<DeathStar> 6* Dahok would find himself swirling in darkness, a dream like state. At least it feels like a dream, though it's a vivid one, so perhaps it is reality. Before him, spread out, is Jean, Rachael, Zeal, Kaelan, Mercy, and Baby, all with one of the gods standing behind them, ready to strike them down. Something tells him he only has time to save one.
<DeathStar> 6* But which?
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok does the only thing he can as he moves for Jean to save her. 1"BEHIND YOU ALL!"
<DeathStar> 6* As Dahok reaches Jean, she clasps onto him as the other gods fire at the others and fill Dahok's line of sight with a brilliant white light. He can still feel Jean's grip on him, and a slight burn on his upper right arm, though it isn't overly painful. However, at that moment, everything fades to black, and the pain instead switches to his head (cont)
<DeathStar> 6* Dahok would find himself, eyes still closed, with a pulsing headache. The last thing he remembers, other than the dream, is that morning, traveling along in the carriages for the beginning of the fourth day
<DeathStar> 6* There's a sound, however, near his ear - a cracking sound.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok groans as he grabs his head, his body shifting to lay on his stomach and push himself up with his free hand. He squints to look towards the cracking sound
<DeathStar> 6* As he pushes up, the cracking sound begins to rapidly grow louder; as he opens his eyes, he'd see he is on the carriage's window, everything distorted from the carriage being on it's side, and on the other side of the window is an ice gourge who's bottom is covered in darkness from the depths of it
<DeathStar> 6* As irony would have it, it seems it's the window Zeal cracked a few days back.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok's eyes go wide at that and panic sets it and he quickly looks around for something to grab onto.
<DeathStar> 6* The only secure thing would perhaps be the seats themselves, though on their sides and made to be comfortable with cushions, there isn't much to grip. Above him is the other door/window, and a handle to help ladies pull themselves into the carriage, or lift themselves up inside the carriage before stepping out
<DeathStar> 6* But that is about 5 feet away
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok takes in a deep breath and he slowly begins to shift his feet apart to spread out his weight as he tries to stand kneel.
<DeathStar> 6* That seems to work; the door length is bigger than the window, so he's able to get his weight off the window, but then another problem sets in - the door begins to shift, and he'd notice it isn't completely closed.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok eyes it for a moment and he carefully places his hand against the door and pushes up against it.
<DeathStar> 6* Unless he can get his weight off the door he is on, trying to pull it close won't work; but if he pushes hard enough, it would open, and drop him in the gourge.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok quickly reaches down to grab the handle and pull it shut.
<Chad`Winters> 6By shifting his feet past the door itself to where they sit
<DeathStar> 6* The door clicks
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok pants a bit. 1"This is bad...6He peers up now at the door above him and tries to look through the window
<DeathStar> 6* A pounding in his head makes him dizzy a moment, but other than that, he seems well enough. Through the other window, he'd see the dark clouds of the sky, and no sign of the gourge walls, which may indicate he's on the surface still
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok grabs his head for a moment, a hand moving to a wall to steady himself. He shakes his head and reaches upto grab and push open the door above him
<DeathStar> 6* The door pushes open; the wind tries to knock it back shut, but as long as his hand is there, it doesn't
<Chad`Winters> 6The door pushes back a bit as it catches him off guard and he reaches to grab the door edge and he tries to pull himself up while holding the door still open
<DeathStar> 6* As he climbs up, he'd find himself back on the icy, snowy lands. There's no sign of the other carriages, or horses. Two dead Knights lay near him as well. And a bit away is another figure in the snow, looking limp and blue - literally blue. The ice demon Carly.
<DeathStar> 6* As he gets on top of the carriage, it groans and begins to shift downward as gravity pulls it into the gorge slowly
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok shifts a bit and he runs ahead and kicks off the carriage as it starts to fall, aiming to land on solid ground
<DeathStar> 6* The carriage goes falling down dramatically
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok hits the ice and slides a bit on his back. 1"Holy glittering that was close." 6He starts to rise again and he makes his way to Carly
<DeathStar> 6* The ice demon lays in the snow, black fluids around her, that looks like blood. Demon blood. She shifts onto her side to eye Dahok weakly, and looks as if she is dying
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok eyes the demon, he glances around briefly to see if he can see anything else.
<DeathStar> 6* OTher than the two dead Knights, all that seems to be around is the gorge - no tracks, nothing else.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok rolls his right sleeve up and he kneels down beside Carly and holds his wrist out to her. 1"I think you need some blood."
<DeathStar> 6* Carly looks at him weakly, in surprise, but then nods, moving forward to bite into his wrist without asking twice to get it. While he'd feel slightly dizzy, she stops before he loses strength, apparantly not dumb enough to take out the one person capable of moving in this terrain. But then narows her eyes, pointing at a mound of snow. "Live one."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok winces a bit as he presses his hand against the wound now and he looks towards the mound. 1"You good enough to walk now?" 6He starts moving towards where she pointed
<DeathStar> <Carly> Can walk. Too weak for anything more. 6* She rises a bit, holding her side; she doesn't even bother to look normal, as if that would be too much. She sniffs the mound of snow. "Monster hunter."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok nods and he starts digging into the snow for the monster hunter
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> What happened?
<DeathStar> 6* Seth is slowly uncovered, but is breathing. Carly licks her lips, then begins to tell what happened.
<DeathStar> -TIME SLIDE-
<DeathStar> 6* Jean peers through the window at the icey terrain, looking bored, a hand on her face as she eyes it all; the first two days she seemed overly excited, but nothing has changed out there
<DeathStar> 6* Rachael quietly looks over a parchment, sitting next to whoever is in the carriage with her and Jean
<Kaelan> * Kaelan sits quietly, eyes closed as the listens to the noises of the carriages.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok sits across from Mercy. 1"So did ya wanna look at the glittering again tonight?
<DeathStar> <Mercy> If you want to look at it again, Sir Dahok
<Kit> 6Nephilim stares at Kaelan from an inch, maybe, away from her face.
<Kit> <Zeal> What are you reading, lady Rachael?
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I always love looking at it, it's just more fun with company.
