01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren eyes his scanners as they walk along; as they arrive at a junction way that goes into three directions, they'd see a mine cart that still has power to it, pointed in the direction they need to go according to Dawn's map

01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis tilts her head as she eyes it; it would be cramped with their number, but Dawn's map indicates the mine tunnels go on for miles

<Seraphna> * Jonas looks around the mine shaft carefully, doing the same as Warren.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Whoever sits in the front of it will have to control the lever for speed and brakes, as well as a button designend to switch tracks ahead
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren looks over Dawn's shoulder at the layout of the complicated mine tunnels. "If we're going to make it in a timely manner, we have to risk it."
<Eluere> <Dawn> Alright. Am I still the guinea pig, or do we have a mine cart pilot?
<Seraphna> * Jonas nods. "Alright then."
<Eluere> <Dawn> Good job answering without an answer..

01<@DeathStar> 6* Darien waves a hand at the front of the mine cart, smiling at Jonas
<Seraphna> Jonas> "If you want, I usually take a gunner's position though." *he starts to climb on up, setting Lucy down on the cart*
<Eluere> <Dawn> Mmhmm. The brave man takes the trigger, not the lead.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis hmms, trying to decide where to sit, and she shifts to sit in the middle of it. Warren shifts in front of her, leaving Jonas in the very front. Darien eyes Erevis' backside apprecatively
01<@DeathStar> 6* Darien shifts about to sit behind her unless beaten to it by Dawn

01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis nods at Jonas. "We are all in, mildly handsome."

<Seraphna> * Jonas starts the cart and stays it at a slow pace as he gets used to the controls. "Just mildly? Awww."
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I am afraid you are not as pretty or cute as Megumi Zhenmei. <Darien> Or as ugly as Xanatos. 6* He hoots, then grunts in pain as an elbow hits his stomach
01<@DeathStar> 6* The cart lurches forward slowly, going about 5 miles per hour; it can go up to 15.
<Seraphna> * Jonas chuckles. "I'll take the compliment." *he shifts it to 10*
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren turns his light off as the cart has it's own light source, then hands Jonas the map of the area; the layout of the tunnels are complicated and maze like. This particular stretch goes for 5 miles straight, but not any deeper into the mountains, but there's two points they can turn right further into the mountains and those have even more junctures
<Eluere> <Dawn> Oh? Where do I rank?
<Eluere> 6Dawn smiles sweetly, batting eyelashes at Erevis.
<Seraphna> * Jonas slows a bit as he works out a path as best he can to start.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis peers back. "You are very pretty yourself; you have some of the asian features Kitten does, but you lack her ears, which I enjoy to touch, so therefore you are not as cute; also I enjoy her bossom which you do not have."

<Seraphna> Jonas> "It's the only way I know I'm not mad." *he turns right, checking the paths that turn left from there on the map*
01<@DeathStar> 6* The first left goes straight ahead 5 miles before a dead end, with a one juncture left, and three junctures right. The second left goes straight 7 miles before a dead end, but it's in the center of the mountain range, with four junctures left, three connecting to the first left's right, and also has four rights of it's own
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I do not know; my kitten looks very pretty in a kimono. If I were not with Xanatos Durran, she might would steal my heart.
<Eluere> <Dawn> Perhaps she has. Hee hee.

<Seraphna> * He takes the second left, scouting the paths on the map.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The last left seems to exit the mountain range, and the four rights all connect to a straight line on the right side of the mountain range; if the base is located in the center of the mountain range, he should ride it all the way to the end. If he thinks it's on the right side of the mountain range, he should take one of the rights.

