<DeathStar> 6* In a base below the lake in the little pleasure city, the group finds themselves in a hallway - with the way needed to go forward having people approaching them - not quite seeing them yet - and the way back leading to the elevators to the surface, and on either side glass walls that peer down at the labs below where they are growing the Arcaneish Cheryl girls, they seem quite stuck

<chain> 6*Miyuki pulls them all into a fox hole, waiting for them to pass, even silencing her breath, steely eyed as she looks up.

<DeathStar> 6* The Illium soldiers, 3 of them, walk on past but the two sixteen year Cherylish girls, one with blondeish hair with purple streaks, in a miko like outfit, and the other with black hair and reddish eyes, but clearly Cheryl features, pause near the hole

<Seraphna> * Ulieah moves as directed.
<DeathStar> 6* As they zip past, it's impossible to say if they were seen. Katrina and Zephyr clinging to Miyuki as the foxhole is moved around the bend and out of sight

<chain> 6*Miyuki gives a look to stay quiet for a little longer
<DeathStar> 6* She nods. Soon the elevator doors can faintly be heard closing, indicating it is going up most likely, but being around the bend they can't see it without risking looking

<Seraphna> * Ulieah shrugs.
<chain> 6*Miyuki flicks her ears to listen for them even getting on the elevator
<DeathStar> 6* There was definite footsteps getting on

<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr studies Miyuki, wondering how long she can manage the hox hole

<DeathStar> 6* The hallway seems to move a bit further to seems to be a strange mystical checkpoint

<DeathStar> 6* They can see through the blue field easily, but it's clear there's something up with it. So far there's no guards about, and no sign of survilence - on the other side doors are finally showing up

<Seraphna> * Ulieah climbs out. "So they're cloning in order to gain access to the abilities they lack."
<Aqua> *Qayin climbs out
<DeathStar> 6* It's definitely a supernatural alarm - if she tries to foxhole through it, or use her powers on it, bam. They'll know. Walking through it, powered down, will be fine

<DeathStar> 6* But if thery want to risk it, they could attempt to pry open a panel and cut wires or something

<Seraphna> * Ulieah patiently waits for someone to answer the question.

<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr considers, being dragoon, if it'll bwe tuned to her; making sure her energies are low, she walks through and waits - nothing happens

<Seraphna> * Ulieah sighs, makes sure her powers are quelled and summons are away, and heads through on low profile.

<DeathStar> 6* She glances about the hallway; the hallway goes to a new elevator, and there's 4 doors don either side of the hallway

<DeathStar> <Katrina> We will have to risk it - I think trying to turn it off will register something in a computer somewhere
<Seraphna> * Ulieah just silently looks back.
<Aqua> *Qayin focuses to supress his powers and moves through
<Nyaomi> 6Kasha nods and closes her eyes a moment, then walks through confidently.

<Aqua> *Qayin sighs in relief
<chain> 6*She exhails and supresses her powers, tails and ears pulling in she waits for a few heartbeats and then looks ahead before walking through
<Nyaomi> <Kasha> Guess I'm almost too much to handle?
<Nyaomi> <Kasha> Fufufu.
<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr and Katrina each try different doors, one on the lefty and right, and open them as Miyuki goes through, the flicker looking almost like a face this time
<DeathStar> 6* Opening the doors, Katrina finds an office, and Zephyr finds a security room, with an Illium soldier watching monitors, jacked in. He doesn't seem to notice them yet.
<Seraphna> * Ulieah goes to try a third door, the next one on the left.
<DeathStar> 6* Ulieah finds an armory for Illium soldiers
<Seraphna> * Ulieah looks at the others and mouths, "Weapons."
<DeathStar> 6* Sadly, all the armors are locked with keycodes
<Seraphna> * Ulieah is a sad kitty.

<DeathStar> 6* Katrina motions how she wants to deal with him
<chain> 6*Miyuki mouths, KO, Dont kill
<DeathStar> 6* On one monitor is a human male strapped to a chair, being experimented on with probes to the head.
<DeathStar> 6* Katrina grabs some needles and fills a vial known to be effectiv on Illiums for a short time and gives it to the soldier hooked up
<DeathStar> <Katrina> This will only work for 30 minutes at best
<Seraphna> Ulieah> "We'll have to move quickly then."
<chain> <Miyuki> lets make the most them, see if the guard as a key or anything
<Aqua> *Qayin searches
<DeathStar> 6* Qayin finds a keycode to the armory and a map of the area, and a keycard level C
<Seraphna> Ulieah> "So we can get at the weapons."
<Aqua> Qayin> Armory codes, map, and keycard C
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> *tries a few other rooms, but they don't seem to be too important - restroom with a vent shaft, and an area for toxic clean up, and strangely an area labeled "Female Arcane Room Only"

<Aqua> *Qayin tosses then to her
<chain> 6*Miyuki catches and looks them over
<chain> 6*Miyuki pauses and looks over the security console
<Seraphna> * Ulieah raises a brow. "...Female... Arcane?"
<chain> <Miyuki> lets also shut off some of these
<Nyaomi> 6Kasha shrugs.
<Aqua> Qayin> Probably womens products.