<Kit> <Nephilim> Then you don't mind if Kael and I come, too, Dahok?
<DeathStar> 6* Rachael looks up, smiling a bit. "Oh, a story about a boy who cried wolfhowl."
<Kaelan> * Seth sits in whichever carriage he's placed in, working on fixing a leather armband's ties.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Don't see why not.
* Kaelan has quit IRC (Read error: Connection reset by peer)
<Kit> <Zeal> Oh. He gets eaten, right?
* Kaelan has joined #taw

<Kit> <Zeal> It was very unpopular with the boys in the orphanage.
* Kaelan slowly opens her eyes and peers at Neph.
<Kit> <Nephilim> Boooring.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Boring?
<Kit> <Nephilim> Kael here.
<DeathStar> 6* Rachael giggles
<Kit> <Zeal> Consequently I told it every time." 6She smiles.
* Kaelan frowns a little. "You didn't have to ride with me."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Uh...Ok? 6He looks confused and shrugs then looks at Mercy. 1"So you enjoying being out here yet?"
<DeathStar> 6* Seth is alone - in the third carriage
<DeathStar> <Mercy> It is --- interesting, sir Dahok
<Kit> <Nephilim> I did if I wanted to ride with Mercy.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> A good change of pace, eh?
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy blinks at Neph
<Kaelan> "Mmm."
<Kit> 6Nephilim smiles mischievously at Mercy.
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy nods politely to Dahok
<DeathStar> <Rachael> I can imagine you doing that
<Kaelan> * Seth is lonely.
<Kit> <Zeal> They picked on the girls...
* Kaelan pats Neph on the head.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I'm just we could get you out of the castle for a little bit.
<Kit> 6Nephilim pauses, then leans her head back, biting at Kaelan's hand.
* Kaelan pauses and looks at her biting and leans in, gently nipping her ear.
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy... stares
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok slowly pauses to eye Kaelan act way out of character
<Kit> 6Nephilim's ears don't hang out in the open to be bitten, unfortunately, or her career would be short.
* Kaelan sighs and eyes her, her attempt foiled as she apparently bites nothing.
<Kit> 6Nephilim flicks Kaelan's nose to get her off her bandana.
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy adverts her eyes as Kaelan bites at hair and bandana
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Really?
* Kaelan backs up a little. "Drat, you win this round."
<Kit> 6Zeal nods, her arms crossed.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok looks back at Mercy again. 1"I just kind of wish the scenery was more interesting."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> But atleast we've got you and everyone else for that.
* Kaelan looks at Neph biting into her gloves. "I hope you don't mind the taste of leather and sharpening oil that much."
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy peers at Dahok, smiling at him politely
<Kit> <Nephilim> Noht i't ah'll.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> So can I help ya cook today?
<DeathStar> <Mercy> If you wish, sir Dahok.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> It's the least I can do since you've been doing so much for us.
<Kit> <Nephilim> And what do you mean the scenery's not interesting?" 6She huffs, wiping her mouth. 1"I'm plenty scenery! And so is Mercy!"
<DeathStar> 6* Jean squeals loudly and points. "Something different!"
<Kit> 6Zeal blinks and peers over at Jean's direction
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok glances at Nephilim, since he essentially said atleast he has the girls for scenery right after
<DeathStar> 6* It is---- a gorge.
<Kit> <Zeal> E--eh..! Ch-Change the direction! Or stop!
<Kaelan> * Kaelan sighs and looks out the window.
<DeathStar> 6* The Knights seem to be moving to along side of it
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok peers out the one window to look at the gorge, he lets out a low whistle. 1"That would be one bad drop."
<Kit> <Nephilim> Hey, what're the <sardine> cans doing?
<DeathStar> 6* Suddenly, the horses make noises and jerk. The horses dart and run into one another, and two carriages smash together - Dahok's and Zeal's, while the third teeter and falls into the gorge, getting stuck. The horses and Knights fall into the gorge with cries, almost jerking Seth's carriage down
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok looks at Neph. 1"Huh?"
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok is thrown around from all that
<DeathStar> 6* Jean squeals loudly as the carriages collide and Rachael stumbles as they come to a stop; all around them, men in white rise up from the snow, wielding large lances. More come riding up on white horses and attack the Knights quickly
<Kaelan> * Seth curses a little and pulls up his weapons, moving to the carriage door.
<DeathStar> 6* Jean holds Baby, then peers out as the Knights are quickly beaten by superior numbers. Carly stirs awake next to Zeal
<Kit> 6Zeal groans slightly, wincing, but taking a toll on injury and number. 1"A-Ambush..?"
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok groans a bit as he tries to push himself up into a stand
<Kit> <Zeal> By whom..?
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy grips at Dahok in fear, peering out the window
<Kit> 6Nephilim, having been crawling about, was no doubt bounced about.
* Kaelan frowns and looks out at the ambush. "We've got big trouble."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok grabs Mercy's hand and looks at her. 1"Is everyone alright?"
<DeathStar> 6* Men rush to the doors of Zeal's carriage, and jerk it open, grabbing Jean and yanking her out. When the bearoar leaps out at the guy, he lances the bearoar and swings it arond and into the gorge. Jean screams, but gets backhanded and falls over into the snow
<DeathStar> 6* Soma, when some men grab at Zeal to yank her out, growls fiercely, and the guy grabbing Zeal reaches for him now
<Kaelan> "J-Jean..." *she draws her sword, moving for the carriage door*
<Kit> <Zeal> Unhand me!" 6She widens her eyes, swatting the man's hand reaching for Soma and glares over. 1"What is the meaning of this..!?"
<DeathStar> 6* Men rush to and open the carriage door to Dahok's carriage now, aiming their lances; they thrust it up at Kaelan's throat. "Drop it." 6* Aother yanks Mercy out, putting a sword to her neck threateningly
<DeathStar> <Man> Drop your weapons.
* Kaelan blinks and drops her sword, not about tp push her luck at that.
<DeathStar> 6* The man aims his lance at Zeal and Carly. "Get out."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Jean? 6He jerks as the door opens and he stares at them holding Mercy. 1"Woh, let's just calm down here."