01<@DeathStar> 6* There's no siignal to match, since Cheryl's signal faded out before the mountains, and the entire area is jamming them. MEaning the base could be anywhere. The pass the first right turn off as he studies everything
<Seraphna> * Jonas lets it go by, he frowns. "Seems we can either head west or north, West is ahead of us, and relatively straight from where we started, any thoughts?"
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> It's possible the base is in the middle of the mountain range; it would be the best place to look first. We cna always take the mine cart back down one of the other tunnels
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Alright then, I'll steer us towards the middle."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren eyes his datapad, hoping for a message from Zeph, but the jamming is still in effect, worse even than when they began
01<@DeathStar> 6* They pass the second right, continuing down the straight run toward the middle of the mountain range. The rock walls begin to get in closer almost, as if going to crush them.
<Eluere> <Dawn> They certainly made interesting mines.
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I--- am... beginning to feel uncomfortable...like I cannot breathe... 6* She notes, eyeing the walls and taking deep breaths suddenly.
<Seraphna> * Jonas looks around a little, taking note of the shrinking space. "Claustrophobic..."
<Seraphna> * Jonas looks back at Erevis. As if noting it for her.
<Eluere> <Dawn> Ah, I know not to cuddle you, then.
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I have never been...claustrophobic before... I just.... 6* She trails off, and begins to meditate.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> The air is thin here; it's dark. Your mind wanders to bad memories. Just try to relax.
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Mmm." *he gets a grim look, setting them to go a bit faster*
01<@DeathStar> 6* They pass the thir right turn off, and the last right turn off begins to come in; the walls are even closer, but still don't touch the cart, as if this area of the mine is strictly for moving and not mining the walls
<Seraphna> * Jonas continues to ride it to the end.
<Eluere> <Dawn> Bad memories, huh...?" 6He chuckles, but then trails off, scowling to the side and quiet.
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I suppose I still not have gotten over certain...events. 6* She notes softly. "I wish my kitten were here with me now..."
<Seraphna> Jonas> "We'll be out of this right enough, one way or another. Don't you worry lady."
01<@DeathStar> 6* They pass the right turn off; just up ahead the tracks are all messed up, as if someone ripped them up. Jonas, at the top speed, only has 6 seconds to hit the brakes.
<Eluere> <Dawn> Kitten? You mean Xanatos Durran? Or that elf you're fond of?

01<@DeathStar> 6* The cart stops just in time. Erevis mooshes against Warren's back, then leans back, blinking at Dawn's question. "I--- Megumi Zhenmei. I enjoy cuddling her in the bath when I feel lonely or upset. Xanatos Durran's hugs are comforting, but he is not soft.."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren climbs out and eyes his datapad. "I'm detecting some sort of power source above us somewhere, but it's hard to make out where with all the rock.

<Seraphna> * Jonas grabs Lucy, waiting for the others to get off. "Could be mining equipment, or some sorta base. Who the hell can get a Ridarium here anyway?"

<Eluere> <Dawn> Hmm. I understand, actually." 6He nods to Erevis, looking distant, then smiles. He observes Warren and glances upward, trying to feel out anything, life, thoughts, if possible
<Eluere> <Dawn> Alexander Cran could.
<Eluere> <Dawn> With enough time, I could. Likely Darien Starr as well. However, if you're looking for probably answers, I couldn't say.
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I believe when I see her again, I will ask Megumi Zhenmei to adopt me as a sister so we can be even closer. I hear sisters share everything.
<Eluere> 6Dawn gets out, crossing his arms. 1"Someone or someones with equivalent resources and time."
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> General Cran's dead, at least. 6* He says, half-wondering if there's some young clone of Cran out there that they haven't encountered yet - dun dun dun
<Seraphna> * Jonas raises a brow. "Alexander Cran? Isn't he dead?"
<Seraphna> * Jonas gets off the cart after Dawn and hefts Lucy up.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren takes point this time, gun in one hand, flashlight with the other. He motions Dawn to walk behind him with the datapad that has the map of the region
<Eluere> <Dawn> Hence my answer of probability. It would be difficult and I have no interest, nor believe Darien Starr to have any in bringing a Ridarium. And Alexander Cran is dead-- but he did have the technology and resources to do so without being seen.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis looks around, then begins to follow after them. Darien rubs the back of his head. <Darien> Giant Ridiariums are too dangerous to just play around with. It must have happened when we were dealing witrh the Dark Ones and the military and government was compromised."
01<@DeathStar> <Darien> That or Angela's become a mad scientist
<Seraphna> * Jonas just grins and moves along after them. "From what I hear, no one likes that woman."
01<@DeathStar> <Darien> She's...complicated. But I still find it hard to believe she's gone evil.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> First Aya, then Cheryl, there is a pattern there that seems to point to her; those are the only two people she felt an affinity toward. Aya as a niece and Cheryl as a sister, since Cheryl didn't completely reject her like others.
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> It is possible, if she is not a prison herself, that someone is playing to her emotions. None of us are beyond such a thing if we were offered something we have been yearning for.
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> If I lost Xanatos Durran or Kitten, I do not know what I would do to have them returned
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Isolate someone, they'll roll in muck just to see another person again. Though from Cheryl's mumblings, she seemed to think Angela might be hoodwinked too."
<Eluere> <Dawn> Hm. I had considered approaching Angela at one point for help.
<Eluere> 6Dawn tilts his head. 1"Since she left your group... I decided against it."

