<Seraphna> * Anyata sends a message to the Special Unit for John McCormick with a status update. Letting him know she will teach Andrea to be a mighty Maverick Slayer.

01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina peers at the ping summons and gives Andrea a pat on the head, getting up to move off. Dealer sighs and follows, peering at Anyata. <Dealer> Well, you want to go a date, babe?
<Seraphna> * Anyata smiles and picks up Andrea. "I have to go to a meeting, I will drop you off in our room, where I expect you to review the videos on Maverick Hunter history."
<Seraphna> * Anyata peers at Dealer. "Yes, after the meeting."

<Seraphna> * Anyata kisses Dealer's cheek, as is custom, then moves off to drop of Andrea and proceed to the command floor.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The command floor is designed much like it was in TAW1; the giant viewscreen, the big office for the leader, and then all the terminals and smaller cubby places for the rest of the team to do work. There's also a table set up in front of the viewscreen so everyone can sit and talk and eye the viewscreen at once. A window is also present, showing space

01<@DeathStar> 6* Iceheart is at the table; Katrina takes a seat at one end, and blinks when Blue sits next to her; the two women peer at each other, one blank and the other apphrensive wondering what it means. Aya quietly takes a seat near the table but not at it

01<@DeathStar> <Iceheart> We've been decoding the information in the files we got. The 5th Column is definitely seeking the Earth Rune in the Rainforest. The Rune Blade has been missing for some time now since Dominator lost his memory. Files from the other reality said the Rune Blade with all the runes can be devastating. For some reason or another, the 5th Column wants them

01<@DeathStar> <Iceheart> They're searching in two other locations as well: Japan and Africa it seems. The information listed gives a little insight onto their plans of operations and locations. I've sent Ire the information and he's taking Africa, something about not liking Japan that much
01<@DeathStar> <Iceheart> We'll go to Japan and look around, see if we can find their operation there. I'm not sure what rune could be in Japan, but we'll have to get it first

<Xanatos2> 6* Cole closes the ramp and lifts them up, blasting out for space, adjusting course for their destination.
<Eluere> 6Null then topples into seats as the shuttle moves abrubtly.
<Eluere> 6She finally makes a noise as she crumbles on the ground and rolls through the aisle into the back.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer relaxes. "Well, I guess it's good you got on and weren't left behind to face Ice's wrath."
<Eluere> 6Null's hand grips the entryway from the back cabin and pulls her head in, twitching as she reaches up and plucks the card out of her cheek. 1"... I'll probably get it anyway for missing the briefing."
<Eluere> <Null> But I wanted to get Aya going.
<Seraphna> Anyata> "In her rear end."
01<@DeathStar> <Dealer> Aya was at the meeting.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer takes the card back apologetically

<Eluere> 6Null hands it to him-- after wiping fluids off on his coat.

<Xanatos2> 6* Cole hums as he flies them along, adjsuting for entry into atmosphere.
<Eluere> 6Null finds a seat beside Dealer since he's got more than enough space and buckles herself in.

<Eluere> <Null> The other half to an elite Hunter's missions and everyday duties especially in combat situations. Don't you read about old hunters?

01<@DeathStar> 6* The coordinates lead them to a pond with an old, ancient shrine, and forest all around; suddenly a rocket flies up from the lake and at the shuttle
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole widens his eyes at the alarms and jerks for evasive manuevers.
<Seraphna> Anyata> "I believe we are on the right track."
01<@DeathStar> 6* The rocket misses the shuttle barely, but then flips and comes back down at it; another rocket is launched from below at them.
01<@DeathStar> <Dealer> I haateeee shutttttles
<Xanatos2> <Cole> Shit. 6He blasts forward, trying to dodge the one below them, peering down for a clear spot in the trees to take them down.
<Seraphna> Anyata> "This is not a favorable situation."
01<@DeathStar> 6* The two rockets collide and explode, sending a shockwave into the shuttle that bounces them hard toward the trees. A manual falls out and says 'When Crashing, make sure not to hit head on - DS'
<Seraphna> Anyata> "Wise words."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Strangely, the rest of the manual is blank
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole tightens his grip on the controls, trying to right them so they can at least crash decently. 1Hold on to your asses.

