<DeathStar> 6* John puts on some gauntlets and lowers the ramp, stepping down into the oppressive heat, grabbing a backpack of water bottles

<DeathStar> 6* Eve works on trying to get the blasters to work under water, never designed for such usage. Katrina keeps working on getting medical and Aya/Butler stablized, though Butler is basically okay, she wants the machines helping her at their fullest for when the injured are hurt

<Kit> 6Megumi uses her connections to see it so for Katrina.
<Seraphna> * Seraphna is working on making sure the shields are up and running. Ordering as many weapon systems online and installed as possible. Having reploids helping with heavy lifting.
<Jackieness> <XX> *perpares the base for battle with unusual enthusiasm rather than her characteristic annoyance*
<DeathStar> 6* ICeheart's body lays to the side for now. Once Katrina finishes she sits down and tries to reconnect her hastily
<Seraphna> * Elayne checks the comms again and again to see if their call for help got out. Doing what she can to get the base controls as reactive as possible.

<DeathStar> 6* DS slides Umi some reploid canine armor for when she goes into her celestial dog/wolf form. Once Chii is on board, and Truth/Seth/Cronie/Ash, DS takes off, since Null likely never got off.

<DeathStar> 6* DS sets Chii on top of a map and lets her guide them, flying in the direction she indicates with her tail, like she was a compass.

<DeathStar> 6* AS they get closer, Chii would sense Cheryl in nothingness ahead. Literally, the sky is empty. Yet instincts tell her to tell DS to stop in the next 10 seconds or something bad will happen

<Kit> 6Chii forms a seal with her hands and holds them up. 1"Suiton!" 6Then carreens a fountain of water forward.
<DeathStar> 6* The water hits a barrier, which ripples.
<Seraphna> Anyata> "....A ship?"
<Kit> 6Chii forms a nother and holds her hand forward. 1"Raiton!" 6Frying the water with electricity.
<Seraphna> Seth> "We weren't planning on stealth at all, were we?"
<DeathStar> 6* The electricity hits the barrier and fizzles out a part of it, revealing a hole in the cloak they can see through, but not pass. DS angles and on the other side is a floating Skull Fortress. And it's targetting them
<DeathStar> 6* The skull fortress launches 50 missiles and DS begins to dodge them, flipping and twirling
<Seraphna> Anyata> "It's locking on! Is that... Wily's Fortress?"
<kalonZombie> <Ash> Who else builds giant skull castles?

<DeathStar> 6* She grasps onto Truth and Umi

<Seraphna> * SEth focuses and fires out an Ice Storm where it was weakened.
<Seraphna> * Truth summons a Holy Pillar at the spot hoping to overload it.
<DeathStar> 6* Their attacks do little against the barrier
<DeathStar> 6* DS keeps boosting, the shuttle straining despite his skill
<Seraphna> Seth> "We need somethin bigger!"
<DeathStar> 6* The skull fortress seems to have an endless supply. Jean frowns,closing her eyes
<Seraphna> * Anyata takes weapons controls and tries firing the shuttle's weapons at the barrier.
<Kit> <Chii> Grrrr
<Kit> 6Chii chants and starts her summoning ritual again, calling on Phoenix and Ixion.
<Chain> 6*Umi pops her head out, shifting to her dog form to try and use a wind blast
<kalonZombie> 6*Ash shoots at the missiles as DS keeps trying to avoid, having been doing this the whoooole time. Yup.
<DeathStar> 6* The two summons appear, draining most of Chii's spirit, able to do one attack, and combined with everyone elses' bust through the barrier, some attacks even going through and flying through missiles. DS boosts through the hole
<Seraphna> Anyata> "You'd think Sera would have invented an anti-Wily gun or something."
<DeathStar> <DS> Hold on.
<DeathStar> <Jean> I am!! *she clings to Wyrd to give Umi free range of movement8
<Seraphna> * Truth holds Jean.