<DeathStar> 6* Hands grab at Rachael while she goes for her sword, and yank her out easily as well.
<Kaelan> * Seth frowns at the door of his carriage and eyes what's going on, his bow already notched with an arrow.
<Kit> 6Nephilim weakly whimpers, finally starting to move on the carriage floor.
<DeathStar> <Man> Out of the carriage. 6* One grabs Neph and yanks her out
* Kaelan moves out of the carriage slowly, careful of the lance pointed at her. "Alright."
<Kit> <Zeal> L-Lady Rachael!" 6She bites her lip, eyeing the lances and her fingers fidget near the knife and hatchet.
<DeathStar> <Soma> MEwwwwwwwwlrol!
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Alright. 6He holds his hands up. 1"You heard him Kael. 6He moves to step out now.
<Kaelan> "I know... I'm behaving."
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy trembles in fear, and the man drags her back to where Rachael and JEan are at; they drop her and Neph down, where men keep their weapons ready. There seems to be about 20 of them
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok steps out and peers at them all, doing a quick count. 1"There's a lot of you."
<DeathStar> 6* Rachael flexes her fingers, debating using her magic, but then eyes the numbers.
<Kaelan> * Seth grumbles and puts his bow down, stepping out.
<DeathStar> 6* Hands grab Kaelan and drag her to the female group being formed, tossing her down as well. Men move to begin binding them, and Rachael makes a face as her hands get put behind her
<Kit> 6Zeal remains still, breathing a bit harder from both anxiety and the jolt of the wreck, but scowls. 1"Who are you?"
<DeathStar> <Man> Out. 6* He orders Zeal.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I'd say they're slavers. Smarts ones infact.
<DeathStar> 6* As Neph and Kaelan are put down, they're felt up for weapons and items - and for their womanly parts
<DeathStar> 6* Dahok and Seth are directed over toward the remaining Knights, which number about 5.
* Kaelan glares at the one feeling her up. She of course still has her dagger on her.
<Kit> 6Nephilim instinctively goes for a knife, hidden on her inner thigh, attempting to stab or cut the hands reaching for her-- but clumsily at that, as if she knocked her head.
<DeathStar> 6* As the men move about, one remains on horseback, wearing a fierce looking mask of red and black. The Knights murmur upon seeing his mask
<DeathStar> 6* The men curse at Nephilim, and strike her head with the side of the lance, with enough force to knock her out.
<Kaelan> * Seth frowns peers over at the masked one, standing with the other men.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok is moved along, eyeing the five around him and then the knights mumbling. 1"Who is that?"
<Kit> <Zeal> ..." 6She eyes the man darkly, not having much incentive either way.
<DeathStar> <Men> Strangest lot of nobility I've ever seen
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I'm far from nobility.
<DeathStar> 6* The man pulls his lance back, as if saying he'll lance her if she doesn't.
<DeathStar> 6* The men laugh, eyeing the royal carriages, then Dahok
<Kaelan> Seth> "Course not, you're a bodyguard."
<Kit> 6Nephilim makes a chiding sound, as if taunting them, but then jerks and falls face first again as she's knocked out.
<Kaelan> * Seth nudges him with an elbow.
<DeathStar> 6* Carly steps out a bit as ordered, peering at Zeal quietly; she's in her "normal" human form right now
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> And who are you people?"
<Kit> 6Zeal looks to Carly, still biting her lip. Clearly their well-being and Soma's are on a higher priority than her own.
<DeathStar> <Knight> They are Daimen the Demon's people. 6* He nods at the masked one. "Keep your mouths still if you wish to live." 6* He whispers to Dahok and Seth
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok mouths the Daimen the Demon's people part and he eyes the masked man.
* Kaelan looks over at the masked one silently.
<DeathStar> 6* The man aiming at Zeal begins to count down from 3.
<DeathStar> <Man> 2.
<Kit> <Zeal> F-Fine.
<Kaelan> * Seth just watches quietly now. He looks a little relieved when Zeal gives up.
<Kit> 6Zeal makes a face, showing her hands to drop the hatchet and knife, frowning.
<DeathStar> 6* The men begin to go over Seth and Dahok's clothes, while others go through the carriages; some men grab Zeal and Carly, leading them toward the women's group.
<DeathStar> 6* Mercy whimpers as her arms are tied together behind her; Kaelan as well. Jean, despite being knocked out, has the same treatment
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok squirms at first then relaxes. 1"You'll not find any weapons on me."
<Kaelan> * Seth's meager possessions and weapons are present.
<DeathStar> <Man> Sir! I found licenses. This one is a digger, and that one is a Hunter. <Daimen> ...
<Kit> 6Zeal glares daggers into anyone getting near her, of course, but shifts uncomfortably, sheltering Soma most at this point.
* Kaelan just eyes her captors coldly, not struggling as she's bound.
<DeathStar> 6* Soma mewls inside her breasts. The man ties Zeal up. "You behave, I won't hurt your pet. Defy me, adn it suffers."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Well you will find a license on me.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I am kind of fond of it too
<Kit> 6Zeal pauses at the announcement, turning to eyes the man and starts to fight being tied, but then staggers worriedly and nods, looking down. She fidgets her hands, however, trying to ditch her signet ring.
<Kaelan> Seth> "That'd--- yeah."
<DeathStar> <Daimen> Then they are not worth ransom. 6* He speaks with a gravel voice that inflicts no emotions. "Strip the five Knights and tie them up into one carriage. Keep the Hunter and Digger to the side."
<DeathStar> 6* The men move to do as ordered, getting the Knights out of their armor and whatnot, while Dahok and Seth are led over to the gorge edge by three men
<Kaelan> Seth> "Got a bad feeling about this mate."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok looks at the knights. 1"Sure glad I'm not being stripped..." 6He pauses as he's led to the gorge edge. He peers backwards over the edge and gulps. 1"Let's not get us too close to the edge."
<DeathStar> 6* The men inspect the girls, checking their teeth and jaws like they were animals. One looks up from Mercy. "This one sems to be a servant from the castle. This one appears to be a noble lady." 6* He nudges Jean with his foot. He eyes Rachael oddly in her outfits, and as she's examined, murmurs
<DeathStar> <Man> A half-elf, I think, sir. 6* Daimen leans forward.
