<DeathStar> Location: Warren's Military Complex (intro forthcoming)
<DeathStar> 6* Since we last saw the operation beginning in 10-588.6.1, much time has passed. With Angela's information, they have learned that Alexander Cran, a clone of General Cran, is running his own operation and is against VI as well. Both organizations went underground however following the battle in the north pole and months went by before an anonymous source spilled the beans on Alexander's operations, leading Paladin and Warren to send the group to shut down much of their resources. But Jonas and Alexander remain elusive as ever. Despite Angela claiming Alexander to be a good guy, Warren and Paladin have made it a point not to let him operate on his own, and even had Angela send demands he turn himself in if he truly wants to help Earth. So far nothingt. The deadline for the protocol death taht Prime Zephyr is approaching, with Cheryl being the oldest and therefore first to go. So far despite studies, no switch off has been found. During this time, Cheryl has become more reckless and whenever terrorist organizations or threats appear, she throws herself headfirst without thought. Only Dawn seems to keep her from completely spiraling out of control, but with her attitude growing Fiore has shown displeasure at the relationship to Dawn. (cont)
<DeathStar> 6* Having wrapped up a big case where they defeated a progenitor Drasek and destroyed him for his crimes, a relative few weeks of peace has come forth. Today, Darien Starr is visiting the operation, having been working the black ops angle in trying to find out more about the two girls under his charge and how they can be returned to their proper realities. So far Prime Zephyr has not returned with a cure.

<DeathStar> 6* Billy walks along; today Iceheart's group is there and she approaches Freyja and Iceheart. "You two get Freyja pregnant yet?" 6* Darien eyes her, moving for Warren's office to debrief him on a serial killer his group took down
<Seraphna> * Angela has been working all her free time into looking for a cure, alongside Cameron who's nights have gotten sleepless with an obsession to find it, in fear that Lisa might be affected.
<kalonZombie> 6*Ethia walks with them, an air of seriousness about her, looking over the wounded.
<Seraphna> * Angela steps out wearily from the lab, passing Darien, she blinks a bit. "Hey..."
<Feather> <Freyja> Wh-Wha..! Andrea...
<Feather> 6Chaos merowls nearby Angela, threatening her soul.

<Seraphna> * Angela falls in line with him. "How did it go... anyone injured?"

<Seraphna> Angela> "Good." *she rubs her eyes, pausing when she sees Cheryl, a sad look in her eyes before she looks back at Darien* "I guess I'll leave the big boys to chat then..."

<DeathStar> <Darien> TAke care. 6* He offers a smile and walks into Warren's office.

<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl pauses at her datapad. "Arm...wait here a moment. Apparantly they'ah didn't like mah parking. Get some food going, will ya, Dawnie?

<Seraphna> * Angela curiously follows Cheryl out.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl spins and points at Angela. "Don't."
<DeathStar> 6* She gives Angela a look of warning and moves on
<Seraphna> * Angela pauses. "I... alright..."
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *rubs the bridge of her nose*
<Seraphna> * LIsa scurries in through the door, weaving around Cheryl and Angela.

<DeathStar> <Billy> Think I'd torture a younger sibling?

<DeathStar> 6* Fiore sniffs as Cheryl goes from the shadows. "Out late again." 6* She tells Dawn
<Feather> <Dawn> Y-Yes! W-Well... ahahah..
<DeathStar> <Dawn> Have to train them young, after all - to obey me.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "No, you'd probably turn them into a minion and try to conquer the galaxy..."
<DeathStar> 6* Billy peers toward Del, a cute 6 year old Japanese girl. Who has an evil vibe
<Seraphna> * Lisa pauses as Angela walks away, then sneaks after Cheryl.
<DeathStar> <Billy> Well, I gues I can recruit around here then while I wait on Ruby and Hisui to get pregnant

<DeathStar> <Billy> Fine; you will be one of the many destroyed in my path to glory. 6* She hands Kasha a big box as she passes. "Delivery from Scar."
<Feather> <Dawn> Um..." 6she squints at Fiore and Angela. 1"I'm supposed to start food..."

