<DeathStar> 6* It is late afternoon and the team will be preparing to go in less than 30 minutes, but Darien is wrapping up a training session with Miyuki and Kasha, having run them through a series of tests meant to work on team building, having Sammael, Cae, and Kay aid in the process to see how they do, giving Cassandra and Setsuna and Robb alone time, not that the three are doing theirs together, probably Robb's alone time is with a magazine of Cassandra's playboy era. The first day was a disasterous with Kasha constantly failing to work as a team, but the second day has slowly progressed where she can start to think better. Darien ahs mentioned, since it was not minied in #altsessio a room you should all visit for Alt minis, that while her idea was sound, she didn't work with others to make sure they were on the ball to protect the insides and that she needs to start thinking that way - including others, asking others to help her plans

<Seraphna> * Sammael stretches, looking pleased with the progress. She still has to wear a hairband with a device on it to keep her psionics under control, having broken a vase by accident this morning.

<DeathStar> 6* Darien shakes his head and walks off, mumbling about keeping them there after all if she's going to be childish, but then argues to give her one chance, tchs aren't necessarily meaning she'll be trouble. He walks into his office

<DeathStar> 6* Once everyone is showered and on the shuttle, Darien, in the pilot seat of the brand new Darien Mk. 10 begins to power it up as they take seats. "I'll go over what we know one more time while in flight."
<Seraphna> * Sammael sits in the copilot seat, relaxing.
<Koalalala> *Del sits int the back pulling on his gloves and fixing his bracers
<DeathStar> <Darien> We believe the goddess of the moon will be at the Luna Colony; also the clues we managed to piece together states the lab of the people experimenting with the Dark Ones and those other people are on the Colony, so we'll have to do some investigating of our own while up there. Our one lead is a dance club that seems to be a front.

<Seraphna> * Setsuna sits with Cassandra, looking at the magazine some more. "College age waifu was a little hottie."

<DeathStar> 6* He closes the ramp and lifts up into the air, zooming toward the sky.
<Seraphna> Setsuna> "I had to keep the fourth wall joke going."

<Seraphna> Setsuna> "Don't worry about it." *she puts it away somewhere*
<DeathStar> <Darien> Water? Hm. why would a moon goddess be near water? 6* Reports are coming in about strange tidal influences on Earth

<Chain> <Miyuki> The moon controls tides so she will most likely manefest there
<kalonDSisthebest> <Robb> So maybe she's most powerful there.
<Koalalala> Kay> And I think she may know we are coming from the tides
<Seraphna> Sammael> "Yep, which is why the Moon Goddess and Ocean God were lovers in some myths. The idea was explaining the tides... I think it was an allegory to... you know..."
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "She probably sensed her two buddies drop off of the map."
<Koalalala> Kay> Lets just hope she doesn't get pissed off and flood the Earth
<Chain> <Miyuki>...We don't want to piss her off so lets stay away from anything she can slam us into like rocks or beaches
<DeathStar> 6* They begin to fly through space; a giant space station orbits Earth and six warships are left to protect Earth, the rest in deep space doing battle with the Tsivirxsh Empire and Dark Ones
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "she only has a smuch water as is normally on the Eaerth to begin with."
<Chain> <Miyuki> Well that may work in our favor
<DeathStar> 6* As they approach the Earth, they can see it's like a mini Earth now that it's been colonized, though it's only 95% finished at this year, while 100% finished in 10-592. 1/4th of it is still in a dome being terraformed.
<Koalalala> Kay> But she can move it to places that it shouldn't be
<kalonDSisthebest> <Robb> Man, the progress on this thing is amazing. To think it just used to be a gray-white orb not that long ago.

<DeathStar> <Darien >Well, the moon has all the bodies of water that Earth has, the question is which body of water we want to investigate. 6* The landmasses are shaped similiar to the Earth ones, but aren't 100% the same, with differences - less land for one thing

<DeathStar> <Darien> They're all pretty big, but I guess the equivalent of the Pacific is a bit bigger
<Koalalala> Kay> So the Pacific equivalent

<Seraphna> Sammael> "Probably the Asian Gulf then in the Pacific."