<Seraphna> Jonas> "Probably a bloody twin."
<Eluere> 6Dawn pauses, then grins, pointing at his own face with the index finger of both hands
<Seraphna> Jonas> "...I'm 4 for 5 today, I really need to stop."
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I see. So she looks like you; interesting. If me and my family can help, we will do so; I am psionic, though I am unsure if it will be of aid
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> Hm, since she would have a bossom, I imagine I would say she is prettier than you. 6* She notes thoughtfully
<Eluere> <Dawn> You're a psychic as well?" 6He perks interestedly, then sniffs at the prettier comment, but nods. 1"Yes... she's much cuter than me."

01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren shines a light and then kneels; up ahead they can hear the sounds of a mining operation
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Well, maybe if the mad scientist isn't an evil mad scientist, she can help find the hotter version of you." *he quiets as Warren kneels and moves down to a knee as well*
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren peersw down the tunnel, and they can see other lights ahead, faintly. There's definitely some mining operation going on. Warren puts his gun down and grabs the datapad from Dawn, reading to see when the mines were last used - 20 years ago
<Eluere> 6Dawn gazes over at Jonas, frowning, then holds up two fingers and pulls a Star Wars push on him trying to knock him over, whistling innocently.
<Seraphna> * Jonas stumbles a bit, but is thankfully on his knees and against a wall already, he raises a brow, then looks ahead.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> This place isn't suppose to be in use. 6* He says simply. Darien nods a few times. <Darien> So it's likely the bad guys, or some sort of really organized pirate gang
<Eluere> <Dawn> Shall we take a closer look?
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis seems to focus a bit. "There are many minds; I cannot discern how many or any thoughts amongst them all. We may be dealing with a force larger than our own." <Darien> That was a given
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren turns the lights off and shifts forward, holding both guns as he does, sticking to the walls to try to blend in as he gets closer to the mining operation ahead.
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Mmm..." *he pulls the railgun up onto his back, considering the catastrophic consequences of using it in a small mine shaft, and pulls out a shotgun instead*
<Seraphna> * Jonas makes his way after Warren.
01<@DeathStar> 6* As they get closer, the large open area is impressively being dug at; machines are step up and drilling ore and rare materials out of the mountains, and a lift is in the center of the area, rising up out of sight into the rock ceiling above them. The entire area is the size of a football field in length, though the height of the place is only 25 meters before hitting rock
<Eluere> 6Dawn joins the entourage, but makes less effort to blend in, smiling, he just seems... naturally... to start being noticed less. As if he just can't be focused on
01<@DeathStar> 6* There's drill gears, about five, all be piloting, and there's five machines set up around the parimeter, for the drilling and stuff, and there appears to be, outside the 5 in the gears, about 20 miners
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis tilts her head at Dawn
<Seraphna> * Jonas pulls out a pair of stun grenades, peering at Warren for orders.
<Eluere> <Dawn> The mechs could cause trouble. Should I disable them>
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> You can disable all five at once?
<Eluere> <Dawn> I can find a way to do so.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren grunts, peering about, then points at one of the machines closest to them, pulling out charges. "We'll need to cause a distraction before we attack; can any of you get to that machine and set these up?"
<Eluere> <Dawn> Oh, no problem.
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Trust the little anarcist."

