<DeathStar> Umi is travelling along when Future Jean steps out to meet with her. She explains the situation and what has really been happening, that Jean and Umi were supposed to get together, the kids, and what they did to Garald. Umi expresses her doubts about returning and F. Jean explains to her that she's loved her all along, that the initial thoughts about Truth were not about love, but her need to go explore and be herself. Umi ends up agreeing to return to her Jean, and makes a plan to draw Jean out to her. She sends Libel ahead with a story that she lost track of Umi.
<DeathStar> In the Demon Realm, Juliet crashes down and "lands" the airship. This allows Jubei, Angel and Lin to disembark and return to Deus. Zegretta ushers them out of there and as they head up, the queens ask the man in the ship where they should go. As a whipped husband, James agrees with Juliet that they should head to the Empire. Zegretta decides to send the ship back to Mercy on Autopilot with the extra mirror when they arrive.
<DeathStar> During this time, at the Palace, Garald attempts to lure Truth out with fruit and she accepts to go on a walk with him while the others prepare to move out. She asks him some questions and then says she needs to ask Jean for her blessing before making a choice, accepting this hopefully positive move, Garald gives her a fruit ring and heads off, freeing her to join the others. Ler and Rachael look over their child and discuss his going along with the group. Jean and Kaelan speak, Kaelan trying to apologize for the long absence, Jean acts cold, though she does extends a new friendship treaty with Di'Neer. She explains her inability to be sure she can trust Kaelan (and likely the others) anymore, but Kaelan keeps the olive branch extended. She heads off to join Lin Erica in the Empress room, one of the two places the followers are kept from going.
<DeathStar> Aurica, Parita, Gemane, Truth, Leruste, and Lia head to the last address in the Noble District. Here, they finally get a break, discovering a woman who looks like Seth and Carly, and a man who looke like Crimson and Phoen. They identify as Selthe and Crim respectively, and let the group inside. They learn that Seth and Carly lived long, but Seth found a way to die with Carly so he didn't have to continue without her. They confirm that Phoen indeed hid her identity as Autumn, and that Phoen long suspected Canaan of having ulterior motives to starting the religion.
<DeathStar> They also learn that the Erica family was a more recent marriage (if still ages ago) into the line and her emergence was both quiet and different from the other High Priestesses. THey do not know if Lin Erica can be trusted, but there is one simple fact that after the Ericas married into the line, all of the High Priestesses came out of that family. All women of the pure blood. The line seems not hereditary so much as a legacy, the Erica family keeping secrets that guaranteed their hold on the position.
<DeathStar> They also suggest that the Angel was suggested to take over the world and bring it to peace, but under the last Erica to rule before Lin, things seemed to become strange with the way the religion's mantra worked. They know only one thing, the real answers are hidden in the High Priestess Room and the Empress Room. They need to gain entry to those to get the truth.

<DeathStar> Butler returns to Mercy with the airship on autopilot, only to be given ownership as the sole remaining member. Fi'Anna has snuck off with the Empire lot. Rory and the other males and mages are being shuffled into society as their use of magik dies off, the stigma of the curse with it.
<DeathStar> Location: Ama's Palace
<DeathStar> The Empress leaving Amatsun triggered a change in the mirror used for travel, becoming cloudy and murky with a darkness that lingers and grows over time. While the group decides on what to do about it, Fi'Anna leaps through announcing her willingness to test it.
<DeathStar> A handful agree to go through it after her, led by Ama, but as Mugi insists, Zuzu offers her a kiss and knocks her out to spare the danger.
<DeathStar> Location: Jeanole
<DeathStar> The second half of the followers in the Empire currently are relaxing and deciding how to investigate the lineages of Lin Erica and head priests of the Empire when Fi'Anna comes flopping through the mirror suddenly, covered in a corrupt darkness. When trying to remove it causes Fi'Anna pain, tactics are changed until they get it off of those affected.
<DeathStar> That night in Aurica's chambers, the rest of the followers discuss the Empress' room and the High Priestess' hidden areas, and what secrets are still being witheld within. It's decided best that they finally make a move and see what lies beyond, but doing so will incite the fury of the Templars and most assuredly the High Priestess.
<DeathStar> They quickly learn that using abilities tied to the Angel will alert their adversaries because of their own connections and through sheer skill and finesse, break their way through the outlying Templars. Cracking the code on a series of theological-based combinations locks, they get to the inner parts of the Empress' room and to the revelation of Parita's knowledge, discover Lin Erica's true persona-- the Jean before the experimentations that made her who she is known across Tareh as. And not happy about it.
<DeathStar> It's then that Genvere walks into the room with more Enforcers and stakes to confront them, but with quick wit and tongue, they convince her very allies that the angel they're serving is the one they truly wish to serve and Genvere is subdued.
<DeathStar> Moving ahead they find the machine apparatus to draw the corruption from Tareh and expel is already active, Lin Eric pushing the Angel to finish it quickly when the Future Jean rushes forth and enters the sphere and Belit attempts to succumb Lin Erica to instant death, however she causes a backlash attempting to use the death emblem on Lin Erica more than once that sents her flying back. Lin Erica finishes her summons to the apparatus as the members and pair of Jeans clash and the aftermath...
<DeathStar> ...results in the entire section of the tower they were in ceasing to exist.
<DeathStar> As the other group and James come to investigate, they're greeted by the gaping emptiness from the implosion, the only thing remaining being an ascended dark angel, the Empress Jean corrupted and demanding their submission.