<DeathStar> 6* A few others check Nephilim, exclaiming the same thing; each girl gets their ears checked now
* Kaelan frowns more and checks her breathing, doing her best to stay calm.
<Kit> 6Nephilim swats at the first to check-- though slumps, apparently still unconscious. A conditioned reflex.
<DeathStar> <Daimen> Put the two elves and the two noble ones into the other carriage. 6* He nods at Zeal and Jean. They are lifted up, as is Rachael, who begins to fight now, and gets a thump o nthe head, slumping.
<Kit> 6Zeal twitches visibly, but finding she's not much use without her hands, and especially her bow, remains quiet about it, keeping her signet ring hidden in her palm.
<DeathStar> 6* Kaelan and Mercy are led over to horses and forced to climb them. Carly, tied up as well, begins to get led along as well. After the Knights are loaded up, Daimen nods. "Kill the other two." 6* He says about Dahok and Seth. As one soldier leans back to lance Dahok, Carly vanishes and appears in front of him, getting gutted.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok relaxes his fingers a bit as he rests his arms by hiis sides
<DeathStar> 6* She jerks back against Dahok, knocknig him into the gorge; he falls through the open carriage door Seth made, the door swinging close after him, and hits the other door hard on his head, knocking himself out
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok's eyes go wide and he throws his hands forward, sending a gale burst at the three knights infront of him
<Chad`Winters> 6Or doesn't and he falls over
<DeathStar> 6* The three Knights are partially hit, giving Seth a chacne to run for it
<DeathStar> 6* Carly stumbles and transforms into her demon form. The men back up, gasping nd staring at her
<Kaelan> * Seth takes the chance, breaking for it as fast as he can through the snow.
* Kaelan watches with fright for Dahok's life from her horse, keeping as steady as she can while bound.
<DeathStar> 6* One of the men aim at Seth and fire an arrow, hitting him in the neck/shoulder blade and dropping him into a snow mound. The men back up from Carly, and go for the horses. Daimen stares, then orders his people to pull out, and they ride off with the two carriages. Carly falls over a moment later
<DeathStar> -TIME RETURN-
<DeathStar> 6* By now, Seth would be awake as Carly finishes.
<DeathStar> 6* Another Knight, not quite dead, and played by Kit, has also moved over to join them, his left arm injured
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Hmmm...6He rubs the back of his neck. 1"I guess I owe you my life then."
<DeathStar> 6* Carly eyes Seth's neck hungerily.
<Kaelan> * Seth sits up, holding the wounded area. "Do we have any way of tracking them?"
<Kit> <Knight> Tracking.. them? Are you mad?
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok rubs his face as he looks at Carly and then at the two dead knights. 1"IF you..." 6He waves his hand as if that'll solve the conundrum he's in. ”Eat them...”
<Kaelan> Seth> "I've been told that."
<Kaelan> Seth> "I don't sit right with leaving beautiful women to be carted off into slavery."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Then you can stay here, I'm not leaving my friends to that fate. 6He peers around for any supplies
<Kit> <Knight> You are saying I sit well with leaving our beloved lady Mercy with slavers?
<DeathStar> <Carly> Dahok's blood tasted different. A bit like the Angel's.
<Kit> 6The knight looks offended, and considers his good hand on running Seth through
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok glances at Carly. 1"I...don't know how to take that. Either way we need to find which way they went." 6He looks at the knight. 1"You should know where this Daimen guy usually stays around."
<Kaelan> Seth> "You're the one calling me crazy for wanting to go after them."
<Kit> <Knight> If we knew, such places would not exist.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> If slaver's are anything like pirates, they always have a haven they return to.
<DeathStar> 6* Other than the armor and some swords from the Knights, there is no more supplies
<Kit> <Knight> It seems you know more of pirates than I.
<DeathStar> <Carly> Carly think Dahok might be linked to Angel.
<Kit> 6The knight eyes Dahok suspiciously.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok moves over to the dead knights to pick up the swords and look over the armor
<Kaelan> Seth> "...Angel?"
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I've ran into them, yeah.
<Kit> 6The knight's eyes widen at Carly.
<Kit> 6The knight then eyes Dahok even more suspiciously, bracing at his sword.
<DeathStar> <Carly> Aren't all girls angels to you?
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Here's what's gonna happen. We're gonna track them down, and get them back. As many as they were they're going to leave tracks even in this weather.
<Kaelan> Seth> "Ah... right. Turns of phrase I suppose." *he grins and grabs up some armor and weapons* "We'll need this stuff if we're gonna take on a slaver camp."
<Kit> <Knight> We were just overwhelmed by numbers, what do you hope to accomplish!?
<Kaelan> Seth> "A valiant rescue."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> More then I will standing here. 6He grabs a sword and places it on his back. 1"What's your name?" 6He looks at hte knight
<Kit> 6The knight frowns slightly, then seems to stagger, peering at the injury to his left arm. 1"Azhren."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Put the armor on and grab two swords if you're coming with. 6He moves to help Carly stand up
<DeathStar> 6* Carly rises a bit, sniffing Dahok and shifting his clothing to look at his arm, studying something there.
<Kit> <Azhren> Beg your pardon, but I can only use one." 6He gestures to his left arm.
<Kaelan> Seth> "Two?" *he fixes some armor on*
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok eyes her then his arm
<Kaelan> * Seth buckles on two blades, looking around for his bow if it wasn't taken.
<DeathStar> 6* There's a strange black symbol on his arm now
<DeathStar> 6* The mark of the angel some would say
<DeathStar> 6* Seth's equipment is gone
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok looks confused and shocked. 1"...I don't remember ever getting that drunk before..." 6He shifts to cover it up and looks at Azhren. 1"Strap one to your back for now. We're gonna need everything we can take. 6He looks around the ground for any markings or horse hooves
<DeathStar> <Carly> Could be the angel is reaching out to you. 6* She notes only to him. He'd see no markings with the fresh snow falling. "Try feeling her out."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok looks at Carly and rubs the back of his neck and closes his eyes, trying to feel her out
<Kaelan> Seth> *just eyes the two carefully, squinting a bit*
<Kit> 6Azhren eyes Dahok, then his bleeding arm and shakes his head. 1"You, boy." 6He nods to Seth. 1"Tie off my arm." 6He mumbles, moving to drag a greatsword away from one of the other knights.