<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart peers at Freyja. "Do you want a kid with me? I figured you'd rather have one with Kat."
<AquaKoala> *Del looks at her confused and waves it off continuing his relaxation
<DeathStar> 6* Billy shrugs and puts it on the floor; it leaks some fluids through the box
<DeathStar> 6* Meanwhile, Lisa is taken off camera

<DeathStar> 6* Cassandra's datapad beeps.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "Let me answer that." *pulls out her datapad and checks it*
<Seraphna> Angela> "I could give you a hand and be out before Cheryl comes around... she won't listen to me right now Dawn. If you don't agree with her drinking so much... tell her. You're her pilot, she will listen to you and respect you."
<Feather> <Freyja> Well, I-- I hadn't really thought about-- I--
<Feather> <Dawn> I'm not her pilot, you keep misunderstanding..
<DeathStar> 6* The message stats: I have some relevant information for your boss. Meet me, with only your wife if you won't come alone, at the corner of Elm Street in the Kyoto District
<DeathStar> 6* The reddish liquid moves toward Del slowly
<Seraphna> Angela> "...Call it an interpretation error, she respects you like one."
<DeathStar> <Iceheart> Yeah, me either; something we should discuss with Chii and Kat. Where are they I wonder

<Seraphna> * Cameron frowns over some scans and peers at his nurses. "Either of you seen my daughter yet? She was due back from Rin's a short while ago."

<Seraphna> Cameron> "...Asleep?" *he carries the phone and heads to the adjacent room, his and Lisa's rooms, peering around* "She's not here... hrm..." *he pages Warren*

<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *comm* "I'll head to the spot alone. I want Setsuna shadowing me, and someone shadowing Setsuna. I don't want someone ambushing her while she's making sure no one is ambushing me. But total shadow work here."

<DeathStar> 6* Darien sends a datapad for Robb to meet Cassandra at the base so the three can plan it

<Seraphna> Cameron> "Warren? I've got Rin unable to reach Lisa, and she's late coming home."
<DeathStar> 6* Warren taps the button. "The security guard said she came into the complex 10 minutes ago, then stepped out after Cheryl 7 minutes ago."

<Seraphna> Cameron> "And now her pilot can't reach her. Where's Cheryl?"
<DeathStar> <Darien on comm> Robb will be here soon, wait for him in the parking lot

<DeathStar> <Warren> No idea, she parks her motorcycle down the street after wrecking it in the parking lot.
<Seraphna> Cameron> "We should probably find out. Lisa never blocks Rin."
<DeathStar> 6* Inside, Del finds a fox's head, with a note stuffed into the mouth
<Feather> <Dawn> ..." 6She pouts, not wanting to admit Cheryl being faulted.
<DeathStar> 6* Katrina hums, working out in the training area.

<DeathStar> <Fiore> Either make her change, or no longer date; only you she listens to
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *heads out to eait for Robb in the parking lot*

<DeathStar> 6* Warren steps out of the office, and Darien follows. Both step out into the parking lot, with Darien waiting for Robb's vehicle, and Warren moving to step out of the complex.
<DeathStar> <Fiore> You rather her run herself to death? She only has 22 days left.
<Seraphna> * Angela blinks, staring at her comms. Cameron moves out to join them as Angela pings for Cheryl.
<AquaKoala> Del> Kasha, why did someone send you a head? *He seems completely nonplussed by this and plucks the note out of the mouth and reads it
<DeathStar> 6* Angela gets nothing, since Cheryl found a way to cut her off after the incident
<kalonZombie> 6*Robb drives up, stopping near Darien and Cass
<DeathStar> 6* Aya blinks. "What's wrong?"
<Seraphna> Angela> "Not sure... though Cheryl doesn't let me contact her so I'm not sure what use that was... why doesn't he ask his kid?"
<DeathStar> Note: I have your sister. We will meet. You will go to Sushi Bar you always go to and find a comm under a table. Wait my call. - Scar.

<DeathStar> 6* Warren approaches the motorcycle and frowns, comming. "Cheryl's bike is still here."
<Feather> 6Kasha is suddenly by Del, with a creepy leer.
<DeathStar> 6* Warren looks around, then uses his datapad to tap into the city camera there
<Seraphna> * Cameron frowns. "Without Cheryl. And Lisa was with her."

<DeathStar> 6* Warren frowns at the message, then messages Angela to go with Del and Kasha as backup
<DeathStar> 6* Darien moves away from Cass and them as Warren walks back in, frowning at the fact the camera was disabled 1 hour ago
<Seraphna> * Angela signals an acknowledge, and after making sure Aya is looked after, heads out. With Lemon or not according to the decisions of the Lord DS.
<Feather> <Dawn> Hai. Oneesama always right.
<Seraphna> Cameron> "I can activate this tracker, but no telling how long it will last if they find it."
<DeathStar> <Warren> Someone made sure they knew what they were doing - the camera was disabled. It's someone who knows the city codes well. VI, or Alexander, I'd wager.
<Seraphna> * Cameron goes gray faced. "And they were likely moving in to take Cheryl and Lisa got in the middle of it."