<DeathStar> 6* Twitching, Cersei tries to move even her fingers but fails as they go sailing, spinning, Lily Erica beside them, her body in a fetal position due to their poisons and attacks, in her priestess armor, as they suddenly find themselves flying right at a flying airship's side, and all their bodies slam into it painfully. F. Jean grunts as she slams into the side, then Cersei, Fate, Libel, Parita, Leruste, etc.
<DeathStar> 6* Brief seconds passing before gravity begins to take ahold, their bodies still not working properly, and they are miles up
<Seraphna> * Rica groans and growls, trying desperately to sink her dagger into the side after she slams into it.

<Aqua> *Butler peeks over the edge, reeling, strating to pull them up with wind magik

<Seraphna> * Rica, if she can't gather the motiuon to do it, also calls Sprite from below, having previously sent her away from the battle to alert the others. Mentally urging.

<Seraphna> Rica> "Lin Erica stole Jean's body... I think, if her plan worked. But we fucked up her machine something fierce."
<Jackieness> <Asha> *reels herself up, hair tendrils looking like large spider legs for just a moment*

<Jackieness> <Moira> "Then wake her and question her... then we cna figure out what our next move is to be."

<Seraphna> * Rica frowns and puts a hand on her, trying her own healing.
<DeathStar> 6* She sits cross legged. "That will do no good."

<Seraphna> Rica> "If it's Jean we have to do something!"

<Aqua> *Bel grits her teeth, shifting her shoulder back in the socket
<Nyaomi> 6Wyrd walks over to Lin and puts her hand on her, trying to give her a mark
<DeathStar> 6* Nothing happens, since Wyrd can't give marks unless Jean is channeling the energy through her

<DeathStar> <F. Jean v/o> For us, we met up despite the fact the templars grabbed me and took me to Jeanole to rule as Empress, and Umi and I were reunited. And the fact is when I sent out to get most of you, most of you came. Certainly, some of you did not come right away, but since there was no Dark Jean plaguing me, I was not paranoid about it. Kaelan went to see Zegretta and stayed with her in her kingdom, as an advisor, and after Moira helped save the princess with Mimi, taking her back to her castle, and Juliet never getting the idea for civil war, she came back to Jeanole (cont)
<DeathStar> <F. Jean> I never met people like Lia, for example, but I had the core group in Jeanole and we were making strives. The troubles interrupted - the elven Badelf group attacked Gelus and caused a massive war, and killed the royal family outside the older sister, not Juliet, and Zegretta was killed when her mage, Kapister, went evil, and Kaelan was gravely injured (cont)
<DeathStar> <F. Jean> Then Umbal went on to attack Amatsune. That was when I called for a war counsel, with Lin Erica who had been advising us. We all had been together so far and we had sent Kaelan to join us, and she had just arrived, despite her wounds, angry and bitter
<DeathStar> 6* Kaelan, with Fi'anna that she had kidnapped to protect, comes up the steps of the palace and Jean, dressed like an Empress, with Umi as her wife and Queen, greets her. Rachael is there, pregnant with Nephilim and well fed, one of her generals, as is Leruste
<DeathStar> 6* Moira is leader of the templars due to her knowledge and has tempered their natures
<DeathStar> <Jean> I am sorry for your loss, Kaelan. *She informs her*
<Chain> 6*Umi nods quietly by Jean
<Seraphna> * Kaelan moves a bit stiffly, clearly trying to hide how bad she still is, as she looks over Jean quietly. Her voice is a controlled one, distant from emotion though there's anger in her eyes, though not really for Jean. "Thank you."
<DeathStar> 6 *Cersei is quiet, overseeing the Enforcers that she has taken over
<DeathStar> 6* Jean touches the wound, using her healingh

<Seraphna> * Kaelan flinches a moment but lets it happen, she puts a hand on Fi'anna's head softly. She nods.
<DeathStar> 6* Jean turns and moves along in her silk gown, up the steps. Kaelan would see Genevere studying her, as well as the Enforcer Melissa and others, still alive at this point. Fi'anna is quiet and withdrawn.
<DeathStar> <Jean> We have established friendship treaties with Amatsune and have sent ships to aid them in their war with Umbal. Ama might be coming here directly for us to give people to go down into Umbal soon. She says Tsukiyomi has been acting strange
<Chain> 6*Umi follows, wearing less of a gown more than a body suit, legs and arms exposed and heavy use of fur
<DeathStar> 6* Jean enters the main area. Fate, one of the Angel Blades who seems to spy on Wyrd a lot, jerks and hides in the shadows
<Seraphna> * Kaelan leads the girl along, her gaze is frightening if it meets anyone's eyes, though she doesn't try to be, she's quiet, angered, lacking the reassurance of Zegretta and the moment of seeing Mercy's spirit. She walks along and nods more.

