<DeathStar> 6* Almost 3 weeks have passed since we saw our hapless heroes. Darien's team have been assigned to discreetly protect candidate Alexander Cran as he runs against various competition for Presidency, and are looking into who might have killed General Steel in space.
<DeathStar> 6* So far things have been peaceful, and Warren returns from vacation with Arhnya, walking in the front door. Paladin, having been in charge, has run a strict ship, but fair. Cheryl sits in her offie, doing paperwork, while Prime Zephyr relaxes with Miyuki. So far no word on the fate of Kasha/Ama in the hospital. The hospital has begun to make plans to try to use explosives to remove it
<DeathStar> 6* On the holovid, news reporters are showing the pre-speeches of the candidates for the presidency, while the military team lounges in the base. Zephyr studies Miyuki, wondering if she's okay - it has been a long 3 weeks without her sis

"Miyuki, look out!" 6* One of the workers suddenly rushes for the explosives, pulling out a railgun and aiming at Miyuki's back at the same time. She dives in front of Miyuki and fires as the man fires, shooting the man in the head as the blast catches her head, blowing it clean off and dropping her.

<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr's headless body lays there as the men take up positions behind two medical beds, aiming at Miyuki with their rail guns

<DeathStar> 6* They fire their blasts, missing Miyuki and striking the cacoon, the rail guns powerful blasts - their configurations not normal. The man Zephyr drops begins to dissolve, but his body leaks, before fading, silver

<Chaintan> 6*Miyuki jumps and hauls Zephyr with her
<DeathStar> 6* The two men fire a few more shots as Miyuki gets away, dragging the bloodied Zephyr away. They move the kill switch now
<Feather> 6Kasha can be heard inside. 1"Upsy-daisy... c'mon fucker... urgggh..." 6The cocoon shakes.
<Chaintan> 6*Miyuki cries out as she gets hit a few times
<DeathStar> 6* The rail gun blasts tear flesh away from any spots they hit, vicious weapons.
<Chaintan> 6*Miyuki screams in pain, and doubles over slightly, tears blinding her vision
<DeathStar> 6* The men pause as the cocoon shakes and reach for the weapon again when a chain weapon wraps around one's hand and tears it off and a holy blast hits another in the head. They look up buit their attackers are gone. "The subjects are getting away." "Focus on these two for onow."
<Feather> 6The cocoon shakes again, and a wail is heard, but the cocoon is toppled and begins rolling toward the men
<DeathStar> 6* The men are flattened and dissolve by the cocoon.

<DeathStar> 6* As Miyuki gets out of the hospital, she'd see more dissolved piles, but no sign of attackers. The motorcyle is where they lefti t.
<DeathStar> 6* The sounds of police sirens are heard approaching
<Chaintan> 6*Miyuki hisses and uses the fox hole to avoid the police and finally call Cheryl back
<Feather> 6The local area around the hospital receives an evacuation order effect for a 1.5 mile radius.
<DeathStar> 6* The hospital people are abffled and confused and think it's a terrorist threat, which causes a crisis. Darien's team is informed, then WArren's.
<Feather> 6There's no traceable source for the evacuation order, but it's specifically centered on the cocoon

<DeathStar> 6* Q, still under some drugs, lays in the small room.

<DeathStar> <Warren> I need you. 6* He explains he's going to retreive a girl called Josephine and the condition she might be in. He's also puttingtogether others on the team, sending out a general alert.

<Seraphna> * Angela and Cameron begin getting read for the mission, as does Wolf.
<Seraphna> * Jennifer sets up an injector and sets up delivery, scanning her first and making sure everything is in order with the specifics Love gave her.

<Feather> 6Dawn gets out of the shower, tracing the scar across her chest to abdomen.
<DeathStar> 6* Fiore moves into the room with Dawn, waiting on the bed quietly
<DeathStar> <Warren> We'll know more when we arrive.
<DeathStar> 6* Warren moves to the shuttle to wait on the team to assemble
<Jackieness> <Myria> *grabs some things and then heads to the shuttle*
<Seraphna> * Jennifer delivers the serum to Q.
<DeathStar> 6* Iceheart watches Q's body twitch; Katrina joins her after a moment
<Seraphna> * Angela heads up to the shuttle, telling Lemon if she wants to come along. Cameron walks up in his usual strange gear.

<Seraphna> * Jennifer watches worriedly. "Come on... let this work Cuddles..."

<AquaKoala> *Del messages back ok, and asks when
<DeathStar> 6* It would seem it's too late now as Del is in the shuttle with Warren when Darien needed him. Warren lifts off the shuttle and begins to fly with those on board
<Seraphna> * Wolf, having come on board last, fixes a large cannon like gun. She seems to be a female version of Jonas, all armor and heavy weapons.
<Seraphna> * Angela adjusts her tactical suit, skin tight and showing off her body a bit.
<DeathStar> 6* Warren pilots the shuttle quietly. Fiore shakes her head at Dawn back at the base, just sitting and musing
<DeathStar> -SCENE SHIFT-
<DeathStar> 6* Warren lands at the place Josephine is still at, having not escaped like in Prime. They work their way through the base quietly, Warren gripping his weapons
<DeathStar> <Warren> Be prepared for anything
<DeathStar> <Cheryl on comm> According to what I found in Cran databases, this base never existed, like so many others
<AquaKoala> *Del slings his rifle on his back, taking out his big ass revolver
<Seraphna> * Angela nods, her gun out, Holy Sword still hidden due to it being glowy.
<Seraphna> * Cameron walks silently along with them.
<DeathStar> 6* The base seems forgotten and the power long ago shut off. Warren approaches the room on the left and the metallic doors.

