01<DeathStar> 6* Darien moves into the senate hall area where the senators are at; security within the hall itself is positioned at all the exits leading into the huge circular room, and standing around the outer ring; it moves in a downward slope toward a podium. There is also a second floor balcony for reporters, who are present.
01<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr hmmms, wondering if she should stand guard inside the room itself, outside it, or on the balcony
<Seraphna> * Peter walks just after Darien, keeping an eye on everyone, especially the press, he peers around, speaking on comms to the others. "If it's the Weapons, perimeters aren't going to matter, they'll ripple. If it's extremists... well, watch everyone, and the sniping positions."
<Eluere> <Key> Key not fully realized as goddess. Not omniscient-- can only use eyes and focus on intentions and emotion!
<Kulix> *Nadia follows Darien, keeping the crowds at bay as she moves along with the others guarding him.* So we'll be on the lookouts for ripples too.
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien begins to move into the senator only area, though the exits on either side of the podium near the bottom also have guards, but that is more behind Darien to the side
01<DeathStar> <Zephyr> I guess I'll take the balcony. 6* She moves for the stairs that lead up to it
<Seraphna> * Peter pauses at the edge of the area, watching him, he keeps looking around, trying to figure out where an attacker might come from while keeping his attention on the people around Darien.
<Kulix> *Nadia moves with up to the senator area. She purses her lips, watching the layout. She reaches, grabbing Darien's arm before he moves up to the podium*
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien pauses, turning back toward Nadia
<Kulix> <Nadia> Just a warning of caution Mr.President.. there are no guards to protect you from a ripple up there. They could snatch you in from behind if they wanted.
01<DeathStar> <Darien> I'll becareful. If they do, I have a GPS on me. 6* He hands her datapad with the channel of it. "You should at least get an idea where they take me before they disable it."
<Kulix> *Nadia glances at the GPS, looking it over then back up at Darien* Sir. *she nods*
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien moves down past the rows of seats with Senators and gets onto the podium
<Kulix> *she places it in her coat breast pocket, turning to keep a lookout*
<Seraphna> * Peter cracks his knuckles a bit and keeps his vigilance up. "If a ripple forms, try and get a shot into it before anything comes out. I believe it works both ways."
01<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr peers about the balcony with the reporters, hmmming, studying them intently

<Seraphna> Peter> "No, it won't do you any good."
<Eluere> 6Key sulks slightly, sighing.
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien grips the podium. "As you all know, a terrorist attack on the executive building has taken the life of our President Kane. I have already been sworn in as President, and will be shortly looking into who will be my vice president. This is atroubling time, as you all know - as evidence that the NGDs are behind the attack
01<DeathStar> <Darien> However, it has come to light that the NGDs have been infected by some unknown virus. This means that the NGD are not going rogue by choice, and since they are people, not tools to be discarded, we cannot mercilessly slaughter them. We have to press to find the people who are really pulling the strings.
<Seraphna> * Peter listens only lightly, his senses still focused on their surroundings, his rifle ready under his coat.
01<DeathStar> <Darien> So, it is my executive order, along with General Cheryl, to have ended the space battle over the Guardian Colony. We will deal with the Tsivrixsh Empire for encroaching on our lands when the time comes, but they have been brought in as defenders by the Guardians. Whom we also suspect may be infected
<Kulix> *Nadia watches the president, her eyes unwavering as she watches for the ripple. she listens intently for the sound of gunmetal as she listens to the whispered murmers of the crowd who might try to assassinate Darien*
01<DeathStar> <Darien> I have reached an agreement with the majority of you that we will spend at least 48 hours trying to find a Guardian who will submit to a test to see if this is the case. Until then, no moves will be made against the Colony or the Tsiv Fleet until then, or unless they attack us first.
01<DeathStar> <Darien> We will discuss compensation about the Tsiv Fleet at a later time, but right now, we must put all our focus into finding out who is mercilessly infecting the NGDs; after all, we gave them life, we are their parents, and it is up to us to protect them like we would any child. Any less would be irresponsible
<Seraphna> * Peter smirks a little at that line, eyes scanning the crowd a moment.
01<DeathStar> 6* A few of the sentors murmur, and the reporters seem eager to snap up the word bits; suddenly a ripple opens up on th balcony, cutting a reporter in half. Zephyr jerks, sending a mental warning to Key as Raquel steps out, aims a gun at Darien, and fires a blast at his chest in a downward angle that's too high to deflect with one's body
<Eluere> 6Key shifts in front of Raquel as instantly as she can usually manage, barely starting to form her amaterasu blade of light, but not complete
01<DeathStar> 6* Raquel then turns, tossing a grenade into a newly opened ripple to her side, and it appears over the crowd, falling toward the crowd. She points it out to Key simply, then begins to dive into the first ripple. Zephyr jerks to leap in as well
<Seraphna> * Peter instead runs out and leaps to tackle Darien down out of the way, possibly taking his place.

