming two short sword ninjato out of seemingly lightning element itself.
<Kit> <Megumi> Myuuu!
<Seraphna> * Cameron holds out both hands, firing a twin blast of energy at the Other's chest.
<DeathStar> 6* Alt Zephyr fires away and Prime Zephyr does the same; The Other keeps walking, the hits only knocking them back a bit like Tyrant
<DeathStar> <Prime Zephyr> ... DRA---GOOOON
<Kit> 6Chaos brings up a hand and tries to crush it in a pillar of earth.
<DeathStar> <alt Zephyr> Uh oh
<Kit> <Chaos> Animate Earth!
<DeathStar> 6* The Other is caught in it, but not hurt as it begins to break free. This gives Prime time to fire a bustah and destroy it's top half, and it falls over, silver blood pouring out
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Silver blood... silver blood..."
<Kit> <Chaos> Annoying.
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis walks past it without speaking and stops at an elevator, getting on. Prime, Alt, Ser, and Iceheart climb on
<Seraphna> * Cameron climbs on.
<Kit> 6Megumi scurries on and sits; Chaos slinking on slowly like an NPC to be guarded.
<Kit> <Chii> ...We're not going underground into some gigantic maze are we?
<Seraphna> Cameron> "My dear Chii, you know better then to ask dooming questions."

<DeathStar> <Iceheart> ... I think the datapad said she was in the middle so.. .6* she hits a butrton near the middle
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Is she up, or down?"
<DeathStar> <Ser Cheryl> This place makes me uneasy.
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Good! Then you're sane."
<Kit> <Chii> This is the part where in a game we'd find a hidden complex and have to find a bunch of weird colored keycards to continue despite the fact that such an elementary system makes no sense..
<Seraphna> Cameron> "I always questioned why the character didn't just blow out doors."
<DeathStar> 6* As they arrive at the mid-floor, surprisingly the cult of Others, actual people in this reality, step forward; mage users who begin to channel, binding Chaos with air to keep her hands from aiming at them
<DeathStar> <Ser cheryl> Them! From the unRPed adventure Kit will do one day!
<DeathStar> 6* Prime Zephyr aims and fires, but am agik shield stops her shots.
<Seraphna> * Cameron claps his hands together and throws them out like a Hadoken, firming a wave of energy at them. "Pardon us!"
<Kit> <Chaos> To my credit I was slapped with a sidequest!
<DeathStar> 6* Their magik shield stops it; Erevis smiles almost predatorally
<Seraphna> Cameron> "I do not approve of bloody sorcery."
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis chanenls the dark rune and slashes the ground, and it cuts in ahlf under the magik users, making their spells stop as they try to grab on
<Kit> <Chaos> Well fuck ye. I love it.
<DeathStar> <Iceheart> Now. 6* She flips her iceshard into one's head as chaos is dropped
<DeathStar> 6* Prime Zephyr fires blasts at another
<Kit> <Chaos> How rude, bindin' magik.
<Seraphna> * Cameron raises a brow and fires a blast at another as well.
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis teleports suddenly and appears behind one, cutting their head off, and C ameron takes out another; the last one begins to run
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Not very courteous indeed."
<DeathStar> <Ser Knight> Leave one alive for questioning
<Kit> 6Chaos shifts, then holds out her hand, slowly raising the temperature in the water of the cultist's blood.
<Seraphna> * Cameron nods and does an odd hand gesture, and fires out a stun blast at the one running.
<Kit> <Chaos> Screamin' fine?
<DeathStar> 6* The cultist jerks ,screaming
<DeathStar> 6* Then is hit, stunned and uanble to answer questions
<DeathStar> <Ser Cheryl> ... well. This one won't be answering anything now
<Kit> 6Chaos keeps raising the temperature until he slowly bursts into flame, then.
<Seraphna> * Cameron sighs. Pulling out a stim. "He can, his head will just hurt a hell of a lot, is this an issue?"
<DeathStar> 6* The cultist burns
<Seraphna> Cameron> "...Or not..."
<DeathStar> <Ser Knight> Mistress---!
<DeathStar> <Ser Knight> We needed to learn where the rest of them are
<Kit> <Chaos. Ye said he was nae able, hrmph.
<Kit> 6Megumi eyes Chaos and shivers.
<Seraphna> <Cameron> "A bit quick to the burning... but fair enough. Let's carry on and give a thumping if they show up again, or you can always face them in a sequel."
<DeathStar> 6* Ser Cheryl moves on to the door. Alt Zephyr looks ill. Iceheart walks along
<Seraphna> * Cameron pats Alt Zeph's head and moves on.
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis slashes the door open and inside Katrina is on a lab table, her chest open and her insides being examined by an Other
<Kit> <Chii> K-K-Kat?!" 6She looks horrified
<DeathStar> <Iceheart> KATRINA!
<DeathStar> 6* Alt Zephyr jerks; two cultists are inside and quickly begin to weave a barrier to protect the Other
<Seraphna> * Cameron stares he clenches his fist and aims at a cultist, opening his hand and firing a charged blast at one.
<DeathStar> <Other> Mmmm. 6* He teleports and grabs Prime Zephyr, then teleports away again. The cultist pause, ah ving been abandoned
<Kit> 6Chaos narrows her eyes and starts turning the iron in their blood to steel
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart charges ahead in a rage; the cultists scream as Chaos does this, and one is hit by the blast ,falling oer; the barrier drops
<Seraphna> Cameron> "He just bogarted our reality traveler!"
<Kit> <Chaos> Where is he goin'?
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart slides up to Katrina. "She's alive! WE have to get her insides back in!"
<Seraphna> * Cameron moves over. "Calm down."
<DeathStar> 6* Ser Cheryl kncoks one out with her sword, motioning Chaos to stop her magik and she lifts up the cultist over her shoulder for interrogation later
<Kit> <Chii> B-But I'm no surgeon..!
<Seraphna> * Cameron pulls off his gloves and pulls out a medical kit. "I am."
<DeathStar> <Alt Zephyr> I-- 6* She tries using the protocol to find the other Zephyr. "She's a floor above us."
<DeathStar> 6* erevis looks up, then swings her sword up, unleashing a blast that renders a hole
<DeathStar> 6* Cameron would find Katrina hooked up to complicated machinary that is making her live somehow
<DeathStar> <Iceheart> You have to save her, CAmeron. Now.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Whoever is going up, touch me.
<Seraphna> * Cameron peers it over. "I'm working it out, this machine is keeping her alive and if I do the wrong thing, she will die."
<DeathStar> 6* Alt Zephyr touches Erevis
<Seraphna> * Cameron working to make sense of the Alien Technology.
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart chews on her hair nervously as she watches in pale horror. The alien technology seems quite advanced; he will need lots of time with it off camera to figure out while the others give chase
<Kit> 6Chaos touches Erevis, with Megumi tentatively wanting to with AZ
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Leave us here and go."
<Kit> <Chii> B-But..
<DeathStar> <Iceheart> I'm not going
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis then uses the sword to teleport upward. As they arrive3 on the next floor, they'd find a room like a bridge; the Other is holding Zephyr along with two others.
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Finish the job." *he pulls out a datapad and gets to work*
<DeathStar> <Other> This one is from another reality; get her signature so we can go there