<DeathStar> 6* She eyes how the guard is plugged in, but the b uttons seem lacking
<Seraphna> Ulieah> "Anyone care to jack into Illum cyberspace? Not it."

<DeathStar> 6* Katrina eyes the jack after she pulls it out of the Illium guard, looking an inch thick and sits, and takesa breath, the blue liquid dripping and lifts her red hair up and prepares to jam it in her skull*

<Aqua> *Qayin nods, moving for the arcane room
<Seraphna> * Ulieah sits and watches, preparing another syringe in case they need to put the guard down for longer.

<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr takes the stuff from Ulieah to go int othe armory, and gets some armor for them and sets it in the hallway, ghrabbing various sizes for then
<chain> 6*Once Miyuki runs the card key, the room opens, revealing a rather general lounge room, in ways similar to the KU but in all respects normal, soft furnature, pillows and some fleece blankets, even a holovid and an old game console
<DeathStar> 6* Then hurries after Miyu into the Arcane room to see what it is
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Looks like a lounge.

<chain> <Miyuki> They even have a mini fridge
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Why would they make it so nice for them?
<DeathStar> 6* Katrina speaks over a speaker.
<DeathStar> <Katrina> Because they are raising children to young adults based off Cheryl's personality
<Aqua> Qayin> Looks like my old apartment.
<DeathStar> <Katrina> They can't afford to unstabilze their minds
<chain> 6*Miyuki looks and blinks at teas, sweet drinks and snacks
<DeathStar> <Katrina> You recall what Cheryl's father did to her - abusing her body with physical tests at the physical age of 4 when she was only 3 days old

<Seraphna> * Ulieah crosses her arms and watches Katrina and the guard, thinking.

<DeathStar> 6* They begin to shift along to find this mysterious human who's full name is not Mick which I was just informed.

<DeathStar> 6* She approaches Mick with the probes hooked up, looking like he's been tortured wiothin the last few minutes - neither of them seeing a creepy girl Arcana of 16 behind them, holding a teddy bear, all spider like, ready to pounce - since this group is about to end.

<DeathStar> <DeathStar> 6* The shuttles seem to launch from the planet, so stealing one could be doable, if careful
<DeathStar> <DeathStar> 6* They do it from near the chinese village
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> Two teams, we orbital drop a ground team in the OD Pods in the hanger, another team is staying on the shuttle then taking one of the smaller Illium ships.
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> The OD team will be dropped just outside of the village, maybe three miles.
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> The other team will assume direct control of the Illium ship and will wait until the ground team has gotten into the village.
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> Once they have gotten to the village we'll start mortaring the facility from the village, hopefully the villagers will not be opposed to this.
<DeathStar> <Seraphna> Wolf> "Erm... how're we supposed to take control of a Illum ship? We're lucky to blast one apart."
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> That should spread enough chaos that the team on the illium ship can start working on taking out the fleet.
<DeathStar> <Seraphna> Wolf> "Or even get onto it without being vaporized?"
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> We'll be landing in the hanger.

<DeathStar> <Seraphna> Wolf> "May wanna rethink these plans. I respect you, but you seem to be forgetting some key facts about the shipyard."

<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> *James sits at his station, looking it over quietly, looking at the surrounding area and the permiter around the facility
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> Alright, plan.
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> We will use our Illium IFF tags to get our shuttle onto the space station.
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> Hopefully if they buy that we will try to work our way to the center, plant a bomb then take and Illium shuttle to fly away.
<DeathStar> <DeathStar> 6* Caesura nods, signing that they need to make sure they can steal the shuttle with no noise on the ground or the shipyard construction in the sky will be alerted, as well as the 17 ships guarding it

<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> Which is why Bruce and Loki will be handling that part, thy are the best at infiltration.

<DeathStar> <DeathStar> 6* The shipyard seems to be orbitting the one side of the planet, so it's possible to enter the other side and go undetected.

<DeathStar> <Seraphna> Wolf> "Just need to not make the boom happen too close this time."
<DeathStar> <AquaKoala> James> We are the loud team. We are going in planet side.
<DeathStar> <DeathStar> 6* Caesura nods, hoping nothing goes wrong -but they got time to hammer this out.

<DeathStar> 6* The unfinished place is like some massive nightmare, with long connecting walkways that while think are actually dozens of meters wide and tall, so people can walk here and there, and go for hundred and hundreds of meters along, so when they are done in the future, ships will be able to be constructed along them. The complex, like Aya said, is half-finished, so right now it looks like some half-finished web, all over the place like some spider's technological web, slowly spinning itself out, and there's about 10 large super ships guarding it and 30 small shuttles flying to and from the large structure with supplies to build on it from the planet below. <DeathStar> <DeathStar> 6* The planet seems to be a typical planet that the Illiums are mining for some material in a mountain village. The planet was once an Earth Colony, chinese in origin, and has very chinese roots, so the village was built in the mountains with walkways with chinese lanterns and stuff, etc. She has a list of materials in the mountains that don't look overly impressive as far as ores go, but the Illium ships are nwearly impregnable, as well as complexes

<DeathStar> 6* Their unmarked shuttle approaches the planet from the other side so they can get to the surface undetected
<DeathStar> 6* Caesura is quiet as ever
<Seraphna> <Wolf> Okay, so... let's go over the plan one more time just to be sure? I know I make things go boom.

