He wears a type of cloak around his body but under it is armor of some type, and a large sword that is made of the finest materials Kaelan has ever seen - and some she hasn't - is on his back

<Seraphna> * Kaelan peers over McTreggor. "W-Wait... I have some questions of my own."

<DeathStar> 6* Rose quietly watches them all talk, mimicing Zeal's posture

<Seraphna> * Kaelan takes a breath. "Our friend is the Angel."
<kalonZombie> *Tanan raises an eyebrow at that, never having heard it before
<DeathStar> 6* Thomas peers at Kaelan slowly, letting a slight hiss and giving her such a look that if it could kill her, she would fall down dead on top of Mercy's lap as she washed clothing
<DeathStar> 6* McTreggor's face remembers a poker face, but he nods and shifts to sit down again, but near the cave entrance
<Xanatos> <Tal> Ooooh, Tom so mad at you.
<Kit> <Zeal> I would have told him if she had not, so no reason to be angry with her.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "It was obvious we could risk it when he didn't look twice at Lilica."
<DeathStar> <Thomas> We know nothing of the man. And you would tel lhim such a thing after he cut down a S-Class monster alone and with visible wounds?

<Kit> <Zeal> A man with his strength could have found the angel long ago if he desired. He is a known tracker as well, it would have been effortless were it his concern.
<Kit> <Zeal> Our trail and exploits are no longer new henceforth. Our trail is long and known.

<Seraphna> Kaelan> "I've heard tales that McTreggor is truely immortal myself, but... I suppose that comes from the heritage and keeping up the whole killing monsters thing?"
<Kit> <Zeal> It is quite possible he is not from our lands.
<DeathStar> <McTreggor> Anything can become tales if people whisper them enough. I have heard comments about the destruction the angel has carved through the kingdoms since arriving, after all. And each time the tale is worse than before with more dead, even if the first time I heard it the city hado only lost 100, it could become 100,000
<Kit> <Zeal> The church is full of better liars than I had ever known.
<kalonZombie> <Tanan> Well the church does have a tendency to overreact a bit.
<Xanatos> <Tal> Not just church, rumor spread , warp, and twist.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Well, he has a point, rumor does change the facts. So does, you know, claiming a lie like the Angel killing anyone."
<Seraphna> * Kaelan sighs. "The church tends to blame us on what they do."
<DeathStar> <McTreggor> These tales I do not hear from the church, but from ordinary folks
<kalonZombie> *Tanan says little else about the church. To many mixed memories.

<Xanatos> <Tal> No. Honest people just repeat what told.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Because most ordinary folks believe what the church says, it's only normal."
<DeathStar> <Rose> But if believe, will try to hurt us.

<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Living out here will make anyone strong, if they live long enough."

<Kit> 6Zeal nods to Mercy, taking out a needle and starts to mend it
<DeathStar> 6* Soma paws at the needle and tries to bite it
<DeathStar> 6* Wynne lifts her head up at that price
<DeathStar> <Rose> But how do we change mind?
<Seraphna> * Kaelan tilts her head a little. "I have to ask... why do you react as you do? I've rarely met people that would look at some of my friends with so little concern."

<kalonZombie> *Tanan shakes his head, appalled at the fact people offer money for a human life

<Kit> 6Zeal eyes Soma sternly, then returns to mending.

<DeathStar> 6* Soma bites gently on her hand and tries to hold on
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Rather, lack of reaction."
<DeathStar> 6* McTreggor stares at her impassively, while Thomas eyes him uneasily

<Xanatos> <Tal> ...lot of gold.
<DeathStar> <Lilica> Yeah. Think we could hand her over, get paid, then rescue her? Would make saving the world a lot easier
<Xanatos> <Tal> Kael wonder why you look at us, demons. 6He motions to himself and Lil. But not get violent like most.
<Kit> <Yewn> Buy better equipment with that kind o' gold. But troublesome when doin' anything with th'church
<Seraphna> * Kaelan sighs and nods, having been eyeing him warily and looking for the right words.
<DeathStar> <McTreggor> There is no price on your heads, or jobs on the Azuha with you.
<Kit> <Yewn> Bring it, buddy." 6She sniffs.
<Seraphna> * Kaelan actually looks relieved. "A true hunter to the core then."
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Can I ask where you got such armor made? It's made with materials I don't recognize... and that's a rarity."
<DeathStar> <McTreggor> I'm afraid I cannot tell you that. 6* He considers something. "Though if you allow me to travel with you for a time, I will let you look at it later." 6* He notes.