<DeathStar> 6* Warren comms Dawn out to the parking lot
<DeathStar> <Darien> I'll have Kay come over to assist. 6* He messages Kay.
<Feather> 6Dawn pauses, eyeing her message and hangs head. 1"Can oneesama finish ravioli?"
<Seraphna> Cameron> "She gets it from her heroes." *he sighs a bit* "Let me know when you want it activated. Best to have something to zero in on it when I do."

<Feather> 6Dawn kisses Fiore then goes to meet Warren
<DeathStar> <Warren> Dawn is an expert hacker. I'll have her try to see if she can find something with city cameras - and if anymore are blacked out, well, we know what path they took
<DeathStar> 6* Warren looks up, and explains to Dawn that Cheryl and Lisa were taken by someone who disabled a city camera
<DeathStar> 6* Darien sends a message to Kay to update him; he'll arrive in 3 mins

<Seraphna> Cameron> She's been drinking herself stupid lately. It's how they took her last time, if you recall.
<Feather> 6Dawn looks panicked, since Cheryl was drunk, and stumbles as she pulls out her datapad, palming her forehead before working furiously on the camera tracing.

<Seraphna> Cameron> "My best guess is that due to Angela's failure to keep Cheryl in line, this 'protective' Cran has taken her."
<Feather> <Dawn> I'll give him a piece of my mind!!
<DeathStar> 6* As Dawn begins to type, someone hacks her thing, a message. "This is Alexander. Something has happened. A threat bigger than VI. We need to meet and talk. Even if it means you'll arrest me." 6* A set of coordinates comes up - a public place in downtown Tokyo
<Seraphna> Cameron> Or maybe something worse.

<Seraphna> * Cameron peers at Warren.
<DeathStar> 6* Warren eyes the message, then moves to a shuttle. Kay pulls up and he points
<AquaKoala> *Kay's goes to the shuttle and takes a seat
<DeathStar> 6* Warren steps in and takes the pilot seat.
<Seraphna> * Cameron gets in, checking his gloves.
<AquaKoala> Kay> I hope I can keep my appendages this time, I've grown rather fond of them
<Feather> 6Dawn follows Warren, frowning at her datapad.
<DeathStar> <Warren> We need to permenantly bond you with Cheryl - have her break the bond with herself. You already have a mental link with her that effects her health if you're too far apart. We can expand on that.
<DeathStar> <Warren> Can you handle that? Her influences now will be greater, but so will yours on her
<Feather> <Dawn> I-- I'm not against bonding... I just want it to be Cherry's choice. She's never had that.
<Seraphna> Cameron> "She may not have any choices soon."

<DeathStar> 6* Warren lands 1 block from the meeting site and climbs out, checking his gun as he walks along, comming to get extra security ready

<Seraphna> * Cameron follows, adjusting his coat, his habit includes always wearing his tactical suit and emergency gear at all times.

