<DeathStar> 6* The virus has continued to run rampant and more people are getting worse. To try to stem the tide, Isis has suggested tiny black holes and using Ao to send them through the blackhole to heal a person if they are critical. Aya has also joined the medi cal bay with her scientist class to help with genetic work. Finally, Drasek is feeling strong enough to get his British ass to the bridge. Zephyr is there, worriedly, arms crossed, and Ao is there as well in case he needs her help, having gotten a little sleep from her mission. Erevis is on the bridge, looking normal and in her uniform, waiting to see what happens as they line up. So far there ahs been no sign of the enemy and a Tsivrixsh warship has even arrived to provide protection
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis moves to sit down in Aya's typically occupied seat to adjust the heading through the Nyr system. Isis is on the bridge now to see what happens, chewing on her nails as she waits
<Seraphna> * Jennifer looks up from her work on the latest round of treatments, working hard to keep up with the demand that keeps increasing.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Count down to jump in 1 minute. 6* She announces to the ship through the comm system then turns it off for the moment. In the medical bay, Aya and Tamara sitting, looking tired
<kalonZombie> *Ethan is working frantically, trying to help Aya as much as he can inbetween paitents
<Seraphna> * Leyaeh stands on the bridge quietly, watching.

<Xanatos> 6* Drasek walks onto the bridge with hsi hands pushed into his coat pocket. Right then, best I get to sittin. 6he moves to sit in the captain's chair.

<DeathStar> <Ao> That did not look like a beer stain to me. 6* She retorts. She eyes Leyaeh and shift to look another way
<DeathStar> <Erevis> 30 seconds. 6* She says into the comm, clicking off
<kalonZombie> *Ethan inadvertantly begins to hum quietly
<Seraphna> * Leyaeh blinks a bit at Ao, she rubs her ear a bit.
<DeathStar> <Isis> I just hope Carter is okay. We have to go back to the Cartel system as soon as Uncle Drasek is well again

<Xanatos> <Drasek> Oh, that stain. Told Zephyr it'd be sexy to fuck in the captain's chair... 6He nods to Isis.

<DeathStar> 6* Erevis eyes Drasek and Zephyr, then peers at the window. She looks annoyed at her chair being used to fuck in - when she uses it for such purposes with Megumi and XAn
<Seraphna> Leyaeh> "You may all feel that wonderful feeling like you're being pulled inside out and put back together.

<kalonZombie> *Ethan holds Tamra's hand out of nerves and fear
<Xanatos> 6* Drasek begins to focus on the chair now, getting hsi power ready.
<DeathStar> 6* Tamara squeezes it, eating on his fear
<Xanatos> 6* Xanatos leans over, doublechecking the heading and then sits down.