<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Curiosity killed the catmew... but I suppose. It's not like we could stop you if you wanted to follow us, or hide from you, I bet."
<Xanatos> <Tal> Couldn't? 6He looks at Kealan.
<Kit> 6Zeal peers over her her sewing. 1"That's why I brought it up."
<kalonZombie> <Tanan> Last I heard, the Angel was supposed to be the destruction of Taraeh, the being to tear the world apart from it's foundations and undo creation from it's seams... but then again I am behind on my current dogma. I imagine anybody claiming to be them would fetch a large sum from the Church, no matter their race, miss Rose
<DeathStar> 6* Soma climbs on Zeal's hand to wiegh it down and claim victory
<Kit> <Zeal> Originall I was going to end the angel's life before she awoke. But I wished to know-- the true person.

<DeathStar> <Lilica> And you'd have to ask her that, wouldn't you, Tan? 6* She asks, amused as her tail swishes against Yewn's face
<kalonZombie> <Tanan> But I thought the Angel was to kill the gods...
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "It's complicated, there are two sides to her. Both of them are kind though, and want to do the right thing. The Angel doesn't desire the destruction of this world though."
<Kit> 6Yewn giggles, then jerks.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Anyway... you can join us for now, McTreggor... do you have a first name? I feel odd speaking the name of a fabled legend every few moments."

<Seraphna> Kaelan> "How's Mac?"
<DeathStar> 6* Lilica snickers and her tail shifts to Yewn's sides. Mercy quietly seems thoughtful, then speaks up. "What are we going to do now that we have the gem?"

<Kit> 6Yewn flails, ticklish it seems
<DeathStar> 6* McTreggor doesn't give a visible emotion to either, simply shifting his shoulders as if saying call him what you will.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "It was the whole of our mission, so now we need to... go home, as it were. Zeal, Thomas and I will talk about it in a moment."
<DeathStar> 6* Wynne smiles at Yewn and pets her ears. Lilica finally stops her assault, then glances at Mercy, then the others
<DeathStar> <Thomas> We cannot go back the way we came.
<Kit> <Zeal> I think I'll call him Sir Tre.
<DeathStar> 6* Amalia sneezes and startled Ethia, but then both settle back down
<Seraphna> * Kaelan looks at Thomas and nods to Zeal. "That's why we need to talk to... her."

* Seraphna peers at Lilica. She moves over and whispers to her. "Can you try and feel out for a Light Stone, Nephilim was able to feel them out."

<Kit> <Zeal> hm..." 6She closes her eyes and attempts to feel out a stone
<kalonZombie> *Tanan sits on his knees and starts mediating, feeling out for a possible answer
<DeathStar> 6* Zeal would feel nothing; after all, Jean has never really felt stones before, and she has to be within a certain distance of a magic gem or white gem
<Seraphna> * Kaelan looks towards McTreggor. "What's the nearest village to here? I don't have my bearings right now."

<DeathStar> <McTreggor> I would suppose the wandering tribal villages of Bellte, Vaor, and Ertin
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Thought as much... We should head towards the triangle and try to catch one."

<DeathStar> 6* Rose considers. "Rose watch with Mr. Monk." 6* She follows before anyone can counter
<DeathStar> 6* Lilica shrugs and flops over
<Seraphna> * Kaelan peers at him a moment at his words, and nods.

<DeathStar> 6* Rose sits near the front of the entrance with Tanan as the others prepare for sleep. "Mr. Tanan - why here?"
<DeathStar> 6* Thomas shifts to lay down, resting his head on his backpack. McTreggor shifts to lean against a cave wall, sleeping sitting up while Lilica sprawls out across Yewn and Wynne as pillows
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy quietly gets some blankets out for Zeal and Kaelan, then snuggles against Kaelan
<kalonZombie> <Tanan> I wish to meet the Lady Lenneth... though it appears I have stumbled into something far greater.
<Seraphna> * Kaelan looks to Thomas and Zeal. "We should have Zeal see if she can... you know."
<Seraphna> * Kaelan wraps an arm around Mercy.
<DeathStar> <Rose> Why want to meet?
<DeathStar> 6* Thomas nods once to Kaelan, and closes his eyes as well. Ethia and Amalia remain cuddled up until all are asleep or on duty, then rise up and sneak off to save the heroes from unknown enemies - they are led by Soma
<Xanatos> 6* Tal curls up in a ball, putting his tail over his face.
<kalonZombie> <Tanan> Because when I was at the Monastery, I worshipped her above all others. To actually meet her was a thought that had never even entered my mind. And, to be honest... I was lonely in that forest.
<DeathStar> 6* Rose thinks and slides up to Tanan and hugs him, resting her head against him in a friendly way. "Tanan not alone anymore!"
<Kit> <Zeal> ...?" 6She looks puzzled at the three