<Eluere> <Dawn> I think he means anarchist.
<Seraphna> Jonas> "That."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren hands them to Dawn. "Set them and return to us; then we'll discuss who will attack what after the explosion

<Seraphna> Jonas> "No, more like... Robert Catesby."

<Seraphna> Jonas> "A man who led a failed assasination attempt on King James in 1605. He intended to destroy a building the man was in with gunpowder barrels he lined the walls with."
<Seraphna> Jonas> *speaking low still* "He's sometimes called the Chief Anarchist."

01<@DeathStar> 6* Darien checks his sword and gun while he waits on Dawn to set the charges
<Eluere> 6Dawn nods to Warren, then walks out into the cavern, the odd effect increasing in intensity as he waltzes through like he's invisible-- though isn't. And Erevis probably staring.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren remains low to the ground, watching about; the machine Dawn needs to get is along the wall, so he doesn't need to waltz from the wall itself to reach it. Thankfully the mechanic near it is busy typing on his datapad and not watching the machine completely as it drills
<Seraphna> * Jonas seems well armed, not only the armory maintainer, but a walking armory himself when in combat. The Railgun on his back and shotgun are but a few of the toys he's brought with him, clipped to his combat armor. He pulls the combat visor down over his head, similar armor used by some of Warren's other operatives in the past who will always try and remain nameless.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis only seems to have a sword on her back with runes in it, and a bo that's very small on her hip
<Eluere> 6Dawn doesn't do a lot of waltzing then, but moves to put the charges out and return, lessening the aura when he's back near them
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren peers at Dawn when he returns, then nods. "Alright, the first thing we need to take out is the gears. What was your plan, Dawn?"
<Eluere> <Dawn> Remote hacking. Each one has a neural interface from the controls to its mechanical nervous system that I can access via its remote diagnostic system--
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> With the jamming going on here, do you think you can still hack it? Without detecting whoever is above?
<Seraphna> Jonas> "If you could get one, you could turn it on the others and give us time to deal with the miners at least."
<Eluere> <Dawn> Of course. Because I'm not going to use my datapad.
<Seraphna> * Jonas raises a brow.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Darien eyes Dawn
<Eluere> 6Dawn smiles-- like a fox-- 1"I'm going to use the pilot's own controls."
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I see; do you require any aid from me?
<Eluere> <Dawn> It won't set off an alarm if the gear itself runs the diagnostic. And with the pilot unable to access anything while I am doing so they won't alert others.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> I see; what about the other four?
<Eluere> <Dawn> Well, I could attempt to do them all at once. However, it would be far easier to do them one by one since I won't allow them to contact one another.
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Won't someone notice something when the gears stop workin?"
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> Then it's one at a time. Once the explosion goes off, we have to eliminate the other four gears. Dawn, can you use your gear to take on one of the others?
<Eluere> <Dawn> If I'm doing that then I could take them all at once. Especially if Erevis here is another psionic.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> How so?
<Eluere> <Dawn> Operating its computer system from within is much more complicated than just operating its controls.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> I see. Then we'll just have to take out the other four ourselves. I'll take that one, you take that one Jonas, and Darien, you will take that one. Erevis, psionically disable that last
01<@DeathStar> 6* Darien and Erevis nod
<Eluere> <Dawn> Why take them out when I can use them?
<Seraphna> * Jonas nods, he considers and flips a switch on his shotgun, setting it to a charging mode.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> We have to move quickly and I'm not quite sure of your level of abilities yet. After I've judged how you do with one, then the next time I'll be more comfortable having you do more. But we also have 20 miners that are going to come in at us, and they are likely armed, too, so we need to move fast. Once we take the pilots of the other four gears out, we can focus on them
<Eluere> <Dawn> Frankly I'd just use the gear to attack the miners. The other gears will focus on taking mine out of commission.
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Dawn, can you tell us where the cockpits are located on those things?" *he peers out, and holds out four stun grenades*
<Eluere> <Dawn> From there I can manipulate another of the remaining and turn it on the others. They'll never focus on finding us.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren points. "The cockpits are right there. See all the glass?"
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Got it."
<Eluere> <Dawn> These aren't combat models. They're not made for combat.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> I would also agree with your assement, Dawn, if I hadn't see a Giant Ridiarium, and a jamming device that's taking out sophiscated equipment out. they know we're here somewhere, and once we attack, they might lock onto us with troops above.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> I'd like to take out all the pilots simply because they are more likely to have communication equipment inside their gears
<Seraphna> Jonas> "...Lethal force?"