<kalonZombie> 6*Ash holds tight onto the weapons controls
<DeathStar> 6* DS boosts forward and spins
<Seraphna> * Anyata grumbles and holds on tight. "How bothersome."
<DeathStar> 6* The Skull Foretress' eyes begin to glow
<Seraphna> Anyata> "Probably some sort of death ray!!!"
<Kit> <Chii> It's coming from eyes-- turn the shuttle sideways and go between.
<Kit> <Chii> Your pilot's crazy enough to do it.
<Chain> 6*Umi blinks at it
<Seraphna> Seth> "Whoooooo!"
<Kit> <Null> I could try to absorb it and shoot it back." 6She mumbles.
<Seraphna> Anyata> "I think that's too much even for you Null."
<DeathStar> 6* The eyes fire constant beams at them and the fortress moves, trying to hit them. DS goes around and between them, trying to avoid, but missiles begin to fly. Storm Eagle's vessel also shows up

<Seraphna> Anyata> "Your ship looks bad and you should feel bad!"
<kalonZombie> 6*Ash keeps firing at the missiles when he can
<kalonZombie> <Ash> At least it's better than a giant penguin!
<Seraphna> * Seth starts creating Ice Shards outside the ship and sending them after missles, creating his own flack.
<Seraphna> Anyata> "We need an in, now."
<Chain> 6*Umi uses her wind barks to try and knock them off course
<DeathStar> <DS> ... Who can teleport?
<Seraphna> Anyata> "I can. As can Ash."
<DeathStar> 6* Umi knocks some missiles off for DS, giving him space to twirl around the ice beams, trying to keep away from the storm eagle
<DeathStar> <Jean> Jean can power them
<DeathStar> <DS> Understood. Everyone, grab onto those two. EVERYone. I'll keep dodging
<DeathStar> 6* Jean nods, touching Anya and Ash
<Seraphna> * Seth grabs onto Anyata's ass, she squeaks.
<DeathStar> 6 *DS zooms straight up as a beam clips the shuttle, jerking it, frying off part of the back, suction beginning to whip about the shuttle
<Seraphna> * Truth touches Anya and touches Jean too.
<kalonZombie> 6*Ash gives Seth a look and grabs onto as many people as he can
<Seraphna> * Seth holds up a hand and makes an Ice Wall at the back of the shuttle.
<Chain> 6*Umi shifts so she can use those nifty fingers and thumbs to hold on
<Seraphna> Anyata> "You too DS!"
<DeathStar> 6* DS rocks the shuttle so Chii lands onto one, and Jean grabs Wyrd's tail with her foot. DS twists. "No time. Go now!"
<DeathStar> 6* A beam hits the shuttle
<DeathStar> <DS> I'll pick you up later.
<Seraphna> * Anyata starts the teleport, synching with Ash.
<Seraphna> Anyata> "You better!"
<kalonZombie> 6*Ash scynchs up with Anyata and teleports
<DeathStar> 6* Jean powers them as another beam hits the shuttle. They appear inside the fortress as a faint boom is heard somewhere
<Seraphna> Anyata> "...He better be alright. Seraphna will be upset if he was damaged."
<kalonZombie> 6*Ash shakes it off, looking over at Anya "You okay?"
<Seraphna> Anya> "...Yes. Now, Chii. Direct us to your Cheryl."
<DeathStar> 6* Jean looks around - they seem to be in a corridor. Chii can feel Cheryl is nearby. Signs on the wall say Area B-4
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl feels to be three floors up
<Seraphna> Seth> "You know, I thought the Shadow Ship was a bit much... this is just wild."
<Seraphna> Anyata> "Objectives clear, A) Resuce Cheryl, B) Rescue Harupia and Leviathan, C) Escape. Destruction of Wily's fortress is a bonus."
<kalonZombie> <Ash> Actually this is pretty tame for Wily.
<Seraphna> * Anyata waits for Chii to direct them.

<kalonZombie> 6*Ash nods, pulling his spear from subspace
<Seraphna> * Anyata nods and peers for the fastest way up.