<DeathStar> Time: Next Morning. Location: The Same
<DeathStar> 6* The group is gathered over breakfast made by Mercy, consisting of bread and gravy along with beans cooked on the side - a different sort of b reakfast. Mercy claims it will help keep them warm and not sluggish and that during the night she will make vegetable soup. Having contacted Jean through Zeal, they have been given their orders to find the nearest village and to wait there while the Angel considers what to do, having sounded annoyed that they cannot get back to the Stone

<Seraphna> * Kaelan eats, making sure Mercy takes a generous portion.
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy eats her third piece of bread gravy; the animals sit at full attention for food, each making noises at their respective owners.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal eats furiously, making pleased sounds.
<DeathStar> <Lilica> Hrmph. Such noisy cubs
<DeathStar> 6* Rose eats delicately like Zeal, taking nibbles like a proper lady; Lilica just eats awy, quickly but not messily
<kalonZombie> *Tanan feeds Amalia before starting into his own meal
<Seraphna> * Kaelan feeds Ethia, smiling a little.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal licks his maw and lets out one last pleased sound before leaning back.
<Kit> 6Zeal smiles, nodding to Rose in encouragement.
<kalonZombie> *Despite living by himself for the better part of a decade, Tanan wats very properly
<DeathStar> 6* Amalia chews on the gravy bread curiously. Soma climbs into Zeal's breasts and eats there
<DeathStar> <Thomas> Well. We shold locate the village and see if we can convince them to let us stay; Yewn, Wynne, I will count on you for that
<Seraphna> * Kaelan pets Ethia, kissing her head. "Good girl, eat quietly and you'll get more."

<DeathStar> 6* Ethia growls a bit at being picked up, but then sees she'll get more food so she eats, accepting it
<DeathStar> 6* Rose finishes her meal, not having eaten a lot, perhaps due to her waif size and then rises, moving to the cart; she begins to put on several layrs of clothes
<Seraphna> * Kaelan pets her and giggles. "See? I'm here to help, little one." *she speaks warm and soothingly to the cub*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Don't forget your face cloths, everyone. You really don't want frostburn."
<kalonZombie> *Tanan pets Amailia when she finishes her food and puts her on his shoulders
<Xanatos> 6* Tal jumps up and mvoes over to get his warmer clothes on, wrapping his face up...well he gets tangled up in it again.
<Seraphna> * Kaelan laughs and moves over, helping Tal get dressed. "Slow down."
<Xanatos> <Tal> Should be easier!

<Xanatos> 6* Tal hops down and lumbers along after Lilica, he glances to Rose slightly to see if she's following, but doesn't seem to try and force her.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "They swarmed the cart... so... anyone could have it, I was trying to watch what they took but there were just too many at once."
<DeathStar> 6* Rose follows Tal for now. Tanan, meanwhile, would find two patients; one with a broke leg and one with fever

<DeathStar> 6* Everyone is on the top deck as Faile guides their ship close to shore. After getting as close as possible to land without hitting it, she and Azhren begin to get one of the boats read - they can see a small cave in the cliff walls that they can ride the boat into to find the stone
<Seraphna> * Sia spins happily. "We made it!"
<kalonZombie> <Leruste> Awesome. *He looks at Rachael, worried
<Seraphna> * Seth smiles slightly and tilts his head. "This should be interesting."
<Xanatos> <Valen> Hmm. Do we plan to scout the cave out and see just how we can get the stone out?
<DeathStar> 6* Rachael seems to be doing better again, having not gotten sick or had headaches in seven days
<DeathStar> <Angel> Yes; we need to determine how we want to do it and how deep the water is
<DeathStar> 6* She moves to get in the boat being prepared to go in. Rachael opts to stay behind, not being useful in it.