<Seraphna> * Truth, quieter than normal, sits to one side, but looks happy to see Kaelan.
<DeathStar> 6* Lin Erica looks over and nods to Kaelan and moves over. "It is an honor to have the Follower Kaelan here as well."
<Seraphna> * Kaelan looks at Rachael quietly, then offers a slight one in response. "Hi."
<DeathStar> <Rachael> IF you need anything, just ask. *she whispers and moves off.*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> *nods to Lin Erica, then back to Rachael*
<DeathStar> 6* Cersei finishes talking to Melissa and others and moves over with Wyrd.
<Aqua> *Bel yawns, stretching
<Seraphna> * Truth moves over and hugs Rachael almost like she's mimicing the action, Kaelan hugs her a bit more, perhaps because Truth is still childish. Truth then moves by Jean's side with Umi, more the Angel Blade than she is in the current timeline.
<DeathStar> 6* Ailee is off to ne side with Finn and Narok, Ailee allowed no collar due to being a Follower
<Jackieness> <Moira> *stands to one side, clad in the armor of the templar commander*

<DeathStar> 6* Jean leads them to a map of the world and leans forward. Rachael, Cersei, and the Enforcers stand about it. Libel nuzzles Moira for food

<Seraphna> * Kaelan peers over Fi'anna quietly, letting her stay close. She moves over to look at the map.
<DeathStar> <Jean> We have a lot of crisises breaking out suddenly for no reason - and some of them are personal. Gelus, since Moira's descendant Mimi was guarding the royal family and went missing when the elven army attacked and killed most of them
<Nyaomi> 6Wyrd stays quiet and by Cersei's side, seeming a bit muted.

<DeathStar> 6* Jean leans back in her seat, peering at commanders. Cersei studies things, thionking how the Enforcers could deal with situations
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Either attack one at a time in force, or split up and be weakened."
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "But end the threats before they can fester."
<DeathStar> <Rachael> If we attack one at a time our army will get tired too
<DeathStar> <Rachael> While the other threats get stronger.

<DeathStar> 6* Fate hides behind a table. Cersei rubs Wyrd affectionately like they are hidden lovers
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "I wouldn't mind the split, I would like to see Kapister pay for his crimes as soon as possible. But that is my bias." *the cold anger is there*
<DeathStar> <Jean> I do have a proposal, but I would hear what my two Generals think
<Aqua> *Bel wears a naval uniform, listening
<DeathStar> <Jean> Gelus and Neer are next two each other. We could send most of our forces there, to deal with the fires there, then have you all join Ama's forces when she arrives to go into Umbal. I might even join
<DeathStar> *She muses*
<DeathStar> <Jean> We are as strong as any army
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Hmmmm... all these things happening at once with little to no warning. I find it suspect."
<DeathStar> <Lin Erica> I protest my goddess - you going on the field is dangerous
<DeathStar> 6* She looks at Jean with worrty
<DeathStar> <Jean> *She waves her hand* I have my friends
<Jackieness> <Moira> "And Jean was on the field when we faced Gartareh."
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "She did fine against Gartareh."
<DeathStar> <Ailee> Perhaps if we can find the leaders we can make them talk. *She says to Moira*

<DeathStar> <Lin Erica> *bows her head in acceptance
<DeathStar> <Jean> Do you all agree with my battle plan?
<Nyaomi> 6Wyrd smiles softly at Cersei, then resumes looking even-toned.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> "Sounds fine to me. Kapister is mine though."

<Jackieness> <Moira> "Agreed, we should take the heads from the monsters."
<Aqua> Bel> Sounds good.
<DeathStar> <Jean> Alright, we will divert this amount here, and then we iwll...

<DeathStar> -3 months from now-
<DeathStar> <Jean voice over> We did the best we could. And maybe in a way we did it better than you; but maybe not. *There is a musing penace in her tone* (Cont)
<DeathStar> <Jean voice over> I pulled the inukami from Tsukiyomi and was splattered with the darkness and it seeped in me, changing something in me. Our armies made a massacre of the elves throughout Gelus and left it open for us to send Moira in to join her descendant, which is where she was at the 3 month mark - it was a bloody battle and the Templars were needed. And at the 3 month mark, Kaelan was closing in on Kapister with the Angel Blades. However, Fate and Libel were killed in the final battle with the mages but they were slaughtered to the last one, and Kapister's final plan was stopped. He died claiming he only wanted to take control of Neer so he could have a kingdom for the male mages and cure the taint. We never learned if that was true or not (cont)
<DeathStar> <Jean voice over> While Kaelan was coming back, and Moira was knee deep in blood, I was back home, tired and working hard with those still back there, when Umi gave me the most startling news of my life
<DeathStar> 6* Jean sits on her throne, doing a check list. Rachael rocks her baby, Nephilim, and Cersei eyes the reports from the Enforcers back in Neer that Kaelan ahs taken in Fi'anna's name. Fi'anna near her