<DeathStar> 6* He begins to head for the largest city, named after an old Chinese Emperor and lands; it's very noirish like the one on Earth, with the city having mutliple layers; the bottom layer not getting any light since the upper city is built over it and for the rich who can afford it. Darien lands in the lower city area, the neon lights providing enough light
<DeathStar> <Darien> I don't know if there are actually any shrines here on the Lunar Colony, at least for her
<DeathStar> 6* He programs in protection protocols.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "The general location may hold significance."
<Seraphna> * Sammael looks it up, hoping there's some sort of tourist database.
<Seraphna> * Setsuna sighs and peers out a viewport.
<DeathStar> 6* That area is part of the city now, near the dance club that is tied to the scientists they're looking into.
<kalonDSisthebest> <Robb> We want to take care of the god thing or the scientist thing first?
<Chain> 6*Miyuki gazes out as well, seeming to muse on the past
<DeathStar> 6* Darien lowers the ramp and walks out; the air is recycled down here but it has many smells of chinese food and people, though not in a bad way. Nearby hookers are seen in fancy see throughish outfits, showing their goods and quoting prices by the hour and night
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *looks over Setsuna's shoulder* "Look like they're in the same vicinity."
<DeathStar> <Darien> If that's the case, we might as well all head that way.
<Koalalala> Kay> Oh, I wonder if I can get some Chinese food after we seal the God
<Seraphna> * Sammaels tares a little. "Umm... wow... okay, the club is in the same place the shrine should be..."

<DeathStar> 6* As they hit street levels, there's no real traffic, with people walking and public transportation. There's tons of people moving about, getting ready to go to the clubs since night is here and others are offering drugs, goods, sex, other things; tons of small resturants litter the area as well as they walk along

<Chain> 6*Miyuki and Kasha have a hard time not eyeing goods

<DeathStar> 6* One beautiful Chinese girl, who looks maybe about 16 at best, nervously dances in place to get attention; many lolicons are drooling over her

<DeathStar> 6* As they walk, they pass two white twins who look at most 15. Men are already trying to out bid each other for a night with them

<Seraphna> Sammael> "A-Are they bidding?" *she flusters, pulling her jacket a little closed*

<DeathStar> 6* Darien walks along without looking, glad Cae isn't there. Up ahead they can hear the music for the dance club.
<DeathStar> <Darien> They're so popular they're trying to win the night with them; maybe they're virgins too
<Seraphna> * Sammael moves up to Darien and takes his arm gently.
<Koalalala> Kay> Seriously please, I could probably take out most of the block

<DeathStar> 6* Arriving outside the dance club, with the sound of techno beat, they see a line and people paying high prices just to get in. Most are turned away

<DeathStar> 6* He steps forward to the bouncer who looks ready to bounce him, but then he seems to be listening. A few men walk up to KAsha and Miyuki, eyeing their outfits

<Koalalala> *Kay snaps his bracers "I think I look good enough" *He glares at the men
<Koalalala> *Kay dressed his best a tee shirt some slacks with bracers on and a pair of compat boots

<DeathStar> 6* Darien slips the bouncer what loks to be over 1500 credits. The man nods and begins to get out 500 credits
<Seraphna> * Sammael fidgets waiting, seeming insecure without having a Darien shield. Setsuna sighs and reachs her arm around Cassandra's waist, kissing her cheek.
<Koalalala> *Kay is slowing brewing in his utter and complete disgust of this place

<DeathStar> 6* As they enter, the techno beat blasts them and they see tons of tables about, with well paid, well done exotic dancers dancing in stage, and a large drink bar. Darien scans the area and looks up stairs where a VIP room is at; he barely spots a man from the list of backers behind the project going inside
<Chain> 6*Miyuki deadpans at Darien saying her ass is his

<Koalalala> *Kay begins to hardstyle very well blending to the crowd accidently
<Chain> <Miyuki>...I'm not sure if it helps but I did spend time as a hostess in my time...I could wear a bug in there

<Koalalala> *Kay dances back "What can hear other people?" *He seems to be understand well even with the loud music
<DeathStar> 6* Most people are staring at Kay like he's some sort of oddball anomaly; those dancing turn their backs mostly, while those at tables arne't paying attention to the dance floor or are near it. Darien walks toward the back

<Chain> 6*Miyuki's eyes flicker as she uses her Kitsune luck to smooth talk with the dancers and staff
<Seraphna> * Setsuna peers around and walks with with Cassandra, pulling her out onto the dance floor.