<Kulix> *Nadia jerks, whipping out her pistol firing up at Raquel, she blinks, eyeing the grenade. She dives for it, attempting to kick it out of the air and away from the crowd like a soccer player*
<Kulix> *if possible, back into the ripple*
<Eluere> 6Key doesn't respond to Zephyr, flickering up to the grenade Nadia deflects-- taking it with her out of sight
<Eluere> <Key> <People in tro-->
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien grunts as Peter dives into him, twisting with him to the podium; the senators sit up, freaking out, and reporters begin to try to get in the way to film it. The first ripple closes
01<DeathStar> 6* As Nadia kicks it up through the ripple, Key easily gets it, then vanishes; it would explode 3 seconds later
<Eluere> <Key> <...--uble. Ow!>
<Kulix> *Nadia rolls against the ground, her eyes searching for Raquel amidst the panicking crowd*
<Seraphna> * Peter sticks to covering Darien, "I'm shielded, keep me between you and the bitch. It's Raquel."
01<DeathStar> 6* Raquel seems to be gone. Darien groans. "Contact Cheryl, see if she can trace the ripple! It can't go more than a mile
<Seraphna> * peter nods, hitting the comms on his ear, speed dial set to Cheryl. "Boss, we need a ripple trace on the Senate building!"
<Eluere> <Key> <Hit head on streetlamp. Hee hee?!>
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien gets to his feet, staying behind Peter, in case a secondary attack occurs while they're distracted. Indeed, the back exit doors bust open and send a guard forward, and a Next-Gen Weapon
01<DeathStar> <Zephyr> <Are you ok--!?>
<Eluere> <Key> <Better than grenade in breasts!> 6She reappears on the stage, holding the sword made of light.
<Seraphna> * Peter draws his rifle, it hisses as it unfolds, he takes aim and fires at the weapon while keeping in front of Darien.
01<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl acknowledges and says she'll get the team to the shuttle.
<Kulix> *Nadia gets up, keeping her gun low as she runs over to Darien and Peter* Alright, I think this means it is time to go, da?
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien eyes the Weapon, reaching into his suit to get a weapon. He pulls out his own tiny gun
<Seraphna> * The Weapon creates a ripple behind them, the shot passes through it towards Darien and Peter from behind, Peter pushes Darien to the side, his shield crackles from the hipt.
<Seraphna> *in front of himself and behind them.
<Kulix> *Nadia spins, firing her gun into the ripple*
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien stumbles once, then takes aim, firing at the Weapon's leg, then firing to the right of it
01<DeathStar> <Zephyr> <You need---uh oh> 6* She goes silent
<Eluere> <Key> <What wrong!?>
01<DeathStar> <Zephyr> <*Dramatic silence*>
<Eluere> 6Key flickers forward toward the weapon, bouncing from left to right before close enough to spring with her sword-- knowing ranged weapons are their defensive forte from her time with X
<Kulix> *Nadia ducks, turning to strafe infront of Darien, couching as to not get in the way of his gunfire as her eyes dart about for more threats*
<Seraphna> * Weapon then rolls to his own right, Darien's left, dodging the ripple shot, which closes, and the shot from Darien, he then holds out his hand, the podium ripping from the stage and hurtling at Peter and Darien.
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien ducks low, muttering about no respect for the government
<Eluere> 6Key cleaves at the weapon since it's paying attention to Darien and Peter rather than her. 1"Not welcome!!"
<Kulix> *Nadia grabs Darien by the back of the neck, pulling him lower as the podium flies over their heads. She curses in Russian.
<Seraphna> * Weapon leaps back, creating a ripple where he was standing, taking a gash to the leg from Key's blade.
<Seraphna> * Peter ducks in time, covering the two, he rolls up, aiming his rifle again.
<Eluere> 6Key averts the ripple by teleporting to its other side, slicing diagonally as she leaps upward from one light step to the stage
<Eluere> <Key> Not trick Key!
01<DeathStar> <Darien> PEople are going to get hurt if this continuesw
<Seraphna> * The Weapon leaps away from Key entirely now, a grenade landing at her feet as the ripple closes. He pulls out two more grenades.
01<DeathStar> 6* PEter's datapad beeps with the location of Raquel's ripple
<Kulix> <Nadia> Which is why the best thing we can do is get you to safety. We need to take this battle somewhere less populated..
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien aims at one grenade in his hand and fires, to end it
<Seraphna> Peter> "We've got a trace..." *he blinks a bit as the grenade goes off, parts to the Weapon hitting the wall. The grenade at Key's feet is about to go off.
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien points at Key. "Get that grenade away from her!"
<Seraphna> Peter> "Key! Move!"
<Kulix> *Nadia stands slowly* Excellent Shot Mr. President. *She peers, grimacing since she's too far away to dive and save Key*
<Seraphna> * The grenade goes off in 5 seconds.
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien shifts to rush at Key
<Seraphna> * Peter switches his rifle to stun and shoots Key, with a blast that knocks her away and into a wall, just as the grenade goes off.
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien flies back from the grenade
<Seraphna> * Peter rushes over to Darien to check on him, grumbling as he orders medical assistance.
<Kulix> *Nadia reaches to tackle Darien from beind a Hero, expecting it to go off- they collide mid air, I imagine, the both of them clattering to the ground*
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien groans a bit, his tactical armor visible under the ripped suit
<Seraphna> * Peter looks over the two, frowning, "You two alright?"
01<DeathStar> 6* Medical people appear once the chaos is over, moving to check on Darien, shakiing their heads as they check him and Nadia over
<Eluere> <Key> ... Zephyr stop responding
<Kulix> *Nadia leans up, hissing slightly from the scrapes of sliding across the ground. She blinks peering down at the suit*
<Kulix> <Nadia> Are you alright? Can stand? *she starts to get up, trying to help Darien up*
<Seraphna> Peter> "We've got a trace on the ripple but that window's already closing, damnit."
<Seraphna> Peter> "You alright Key?"
01<DeathStar> 6* Darien groans a bit, out of it. The medical people to get him on a stretcher. "We'll get him to a hospital. He should live unless he has internal bleeding."
<Seraphna> * Peter looks over at her while Darien's being attended.
<Kulix> <Nadia> You mean you werent able to trace it already?
<Seraphna> * Peter grits his teeth. "We have it traced but ripplers move fast... and we can't leave Darien without security, just fuckin great."
<Eluere> <Key> Key fine." 6She looks guilty, fluttering to Darien
01<DeathStar> 6* The medical epoploe move off with Key, and Senate Security follows him
01<DeathStar> 6* Peter gets a beep, ordering him to hurry up to the location - before the transmission is jammed
<Kulix> <Nadia> Is the ripple still open?
<Seraphna> * Peter frowns and looks to Nadia. "Let's get goin then, we've got orders to head out."
<Seraphna> Peter> "No, come on." *he moves out for a vehicle* "Transmissions are jammed, that's not good."
<Kulix> *She frowns, watching Darien go for a moment before following Peter, bounding to the otherside and getting into the passengers seat* You drive, hurry up!
<Seraphna> * Peter pauses and looks to Key. He moves over to her. "You can... teleport right?"
<Eluere> <Key> Yes, but.. Darien is hurt
01<DeathStar> 6* Pain flares through the bond
<Seraphna> Peter> "Then I need you to take us to this location, and save point back to him, got it?"
<Seraphna> * Peter holds out the datapad with the coordinates.
<Eluere> <Key> ...Zephyr in trouble!
<Eluere> 6Key panics slighly, eyeing the coordinates and squinting at her bond as well.
01<DeathStar> 6* It would seem Zephyr's recall point is the same as the coordinates
<Seraphna> Peter> "I know, and she went through this ripple." *he puts a hand on her shoulder and pulls Nadia over* "Make with the magic little lady."
<Kulix> *Nadia moves of the vehicle, heading over* We are rippling now too?
<Eluere> <Key> Key not ripple!" 6She sniffs indignantly.
<Seraphna> * Peter grabbed her so she didn't go to a vehicle. "Teleport... save point, whatever. No time for this, unless you WANT Zephyr to die."
<Seraphna> * Peter eyes Key sternly, apparently about to lose it.
<Eluere> 6Key reaches out and slaps Peter-- recalling to Zephyr at the same time with a glare.