<DeathStar> 6* He'd feel something eastward
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> They're west of us. 6He points east in the right direction. "I think."
<Kaelan> * Seth eyes the man and grabs a cloth, tieing up a sling for the guy. "Alright."
<Kit> <Azhren> ...No, not that way. Tie it off. I don't want to feel this fully. I might pass out.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> You going to need help walking? 6He looks at Carly
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok pauses then quickly moves to the edge of the gorge and looks down, his eyes darting around frantically
<DeathStar> <Carly> CAn walk. Won't be able to fight without more blood
<DeathStar> 6* There's no signs of anything in the gorge anymore
<Kaelan> * Seth does as the guy wants.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok growls a bit and he moves back over to Carly. 1"How will you feel, finishing off what's coming out of Azhren's wound?
<DeathStar> <Carly> Mmm, better.
<Kit> 6Azhren shakes his head, tying off his left arm with the sling cloth using his good hand and teeth, then sits, leaning the arm against the wagon, reaching over for the discarded hatchet.
<DeathStar> 6* Carly prances over to Azhren and waits
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok nods and he looks at Azhren. 1"We're going to need everyone as strong as possible, which means that the blood you're losing, is going to need to be...drank by Carly here."
<Kaelan> Seth> "What is she, exactly?"
<Kit> <Azhren> A demon. Can't you tell by looking?
<DeathStar> 6* Carly blows a kiss at Seth. "You couldn't tell after last night."
<Kaelan> * Seth smiles. "Well I said you were a demon in the sack but..." *he pauses* "...Oh."
<Kit> 6Azhren reaches back and quite brutally hacks with the hatchet below his tie, taking two more swings than anyone would have liked to use to remove their own arm.
<DeathStar> 6* Carly casually moves over to collect the arm and blood
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok stares at that. 1"What the hell?!"
<DeathStar> 6* Carly drinks like it were a gobblet of wine
<Kit> 6Azhren packs snow against the new wound, wincing, and uses a discarded shirt from one of the knights to press against it. 1"You aren't from around here, are you?" 6He notes to Dahok.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> ...That's the stupidest thing I've ever seen. 6He rubs his face and shakes his head. 1"Whatever, it's your life you just cut short. Seth, you got everything we can carry?"
<Kaelan> * Seth stares in disbelief too. He snaps out of it and looks at Dahok, he straps on a third sword over his back. "I think so."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Then we're gonna start moving now while the weathers in our favor
<Kaelan> Seth> "Let's get walking then."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok starts moving eastward now, shifting his cloak hood over his head
<DeathStar> 6* Carly follows, wiping away blood from her chin, looking better.
<Kit> <Azhren> Yeah, you're not from around here. Had I left it attached my life would be shorter, stranger. The wound would fester and the useless limb merely weakens the rest of me.
<Kaelan> * Seth moves after Dahok. "Whatever you say... *mumbles* crazy..."
<Kit> <Azhren> Now it's different. If we-- hurry. I can use this pain. I can do something rather than lay useless and hoping not to die.
<DeathStar> <Carly> Men had horses. We have feet. Will take long time to catch up.
<Kit> 6He rises, picking up the greatsword with his one good arm, shouldering it. 1"If you say we have a chance at rescuing lady Mercy-- point me in that direction."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I know, but we've got nothing else to use. They took everything
<Kaelan> Seth> "Then we press on."
<DeathStar> 6* The wind blows cold and bitter as they move along, adn the snow makes it difficult to walk, being several feet deep
<Kit> <Knight> Gh-- the shields.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I suppose you don't know of an easier way to walk through this stuff, huh Carly?
<Kit> 6The knight shakes his head. 1"We should use their shields."
<DeathStar> <Carly> No underground tunnels here. But---smell humans on the wind to the north a bit. Not attackers
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Humans out here? 6He looks at Carly. 1"How far?"
<DeathStar> <Carly> Half mile.
<Kaelan> Seth> "Maybe we can get some help."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> We'll check it out, then, but keep your guards up. 6He looks at Carly for which way is north
<DeathStar> 6* Carly shifts to follow the way to the buffet.
<Kit> <Azhrel> Strap a shield to either foot and walk across the snow.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok moves to take the lead north now
<Kaelan> Seth> "...Could that work?"
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> We'd tire ourselfs out from the weight
<Kit> <Azhren> You'd tire more from trudging through several feet of snow against a blizzard.
<DeathStar> <Carly> Carly eat first person to drop. 6* She chimes happily
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Yeah I'm not turning back to try putting shields on my feet.
<Kaelan> Seth> "I'll endevour not to."
<Kit> <Azhren> I cannot do it myself. Your funeral, however.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok glances at Carly at that part and he looks ahead again as he pushes onward
<DeathStar> 6*Carly whispers to Dahok. "Carly raise incentive not to fall and give up."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok makes an odd face, more out of surprise then anything else
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok awkwardly pats her head.
<DeathStar> 6* As they trudge along, they come across a hill of snow that is about 15 feet up.
<Kit> Azhren whispers to Seth. 1"See how he's friendly with that demon? Clearly they are accomplices.."
<Kaelan> Seth> "You're truely a leader, gorgeous." *he looks up at the hill of snow*
<Kaelan> * Seth looks at Azhren.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok eyes the hill then around to see how wide it is
<DeathStar> 6* It seems to go for several hundred feet on either side
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Up we go. 6He takes a deep breathe and starts to climb up the hill
<Kaelan> * Seth starts to climb up as well.
<DeathStar> 6* Carly follows; the climb is difficult despite it not benig so high, and when they reach the top, they're out of breath. Down the way, they can see a small wandering village.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok stands at the top, panting. He peers down at the wandering village and points. 1"That's good atleast."
