<DeathStar> 6* So far research has been boring slow, going over the various incarnations of VI has brought up no ideas or ties on who the agents in black can be and their ties to Josephine. Those who wanted Aya Allighieri are clearly defeated, or should be, since they wanted to make a weapon hybrid, and they could do taht better than Josephine, a malfuctioning human psionic. Venerator's plan hinged on Wind and they could get his powers in Erevis, or if it was the reality, in Cheryl. The terrorist version from Season 8 was a front that was defeated soundly long ago too. So far the investigation unit has stated there's been no clear moves in the mines in South America, and otherwise, things are going as normal. Cheryl keeps to herself, going through her 300 year old records and frowning, while telling Peter to work with the others on deciding how to go about learning who the men in black VI can be, rounding up the team for a meeting on ideas, with Josephine especially since they first appeared in conjuction with her and she might have ideas.
<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl did give them a note that Zephyr noted that the Josephine in the Alternate Universe was freed without intervention from them, but they got her years sooner.
<DeathStar> 6* Curali leans back and eyes Hale. "When do you plan to take your test for a third time to get leadership pay?"
<Seraphna> Peter> Best thing I can guess from Zephyr's note is that this VI has to be recently formed.
<DeathStar> <Curali> Or that by getting her before Josephine woke herself up, they were unprepared.
<kalonZombie> <Hale> Third? I thought it was only the second. Was I tested a second time and nobody told me?

<Seraphna> Tabetha> "When you've eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, is probably the truth. Angelus is alive, so it's probable that he's involved."

<Seraphna> * Peter nods to Lisa, who cross references names of known VI sympahtizers or agents with obituaries to make a list of the living.
<Seraphna> Peter> "And someone's gotta be keeping them open."

<DeathStar> 6* Peter's datapad beeps - there's an Order riot that they're being order to take down. Apparantly the people are upset at teleport prices and are rioting at one of the Europeon teleporter centers.

<Seraphna> Peter> "Alright team, we have a mission to take down an Order riot."
<kalonZombie> <Hale> Those assholes again? <Ash> Jeez, they never quit, do they?
<Seraphna> Peter> "I know this is gonna sound odd, but if you're a Dragoon and you want to go, tell me now so I can clear it with Cheryl. We still think the Order is linked to Steel, this could be a purposeful event to lure out Dragoons."
<Seraphna> Peter> "And if you're not a Dragoon, you're going."

<Seraphna> * Peter nods, putting her on a list for Cheryl to read over. Lisa sits back, apparently not going to go, but Tabetha raises her hand.

<DeathStar> <Curali> Looks like people have come to watch. 6* She flicks a holovid on and Order people are on it, talking about how EarthGov's President is bleeding it's people dry charging people and they won't release their hostages until the teleporters are free to use for all
<Seraphna> Peter> "Remember, you can be rough, but nonlethal and stunners only. We don't spill blood even if they try to."
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Oh look. The party has started without us."

<Seraphna> Peter> "EarthGov doesn't negotiate with terrorists, but we don't let them win either."
<kalonZombie> 6*He double checks that his munitions are all nonlethal. Then triple checks.

<kalonZombie> <Ash> Change my frequencies on my spear to a lower level as to not actually break the skin. Got it.

<kalonZombie> 6*He drags out his spear from subspace and sets it to nonlethal, then makes sure his buster is as well

<Seraphna> * Peter pulls up his tactical suit zipper and hood, fixing his rifle. "We make it clear today this shit doesn't fly."
<Seraphna> * Peter nods to Curali.
<AquaKoala> *Bel does and blinks, pointing at the people "Bad?"
<DeathStar> 6* Curali brings the shuttle around. She muses. "Something feels off, but I can't decide what yet."