01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon gets dressed into the uniform in her office, with Cheryl under the desk, trying not to be seen; John rubs the back of his head, having watched Lemon change - while looking the other way. Lemon eyes him dangerously
01<DeathStar> <Lemon> And you two are still following me why?
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "Precaution, you ordered us to stick with you just in case. You were very clear that we were to keep our eyes on you no matter what." *she nods*
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon raises a brow when Peter's message comes in. She frowns, then moves quickly to her office terminal, beginning to bring up satelites and aligning them as fast as she can
01<DeathStar> <John> Something up, Le--Cheryl?
<Seraphna> * Tabetha peers over to watch. "It appears to be a tracking system..."
01<DeathStar> <Lemon> Apparantly Raquel just attacked the Senate Hall - likely trying to kill President Darien... like Kane... 6* Her hand trembles in rage a moment, before continuing
<Seraphna> * Tabetha looks to John, noting the trembling, and mouths the word 'President'.
01<DeathStar> 6* Curali spars with Elure, trying to take tension off her shoulders; she swings her tonfas at her side
<Eluere> 6Eluere tries her best to deflect the weapon unarmed, but it's taking its toll
01<DeathStar> <Lemon> Got her. 6* She sends Peter the location. "We're going to get a shuttle ready and go ourselves. Get everyone ready, you two. I need to let Chii know." 6* She reaches out and grabs her comm.