<Kit> 6Azhren sighs, then eyes the hill and his sword. He sets the greatsword down on the snow on its side, then sits on it, giving a shove.
<DeathStar> 6* Carly pushes Seth over and rides him down like Azhren is doing
<Kaelan> Seth> "Yikes!"
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok looks over at them all going sliding down and takes several steps forward and falls over to slide/roll down
<DeathStar> 6* Seth gets snow in his face, mouth, clothes, hair, etc, by the time he reaches the bottom. Carly rises and moves along, transferring into her human like form
<Kit> <Azhren> Heh. Style for a demoness, at least.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok reaches the bottom and he stumbles a bit as he stands up. He shakes his body and he moves to catch upto Carly.
<Kaelan> * Seth starts shaking off snow. "Ye Gods that's cold!"
<DeathStar> 6* Carly approaches the village; the people there, dressed warmly, look at them coming up. Their houses are of snow
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Thank god, people. 6He says as he movesa bit into the village.
<Kaelan> * Seth moves with them, rubbing his chest and shivering. "Why'd I leave Navarro again?"
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Not sure...Something about a terrible beast.
<Kaelan> Seth> "Right... Wolpertinger."
<DeathStar> 6* Some kids stop playing to stare at them. A few of the men watch them carefully.
<Kit> 6Azhren keeps the broad blade over shoulder, breathing heavily, but looking solid enough. He goes to raise a hand in greeting-- and realizes he no longer has it.
<DeathStar> 6* The kids freak out at that and run to hide behind women
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok hold his arms up nonthreatingly. 1"We could use so..me help.
<DeathStar> 6* An older man approaches, eyeing them. "Are you the Hunters we asked for?"
<Kaelan> Seth> "I'm a hunter, if that's what you mean, we got attacked by bandits along the way."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok peers at Seth then the older man. 1"Slavers I think."
<Kit> <Azhren> Daimen's demons.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Yeah, those.
<Kaelan> Seth> "...Yes. They killed most of the other men with us and took all the women."
<DeathStar> <Older Man> I see--- we are sorry to hear that. But there is nothing we can do to help you. Monsters have been attacking our village and eating our herds.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Do you have horses we can ride?
<DeathStar> <Older Man> We cannot afford to give our horses.
<Kit> <Azhren> Among those taken was an attendent of the royalty, and the slain are of the castle's. Should you aid us, you will be rewarded.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> If we take out these monsters?
<Kit> <Azhren> If nothing else, the knights themselves will likely aid your village in its protection as thanks.
<Kaelan> * Seth rubs his head a bit.
<DeathStar> 6* The older man hesitates, eyeing Azhren, then Dahok. "We have asked Nuege's soldiers for help before, sir Knight, and been turned away."
<Kit> <Azhren> Being one of them, I personally apologise." 6He bows his head, kneeling to the old man. 1"However, what I say is no lie."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Then we'll slay what monsters we can to help you and in return, coudl you lend us two horses?
<DeathStar> <Older Man> But if you were to kill the monsters, we would be glad to give you our horses
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Do you have a medicine man among you?
<Kit> <Azhren> Time... we have none.." 6He frowns, peering to the side.
<Kaelan> Seth> "If the lair is easily found, we might be able to kill the monsters and be on horseback finding our friends faster then on foot."
<DeathStar> <Older Man> I am sorry, but we do not. We travel north or to Nuege for aid
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Seth's right. They'll take some time to decide what they want to do with the woman. But not long enough for us to walk to find them. 6He points at Azhren's stump. 1"Is there anything anyone could do for that?"
<Kaelan> Seth> "Fresh cloth for bandages, maybe? And tell me about these pesky monsters."
<DeathStar> 6* The older man eyes Azhren. "We could try to burn the wound."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> If you could, I'd rather not it cause any problems. 6He bows to the man. 1"Tell me what you can about these monsters? Numbers, those type of things
<Kit> <Azhren> A hot iron would do, I suppose.
<DeathStar> 6* The women lead Azhren off.
<DeathStar> 6* The older man motions them over to sit on some stools by a fire
<Kaelan> * Seth moves over to the fire gladly.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok moves to sit on a stool, his hands shifting towards the fire for warmth
<DeathStar> <Older Man> It is a pack of white tigoars. They have been eating our cowmoos.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> About how many?
<Kaelan> Seth> "Mmm... and any idea of their lair?"
<DeathStar> <Older Man> We cannot be sure - there seemed to be six of them. And we don't knwo where their lair is - they seem to approach from the west, however.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Probaby have been following your village. 6He peers around as if trying to find out which way is west
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> And when do they attack?
<DeathStar> <Older Man> Night.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Six against us four...6He rubs his face then peers at Carly. 1"You strong enough to handle this?"
<DeathStar> <Carly> Mmmmm. If rewarded later. 6* She smiles innocently. The older man eyes Carly, surprised that she's a fighter
<Kaelan> Seth> "Good odds I think, we can handle it."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> ...We'll see how you do tonight then. With that knight missing an arm now we'll need everyone else to work harder."
<Chad`Winters> 6He looks at the older man. 1"We have a deal then. Horses, and enough supplies for a day or two to slay these white tigoars?
<DeathStar> <Older Man> We do not have many uspplies, sir...
<DeathStar> <Older Man> We can humblely offer you a meal and drink
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Food is all I'd ask for.
<Kaelan> Seth> "We'll wave any guild mark fees too. For the record."
<DeathStar> 6* The older man bows humblely. Carly considers. "Might be best to explore and find den of the monsters. Catch them while they sleep."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok looks at Carly. 1"Sounds idea."
<DeathStar> 6* The older man waves and the women bring over some meat for them.
<Kaelan> Seth> "Yes, we should get them before they're out and about."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Then we should fill our bellies and move out to the west and hope we can find they're den.
<Kaelan> * Seth digs in, nodding.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok bows his head to the woman and he starts to eat the food.

<DeathStar> 6* As the four move along, searching for the last two hours or so, they'd see a little ice cavern, near the gorge
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok points, his face wrapped with cloth upto his eyes. 1"I see a cave."
<Kit> <Azhren> Ugh-- is that is..?