<AquaKoala> *Bel frowns and then head to where the passangers are

<Seraphna> * Peter opens a crate, passing out discs to people. "Wear these. They're teleport beacons. In the event this is a trap, you'll be sent to a safehouse."
<kalonZombie> 6*Hale nods and takes one. Ash just downloads the coordinates for his own teleporter.
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *unzips her tactical catsuit, slips the teleport disc between her other twins, then zips back up.
<AquaKoala> *Bel pops out "Belit help!"
<Seraphna> * Tabetha slips one into her tactical suit, nodding. She peers down at the location, rubbing her temple.
<kalonZombie> <Ash> ...Who let the future-past girl on?
<Seraphna> * Peter peers over and sighs. "Our own stow away experts."
<Seraphna> Peter> "Sky, Lisa, come out here."
<Seraphna> * Tabetha puffs her cheeks, peering over.

<AquaKoala> *Bel smiles and then goes to look for a sword.
<Seraphna> * Lisa whimpers timidly. "I-I-I..."
<kalonZombie> <Hale> ...Isn't she pregnant? Or is that another woman that hogs the toilet for two hours a morning?
<Seraphna> * Peter hides a smile. "We'll talk about this at home. Lisa, your duty is to protect Sky and our guest. You'll remain on the shuttle."

<AquaKoala> *Bel does so and twirls it around quickly then nods and smiles "Thank you!"
<Seraphna> * Peter sighs a bit. "Let's hope that was what was off."
<kalonZombie> <Ash> Well at least she's good with a sword. Makes sense considering how they were dressed when they got here.
<AquaKoala> *Bel smiles, tucking the deactivated sword into her pocket
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Last time they tried something this public, it was a trap."
<Seraphna> * Peter sighs. "Alright, I want a team on the roof coming down from above, Ash, you will teleport a small number down on the terrorists once we engage, surprise them and take control of the hostages ASAP."

<Seraphna> Peter> "So take control of the people holding guns on them."
<DeathStar> <Curali> We have to assume that they have some major weapons to keep them under ocntrol

<DeathStar> They plan to use the teleporters, I bet
<Seraphna> * PEter nods and frowns. "Do a sweep, let's see what scans are picking up."

<Seraphna> Peter> "The joy of human stupidity, try and solve a teleporter crisis by blowing the teleporters."
<kalonZombie> <Ash> Some of the hostages might also be Order members in disguise. Don't discount that.
<Seraphna> Peter> "There's too many 'maybes', we can only act on definates and adjust accordingly. One of the hostages could be Sweet Fanny Adams."
<Seraphna> * PEter uses the shuttle to try and scan for explosives.

<Seraphna> * Peter frowns, he contacts Cheryl and lets her know what's going on so far. "Technology is a little fancy for Order members."

<DeathStar> Ask the governor of the area to take out the power plants?
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Cut the mains. Don't know about backupsystems though."
<kalonZombie> <Hale> Hopefully they won't have backup generators.
<Seraphna> Peter> "Better idea, FORCE the Govenor, we wait for beuracracy this'll end badly. But putting in the request, making sure Darien and Angela see this."
<Seraphna> Peter> "If they're down to generators, then all we need to do is take those out. It's the city grid that's a problem."
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "do we have the blueprints of that facility?"
<Seraphna> * Peter nods and calls them up for people.
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *looks over them for the power systems.
<Seraphna> Peter> "In the very least, we can use the power to try and get the hostages out through the negotiators. Not sure why the power wasn't already cut unless someone wants this to happen."

<DeathStar> 6* There's back up systems underground of the building, but it can be shut off by the political body in emergencies - it was designed that was in the event of a terrorist attack from outside EarthGov
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "We'll have to send in an ilfiltration team."

<Seraphna> * Angela calls in. "Guys, we've been following the situation, the reason we can't cut the power is they're claiming they'll kill the hostages if we do."