<Eluere> <Dawn> Then your boy here is a sniper. Have him aim for one. Have Erevis incapacitate another. I'll have the gear attack another gear. That just leaves two.
<Eluere> <Dawn> Mine won't be able to communicate. One.
<Eluere> <Dawn> You can handle the last pilot right, Warren Carmichael?" 6He smiles.
<Seraphna> * Jonas eyes his shotgun and grenades, then Dawn at the term 'sniper'.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> I already have picked out my target. 6* He says simply. He gets his detonator ready for the machine
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> Would your railgun not penetrate the cockpit better than your shotgun?
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Yes, but I'm a little bit worried it might also penetrate the mine wall, shafts nearby, and collapse something."
<Seraphna> Jonas> "...Lucy's a tough girl."
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I see. How are you able to tell a gun's gender?
<Seraphna> Jonas> "I pick em."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis tilts her head. "I suppose in a way I picked my gender as well." <Warren> We go on 1. 3.

<Seraphna> * Jonas charges the shotgun, readying to spring out.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> 1. 6* He clicks the detonator and the machine explodes, shaking the mine hard as parts and metal go flying, taking out three miners next to it. The other 17 miners pause and look around stupidly, while the gears turn slightly
<Eluere> 6Dawn holds out his hands, smiling, then starts to manipulate one upon the others, tackling with its drill arms out to try and clip two by the cockpit
<Seraphna> * Joans leaps out and rolls, coming up in front of his assigned target mech, as he gets upright, he aims the charged shotgun and pulls the trigger, a mini detonation occurs as it blasts a massive charge of energy at the cockpit window.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis focuses on the mind of one pilot, shifting and knocking their head hard against their controls and knocking them out; that pilot's gear runs forward with the drills going, mowing down three other miners in a bloody splatter
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dawn's gear jerks and grinds up two, while Warren fires his twin guns into the cockpit of another, shattering them due to the enhancements he's made. Jonas' cockpit gear window shatters open and he partially wounds the pilot in it, but he can see him trying to grab his comm
01<@DeathStar> 6 *Darien moves out, firing his gun at other miners, especially those turning toward Jonas and going for their guns
<Seraphna> * Jonas levels the shotgun and fires a regular blast right into the cockpit through the window.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The pilot jerks at Jonas'; shot gun blast and falls over, his gear drilling into the wall aimlessly. The remaining 12 miners quickly turn toward the group, but Erevis whips out the Rune Blade and swings, sending a wave of wind at four and knocking them into the drills of Dawn's gear

01<@DeathStar> 6* The miners collapse from Jonas' shot. Erevis glances at him. "It is the Rune Blade. Ariel left it to me before she died. The remaining four pull out guns and fire at Jonas, and Warren takes aim, taking two's heads off with two well placed shots
<Eluere> 6Dawn blinks. 1"Rune blade..?" 6He casually lifts his right hand up some, lifting one of the two remaining into the air and then with a shift of his wrist, flings him across the ground toward jagged metal on a wrecked gear
<Seraphna> * Jonas shifts his arm up as the shotgun makes a small beeping noise, he fires it at the remaining four.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The last two are taken out and fall over; the smoke from the damaged machine begins to fill the small area with already thin air, so Warren hurries over to the lift and calls it back down. Erevis nods to Dawn, following after Warren. Darien takes up the lead, checking about

<Seraphna> * Jonas moves over, sliding the gun away and patting his shotgun, like a pet that did a good job.