<DeathStar> <Carly> Carly smell monsters
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok looks at Carly. 1"Looks like we lucked out.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok unstraps the sword he picked up and pulls it out. 1"Everyone be at your ready."
<Kaelan> Seth> "That can be really useful." *he draws a sword*
<Kit> <Azhrel> Right... 1"He tightens his grip on the broadsword, poising slightly as he continues to move through the snow toward the cave.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok starts moving towards the cavern
<DeathStar> 6* As they get closer, they can see bones of cowmoos on the ground, picked clean. The cavern itself is dark, and hard to even see that far inside
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok frowns. 1"I don't have any glowstones on me, going in would be hazardous.
<DeathStar> <Carly> Monsters attacted to blood
<DeathStar> 6* She eyes Azhren's bloodied clothes
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Guess that leaves us little choice. 6He shifts to pull out a piece of meat he saved and he tosses it to the ground then begins to draw his blade across his arm, his face gritting as it cuts in
<Kit> 6Azhren stares at Dahok doing that.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Take up positions around the entrance. I don't want them surrounding us
<DeathStar> 6* Carly licks her lips, but moves off
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok begins to clench his fist, as he waves his arm around to spread blood into the snow
<Kaelan> * Seth moves off to one side to ready an ambush.
<Kit> 6Azhren moves to the side of the entry itself, poising with the blade.
<DeathStar> 6* After a moment, three large tigoars step out, their teeth so big that a few curl up past their upper lips and noses
<Kit> 6Azhren waits until the third is out, then strains and moves to literally try and cleave it in halves.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok holds onto the sword tightly as he eyes the tigoars. 1"Holy gilttering you guys are big
<Kit> <Azhren> Hrrraaa!!
<Kaelan> * Seth bravely lets Azhren go in first.
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar is cut into, and it roars in pain as it's flesh is torn and blood sprays out. The other two whirl around and eye Azhren, and begin to charge at him, while two more leap out of the cave toward Dahok
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok throws his hand forward to send a lv gale burst at the two leaping at him, hoping to send them into the ice wall above the cavern
<Chad`Winters> NRP: lv 1
<Kaelan> * Seth leaps out from his hiding place, moving in at the side of one of the two attacking Azhren and strikes at it's side with an overhead slash.
<Kit> 6Azhren turns horizontally, using his spinning motion to slam the blade levelled at the closest coming for him, keeping his eyes on their movements
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoars are slid back and fall over themselves; Carly, meanwhile, gnaws at the one dying to make sure it's down for good. Azhren's blade moves in, but it and it's partner leap to the side to avoid him, and Seth. One faces Seth now, while the other fces Azhren
<Kaelan> * Seth stands defensively, blade ready for the Tigroar.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Oh come on...6He starts moving forward towards the two he knocked over, but keeps his distance.
<Kit> 6Azhren turns full circle and braces the blade back over his shoulder, a hand out in a posture to balance his weight.
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoars begin to recover from the gale burst. One charges at Seth and leaps at him, while the one facing Azhren dashes in at his missing arm side and tries to bite his leg
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok steps forward and sends a lv 2 gale burst at one, focusing on it in an attempt to send it slamming harshly into the cavern hole edge.
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar goes flying off, howling
<Kaelan> * Seth throws himself in a leap out of the way of the tigroar's pounce and turns to try and strike with a leading horizontal slash as it passes.
<Kit> 6Azhren takes a step back and raises the leg the tigoar's attacking for, aiming to stomp down on his head and swing his blade down at the neck in the same movement.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok frowns as he misses slamming it into the ice essentially and he focuses on the second one getting hup
<DeathStar> 6* The flying tigoar falls down the gorge, cursing Dahok's name all the way down, though it sounds like to him as HOOOOOOOWWWWWWWLLL
<DeathStar> 6* Seth's blade cuts the tigoar and it whirls around, bleeding and angry. As Azhren stomps at it's head, it shifts to bite his foot, crushing the boot and bone, but then jerks as the blade cuts into it's neck, carving flesh away and hitting bone, getting lodged. The tigoar shakes it's head, trying to tear his foot off in rage and pain
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok goes all O_O at that.
<Chad`Winters> 6He takes a breath as he focuses on the last tigoar infront of him
<Kit> <Azhren> Right through my armored grieve! Ridiculous!" 6He lets go of the hilt and brings his arm up, then slams his elbow into its end-- to spear the tigoar.
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar twitches as it's speared and goes limp. Dahok's tigoar charges at him, growling
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok waits a bit and he leaps to the side as it get's close, swinging his sword in at as it runs by hopefully
<Kaelan> * Seth holds his blade ready again for another attack, he makes a clicking noise, trying to keep the monster angered, and hopefully sloppy.
<Kit> 6Azhren grips his sword and twists, using his body as a counterweight to rip it out of the tigoar, panting, grimacing at the pain in his foot now.
<DeathStar> 6* Dahok cuts along his tigoar, and it angerily faces him. Seth's tigoar circles him.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok quickly gets up, bringing his sword back up again. 6He throws a level one gale burst at the tigoars face infront of him
<DeathStar> 6* Nothing happens.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Now that's not good. 6He takes a step back now
<Kaelan> Seth> "Explain that little trick later, for now, it's kill or be killed."
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok shifts and kicks up snow towards the tigoars face
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar charges at Dahok, while Seth's dashes in at his side; the tigoar is hit by the snow, and it shakes it's face, pissed
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok thrusts the swords towards it's face as it shakes it

<Kaelan> * Seth leaps backward as hard as he can, to throw himself out of it's direct path, slashing out at it as he does in a diagonal pattern to cross it's path.
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar is hit in the face by the sword, and the jolt runs down Dahok's arm as it hits bone head on. Teh tigoar howls in pain, and shakes it's head to the side to knock the sword out of it's bleeding face, missing an eye and has a chipped tooth. It lurches at Dahok
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar shifts to dodge, and gets impaled by ice from Carly.
<Kit> 6Azhren charges with Seth and puts the run and his whole body weight into another downward swing of the broadsword for the one attacking Dahok
<DeathStar> 6* The ne facing Dahok howls as the broadswor cuts into it, stunning it momentarily
<Kaelan> Seth> "Nice one!"