<Xanatos> 6* Drasek jumps the ship.
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "Hope this works."
<DeathStar> 6* Ev eryone blacks out and feels all twisted in and out; Erevis says a silent prayer for her babies as they jump, knowing that she has no choice but to risk them to protect the ship. As they come out the other side and reform far from the blackhole, the ship hovers in space.
<DeathStar> 6* Systems read okay for the ship itself. No sign of damage due to Megumi and Isis' shields
<kalonZombie> *Ethan heads over to an infected patient and scans
<Xanatos> 6* Xanatos rubs his head slowly and pushes himself up. Everyone okay?
<Seraphna> * Jennifer follows him, watching.
<Seraphna> * Leyaeh mumbles. "Someone get the number of that fish cart?"
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis is quiet, on the console with her eyes closed. Isis nods at Xanatos.
<DeathStar> 6* the patient comes up - clean
<Seraphna> * Jennifer smiles. "Test one more to be sure."
<DeathStar> <Ao> All systems are green it seems.
<Xanatos> 6* Drasek lets out a breath and shakes his head slightly. Xanatos moves over to check on Erevis.
<kalonZombie> <Ethan> No sign of the infection in this one *He heads over to another one and scans
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis opens her eyes when Xanatos reaches her, sitting up tiredly. "Is the ship cured?"
<Xanatos> <Drasek> Only question is if it bloody well worked. Someone get those medical geeks on the comm.
<DeathStar> 6* the patient looks clean, too
<kalonZombie> <Ethan> Clean.
<Xanatos> <Xanatos> Finding out now. 6He clicks his comm, calling Jennifer, it's speaker so everyone can hear and speak on the bridge.
<DeathStar> 6* Aya sighs in relief and pulls her mask off, getting her comm to talk to Dawn. "We did it, Dawn."
<Seraphna> * Jennifer pulls out her comm and called the bridge. "We're reading clean patients down here. Continuing to check though, to be safe."
<Kit> <Dawn> It was your observation, Ayahime.
<kalonZombie> *Ethan keeps moving patient to patient , scanning different species to be sure
<Xanatos> 6* Xanatos lets out a breath. Good, good. I'll give you a few hours to test those that were sick before I lift the quarentine.
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "I can equip nurses and security with medical scanners to check over people in each zone, so we can get this done faster."
<kalonZombie> <Ethan> I'll help as well, unless you want me to stay here Dr. Carmichael
<Xanatos> <Xanatos> Excellent. Tell everyone they did a good job with this.
<DeathStar> <Aya> I'm going home to sleep with Dawn. 6* She tells Jen, standing up and moving for the teleporter
<DeathStar> 6* Tamara flops over on a bed as each come up clean
<Seraphna> * Jennifer stops her a moment and scans quick. "Just to be safe hon."
<DeathStar> 6* Aya nods and lets her; Aya seems clean
<Xanatos> 6* Xanatos closes the comm and glances at everyone. I guess we should inform the ship. Erevis would you like to give the good news?
<Seraphna> * Jennifer nods. "You're good to go Aya. See you later."
<DeathStar> <Erevis> I will. Thank you
<Seraphna> * Leyaeh mumbles and grabs her comms, ordering Security to stand by to lift quarantine and to scan people before they do.
<DeathStar> <Isis> I need to rest now. 6* Though she seems to have more to add to that without adding it, so the words are not lies
<DeathStar> 6* Isis walks down to 1B
<Xanatos> 6* Xanatos watches Isis for a second before shaking his head slightly, he mumbles something but keeps it low for himself only.
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis moves over to the communication, infomring the ship that the virus seems to be cured and that personnel are moving to scan each person and the quarentine will be lifted shortly. She thanks them for their patience - though they had none and many want her fired or off the ship
<DeathStar> 6* Isis peers at Drasek who Zephyr is helping into 1B. "Uncle Drasek, can I speak with you later when we are both rested?"
<Kit> 6Nuea peers up at the announcement, her eyes refocusing. 1"Hm..."
<kalonZombie> *Ethan looks over at Jennifer "Should I stay here or head with the nurses and start scanning infected zones?
<Xanatos> <Drasek> Sure thing, kiddo. 6He nods his head, smiling while Zephyr helps him.
<Seraphna> * Jennifer organizes nurses to go with security guards that show up to give people scans and recovery medications, then leans back. "Stay here, you're a doctor kiddo."
<DeathStar> <Gem> Well, now that it's over, I will keep my end of our bargain. 6* She tells Nuea. "I will get you to meet those in charge."
<Kit> <Nuea> I see...
<Xanatos> 6* Xanatos blinks at Erevis, did she actually speak the part about them having no patience?
<DeathStar> 6* Gem gets her comm out, talking into it softly and arranging things
<kalonZombie> *He nods and heads to Tamara, sitting next to her "Well, it looks like it's over for now"
<DeathStar> 6* No - it was her first lie since they did not have patience and wanted her fired
<DeathStar> <Tamara> For now, yes.
<DeathStar> <Tamara> But this virus seemed engineered....we may get hit again
<DeathStar> <Tamara> Aya told me the genetics of it did not seem normal

<Xanatos> 6*Xanatos moves over and kisses her on the cheek. I know you can't have enjoyed the lying bit.
<Seraphna> * Jennifer sits down and calls Xanatos again, on a private channel.
<kalonZombie> <Ethan> But look on the bright side. I can invite you over for that dinner now.

<DeathStar> 6* Tamara chuckles. "After some sleep."
<kalonZombie> *He smiles "Well yeah. I need some myself"
<DeathStar> 6* Aya reaches her zone and walks along the beach toward Dawn, hugging him and leaning against him so they flo pover in the sand together
<DeathStar> 6* Tamara takes his hand. "Let us go to your place to sleep. I do not feel like going to 1B and walking through the house to my room."
<Seraphna> * Jennifer peers over at them as she waits for Xan to pick up. "Come to 1B for breakfast, you hear?"
<Xanatos> <Xanatos> Necesarry evil of being a leader. 6He opens the comm. Yes Jennifer?
<kalonZombie> *He squeezes her hand "Okay. Just give me a couple minutes to finish up here and we'll go, okay?