<Seraphna> Angela on Comm> "Darien says he'll do it if you think it necessary. It's clear they want the teleporters more then the people though."
<AquaKoala> *Bel nods "Bel friend."
<DeathStar> <Curali> So what do we do - we screw up, Dad gets blamed.
<DeathStar> We can try to time it - get inside, order them to - wait, jamming. We go inside we can't order them to cut it off.
<Seraphna> * Peter frowns, looking down at the dome. "We could... let them send the bombs."
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Of course, its never that easy. Infiltration team. Go in and dismantle the teleporter."
<DeathStar> <Curali> So we go inside, destroy the jamming, tell them to cut the power, then take them out
<kalonZombie> <Hale> Let's call that plan Absolutely Desperate.
<DeathStar> <Curali> Em's fast; we fuck up, she does a super fast move to save the hostages.
<Seraphna> * Peter taps the comms. "We're going to go with Curali's plan, but I want a backup. Angela, find a way to either disrupt the teleporter protocols and send those bombs somewhere else, or get the people on the other side of the teleporters ready to contain bombs."
<Seraphna> Peter> "Where's the most likely place Jammers are being placed?"
<Seraphna> * Angela gives a 10-4 and looks into ways to interfere with the teleporters.
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Depends on the coverage each jammer can produce."
<Seraphna> Peter> "Tech geeks?"
<DeathStar> <Curali> Lets assume center of this place.
<Seraphna> * Tabetha peers at the signals and tries to determine it too.

<AquaKoala> Bel> Bel fast!
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "She's right. Dead center would be best, they had to set it up quickly."
<kalonZombie> <Ash> I could teleport into the center after I get people down there and fuck it up.
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Now we need the proper entry for insertion."

<Seraphna> Peter> "Alright, we go in through the roof, we need to stealth our way around, find the jammer and get it off, once in place, we have the power cut off and move in fast."
<AquaKoala> Bel> Bel sneaky!
<Seraphna> Peter> "When the power's off, assume we only have seconds. If you need to use wide spread stuns, just don't knock out your team mates."
<Seraphna> * Peter eyes Bel slowly.

<Seraphna> Peter> "Lisa, you're keeping Sky and this lady on the ship."

<Seraphna> * Peter sighs and checks his guns. "Do we understand the plan? Josephine, Ash and myself will head for the jammer. I want the rest of you getting into place, ZERO contact with the Order until we're ready."
<Seraphna> * Peter nods to Curali.
<DeathStar> 6* Sky whispers to Bel that they will sneaky sneak in after they're gone
<Seraphna> * Lisa fidgets. <S-Sky... you might get hurt...>

<AquaKoala> *Bel shakes her head, gestures that they should stay

<DeathStar> 6* Everyone but those going for the jammer move through the upper level meant for employees, passing through various offices, with pin ups of Cassandra on the walls of cubicles and terminals. It's very quiet and the lights are off, the glow of terminals the only light as they move along after entering, moving to get to an employee staircase down to the ground level with the teleproters.
<Seraphna> * Tabetha walks along, keeping up a faint detection for thoughts in case they get near someone.
<kalonZombie> 6*Hale walks quietly, holding his assault rifle
<DeathStar> 6* As they move along, up ahead they see guy wearing shabby clothing looking at a playboy of Cassandra, not doing his job of guard duty, an old plasma rifle on the cubicle desk. "Mmmm. Miss May."
<Seraphna> * Tabetha signals, motioning silently and pulling out a blaster.
<Seraphna> Tabetha> <He said zero contact... I can try putting him to sleep?>
<kalonZombie> <Hale> <Sounds like a plan. Do it.>
<Seraphna> * Tabetha reaches out with her Telepathic abilities and tries to induce sleep on the guard.
<DeathStar> 6* The guard yawns and face first into pictures of Cassandra's tits

<Seraphna> * Tabetha peers around for cameras or anything before going for sneaky sneak past the guard.
<DeathStar> 6* Curali rolls her eyes and moves on down the various paths. Up ahead they see one of the main offices and the door is closed; a figure is inside, the window blinds drawn shut and a shadow moving inside, talking to someone on a comm, despite the jamming
<kalonZombie> 6*Hale sighs, thinking the one time someone really stealthy could come in handy, they're both off playing "Let's destroy the jammer"
<Seraphna> * Tabetha frowns. Whispering, "The only way that works is if they know the sequence for the jamming.. we should listen at least, if not get the frequency. Alerting him will alert whoever is on the other side too."