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok pulls his sword back, his grip a bit weak. He grabs it with both hands and throws an uppercut with the sword for the tigoar's chin
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar jerks, then goes still. From the cave, a low rumble is heard
<Kit> 6Azhren sighs, yanking on his blade to get it out, pausing to peer at the cave
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok pants a pit and he eyes the cave. 1"I think the big momma's coming out
<DeathStar> 6* Standing there is a female tigoar, 1.5 times the size of the other. It growls dangerously
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Hell hath now fury...6He takes in a deep breath as he stands up, his hands grabbing the blade tightly.
<Kaelan> * Seth stands upright and readies himself as well.
<Kit> <Azhren> Size and age come with experience-- consider this your warning..
<DeathStar> 6* It begins to approach them with murder in it's eyes
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Yeah, I go with the whole, it's bigger then the others meaning it's a hell of a lot tougher.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> But if ya wanna leave now. 6He steps back a bit.
<DeathStar> 6* It shifts a bit to keep Seth on the side of the gorge, then faces him, approaching so he has no where to back up to
<Kaelan> Seth> "I don't seem to have a choice! Get it's attention!"
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok eyes the positioning and he moves to get to it's side/behind it. 1"Come on...if there's anytime...now would be it." 6He holds out his hand, waiting.
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar takes another step - now in attack range
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok throws his hand forward to try and send a lv 2 gale burst into it's side and push it towards the cliffs edge, having picked an angle that should give Seth a chane to dodge if it swipes at him
<Kaelan> * Seth crouches down a little, in a way like he's ready to start running, or to brace himself.
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar slides a bit, looking surprised; it lashes out at Seth in rage, thinking it's his doing
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok pants and he slams his sword down and throws both hands forward, pushing himself again to throw another lv 2 burst at it's side
<Kaelan> * Seth leaps to one side of the slash, careful of the cliff edge, he brings his sword up to block.
<DeathStar> 6* Nothing happens
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok grabs the blade, yanking it out of the snow and he starts dashing towards the beast now
<DeathStar> 6* The slash knocks Seth a bit and he stumbles on the edge. Carly throws an ice shard into the tigoar's back. It roars in anger, shifting to turn to face them.

<Kit> <Azhren> Demon-- can you... perform other feats like that?

<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok whistles at it as he shifts to move around it and towards the gorge edge
<DeathStar> 6* Dahok would find no room to manuever if he tries to get behind it
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok pauses as he see's that and he chooses to stay on the side where it's between him and the gorge.
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar begins to approach Dahok
<Kaelan> * Seth slowly tries to manuver himself, away from the gorge.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I suppose we couldn't just forget what happened and go our seperate ways, huh? 6He steps back.
<DeathStar> 6* It takes another step
<Kaelan> * Seth looks around at it from behind for a weak point.
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> No? Well I tried. 6He steps back again, then shifts and hurls the sword at the best, his other hand swinging forward to try and summon a lv 1 gale burst behind the sword and hopes of sending it flying into the momma tigoar
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar is hit ni the face by the sword and gale burst, roaring in pain
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> A little help herE!
<Kit> 6Azhren rushes forward as they attack at the same time, but swings his sword around horizontally with his weight, as if not trying to cut it-- but hurtle it instead, toward the ravine
<Kaelan> * Seth nods and leaps up behind the monster and strikes down at it's back, stabbing downward.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok takes a deep breath and he shoves both hands forward trying to send whatever he can muster for gale burst into the tigoards front.
<DeathStar> 6* Dahok would feel his magic connection fading rapidly, and not the usual his MP is out. The gale burst hits into it's face and it stumbles into the other attacks, roaring as blood spews. It kicks back into Seth, knocking him over the edge, though he can grab it
<Kaelan> * Seth grabs onto the edge, crying out as he does, he groans as he hits the side and holds on. "Ow..."
<Kit> 6Azhren digs his foot in and turns-- trying to swing his weight into another 'batter up' style attack while it's still staggering
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok quickly moves over to Carly and holds out his arm. 1"We can't risk it, just take what you need to get it sent over.
<Kaelan> * Seth starts to work at pulling himself back up.
<DeathStar> 6* Carly holds up a hand to him, watching as Azhren hits the tigoar and it stumbles to the very edge, right where Seth is at, so he can't lift himself up
<DeathStar> 6* Teh tigoar scrambles at the very edge now, it's tail hitting Seth's face over and over, and it's rear exposed to him
<Kaelan> * Seth groans as he draws a second sword from his back.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok breathes heavily and he starts moving towards the tigoar
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> One last time that's all I ask. 6He throws his hand forward, as he tries to summon a lv 1 gale burst into the beast
<DeathStar> 6* The monster is hit again and it falls - it's claw comes down on top of Seth, as if to drag him down wiht it
<DeathStar> 6* Carly, peers at the 20 gold on the other 5 tigoars. It's a shame the boss' gold will go down wiht it
<Kaelan> * Seth digs one sword into the ground and holds onto it while he slices at the claw coming down on him.
<Chad`Winters> 6Dahok falls to a knee as he watches it go over.
<DeathStar> 6* The tigoar falls to it's demise
<DeathStar> 6* GIving them the finger
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Carly, pick up anything that dropped from the tigoars please. 6He groans as he stands up and he moves for the edge to help Seth up
<DeathStar> 6* Carly hops along to collect gold.
<Kaelan> * Seth gasps and pants, he puts the swords away. "If you don't mind, I'm still logging that one for credit with the guild."
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> Go ahead. 6He nods to him and he looks him over. 1"You alright?"
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> We need to make haste, something bad's happening to Jean.
<Kit> 6Azhren sticks his blade ino the snow to lean on, heaving. 1"How-- do you know that?"
<Kaelan> Seth> "...Alright, but on the way, how about you explain using magic and knowing that."
<DeathStar> <Carly> DAhok is a warlock
<Kaelan> Seth> "A what?"
<Chad`Winters> <Dahok> I just a have a bad feeling. Let's get moving. 6He starts moving back the way they came