01<DeathStar> <Cheryl> <Should I stop her?>
<Seraphna> * Tabetha tilts her head slowly at the comm.
01<DeathStar> <Cheryl> <I'm not sure how she'll react if I do>
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon pages Chii, moving out of the office
<Seraphna> * Tabetha moves to follow her. She comms the others and tells them to get ready for a mission, "...and be ready to move out shortly. General's orders."
01<DeathStar> 6* Curali shifts low, telegraphing her next attack, something rare for her; either Eluere is getting better at body language like Curali has been teaching her, or she's really more stressed than she lets on. It'sa clear her next attack will be for Eluere's knees to trip her
01<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl gets out of the desk as Lemon goes, frowning in worry
<Eluere> 6Eluere makes a face, bringing her shin up to deflect it since she can't react faster any other method. 1"Grr..!"
<Eluere> Ow! Ow! Ow!
06* Eluere hops on one foot, holding her shin
<Eluere> 6Chii moves down to meet Lemon. <I'm... not certain either, Cherry.>
01<DeathStar> 6* Curali jerks, both at the comm, and Eluere, moving over and grabbing her leg. "Are you okay? Was it too rough?" 6* She begins to kiss it
<Seraphna> * Tabetha continues to follow Lemon as well, watching her thoughtfully.
01<DeathStar> <Cheryl> <Tch. I-- ... maybe you should go with her to protect her. Tell her you need to come to form the gear in case you face NGDs or something. I can watch over Lorelei, or follow steathily and let Vodka and the good doc do it>
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon moves for the hanger, flexing her hands a bit
01<DeathStar> <John> So, you still think you want me for your pilot, Tab?
<Eluere> <Chii> <Whatever you think is best. I'm only a kunoichi wife. It's not like I'm a psychologist or qualified military personnel.>
<Seraphna> * Tabetha blinks and looks back at him, nodding. "You are an excellent Pilot choice, and I have already gotten to know you well in several different ways."
01<DeathStar> <Cheryl> <I just know you're my anchor - my port in the storm of my mind. Maybe if she thinks she's me, you can be that for her, too. Until we can get a cure ready.>
01<DeathStar> <John> Yeah. 6* He rubs the back of his head. "How long does it take and what all do I need to do? Because if you want me, I'll do it."
<Seraphna> * Tabetha blinks a little, she smiles. "We simply need to make contact and connect to each other, if your mind is prepared for it, it should work without a hitch."
01<DeathStar> <John> Alright. What sort of contact?
<Eluere> <Chii> <That's just it-- shouldn't she notice we're not bonded?>
<Seraphna> * Tabetha holds out her hand. She smiles, "I knew that it wasn't making out like I was told before, but it was fun, though as you are bound to a relationship with Key, we will simply touch."
<Eluere> Geez... big sister, you're not even trying.
01<DeathStar> <Cheryl> <That's part of what I'm curious about; sometimes I feel like I can feel her in our bond, faintly, almost like having my mindset, she bleeds through. It may be enough to convince her, perhaps. It also means she might have the capability to bond, too, even though I never intended>