<DeathStar> 6* The figure can't be heard as they get close - the room is just sound proofed enough
<Seraphna> * Tabetha frowns. Then heads for the stairs, deciding it isn't worth it.
<kalonZombie> <Hale> Let's keep moving. Too much risk if we try to listen in 6*He whispers

<Seraphna> * Tabetha looks at her worriedly, then nods. <Alert me and Lisa if there's a problem.>

<DeathStar> 6* curali waves her hand; as they move down the stairs, they come to a door that is normally locked, but from this side, they can likely open it
<Seraphna> * Tabetha holds up a hand, scanning for traps and checking for trip ups like wires or security pressure pads.
<DeathStar> 6* There appears to be none
<DeathStar> 6* Em bounces, impatiently
<Seraphna> * Tabetha checks the lock and then carefully tries to open it.
<DeathStar> 6* She opensi t to the large mile long area; description following
<DeathStar> 6* the large teleporter complex for this part of the European State is massive; food and bars and sitting areas, but the terminals for teleporters are all crammed into areas, with tons of security devices and traps and scanners and cameras all over, and the Order has taken them all over, cramming hundreds into the traps and hundreds lay dead from gun shots. with dozens and dozens of teleporters all going to the same spots so people can constantly be rotated, and hundreds of teleporters all throughout the complex, it's massive. But they seem to be focused on one area, leaving a large chunk of the building unmanned, with just a parimeter guard set up and eyeing windows. They're putting bombs into the teleporters and the jamming device is in the center, out in the open, where it can be watched, about 1/4th a mile from them near the dead zone where they are not located but not quite.
<DeathStar> 6* The door they picked is near the busy sector and there seems to be about 100 Order people moving about, getting things set up; 20 are setitng up bombs and the others are either are on patrolling the area or watching the security devices with the cameras, or the hostages in the traps meant for hostile invaders using teleporters.
<kalonZombie> <Hale> 6*Whispers "We wait for the jammer to go down unless it looks absolutely desperate. We need someone on the bombs to defuse them. The rest take care of the Order members."
<DeathStar> I see about 50 bombs, though
<Seraphna> Tabetha> <They've already... killed many...> *she frowns, then whispers* "There are too many bombs to defuse unless we had a large squad here, we need something more massive to take them out."
<DeathStar> *whisper* I'm more worried about the hostages - a emp might stop the bombs
<kalonZombie> <Hale> EMP pulse? That'll fuck up Ash though, and the Dragoons *He whispers
<DeathStar> The EMP might not effect us outside our armor
<DeathStar> No more cores
<kalonZombie> <Hale> True... still though, Ash will catch the worst of it. We'll be down a fighter immediately.
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "We need to override the security terminals."
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "We can turn security on the Order and release the hostages."
<kalonZombie> <Hale> Can you do it from here once the jammer's down?
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "It would be easier at the console itself, but I can attempt a remote."
<Seraphna> Tabetha> Though... if the power is cut, all security will go down.

<Seraphna> * Peter checks it for security and traps before moving down
<DeathStar> 6* It seems fine and they soon reach a door that is openable on their side
<Seraphna> * Peter inches it open a little bit and shifts his datapad out a little, peering at what he can see on the screen.
<DeathStar> 6* The jammer is out in the open, with guards watching it and the various entrances, plus two cameras trained on the jammer.
<DeathStar> 6* It's a military grade jammer, from about 10 years ago - spy espionage.

<Seraphna> * Peter frowns. "Maybe this is just Order bullshit. We need to get to that Jammer and take it out... freakin smart placement." *whispers*

<Jackieness> <Josephine> *whisper* "Hard to get in. Eyes all over the place."
<Seraphna> * Peter thinks, eyeing his grenades, then the cameras. "Too much time if we blast it to when we could get the power out, teleporters might send off. We need to put their attention elsewhere."
<DeathStar> 6* The serial number is too far away to be seen on the jammer, but it looks filed off.
<Seraphna> * PEter considers. "Any ieas on a redirect?"
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Distraction would be tricky. Enough to ge thteir attention. too mcuch and they'll panic and start popping off hostages."
<Seraphna> Peter> "Something outside then? Not immediate trouble, but gets security camera watchers off our tail."

<Seraphna> * Peter nods and frowns. He focuses, using a connection Tabetha established with him to relay what they need, and she sends it to Lisa above who can in turn, relay it to Cheryl.