<DeathStar> 6* Miyuki is easily able to hire one in her size who smiles, following her into a special dance room and closing the door

<Koalalala> *Kay notices the stares and head hangs "It's cool in Britain"

<Chain> 6*Miyuki returns a little while later in the dancer's uniform, walking in a exagerated manner that befits a place like this
<DeathStar> 6* Darien nods approvingly, motioning to a tray of beer that is going to the VIP room. "Good luck; we'll all be able to hear what you hear."
<DeathStar> 6* He peers at a room in the back that is being guarded, not the VIP Room, but another room - no doubt for the employees of the club.
<Seraphna> Sammael> "It might just be for the dancers."
<Chain> <Miyuki> Alright, look out for me 6*Miyuki lifts the tray and heads to the vip lounge
<Feather> <Kasha> I'll look after you." 6She leans to look at Miyuki's ass as she goes

<Koalalala> Kay> Have I even been close to, let alone talk to her, I can't help being attractive

<DeathStar> 6* The men begin to talk, apparantly not to worried about Miyuki - yet. "That special unit is getting close to our operations; we'll have to move the labs soon." "We just got that god--package. We need time to study her."

<DeathStar> 6* The man grabs at KAy, but grabs Kasha's breasts instead when she steps in front of him

<DeathStar> 6* The man lets go, flustering a bit, and his girl slaps him and walks out. He looks furious and storms out after her, telling her to come back if she knows what's good for her
<Seraphna> * Sammael looks at Darien and nods to show she heard it too.
<Chain> 6*Miyuki leans in provocatively as she passes out the beers to the gentlemen, all smiles and giggles when needed
<Koalalala> *Kay saunters over to the girl before she leaves and hands her his number making a hand signal to call him

<DeathStar> 6* The men seem to ignore her more, antsy and grabbing the beers. "Just keep her sedated with the dark energy for now. The tests on the tides are a success. Once we make a dark hybrid, we'll have an unstoppable weapon." 6* They look at Miyuki and wave her out now

<DeathStar> 6* The guy eyes Kay and punches at his face now
<Koalalala> *Kay staggers back and smiles and waves to the man
<DeathStar> 6* Darien makes a face as KAy staggers into him and the man grabs a beer bottle, throwing it at Kay
<Koalalala> *Kay trie to duck it "Good distraction eh?"
<DeathStar> 6* One man begins to mumble that he'll head to the lab to oversee the transfer to Site B, and that they are close to locating some of the escaped products.
<DeathStar> 6* Darien is hit in the face by the beer bottle
<Koalalala> *Kay winces a little
<Seraphna> * Sammael blinks and frowns, she grabs Darien and pulls him away, checking his face and pulling out a mini kit to treat him.
<DeathStar> 6* The man in the VIP room pause and look out the window at the club. "Shit, it's Starr. Lets go. He's onto us." 6* They quickly rush out of the room and to the guarded room, the guards letting them through
<Seraphna> Sets> "Hey, our crew is getting in trouble."
<Seraphna> Sam> "Darien? We need to chase."
<DeathStar> 6* Darien's face is bleeding and he looks furious, hearing the sounds of the men running on Miyu's mic. "Goddamn. They're rabbiting. Miyuki toss a tracer on one if yo ucan."
<Feather> 6Kasha blinks and cheers as beer bottles start moving and she leaps in to brawl
<Koalalala> *Kay peers about looking for a way to give chase sighs and runs at the two gaurds

<Chain> 6*Miyuki act as if she was bumped sliding full on into one of the men, as she makes her apologies she slips a tracer on one, making sure to press her breasts firmly against her 'victim'
<Seraphna> * Setsuna sighs and eyes the situation, she hoops up high and hurls two sleeping darts at the guards.
<DeathStar> 6* The guards close the door. Darien lets Kay go, in too bad of a mood to stop him and hoping he fails to catch them but givers the impression they're trying. He eyes bouncers coming for him and the man, to "stop" them. Likely to grab Darien and hold him
<Seraphna> * Sammael pulls off her hand back and swings her hand, trying to TK toss one of the bouncers.