01<DeathStar> <John> Alright. 6* He nods, winking, then enters the hanger. Lemon is already there, getting the shuttle powered up
<Eluere> 6Chii peeks into the shuttle. 1"Honey? I'm coming, too.
<Seraphna> * Tabetha follows him out and smiles softly, walking with him to the shuttle, she leans a little closer, looking remarkably like she's teasing. "Of course, if you wanted to do it with a kiss, I would not object."

<Seraphna> * Tabetha giggles, "You are... 'cute'... when flustered."

01<DeathStar> 6* Cheryl lurks in the hallway to the hanger
<Seraphna> * Tabetha steps into the shuttle. "The... experience of a bond can be overwhelming, I have been told." *she looks more curious to feel that now then afraid of it*
<Eluere> <Chii> It might be dangerous, right? We'd be safer if you can use your gear form.
01<DeathStar> <Lemon> But Lorelei....
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon bites her lip, considering what they're against, versus her need to protect Chii and Lorelei. For am oment, Chii can feel her concern in her mind
01<DeathStar> 6* John takes a seat. "Well, I'll try not to overwhelm you if I can. I promise, only nice thoughts."
<Seraphna> * Tabetha sits down next to him and smiles, she looks up at him interestedly and holds out her hand. "Did you want to do it now?"
01<DeathStar> <John> But you might shouldn't put your eggs all in one basket. If this isn't something that occurs really quick, you might try to touch others, as well, and get close to them. Just in case, you know... I fail because I'm from another reality
01<DeathStar> 6* Curali runs into the shuttle with Eluere, panting
<Seraphna> * Tabetha blinks, then nods slowly.
01<DeathStar> <John> I'd hate for you to put a lot effort into this with me, and then I screwed it up because I'm different