01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren eyes the lift coming down with three soldiers wearing tactical suits, a helmet, and rifles. Do their vantage point on the ground, they can see their legs first before they can see them, but they've no doubt spotted the smoke
<Seraphna> * Jonas readies his shotgun, thankfully not in mini-bazooka mode.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren aims his guns up; Erevis looks up and swings the Rune Blade again and knocks the three men off the lift, causing them to crash around Jonas and Dawn. They quickly begin to recover, reaching for their guns
<Seraphna> * Jonas turns his shotgun on one and fires point blank, kicking at the other one's helmeted head with a thick combat boot.
<Eluere> 6Dawn swiftly moves in, lifting his right hand to shove one backwards psionically, the left hand spins the knife into his palm and shifts to stab it for the neck of the one Jonas likely exposes by kicking in the head.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Jonas' shotgun tears through the tactical suit due to the close range, causing blood to splatter out. As Jonas kicks the other's head, the helmet absorbs the impact easily, and Dawn's knife would tear bounce off
01<@DeathStar> 6* The two begin to rise and Darien and Warren both attack one of them, Warren blasting at the throat to tear the tactical due to the close range and Darien cutting his throat
<Seraphna> * Jonas pulls out his gun with his free hand and starts firing his gun into the one remaining, the gun fires on automatic after a double squeeze.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The last one jerks as Jonas' shots shatter his helmet and expose flesh for Dawn
<Eluere> 6Dawn makes a face, backing off. Automatic fire will take care of it.
<Seraphna> * Jonas keeps firing then. Not a man to back off from a kill.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Jonas splatters the man's head off eventually, sending it rolling away. Erevis makes a face
<Seraphna> * Jonas shakes the gun as the shots end and holsters it. "Never a pretty sight that close up."

01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren grunts and steps onto the lift, the suits of the enemy now useless to wear as disguises. Darien climbs up after him

<Seraphna> * Jonas frowns a bit and moves in. "Dunno, a shot to the head tends to kill pretty fast, a sword wound can take hours to kill sometimes."
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> I am using the sword for the runes. I prefer this. 6* She pulls out her staff and it extends
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Painful." *he readies his shotgun again*
01<@DeathStar> 6* And then she elegantly sweeps Jonas and Dawn's feet out so they land on top of each other
<Seraphna> * Jonas jerks, having been walking into the elevator, he falls on Dawn.
<Eluere> 6Dawn pauses, then leans back, closing his eyes and leaning up a little, like a shy woman for a first kiss
<Seraphna> * Jonas stares and gets up, moving into the lift.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis tilts her head and leans forward, giving her cheek to Dawn's lips
<Eluere> <Dawn> Spoilsport.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Then she helps him up; once they're all on the lift, Warren hits the up button
<Seraphna> Jonas> "I ain't makin kissin men a habit."

<Seraphna> Jonas> "Prove it."

<Eluere> <Dawn> Y-You would have me strip for your own reasons..!?" 6He seems to blush and shyly back soff.
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Oi."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis blinks and Darien eyes him; they arrive inside a room that's atypical for an evil base, and all around them ore material can be seen. Men in protective outfits begin to approach with mobile carts to move the ore to what seems to be an assembly line to the side, where the materials go inside a furnance. They pause, staring at the five of them, and turn toward 3 guards nearby
<Seraphna> * Jonas tosses a stun grenade out at them.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The stun grenade goes off and the men merely stumble from the force, but aren't stunned with their protective outfits. The three guards, further away, turn at the noise and begin to aim their wepaons
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren takes aim, firing at one guard, while Erevis swings the rune blade, sending a wall of ice into another
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> 'Chill' off.
<Seraphna> * Jonas clucks his tounge and tosses another grenade out at the men as he moves out of the elevator to not hav them all in one spot, and too far to snipe with a shotgun.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The men in the protective suits are knocked by the second grenade and fall onto the assembly line, and are carted toward the furnance. The last guard takes aim and begins to fire at Erevis, who uses the rune blade to deflect shots.
<Eluere> 6Dawn reaches out, "gripping" the guard and then yanks him toward Erevis.
<Seraphna> * Jonas keeps moving closer and aims his shotgun, squeezing out blasts at the man firing as he pulls out another gun.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis gets ready as the man is yanked toward her, but pauses as Jonas shotguns him so blood splatters on her
01<@DeathStar> 6* The men in the protective suits scream as they enter the furnance
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren moves inside the room quickly, scanning the area for more people, but this area seems to be where they put the ore in and transfer it into the furnance. It's a large room, but there doesn't seem to be anyone else. Nearby is another lift that goes up, it seems.
<Seraphna> * Jonas grumbles as his good side gets the better of him, he runs over and hauls one off the converyor belt, moving to grab another.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Darien shifts around to survey the rest of the room; Erevis is quiet as blood drips from her face and she seems paleish for some reason, staring at nothing in particular as she eyes the blood dripping from her face to her hand
01<@DeathStar> 6* Jonas manages to save the last one, who whimpers in his protective suit like a baby
<Seraphna> * Jonas pulls off the man's helmet and frowns. "Alright, cooperate and you don't join the others."
<Eluere> 6Dawn walks to Erevis and pulls out a hankerchief, wiping Erevis' face off.