<Eluere> 6Null types on her wristcomm a message to Aya [Hey, we're about to crash; what was the briefing about?]
01<@DeathStar> 6* As Cole comes in, he land/crashes into the trees, bouncing against a few before coming to a stop. Strangely, the shuttle is one piece, since it wasn't a real crash
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole pauses and opens his eyes. 1Did I do good?
01<@DeathStar> 6* Aya returns a message saying that the 5th Column is looking for Runes; each rune has one element and goes into a sword. There's one supposedly in Japan
01<@DeathStar> 6* A screen flashes his score: 78
<Seraphna> Anyata> "...We actually kept a shuttle in one piece."
<Xanatos2> <Cole> Sweet, I'm average. Alright ladies and Dealer, off the shuttle before we explode.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer sits up, groaning
01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina unbuckles and heads to the back, lowering the ramp. Blue pats Cole's back. <Blue> You're getting better
<Seraphna> * Anyata comms Iceheart to let her know Cole DIDN'T completely crash the shuttle this time, and moves to get out.
<Xanatos2> <Cole> Still got more learning to do. 6He gives her a smile and gets to his feet, moving for the exit.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer hops out and peers about, then points. "Well, the shrine is that way."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina peers about. "They'll no doubt be headed this way to find us; we should move quickly away from the shuttle and circle around the lake to the other side."
<Eluere> 6Null types on her wristcomm a message to Aya [We survived-- wasn't all that bad. I'm having manuals and materials mailed to us. We'll still go shopping later if you want.] Then turns of the holoscreen and gets up, following.
<Seraphna> Anyata> "I believe she has a good plan here."
<Xanatos2> <Cole> You heard her, let's go. 6He points dramatically then locks up the shuttle patting it a few times before turnig to move to circle around the lake.
<Seraphna> * Anyata moves after Cole.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina and Blue follow Cole a quick pace, with Dealer taking up the rear to oogle butts. As they move, they hear sounds of voices, speaking in German, approaching from their right - which is the direction of the lake since they're circling it.
<Seraphna> * Anyata frowns and holds her hands ready, wrists out to form blades on, but not just yet.
<Eluere> 6Null takes her saber handle out of her subspace.
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole frowns and slides up to a tree, pressing against it, he kneels and peers out towards the lake and the voices.
<Seraphna> * Anyata moves up behind a tree as well.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina and Blue both kneel - at the same tree; each of them peer at the other. Dealer jerks around and grabs Anyata and presses her against a tree to protect her; eventually, three Nazis begin to approach with gatling guns.
<Seraphna> * Anyata is apparently saved by Dealer galantly.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer winks as he feels her breasts against him
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Nazis move in the direction of the shuttle, slowly passing by them
<Eluere> 6Null frowns and turns, starting to stalk behind them.
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole rubs his chin slowly and then motions them to ignore the guys, he shifts to begin to move forward, pausing when he sees Null.
<Seraphna> * Anyata looks ready to follow Null's example, but nods and looks to Cole.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The NAzis don't seem to notice Null as they work their way to the shuttle
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole points for Anyata to go help Null since she might need it.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Aya contacts Null with information, letting her know how fast the guns fire, and that they're bullets.
<Seraphna> * Anyata nods and makes her way after Null.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina and Blue glance at Cole to see what he thinks; Dealer follows Anyata
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole gives a shrug and it seems that as long as they're quiet that it's alll good.
<Seraphna> * Anyata makes a silence motion at Null.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The nazis reach the shuttle and poke it, talking to themselves, then radio something in
01<@DeathStar> 6* Blue shifts to hug Blue and play with his ear with her finger
01<@DeathStar> 6* They get some order, then begin to get on the ground, pulling out explosives
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole jerks to make a noise but covers his mouth.
<Seraphna> * Anyata watches Null space out and waits till they end the transmission, she moves in quickly from behind and slices down at two of them with her energy blades.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The two Nazis jerk as Anyata cuts into them, crying out in German as they fall forward; the third man turns, aiming his gun at -- Null and fires away
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer jerks, throwing a card out at the third man, striking his head and making him fall over dead as the shots strike Null
01<@DeathStar> 6* Blue pauses at the gun fire
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole lets out a sigh. 1They'll send people to find out what's going on.
<Seraphna> * Anyata frowns and just checks the explosives.
01<@DeathStar> <Katrina> Well, they already knew we were here.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The explosives were going to be set on a remote detonator to get them after they returned and flew off