<Seraphna> Tabetha> "The bond initiation should only take a moment, syncing is what takes time."
<Eluere> <Chii> Vodka and Ferah are going to watch her. I know they're new, but they genuinely seem to care and Vodka seems strong.
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "And... that comes from developing closeness with your bond partner." *she peers at him* "I'm different too, it is not a weakness."
01<DeathStar> <Lemon> Alright. 6* she nods; the holovid on the shuttle plays news about President Darien being blown up
<Seraphna> * Tabetha smiles gently, putting a hand to his face. "Are you... worried about that? About being different?"
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon turns to eye the vid, grimacing, then moves over and sits down to lift them up, closing the ramp; they continue to show the footage of the battle over and over
01<DeathStar> 6* John smiles. "Well, you're a good different." 6* He winks. "I'm not typically worried, but I know that I can mess with things when it comes to genetics here."
01<DeathStar> 6* John pats her shoulder
01<DeathStar> 6* Curali eyes the vid with a pale look as the shuttle lifts up
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon grips the controls, her tension felt by Chii oddly enough, while at the same time, Cheryl's place in her mind remains firm and strong as ever, while Lemon is more faint
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "You're a great different." *she smiles softly* "When we are not enroute to a mission, we will work on bonding. Later." *she smiles* "We should know after a little bit if it will work or not. I think. I will ask Zephyr."

01<DeathStar> 6* MC sits at the controls, flying them through thirdspace. Ako plays around the bridge with a ball of yarn
<Eluere> <Megumi> How... are we using third space... on the Catnip?
<Kulix> *Naone smiles, sitting on the floor of the bridge with Ako, batting the ball of yarn for her to chase, sighing as she watches*

<Eluere> <Megumi> How... are we using third space... on this ship?
01<DeathStar> <MC> Apparantly their black matter generators on the shuttle is capable of opening a rend in space and brings two points in space closer to each other using the dark matter
01<DeathStar> 6* Ako scrambles after the ball, and hops on it, and rolls with it, peering at Naone cutely. She paws at Naone. "Merowl. Naone-sis sad?"
<Eluere> <Megumi> Ungh... technology I created. But it is too dangerous to apply in such unregulated sizes and applications!
<Seraphna> * Jennifer sits up, yawning a bit, rubbing her head, having gotten some rest after talking with Naone. "Mmm?"
01<DeathStar> <MC> I felt we didn't have time to fly two days to the Cartel Colony; not if what Gem said about Ao was true. This way, we'll be there in about 5 more minutes, having only traveled 2 hours
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "Saves time at least..."
<Eluere> <Megumi> This ship is two free particles away from being an unrivalled weapon.
01<DeathStar> <MC> Imagine the capability of the mother ship
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "...It can't be stronger then the PAX, can it?"
<Kulix> *Naone shakes her head* No. Not sad anymore when I watch you play. *She smiles ruffling Ako's hair softly*
01<DeathStar> 6* Ako prances over to Naone and sits on her lap, then begins to kiss her cheeks and Naone can feel love floating into her mind
01<DeathStar> <MC> It is a possibility
<Eluere> <Megumi> I doubt that much, at least not this size. But with the technology in place using dark matter, this tiny ship could destroy a moon the size of famfrit easily enough.
<Seraphna> "Who are these people..."

01<DeathStar> <MC> Yes; I was referring to the possibility the mother ship could beat the PAX. If it opened a dark matter on it, I do not know if PAx's shields would withstand it
<Eluere> <Megumi> The ship's drive to use thirdspace works on the principle of anti-matter repulsion.
<Kulix> *Naone smiles, petting Ako over like a cat* Wait... did someone say this ship is stronger than the whole PAX?
<Eluere> <Megumi> Mm, good point CHIP. It is how I defeated Aonee..

01<DeathStar> 6* MC begins to fly toward the colony, constantly eyeing the scanners incase they are attacked by the cloaked ship; there are a ton of ships as they get closer, going to the planet surface and back. There's even a space dock for larger ships who can't touch down on a planet

01<DeathStar> 6* The blast hits the side of their ship. Noname grabs a gun, blasting the second Tsivrixsh, while MC puts something on Naone, a device that forms a shield around her, but she can move and it will move with her
01<DeathStar> 6* The alien jerks to avoid the blast, but it hits his shoulder, tearing the trench coat, revealing it's wing partially
01<DeathStar> 6* Port security begins to hurry over, and the alien sneers. "If you want to survive, as well as your white haired children, you will surrender yourself."
06* Jennifer hops up and watches the alien carefully, holding Ako close. "Good hit, by the way sis."
01<DeathStar> <Alien> We will turn you over to a human that will watch you, but not kill you
<Eluere> <Megumi> So far you have apparently killed off my wife, killed my sister, and kidnapped my child and other-- and just tried to kill my littlest-- why should I trust you?