<Seraphna> * Lisa blinks at the message and opens a comms to Cheryl. "C-Cheryl?"

<Seraphna> Lisa> "Y-Yeah, I'm on the shuttle waiting. P-Peter needs a distraction to get the order to watch instead of the jammer, it's out in the open, a very old model."

<Seraphna> Lisa> "An explosion maybe? Something that won't make them shoot the hostages because they won't know if it's a friend or a foe."

<DeathStar> 6* The rooftop doesn't have many shadows, being a roof. It's al arge roof, a mile long and stuff, and the building is 2 stories high
<AquaKoala> *Bel moves around quietly, looking for any scouts

<AquaKoala> *Bel peaks off the roof, looking for the terorists, preferably one seperated from a group
<Seraphna> * Lisa huffs. She waves to Bel and points away from the building, then makes "BOOM!" motions.
<DeathStar> 6* There's no terrorists outside the building, lest they get destroyed by those surrounding it. There's various vehicles and stuff in the parking lot and equipment all around
<AquaKoala> *Bel blinks and nods and tries to cast a fireball at one of the vehicles
<DeathStar> 6* There's windows of the building, and the signs on the building itself stating what it is
<DeathStar> 6* The fireball doesn't seem to want to form, with jean not there, but suddenly Bel's body jerks as her mark begins to glow, trying desperately to make a connection to something, but it seems to be failing
<AquaKoala> *Bel blinks, trying to force a connection if she can
<DeathStar> 6* She briefly makes a connection to someone that isn't Jean, but feels similiar, but there's no runes in her. A moment or two passes, then the fireball launches and sends Bel flying backwards as it strikes the car and explodes it, tearing reality apart briefly before sealing back uip

<DeathStar> 6* The people on the jammer, turn to look, though there's no guarentee the camear people are distracted. They turn and move to the window to look out at the car flying up and falling abck down
<Seraphna> Peter> "One of us has to go turn it off fast. I'm prepping the command to shut off the power."
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Understood."
<kalonZombie> <Ash> I have no idea how I would turn it off short of... or Josephine could go, that works too.
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *slips into stealth mode and then moves through the door and moves toward the jammer*
<Seraphna> Peter> "Jose, move fash, I'm covering you." *he pulls out a silencer, puts it on his rifle and watches*
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *moves quickly over to the jammer and tries to shut it down if she makes it*
<DeathStar> 6* As Josephine makes it, she would realize it's an old VI model from about 10 years ago; she easily shuts it down.
<Seraphna> * PEter sends the order to have the power cut off.

<Seraphna> * Tabetha frowns, and focuses on the approaching guard, trying to seed his mind with the thought that he was just seeing things and should move away.

<Seraphna> * Tabetha sends the doubt again, trying to make him think he hears something to one side as she closes the door.

<DeathStar> 6* Startled cries by the Order are silenced for cursing and gunfire
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "We'll have to get the rest out after, take down the remaining Order members."
<Seraphna> * Tabetha leans out and forms guns, looking for shooters to fire at.

<DeathStar> 6* The Order is blindly firing at where the hostages are. Em speed dashes with her spear, trying to take them out, but she's quickly eating up energy. There seems to be about 40 Order left, but the dark has disoriented them

<Seraphna> * Tabetha aims and begins firing and taking them out by their firing flashes. She focuses and uses a Dragoon Supernova to fire rapid shots at various targets.

<Seraphna> * PEter from the other side of the room would join in with scoped shots. If he's not firing to cover Josephine.
<DeathStar> 6* At that moment, Bel crashes through a sky glass and falls on an Order member, denying them a special cake from Cheryl
<DeathStar> 6* The cake is a lie, it seems, for this team.

<Seraphna> * Tabetha pulls out a battery pack from her hyperspace and sets it on the security console, powering it and trying to teleport the bomb out into the sky.

<Seraphna> Peter> "Curali dropped off the radar when the bomb went off. Hence the message. If Cameron's contraption works, it should give us a signal we can follow."

<DeathStar> <Cheryl> IF she's in one piece by that time. 6* There's an edge to her tone and a look in her eyes, much like when Jean's on the edge of a breakdown