<DeathStar> 6* The guards are hit by the darts and stumble; alarms begin to go off as they are attacked. Darien begins to head for the front exit, comming everyone to come with him, leav ing Kay out of the call

<DeathStar> 6* Kay kicks the door open and reveals a set of stairs that goes down to a basement area. 10 more guards with guns are positioned and open fire at Kay, forcing him to take cover back in the upper club lest he get mowed down

<DeathStar> 6* The bouncers take note of Kasha and Robb and Sam as one goes flying. They pull out weapons and begin to fire, the crowd scattering and running to escape, with Darien blending in
<Chain> 6*Miyuki scurries out as well
<DeathStar> 6* Darien then comms Kay to follow him as wlel
<Seraphna> * Sammael moves with Darien, keeping the band off. She rushes into the crowd with him to get lost, though sticks to Darien somehow. Sets sighs and grabs Cass, running into the crowd.
<Koalalala> *Kay throws the door downthe stairs and runs away
<kalonDSisthebest> 6*Robb pulls his pistol out but doesn't dare fire into the crowd
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *moves into the crowd with Setsuna*
<DeathStar> 6* The bouncers fire, hitting a few people as they try to get them. One shot flies at Cassandra and clips her arm, and another flies at KAsha
<DeathStar> 6* One bouncer grabs KAy in a bearhug from nowhere
<Seraphna> * Setsuna hurls a stun grenade back at them as she guides Cassandra out, knowing her tough lady can handle a scratch.

<DeathStar> 6* 3 hours later, they arrive at the force field for the non terraformed area. The tracer signal has already passed and the border people stand guard, either clueless or bribed. Darien eyes the space suits border people use in a small shed nearby

<Seraphna> * Setsuna nods and waits a moment, before getting out and moving around. Sammael gets out too.

<Seraphna> * Setsuna moves around a bit and calculates, she hurls four stun grenades behidn the troops, so the blast will hit them and hopefully not Darien.
<Seraphna> * Sammael waits to see if there's any misses.
<Feather> 6Kasha peers at Darien, ears twitching, then her and Miyuki split up to blindside the guards on the edges with martial arts strikes if for any reason they aren't all fully knocked out.

<DeathStar> 6* The 4 grenades land behind them, and go off, hitting their tactical suits and taking out two, while KAsha and Miyuki strike and take out two more each. The last one looks confused

<DeathStar> 6* He passes a lunar rover that was abandoned long ago, then pauses and kneels, studying it and taking out some equipment from a backpack, hooking it up and doing something. Then he turns and moves onward, leaving it behind

<DeathStar> 6* Up ahead, they can see the outline of what appears to be something just barely rising from the moon's surface, made to look like part of it. One would almost think it's a mirage if not for the signal of the tracer coming from it

<DeathStar> 6* Darien slows his bouncing now and pulls out a datapad, scanning. "There's motion sensors set up; I'm tapping my feed into your helmets so you can 'see' them."

<DeathStar> 6* Darien begins to walk slower, stepping over the beam locations that their helmets identify even if they can't truly see them.

<Chain> 6*Miyuki clings to her squeaking about how she doesnt like space since this is their first trip out to it, she sounds like she's on the verge of tears

<DeathStar> 6* Cassandra begins to pull it open when Kasha bashes it opening latch, making it spring open with a terrible noise. They can see a decompression chamber, but the question now is will it close properly?
<DeathStar> 6* Well, at least they have suits. Darien climbs into it
<AquaKoala> *Kay hops in after him
<Seraphna> * Sammael hops in, as does Sets.
<Seraphna> Sets> "If it doesn't seal, we just make it seal."
<Chain> 6*Miyuki huffs as she crawls in

<DeathStar> 6* Darien considers. "Decompressing the base may actually work to our advantage."

<Seraphna> Sammael> "WHat if they have prisoners?"

<DeathStar> <Darien> Kasha may have done us a favor; the labs will be extra protected from the decompression, and will likely be in sealed tubes anyway
<DeathStar> <Darien> And this way we get rid of a few guards
<Seraphna> * Sammael nods a little. "Okay... I just know they took kids so..."

<DeathStar> 6* The decompression scan begins but fails when it shuts off, the hatch not closing. Darien points at the second door into the base. "Bring down that door, and lets hope this works out for us for once. If not..."