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer turns to check on Null, wincing at the bullets in her right shoulder
01<@DeathStar> 6* A voice speaks on the dead men's radio now, in German
<Xanatos2> <Cole> Hopefully they stopped them.
<Seraphna> * Anyata grabs them and tosses the explosives into the water, she then picks up Null. "We need to go now."
01<@DeathStar> 6* The lake is still pretty far off
<Seraphna> * Anyata lets Dealer carry Null then, she boosts off back teh way they came and tosses the explosives away from the shuttle at least.
01<@DeathStar> 6* After a moment, the explosives explode, taking out several trees; Dealer carries Null
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole jerks at the explosion. 1Jesus.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina winces at the explosion. Blue eyes Cole and speaks sardonically. "Awesome team you got there."
<Seraphna> * Anyata rejoins Dealer and walks with him back.
<Xanatos2> <Cole> I didn't train them, this is Ice's team.
<Seraphna> * Anyata comms Cole.
01<@DeathStar> 6* They hear more Nazis coming from the lake now as Dealer arrives back with Null
01<@DeathStar> 6* He carries her by touching her breast and ass
<Seraphna> * Anyata doesn't comm, since they get back. "We stopped them from blowing up the shuttle."
<Xanatos2> <Cole> More approaching. 6He shifts to climb the tree now
<Seraphna> Anyata> "Something is wrong with Null, she has shut down or something..."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina peers up, wincing and moves to hide in the grass; Blue climbs up easily, while Dealer lays in the grass with Null, touching her
<Seraphna> * Anyata climbs up into a tree as well.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Nazis fan out in a sweeping parimter, moving through the forest. Slowly they begin to pass by
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole begins to count to see how many enemies there are.
01<@DeathStar> 6* At a glance, at least in their general area, is about 14. Meanwhile, Null continues to leak battery fluid
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole frowns, not really being able to fight a group that large silently.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Eventually, the NAzis begin to move out of sight as they move into the forest. Katrina lets out a breath, rising
<Seraphna> * Anyata looks at Cole for orders.
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole slips back down the tree and motions. 1Quickly, let's not give them time to double back on us,
01<@DeathStar> <Dealer> I think Null needs some bandages, sir
01<@DeathStar> 6* He pulls Null's top off to show the bullet wounds
01<@DeathStar> 6* Blue hops down
<Seraphna> * Anyata frowns and moves down, she moves over to Null and starts using her repair kit on Null.
<Seraphna> Anyata> "Let that run, carry here and we'll continue. Perhaps she should stop coming on missions if she's going to keep zoning out."
<Xanatos2> <Cole> Move and repair, Anyata. Let's go. 6He begins to move on
<Seraphna> * Anyata motions for Dealer to carry her, the repair running itself as she moves.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer puts her over his shoulder without putting the top back on and follows after Cole
01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina touches her sabre and moves after them, with Blue right behind Cole. Proto rides Cole's shoulder with his tail ready
<Eluere> <Null> Question-- uh. Why didn't you just shoot me.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer peers at Null finally speaking again. "Huh?"
<Eluere> <Null> My auto-repair works faster with energy input.
<Eluere> <Null> --And why are my breasts out!?
<Seraphna> * Anyata eyes Null. "Quiet."
01<@DeathStar> <Dealer> Air helps wounds heal
01<@DeathStar> 6* As Null cries that out; a Nazi leaps out from a hiding spot, firing at them.
<Eluere> 6Null slashes, releases an energy wave at them in annoyance.
<Seraphna> * Anyata moves out of the way of the blast and grabs her blaster.
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole makes a sound of annoyance and shifts to aim for the Nazi.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Nazi is hit and falls over, bleeding; he begins to crawl away, grabbing his comm
<Seraphna> * Anyata fires at his arm.
<Eluere> 6Null drops down and shifts into her hunter armor.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Nazi cries out as his arm is shot in half, bleeding there, the hand gripping the comm. He curses in German, trying to raise his voice
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer sulks
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole tenses to fire a shot for the comm.
<Seraphna> * Anayta fires at his face.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The comm and man are killed
01<@DeathStar> <Katrina> -- Lets move while we still can. They'd have heard the shots.
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole looks annoyed as he turns to continue on.
<Seraphna> * Anyata holsters her gun and moves on.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Katrina speeds up now through the forest, passing Cole. Blue frowns and hurries to catch up, still a bit competitive it seems
<Seraphna> * Anyata moves after both girls, keeping pace and not passing them.
<Xanatos2> 6* Cole jogs after them, apparently to make sure it keeps civil.
<Eluere> <Null> Yeah..." 6She brings up the rear now, disappointing Dealer.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Dealer hurries along, huffing as he does. As they circle around the lake, fire comes down at the two women from the tree tops; Blue is hit and drops and Katrina grabs her and rolls with her. A Nazi sniper is in a tree, firing away
<Seraphna> * Anyata moves herself in front of them, activating her blades defensively and covering Katrina and Blue.