<Seraphna> * Jennifer turns to the comm. "We've got this, but we're not out of the woods yet."
<DeathStar> 6* Tamara nods and moves to the teleporter to wait
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "Aya's analysis showed what I feared, someone engineered the bug and planted it on the ship."
<DeathStar> <Aya> Sometimes I forget how long scientists have to work. 6* She says on top of him
<kalonZombie> *Ethan runs a couple more tests just to be sure, then looks over at Jennifer like he's asking permission to go
<Xanatos> <Xanatos> Is there no type of...I don't know, sequence that could be traced like a fingerprint?
<Seraphna> * Jennifer waves him off.
<Kit> <Dawn> They don't have to." 6He notes.
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "I've already started scans for such things, but I doubt anything will come up. What I want to do is investigate the area the disease started in."
<kalonZombie> *He smiles and puts his equipment down and heads over to the teleporter with Tamara
<DeathStar> <Aya> In crises, you can't take breaks
<Xanatos> <Xanatos> And which area was that exactly?
<DeathStar> 6* Tamara teleports to the hotel area
<Kit> <Dawn> That's what sets Ayahime apart.
<DeathStar> <Aya> Oh?
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "We first got wind of the virus when a bunch of kids from Athena's school came in with it. I think that may have been the delivery point, it's strategically a sound place to launch a cross-species virus."
<Kit> <Dawn> You won't stop until it's finished.
<kalonZombie> *Ethan blinks "This... this isn't where I live..?"
<DeathStar> 6* AYa smiles. "Well, you don't either."
<Xanatos> <Xanatos> You're welcome to search the area. But isn't the bigger question who would have access to those kids? If it was passed through the air, could they have just set off some type of mist delivery system?
<DeathStar> 6 *Erevis listens to Xanatos, musing
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "A teacher, a security guard, or an engineer."
<kalonZombie> *Or he doesn't
<DeathStar> 6* Tamara walks toward Ethan's room and waits for him to open it
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "Or one of the kids themselves."
<kalonZombie> *He opens it and lets her inside first
<Xanatos> <Xanatos> I'll have Leyaeh send you a few security officers to help you canvass the place. I'll start gathering video feeds of the area as well. Let me know if you find anything.

<Seraphna> Jennifer> "Sure thing bossman... is anyone else cooking dinner tonight? I'm not sure I'm going to be able to sleep so soon."

<kalonZombie> *He sits next to her and takes off his shoes and the amulet she gave him, the only time he takes it off is when he sleeps, and lies next to her

<Xanatos> <Xanatos> We're still going on the assumption these monsters are out for red headed progenitors, right?

<kalonZombie> *He's too lazy to undress any further and cuddles up to her and falls asleep soon after

<Seraphna> * Leyaeh frowns a bit, listening.
<Xanatos> 6* Xanatos nods a few times. Then they probably were going after Iko. I just hope they haven't found out she's been moved temporarily.
<Kit> <Dawn> Heh." 6He leans in to kiss her lips briefly. 1"Have more time with those two running the bakery.."
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Yes. We should all go about our work now; you rest Jennifer Carmichael. The nurses can handle your job for a few hours
<DeathStar> <Aya> Yeah. 6* She giggles, picturing Rin and Justice arguing about which thing to bake first
<Seraphna> * Jennifer rubs her eyes a little. "If you say so... just..." *she frowns* "There's something I want to do after the investigation is over."
<Xanatos> <Xanatos> Once we get the all clear I'm bringing the kids back. I can't have them out from our protection, even if it is Cheryl.

<DeathStar> 6* Curali is serving food in the mess hal lthat cooks made; it's not as good aS Lemon's, so Katrina had Marcus spice it up for the poor team. Cheryl, up in the mansion itself and not below in the base mess hall, is in a bed filled with Chii, Lorelei, Ako, Iko, Bonnie, Drake, and Lilith

<DeathStar> 6* Ako and Iko are laying across the two, snoozing, while Bonnie is cuddling Lilith and Drake is off to one side

<Xanatos> 6* Cole catches the datapad and blinks, looking it over. Been running some facial recognition stuff for Kane's face, looking for it through security cameras and photos on the net. Not much has happened as you can imagine.

<Kit> 6Eluere doesn't seem to notice, choosing a compact car and apparently driving it without using the controls.

<DeathStar> 6* Curali lets a breath and hits the surrending guards to knock them out, not wanting to waste time with them

<DeathStar> 6* The source seems to have many fire walls and rejected the call, so all she has is a small lead that'll take time to follow, no doubt for future session subplots

<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl looks relieved and informs them over the comm. "Steel says that base commander went rogue earlier and he was just reporting it in. He has an alibi too - even gave us permission to hit it."

<DeathStar> 6* Eluere would find a wel lworth of information - someone was producing NGD/Weapons for some time now, and files indicate keeping Steel 'in the dark' on purpose. And that someone was wanting them. Someone they referred to as the 'true heir to EarthGov'

As the ramp lowers on their shuttle, Cheryl whispers and she peers as John leads Kane down. Lemon lets out a squeal loud enough to hurt, charges, and leaps on Kane, wrapping her legs around him and her arms, kissing him on the lips