<Aqua> James> Bruce and Loki are going in to secure us a shuttle, we take that shuttle, fly up and blow up the station
<kalonZombie> <Hale> Sounds fun. Wolf, if we're not too beat up after, remember the explosion for when we get back home.
<Seraphna> Wolf> "And what about the mine? They must have found something important in there if their ships are invincible. I don't like it when shit doesn't go boom as desired."

<Aqua> James> That is what we are doing while they get us a shuttle.

<DeathStar> 6* The shuttle lands a mile from the chinese village on a mountain ridge ; due to wanting to be discreet, the spot picked means the ridge space is... not spacious
<DeathStar> 6* There's barely enough room to get out without faaaaalling
<Aqua> *James climbs out carefully
<DeathStar> 6* Caesura pulls on various thick coats and offers breathing masks to those who might need it - she puts her hair into a style that the chinese village might have
<Aqua> *James is already wearing his disguise
<Seraphna> * Wolf equips the mask and coat, and moves out carrrrefulllly.

<DeathStar> 6* The rest move along the path, and after a bit the group arrives along the mountain path ridge and see the village in sight, with chinese lanterns set up and the buildings all built to old chinese standards - it's like something out of Old Earth China. The bridges that span across the way and lead down to the lower part of the mountain are made of the same materials used, with dragon carvings
<DeathStar> 6* Caesura quietly slips them up and behind a building, tired a bit from the walk, making sure their clothing matches - the village seems unmolested and there isn't sign of Illium guards

<DeathStar> 6* Beyond the village, about half a mile, is a series of stone steps, likely carved by the village, leading to a temple they built - there shuttles can be seen. The Illium forces set up. That might be the mine

<Aqua> James> Hopefully we can figure it out, minimal force, preferably none and all nonlethal. Do not hurt the villagers.

<DeathStar> 6* Caesura browses - the women do not seem to gossip as women should, just buying their goods and paying, not bargaining

<DeathStar> 6* She leads them to a table and serves the men their teas. Caesura loooks at WOlf and Isara what to do with the quiert women - the men drink their teas, looking about each other blankly. They talk about things like their families - a wife or two here and there - one of the women here and how they wish they could get new blood - but it sounds all -- depressed
<Aqua> *James makes a face and sips his tea, having made no effort to hide his accent

<DeathStar> 6* Bruce and Loki would find all the shuttles are set out before the temple itself, which is also the mine, and that the guards stand about, making the village work, along with chosen Illiums, and that they are too well watched without someone seeing a shuttle lifting off without questions
<DeathStar> 6* Every evening at 8, a group of males are let go to come out with large carts of ordinary looking ore and walk into town, while the Illiums load them into the shuttles themselves
<DeathStar> 6* The males walk either home, or to the tea house, or to prositute houses
<DeathStar> 6* Caesura watches, standing with the others - there is a place they can all stay for the night, that takes silver

<DeathStar> 6* The shuttles are well searched and scanned - it would be dangerous to even risk it
<Aqua> *Bruce does not then, letting James know
<DeathStar> <Tea Lady> We never wanted the mine - they made it. IT was our place of worship. And even if you destroyed this .... station we know nothing of, they could simply come back later and kill us all for aiding you
<DeathStar> 6* She turns away. "No one will help you."
<Aqua> James> Give us a few days. We can get everything ready for you.
<Aqua> James> It's the only way you will ever get your temple back.
<Seraphna> Wolf> "Maybe we should act alone. We don't want to invite retribution on them."

<DeathStar> 6* She looks back with her dark eyes, her dark hair being stuffed back under the hood
<DeathStar> 6* Caesura peers down, thinking on that
<Aqua> James> It's that or suffer as slaves.
<DeathStar> <Tea Lady> Then we suffer as slaves
<DeathStar> 6* She steps out
<Aqua> *James sighs a bit "Alright, plan as is then."
<DeathStar> 6* Caesura waits, then signs to James. "We could try the council of elders." 6* But she looks dubious if they would have a different attitude
<DeathStar> <Caesura> *signs* They would likely turn us in, though - for glory to the Illium. She at least did not. *She motions out side* Though I have an idea
<Aqua> James> Go on.
<DeathStar> <Caesura> *signs* There are not shuttles right now, and 30 soldiers - that is too many for us but if we could sneak past them into the temple, we might could lure one or two inside and take them down for their armor, and take their post throughout the night - the darkness would hide our faces. Come morning, they will be switched with others on a shuttle. Taking that shuttle would be easier than stealing one during day time by full frontal assault.

<DeathStar> <Caesura> But the problem is how do we get into the temple past the 30
<Aqua> James> I never was, that's why they put me in charge of assault.

<DeathStar> 6* She looks out the window - the steps lead straight up to the temple, and though it is a cloudy night, being seen will be high without a sneaky plan. Only Bruce is already up there

<Aqua> James> Not really, it's pretty much open. It'd be mental to bring all of us up.