<DeathStar> 6* Rachael gives him a smile. Charles sticks with Sia, since she's going in, clad in his merc gear, while Lenneth stays behind

<DeathStar> 6* So far Parita has offered to teach her in exchange for magic training, which she struggles with like Aschae struggles with her power

<DeathStar> 6* Faile lowers the boat down to the ocea; now Sia has to row them into the cave
<DeathStar> 6* The angel remains wary of the water, despite being able to swim, as they approach
<kalonZombie> *Leruste turns to Rachael "So I guess it was just a one time thing?"
<Seraphna> * Sia rows them towards the cave, going at a gentle pace.
<Xanatos> 6Valen keeps his eyes on the alert as he looks around.
<Kit> <Nephilim> I'll just stay here..." 6She eyes the water.
<Seraphna> * Seth looks about carefully, hand on his bow in case of anything approaching.
<Kit> 6Nephilim waves as they go.
<DeathStar> 6* Rachael hugs Nephilim as they go. "I hope so.." 6* She notes, having told him her fears of insanity before.
<DeathStar> CAMERA NOW FOCUS ON TEAM SIA
<DeathStar> 6* As they enter the dark cave, the angel's eyes almost seem to glow like an animal's until she activates a glow stone for them. They slowly enter and the sounds of the waves echo in the dark tunnel.
<Seraphna> * Sia's rowing is minimalistic, slow, allowing them to glide relatively quiet across the water, she keeps an eye out for somewhere to shore them.
<Xanatos> 6Valen squints slightly to let his eyes adjust.
<DeathStar> 6* As they travel more, they reach a part where it's a 'dead' end' ahead for the boat. But the angel checks a map that Gemane gave her before leaving
<DeathStar> <Angel> Alright, it's underwater about 100 paces ahead of us.
<Xanatos> <Valen> Hm. Is it safe to form the anima underwater?
<DeathStar> <Angel> We are about to find out. I am going to use my powers to protect you both under there. Once you uproot it and bring it back, one of you pick up the boat with an extra hand. So two hands from one on it, one hand on the other, and one hand ohlding the boat. Aschae will use her water magic abilities that I will enhance to move the animas movements - both in uprooting it and in moving under it
<Xanatos> 6Valen nods and then slips off of the boat into the water.
<Seraphna> * Sia nods. "Not sure if they're watertight, so good to be safe as possible." 8she puts on D and gets into the water*
<DeathStar> 6* The angel begins to channel her powers to all three; the two in the water would feel like something is rippling around them but it is impossible to say what
<Xanatos> 6Valen makes sure E is secure on his arm and then takes a breath before diving down, moving to get closer to the stone and at a safe distance from the others.

<DeathStar> 6* The water is dark and murky underneath with no glowstone and it takes Valen's eyes time to adjust. After swimming about 40 seconds or so, he reaches the stone. SIa, somehow, would know where Valen is at with the mark
<Xanatos> 6Valen takes that moment to focus on the E in order to form it around himself.