<Jackieness> <Myria> *walks along, scanning with the sensors in her suit*
<DeathStar> 6* Warren hits the door open button, but it seems to have no power
<DeathStar> <Warren> We'll need to wrench this open
<Seraphna> * Wolf peers around, not liking how quier this is. Angela peers at the door and pulls a large tool out of subspace, starting to work it open.
<Jackieness> <Myria> "Oh, I have something!"
<Seraphna> Angela> "I usually use this for unruly shuttle compartments."
<DeathStar> 6* Warren lets Myria and Angela handle it
<Jackieness> <Myria> "B...but... I wanted to use my wireless power transmitter..."
<Seraphna> Angela> "Save that, we might need it to power some consoles."
<Seraphna> Angela> "There could be a fiesta of data left on the machines in here."
<DeathStar> 6* The door is slowly wrenched open, a terrible wrenching sound as Angela forces it open ionly a few inches at a time
<Seraphna> Wolf> "I think if we wanted the enemy to know we were here, they'd know now."
<AquaKoala> *Del tries to slip once he has a enough room
<Jackieness> <Myria> "Oh, there were about a dozen unpowered weapon batteries hidden in the walls, flor, and ceiling that we walked right past."
<DeathStar> 6* Del slips under the door into a room with what likely held a lot of people once, but now it only has one - Josephine . What happened to the others, well.... it's best not to say.
<DeathStar> 6* Warren sighs as Del moves ahead, following; Angela wrenches the door up enough they got enough roll space at least
<AquaKoala> *Del moves towards her, looking about with his flashlight "Only one person in here"
<Seraphna> * Angela locks the wrench so they can slip under and does so herself, then Cameron. Wolf guards.

<DeathStar> 6* Warren motions at Myria. "Can you safely extract her?"
<Jackieness> <Myria> "Hmmm... let me see." *walks over and scans over the cryopod*
<Jackieness> <Myria> "What a weird configuration."
<DeathStar> <Warren> What do you mean?
<AquaKoala> *Del moves back and watches and covers the door with Wolf
<Jackieness> <Myria> "Oh, the life support system in this pod is put together in a weird way."
<Seraphna> * Cameron hrms and starts scanning to keep an eye on the woman's vitals.
<DeathStar> <Warren> Can you get her disconnected or not?
<Seraphna> Cameron> "That part is easy, it's a matter of disconnecting her without cutting off her vitals."
<Jackieness> <Myria> "Well, yes and no. If we disconnected the pod, kept it powered... with a convenient, wireless power transmitter, and took he rback to the base, then yes. Otherwise, I'd need the key for the encrypted reanimation sequence. Why its encrypted, I don't know."
<DeathStar> <Warren> Then we do that. Angela, get the door open more to transport the pod.
<Seraphna> * Angela nods and goes to work, using her Dragoon strength to help her progress, she puts Wolf to work, a strong woman, in doing so as well.
<DeathStar> -TIME JUMP-
<Seraphna> * Cameron sets things up to help recieve Josephine.
<DeathStar> 6* As Jennifer waits, she'd suddenly begin to jerk and feel pain in her head, the world going black as if she were dying. And just when the vial was working on Q too. Iceheart jerks as she collapses and begins to seize, foaming and Katrina grabs something to put in her mouth to keep her from biting her own tongue
<DeathStar> <Katrina> What is happening?
<DeathStar> 6* Elwyn, who is still here, would also begin to convulse and fall over. Billy jerks and kneels. "Elwyn!?" 6* She looks around in a panic, using her datapad. Paladin looks up from his chicken salad and frowns, and he and Cheryl begin to get the medical team going to collect the two.
<DeathStar> 6* Elwyn and Jennifer are brought into medical as the other team arrives with Josephine's pod. Billy sits by Elwyn's bed worriedly and Warren frowns, walking in; the two are beginning to stabilze as their vitals remain weak. Iceheart and Kat remain behind to check on Q
<DeathStar> <Billy> I just got you back, not going to lose you, not going to lose you
<Seraphna> * Cameron frowns. "What the hell happened to those two?"
<DeathStar> 6* Warren glances at Ethan and Stacey for answers
<Jackieness> <Myria> *walks in, wearing her nurse uniform*
<Seraphna> * Stacey looks them over quietly, as Cameron runs his scans.
<DeathStar> 6* Warren shifts to set up the pod, with Del's help, in medical for Myria
<Seraphna> Stacey> "They seemed to suffer a serious brain hemmorage... but it's... going away?"
<DeathStar> <Warren> Del - see if there's been an attack on the base and if all are accounted for.
<Seraphna> Cameron> "Any other visitors effected?"