<Eluere> 6Megumi brings her hand along the side of her shotgun, bringing a lever back that starts to shift its shape like she did back when she showed it off to Zephyr originally.
<Kulix> *Naone gets up, moving out of the way slowly to peer at the conflict behind Jeniffer, huddling* Mmm.. not this again..
01<DeathStar> 6* The alien aims at Megumi to end this nonsense when a hyperspace blast hits it's bakc, sending it off balance momentarily

<Eluere> <Megumi> It might not compare, but eat this!" 6She kneels, bracing the new form of the weapon against her shoulder, then pulls the trigger, unloading her full energy load remaining in one shot.
01<DeathStar> 6* Ao stands at one of the exits, her hair a mess, her face bloodied, and her clothing torn and burned. Some of her flesh looks a bit blackened, too, either from soot or burns. Her eyes flare with hate
<Jennifer> "Yeah... I'm going to fully support her claims at being a deity now."
01<DeathStar> 6* The alien recovers, only to get hit by the shot, the blast tearing through it's gut. It stumbles, then vanishes in a dark matter hole as it bleeds silver blood
01<DeathStar> <Ao> K-Knew I'd..find you---if I --- waited... 6* She falls to her knees, then her face
<Jennifer> * Jennifer gives Ako to Naone and rushes over to Ao, checking her vitals.
<Eluere> <Megumi> <It is just not the same as when you do it. Stay safe-- we are coming for you both.> 6She gasp for a breath, since it is a drain on her literal own energy as well, then lets the weapon dissolve and limps toward Ao.
01<DeathStar> 6* They appear to be very weak

<Jennifer> * Jennifer pulls out her PAX medical kit, she gives the woman and energy stim and starts treating her wounds. "We need to get her to a hospital, or at least a bed."
01<DeathStar> 6* MC moves over. "We can put her in the room on the shuttle we took, and you can treat here there." 6* Security beghins to head for them
01<DeathStar> <Noname> We should go. Now.
06* Jennifer nods. "Carry here CHIP." *she gets up*

01<DeathStar> 6* Ako eyes security, then drops tiny crystal balls in front of them, causing them to trip comically.
<Kulix> *Naone clutches Ako, Leaning over, watching Jen. She then darts over to the door, moving to push the ramp button*
01<DeathStar> 6* MC picks up Ako as gently as he can, turning to head back for the shuttle. The shuttle is already powering to life; Gem is inside, having gotten it ready during the fighting. She even was aiming one of the weapons when Megumi beat her to it.

<Jennifer> "Sis will be fine! I know it!" *she puts the datapad down* "I'm gonna fix Ao up..."

<Jennifer> "Get better soon Ao... we have buttock to kick for our family."
01<DeathStar> <MC> Their shields are actually dropping. Because they are opening up a dark matter jump point. In about 15 seconds
01<DeathStar> 6* A blackness begins to form in front of the enemy ship, and it flies toward it
06* Jennifer hooks up a monitor to track Ao's vitals on her datapad and sits back.
01<DeathStar> 6* Ao's vitals remain low, but stable; her energy level seems to be low as well

<Kulix> <Naone> Then hit it.. a split second before it jumps?

<Jennifer> * Jennifer roots about to see if the medical kit she took from the Kitty Voyager has an energy replenishment bag like the medbay stocks.