<DeathStar> 6* The hallway seems to stretch onward for a distance
<Seraphna> Truth> "I am fine. We will destroy this enemy. And then spank them."
<Seraphna> * Anyata looks up to see how difficult the direct approach would be.
<DeathStar> <Jean> ... *She just nods quietly, musing*
<DeathStar> -SCENE SHIFT-
<DeathStar> 6* John stops before a run down mechanical tower who's top seems to have a strange device. He frowns. "We need to destroy this place afterwards. It's too dangerous to leave standing."
<Seraphna> * Crim looks at him blankly.
<DeathStar> 6* He makes a run and slides along to the entrance, peering around in case anything targets them, sighing in relief when nothing happens. AS he approaches, the doors do not even opening and grabs them, straining and sliding them open with brute strength
<Seraphna> * Crim leaps up and assists him.
<kalonZombie> 6*Leruste pulls his swords out just in case, walking alongside Rachael
<DeathStar> 6* Rachael looks about - the tower feels off to her for some reason. As they open, the inside seems even more run down, circuits and worm like things all over, actually wires. An elevator platform looks run down that should run up and terminals are broken down. It looks decayed with age
<DeathStar> 6* John nods to Crim as they walk in and peers upward
<Seraphna> * Crim makes climbing motions.
<kalonZombie> <Leruste> [What? This place doesn't have any stairs or anything?]
<DeathStar> 6* John nods a bit, but tries to find a way up. Rachael shrugs to Leruste
<Seraphna> * Crim looks about as well.
<DeathStar> 6* John walks about, eyeing things - pausing when he finds one terminal not so badly damaged, then jerks - it has some Motenk tech. He studies it
<DeathStar> <John> I'll be goddamned.
<DeathStar> 6* John begins to input the data, then when it opens up an area for an arm to be laid, does so, wincing as a needle jabs his arm, hissing. "I hope I don't regret this."
<DeathStar> 6* He winces as black lines run up his arm and into his head a moment before vanishing, then the platform turns on as the arm lock releases him. Rachael studies John as he walks onto the platform, shaking his arm
<Seraphna> * Crim follows him, looking questioningly at him.
<kalonZombie> <Leruste> [This guy is crazy.]
<Seraphna> Crim> [We've done similar.]
<kalonZombie> <Leruste> [Yes, but we are also crazy.]
<Seraphna> Crim> [Then he is like us.]
<DeathStar> 6* RAchael steps on and the platform zooms upward the platform, showing images of humanity at various stages of life, including being advanced at one point due to intereference from the "Motenks" which were a branch of the Progenitors will, building the Tower of Babel, and trying to use it against the Motenks so they used it to change their language and scatter the humans, moving away from Earth to set up bases elsewhere in the galaxy. The Tower continued to record documents, up to the reploid wars and whatnot. These images flash all the way to the top, where more terminals are located, and a giant ass cannon
<DeathStar> 6* John walks over and begins to type on a terminal, motioning at Leruste to touch a pad, then he touches another pad, waiting
<kalonZombie> 6*Leruste moves over to the pad to touch it
<DeathStar> 6* Leruste feels a jolt through him and Rachael jerks as each of their marks spark, including Butler's across the globe. John winces. Then he speaks and they understand. "Testing, 1, 2. 3."
<Seraphna> Crim> "We can undersand you now..."
<kalonZombie> <Leruste> Neat. Aaaaand a little creepy.
<Seraphna> Crim> "Well, if it works. Now what do we do."
<DeathStar> <John> Get back to the shuttle and back to the base, after we destroy this place. This place can't fall into any hands. 6* He begins to overload the system
<Seraphna> * Crim nods. "Should we run?"
<kalonZombie> <Leruste> General past experience says yes.
<DeathStar> 6* Suddenly everything powers down for John and internal weapons begin to aim. Apparantly, the tower wants them dead, and they're pretty high up
<Seraphna> Crim> "...This doesn't seem good."
<DeathStar> <John> ... 6* John winces - even though there's no "walls" this high up due to the giant gun aimed outward, jumping is suicidal, and they need to destroy the tower. John eyes the gun.

<DeathStar> <John> Can you all survive a fall while I try to bring this place down? I can give you my comm to call for help afterward

<DeathStar> 6* The explosion rips through JOhn as he punches, the shot also hits him, jerking his body as they're wind blasted off and going through the air
<Seraphna> * Crim hurls his spear with all his might in the direction of the wall as they fly and reaches out, using his acrobatics to try and position himself to catch John, anticipating the blast to send him out faster.
<DeathStar> 6* The burning John spins through the air, and when Crim catches him, the flames begin to burn Crimson the Red as they go down, the spear hits the wall and breaks off, the metal not working - the explosions begin to tear down the tower anyway, and a mighty explosion shockwave shoots out and hits them all mid-air and sends them all flying, scattering them in mid-air
<Seraphna> * Crimson holds on, focusing as he fights through the pain, soaring with Rachael and Ler, he begins using a Templar Heal Lv. 4 to keep John alive trusting Rachael to get them down.

<DeathStar> 6* The shuttle comes flying in, John having managed to hit the button, despite being half burnt and half fead, alive thanks to the heal. It slams into Leruste, him hitting the windshield and flies toward Crim and John, slamming into them and they samsh through the windshield inside, breaking more bones as they hit seats
<Seraphna> * Crimson shifts, using his Acrobatic landing, keeping his death grip on John and hurling him up at the last second to cushion his fall, then ducking into the roll to try and prevent death, if taking solid injury.