<Xanatos> 6Valen, once formed in E, would quickly move and attempt to start lifting the stone, trying to gauge it's weight.
<DeathStar> 6* The two giants form under the water and immediately they would find it harder to move underwater as predicted; the aura around them expands to the anima and they are able to shift about easier now.
<DeathStar> <Angel> Aschae; use your water spells to create a bubble about them so they can move easier
<Seraphna> * Sia shifts to get a better look at what's holding the stone in place under water.
<DeathStar> 6* She focuses hard, her face red from the exhertion; the stone is large and can hold about 15 people on it, so they'll need to get on either side to lift
<DeathStar> 6* The stone itself just seems to be part of the ground
<Seraphna> * Sia moves to the opposite side, motioning with D for them to lift it together.
<Xanatos> 6* Valen makes E nod and tenses to get ready.
<Seraphna> * Sia readies herself as well, then motions out 3, then starts to not D's head to count out 3, lifting.
<Xanatos> 6* Valen also starts lifting at 3.
<DeathStar> 6* The stone is lifted up between them; it's not overly heavy and they are able to move with it due to the angel's magical focus; the angel begins to tremble more with the effort of keeping them able to move with ease
<Kit> 6Aschae puts a hand on the angel and channels magic to her. 1"I don't know how to do what you were saying."
<Xanatos> 6Valen has E nod to Sia and begins moving it back towards the boat.
<Seraphna> * D moves with E, letting Valen lead so she can compensate for his movements as she goes. She nods at him and waves a hand quickly before holding back on to her half with it, indicating for him to life the boat.
<DeathStar> 6* The angel uses Aschae's magic to form a bubble around them that pushes back the water and allows them to move easier. The angel relaxes now, not needing to focus so hard
<DeathStar> 6* As they emerge, they would find they are tall enough on the other side to partially poke out of the water
<Seraphna> * Sia giggles as they do. "This is great. Valen is going to make a good pilot!"
<Xanatos> 6* Valen, once they are at the surface, reaches out with a hand to take the boat, then gentle begins to mvoe them back on out.
<Seraphna> * Sia continues to move D with E.
<Xanatos> <Valen> Maybe in time.
<Kit> <Aschae> Interesting. Magic can be much more versatile than how I use it.
<DeathStar> 6* As they move near the ship, the water gets deeper and soon Valen can't carry the boat. The angel ,still focused, leaves it to others on the boat to row it toward the ship; which leaves the question of how the animas will get the stone on board
<Xanatos> <Valen> Hm. This is...not good.
<Seraphna> * Seth takes up the oars and rows the boat.
<DeathStar> 6* Seth gets them to the boat and Faile hooks it up without lifting it up, since two of them aren't on it
<Seraphna> * Sia considers. "I can try to teleport it onto the ship... but... tricky..."
<Xanatos> <Valen> Tel...eport?
<Seraphna> Sia> "Yes, I can make D go from one place to another instantly."
<Xanatos> <Valen> Too large...too risky. Angel. Can someone use that earth move I saw to raise us up?
<DeathStar> 6* The angel pauses, focusing and accesses the magic; the ground rises up and the two animas rise up to the length of the ship, water pouring down around them. The angel finally drops the bubble magic, panting
<DeathStar> 6* Blood trinkes down her nose. Now they can just lean over and set the stone down
<Seraphna> Sia> "Okay, let's do this gently... it needs to fit exactly on the supports."
<Xanatos> 6* Valen shifts to do just that, but lets Sia guide them this time, since she's more familair with where it goes.
<Seraphna> * Sia gently shifts the stone onto the deck, easing it down on the reinforced section of the deck.
<Kit> 6Aschae pats the angel softly. 1"Don't over do it."
<DeathStar> 6* the ship seems to take it easily. The angel leans against Aschae, panting
<DeathStar> <Angel> I can rest...n.ow at least.
<DeathStar> 6* She closes her eyes, looking peaceful. Parita, meanwhile, waves her hands in awe
<Xanatos> 6* Valen nods to Sia. We good?
<DeathStar> <Parita> Wow, cool! I want to do that! Can I do that? When C an I do that?
<DeathStar> 6* Rachael smiles at the sight of them, glancing the stone over in awe
<Seraphna> * Sia giggles. "Reemmber to hold onto the gauntlet tight as you dismiss your anima, so you don't lose it in the water."
<Seraphna> * Sia does just that, holding onto her gauntlet when she dismisses D, she secures it on her arm before swimming to the boat.
<Kit> <Aschae> When you learn to control magic stronger than I
<Kit> <Aschae> The elements... I have little control. Very emotional.
<Xanatos> 6* Valen shifts to drop off the earth step into the water, then dismisses E, keeping a tight grip to swim towards the boat.
<kalonZombie> *Leruste looks at it "To think, this thing almost killed me"
<DeathStar> 6* Parita giggles and hugs Aschae; while ASchae's hand is on the side of the ship, it breaks apart from the magic Pariita showed her, deconstructed and falling apart. This makes the boat wobble
<DeathStar> 6* The stone rise slowly lowers int othe ground as Sia and VAlen reach the ship
<Kit> <Aschae> Ah-- well you don't say.
<DeathStar> 6* Faile lifts the boat back onto the ship. she eyes the damaged rowboat and glares
<Seraphna> * Sia sulks. "Now I have to patch that..."
<DeathStar> 6* Parita hops off. "Wow you did it!" 6* Lenneth studies it curiously
<DeathStar> 6* The angel remains asleep, completely exhausted
<Kit> <Aschae> My apologies. It wasn't on purpose." 6She shrugs dismissingly.

<Seraphna> * Seth leans over an lifts up the Angel. "She got tired."
<DeathStar> 6* The angel mumbles in her sleep in her ancient language. Rachael hugs Valen. "Good job."

<Seraphna> * Kaelan smiles and coos down at her little one. "Such a good little tigroaress."