<Seraphna> Jonas> "Easy question, who do you work for?"
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis jerks at the touch, but seems to come out of her daze, glancing at Dawn thankfully. She bows her head a bit and steadies her hand so the rune blade quits wavering, and slides it back into the sheath on her back

<Seraphna> * Jonas raises a brow slowly. "Excuse me?"
<Seraphna> Jonas> "What division? Who's your superior?"
01<@DeathStar> <Man> We work for the government! We're part of the Russian Mining Union! My superior is Ronald McGuffin
<Eluere> <Dawn> There's enough red in your hair, dove." 6He nods then keeps by her side, peering about.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren finishes securing the area and Darien shifts back to the others.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis nods once, back to normal it seems; strangely it only seems blood in her face bothers her for some reason
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Bullshit, this mine's been out for 20 years." *he lifts the guy up, as if to put him back on the belt*
01<@DeathStar> <Man> I'm not lying! It's part of a government secret program due to the military base here, so it's off the public records!!
01<@DeathStar> <Man> You want information, g-go talk to the military commander or something!! I'm just a freakin' miner!
<Seraphna> Jonas> "Who's in charge of the military base?"

<Seraphna> Jonas> *raises a brow, then pulls out a stun rod, pressing it to the guy's neck and putting him under*
01<@DeathStar> 6* Darien hrms as he listens. "Some secrety military operation; possible, with how many black ops there are, but suspicious none the less.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The man screams and spazzes due to the rod, pisses himself, and passes out
<Seraphna> * Jonas smashes the man's helmet and puts it back on him, then tosses him to the side of the belt before rising. "Mmm."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis moves with Dawn, pointing out the various runes to him as they talk
01<@DeathStar> 6* Warren frowns when Darien walks to him and tells him what the man said. "We should be ready. We have no idea what awaits us above."
<Seraphna> * Jonas moves over and nods, dusting off his armored gloved hands. "This could go south for the unit pretty fast if it really is EarthGov sponsored."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis nods, then shifts to pull a rune out and attaches it to the back of Dawn's hand - whatever his elemental infinity is.
<Eluere> 6Dawn blinks, peering at the water rune curiously.
01<@DeathStar> <Warren> If it's that black ops, EarthGov would be hard pressed to admit to it, since I have no access to the documents on it, and I'm leader of the lead unit in the military. It could have been put into effect by the Dark Ones for all we know
01<@DeathStar> 6* Erevis hands Warren the Ice Rune and he attaches it to the back of his hand as well. Erevis then seems to keep the remaining runes, since each rune makes the sword a bit stronger

01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> It takes a bit of your energy, not your physical energy, a different sort. Simply think of an attack using water, and it will be so. The rune will respond in two ways depending on the person. I have seem some with two different water attacks, and I have seen some that use it for one attack and for healing injuries. It will respond to what is in your heart and mind
<Seraphna> * Jonas steps into the lift as well, cradling his shotgun.
01<@DeathStar> <Erevis> When I use it, I typically take a water source nearby, and increase the volume and direct it at my target.
<Eluere> <Dawn> You're water affinic?

01<@DeathStar> 6* She glances ahead as they begin to move up slowly toward the ceiling; it opens up to accomodate the lift.