<DeathStar> 6* There's no sign of vitals from Eve's suit after her gear took out a ship by crashing into it.
<DeathStar> 6* The blast flying at her is barely deterred, slamming into the deck and blinding XX, throwing her back. When her vision clears, the main gun remains, but is damaged. Her blast managed to keep it in one piece.
<DeathStar> 6* But it can't take another hit like that.
<Seraphna> * Seraphna frowns at that, staring at the screen before tapping buttons to activate more internal defenses. She looks at the officers on deck. "Weapons ready."

<DeathStar> 6* Nazis begin to break into the core, throwing explosives inside all around, bouncing about

<DeathStar> 6* It fires and blows up the flag ship of the Nazis, a Nazi symbol of smoke drifting. The big gun begins to overload - XX better run
<DeathStar> 6* As Butler tries to get to Seraphna, she'd notice fighting in the armory
<Seraphna> Seraphna> "Shit, there goes our best gun."
<DeathStar> 6* Turn to PAge 34 to keep going to the command center, or 12 to the armory
<Kit> 6Megumi pauses, peering over at the overload, holding out her hands and attempts to wrench it off and hurtle it into waves of the enemy ships.

<DeathStar> 6* Megumi manages to do so, flinging it, but it drains her of all her energy, leaving her helpless as a kitten needing milk on the ground as it flies, exploding and damaging three ships and sinkiing two. The Nazi fleet isi n trouble. As Butler arrives, she'd find Ace fighting off 30 Nazis, 14 dead. He tosses her a comm. "Tell the boss later they're trying to blow up the armory to sink the station." 6* It seems there's enough here if it blows, it'll take them all out

<AquaKoala> *Butler nods, talking into the comm "Bad guys are trying to blow up the armory."
<Seraphna> * Seraphna responds by sending guards down there on priority, she also starts locking down the armor.

<DeathStar> 6* The Nazis turn and the blasts begin to rain down at Butler. The armory doesn't lock down, damaged.
<DeathStar> 6* Ace whips and grabs some uzi blasters, firing over the side of a metal bar at the Nazis
<Seraphna> * Seraphna comms all. "I need backup at the armory. Repeat, prevent the armory from being damaged."

<AquaKoala> *Butler blinks, trying to push herself to Ace, trying to use any energy se has and her lifeforce to putt up a crystal wall

<DeathStar> 6* He pulls Butler close, holding her there as the blasts rain around, the wall chipping away. He grabs a grenade from the armory and tosses it, blowing up part of it, but not at the key area that will sink, the area shaking and knocking Butler and Ace down

<DeathStar> 6* With the majority of the fleet damaged and the Hunter Station barely afloat, it seems they might be winning when suddenly Cheryl smashes through the door, her arm destroyed, internal organsi n the stomach area showing and falling out, and leg half gone as hits the wall. Senreich walks in wearing power armor and with three armored Nazi, weapons aimed at Seraphna, and one at Cheryl's head.

At one point Jean screamed in pain and grabbed her head, mumbling about two people being severely hurt by something and a third wounded - the marked of this reality. Other than that, so far they have taken it stealth until it's become clear that Vile is experimenting on Cheryl...which is where this scene opens up, as Chii feels Cheryl's pain. They're trying to extract her reality powers, knowing about it. As she screams, reality bends about the area afor a moment, like their insides were twisted

Inside a giant sphere is Cheryl, naked with needles in her breasts, stomach, head, eye sockets, arms and legs spread out, wires running from the needles into the sphere, and it's obviously shaking her, forming reality tears and rips and shaking the fabric of reality. AT the controls, in a chamber far above them, behind reinforce glass with a force field, is Dr. Wily, but in the actual room with Cheryl and the team is Vile, with his scarred helmet.

Wily stares in slack jawed horror, knowing the reinforced glass isn't THAT strong, and runs out of the booth. All they have to do now is get up there and turn off the sphere. And all someone has to do is wake up Wind to undo Infinity Vile so they can fight him fairly

Wind and Megumi force the government, with Wind being president, to throw more money at Hunter Station and it begins to get repaired even faster than ever, since the naval fleet had no chance against Senreich yet a broken base took the entire fleet down. The funerals for Cheryl and Eve, who's body was not found, will be held in a few days, and Jennifer remains in London, following a lead she found off camera. There is a lot here to mini, and should be minied before Thurs, which will be short, keep in mind. With the medieval teams and whatnot catching up. And the classic teams trying to pull themselves together. Construction crews work overtime to work the station. Wind never chides Seraphna for Cheryl's death, though her arm and half a leg was found in the hallway.