<Seraphna> * Cameron peers around, putting on a pair of glasses.
<DeathStar> 6* Sitting a table in the direct center is Alexander Cran, a younger version of the General. He is peering in their direction, waiting, in a white suit
<DeathStar> <Warren> ...
<Seraphna> Cameron> "He may be the clone of a bastard... but he has some style... now let's see if he took Lisa so I can punch him."
<AquaKoala> Kay> Well he's rather dapper
<DeathStar> 6* Warren walks up, eyeing the seats at the table. Alexander gestures for them to sit. "We don't have much time."
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Then talk."
<AquaKoala> *Kay sits down and begins fiddling with his bracers
<DeathStar> <Alexander> Someone has taken over VI operations about 7 months ago; it's why they've gone so far underground. That someone, I suspect, is an old enemy of all of ours. Someone who wants Cheryl now before her expiration date so they can warp her into what he wants
<Seraphna> Cameron> "You're saying it's VI that took Cheryl and Lisa?"
<Feather> 6Dawn reluctantly takes a seat. 1"What use could they possibly have in such a short time?
<DeathStar> <Alexander> Because the head of the organization is General Cran. He never died and is on one of his many cloned bodies
<Seraphna> * Cameron looks like he just got hit by a blast of ice. "The original Cran... has my daughter?"
<DeathStar> <Alexander> AFter Angela's report about what Prime Zephyr said, and the fact the group encountered him and a legion of his mindless clones, when he tried to get Ben, I began to look into him. It seems he's after her now while she's vulnerable, then if that fails likely will want to use Ben or Aya for his new body
<DeathStar> <Alexander> Does he? I just knew he was after Cheryl
<Seraphna> Cameron> "A group took them both a short while ago... we suspected she was just taken for meddling in the attack."
<Feather> <Dawn> Are the clones so degraded that he's resorting to actual lineage now?
<Seraphna> Cameron> "That was the plan all along."
<Seraphna> * Cameron frowns. "The reason Cheryl can have children was to produce the perfect heir to Cran's empire."
<DeathStar> <Alexander> Yes. Clone insanity. Angela said the other reality's final battle with him he was far gone mentally. He might even just resort to getting Cheryl pregnant now, speeding up the process, and entering the baby, or using her. I don't know.
<DeathStar> 6* Warren clicks tongue at knowing Angela told Alexander so much information
<Feather> <Dawn> That's horrid!
<AquaKoala> Kay> And pretty gross
<DeathStar> <Warren> Do you know where he's at? <Alexander> No; he's at none of the locations from the memories she got from the other Zephyr.
<DeathStar> <Alexander> He's been using specific DNA for 300 years, mixing and adding things like famfrit DNA and other things. You can only transfer your mind to a clone body so many times. He needs a healthy body that can handle him
<DeathStar> <Alexander> I'd like to work together. <Warren> Why should we trust you? <Alexander> Honestly? Because you have no choice. Time is running out.
<DeathStar> <Alexander> And there may be something at his base, if we can find it, that will stop the death portion of the Alpha Protocol
<Seraphna> * Cameron frowns a little more. "He's right. He's also not much different then Winters, when you get right down to it. Except no Weapon Augmentations, I suspect."
<Feather> <Dawn> ...
<Seraphna> * Cameron looks at Warren. "If he figures out what I did to Lisa, she's in as much danger as Cheryl."
<DeathStar> <Warren> It seems we'll have to team our organizations together. For now. <Alexander> I'll return to my organization then, and when we learn something we'll try to formualte a plan. 6* He sets down a datapad, stands up, and moves off
<DeathStar> 6* Warren watches as he goes, moving to take the datapad.
<Feather> 6Dawn stops Warren-- scanning and checking it first.
<DeathStar> 6* It seems to lack any traps or any sort of scanners to scan their base, or listening devices. It looks ordinary
<Seraphna> * Cameron calls checking on Rin again. "Keep the link open... if she so much as has the slightest ping... I need to know."
<Feather> 6Dawn hands the pad to Warren, sighing.
<DeathStar> 6* rin acknowledges. Warren pockets it
<DeathStar> <Warren> Lets get back to base and prepare the team.
<Feather> <Dawn> Right..
<AquaKoala> *Kay nods
<DeathStar> 6* Warren begins to walk back when, even as Alexander is almost out of sight, ninjas appear and begin to slice and attack people, running right at Alexander to impale him; another group charges Warren's group
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Sir, we're under attack." *he says as he aism at a Ninja coming at Alexander and blasts it with Dragoon energy*
<DeathStar> 6* Warren whips out a gun and fires into the ninjas; they take the hits like pros, no doubt Weapon hybrids. But after a few hits they go down
<DeathStar> 6* Warren then whps out a second gun, firing, and uses his ear piece. "Myria, send one of your toys here to extract us now. We have civilians so make sure it's a safeish toy. Tell your aunt I'll be missing her concert tonight."
<Seraphna> * Cameron tosses two kunai at more of Cran's assailants. Seeming to decide he needs the man alive.
<AquaKoala> *Kay runs to Alexander to help him
<DeathStar> 6* Alexander jerks as he's stabbed by an inja, but the kunai injure a few of the ninjas; as Kay runs, four leap down in his path, slashing with their sabres (energy swords)
<DeathStar> 6* Warren keeps firing as more ninjas keep appearing; some begin to set up a bomb off to the side, protected by other ninjas
<Seraphna> * Cameron shifts through the crowd, tossing another blast at a ninja as he moves to Cran's aid as well. "You'd better have an exit plan Alexander."
<AquaKoala> *Kay jumps back to avoid and then tries to grab ones arm while he off balance from the swing

<Jackieness> * Partially buried in a crater is a heavily armored projectile. A portion of the armor starts to spin in a circle before opening up for entry.

<DeathStar> 6* As Kay throws it back, it detonates, sending him flying into the armor thing, his clothing being incinated and part of his flesh, revealing metal. But he's conscious and not in great pain