<Eluere> 6Megumi holds out her left hand, focusing-- her eyes widen and irises narrow. Concentrating on the point where the drive energy is located she starts to run her research notes through her head and starts to calculate a dispersion method to draw it straight out the back of the ship it's in-- puncturing a hole through the hull and crippling its movement
01<DeathStar> 6* There appears to be one
06* Jennifer grabs it and sets it up for Ao.
<Kulix> *Naone nods, watching Megumi work*
<Eluere> <Megumi> Their whole ship uses this technology-- against me with manifest, this is their greatest weakness. No other famfrit knows how to use this kind of matter.
<Eluere> 6Megumi tries to draw the ability out from Ako like she did before, though tries to take only the manifest from Ako, using her own body as a catalyst.
06* Jennifer then uses bandages and tape to scure the needle in Ao and then straps the pack to her, so they can move her if they need to without interrupting the process.
<Eluere> <Megumi> But... it ... is also... fatal to use... prolongedly.
01<DeathStar> 6* Ako begins to mewl in pain, while not damaged overly, she also shoulders some of it, probably luckily for Megumi since it will prevent her from reaching fatal critical levels, since she's the focal point for Megumi. The enemy ship jerks after a moment, then the hull seems to puncture, and it spins out of control, dead in space
06* Jennifer rises and starts to look about for a weapon of some kind. Figuring she's going to need it against angels.
<Eluere> <Megumi> Got it." 6She relinquishes the meditation, drawing in breaths. 1"Thank you, sweetie. ...Now we can save Isis and Zephyr."
<Kulix> <Naone> Do.. you two need my help any? *She offers, despite having only beginner's knowledge*
01<DeathStar> 6* Ako nods with some tears in her eyes, but doesn't complain one bit. Noname steps over and uses his own manifestation to heal Megumi's damage partially, at his own expense
01<DeathStar> 6* At that moment, the hanger shield goes down and Isis goes flying out into space.

01<DeathStar> 6* Ako leans against Naone a bit, then eyes the window. Suddenly, a partial crystal forms around Isis, protecting her from space, but it's thin

<Jennifer> "Move the shuttle over to her!"
01<DeathStar> 6* As Megumi pounds, a dragoon bustah blast flies out the side of the ship and Zephyr, bloodied and bruised, hurls through space to grab it; one enemy ki weapon takes aim at them, but Zephyr kicks the crystal at the shuttle, as MC flies in
<Jennifer> "Can we get them in safely without spacing ourselves?"
01<DeathStar> 6* However, Zephyr floats there, looking too out of it to do more as the weapon locks on.
01<DeathStar> <Noname> I'll form a crystal barrier in front of the ramp and we can draw her in. 6* He quickly begins to form a crystal shield on his skin and moves to get the barrier ready, standing on the opposite side to be at the ramp
<Eluere> 6Megumi chokes. 1"Zephyr!!" 6She knocks things aside to get to the co-pilot's seat and access any weapons it does have, firing them wildly at the other ship's energy signatures for powering up weapons
06* Jennifer closes Ao's door and looks to Naone. "Hold Ako tight."
01<DeathStar> 6* Dark matter blasts fly out of their ship and strike the other, tearing the hull up with tiny black holes that seal up after a moment; the enemy's weapons are torn up
<Eluere> 6Megumi keeps firing, even randomly at that point, just frayed and angry-- her innate fire definitely flaring up
<Jennifer> "We need to get Zephyr too..."
<Kulix> *Naone holds Ako, nodding. She tries to help by reinforcing the crystal and maybe pulling it closer if possible*
01<DeathStar> 6* Ako grips Naone's legs. Noname finishes the barrier and turns, lowering the ramp. Naone would notice that the barrier Noname made to protect them from the vacuum of space is beginning to crack
<Jennifer> * Jennifer grabs onto something to brace herself in case it breaks, she gets ready to help with Isis.
<Kulix> *Naone continues trying to reinforce the crystal, filling in the cracks and growing more layers around them, staring intently as she bites her lip* C'mon..
01<DeathStar> 6* Noname leans out to grab Isis' crystal as it floats by, and he struggles to pull it in. As Naone reinforces the wall, it buys Noname time to yank her in. He then eyes Zephyr floating dazedly; MC flies in closer and he grabs her next, beginning to pull her in. Naone, prepare yourself to see if you can support the wall long enough to get Zeph in.

01<DeathStar> 6* The enemy ship begins to break up into tinier sections. The crystal barrier breaks down finally

<Kulix> *Naone looks down, picking up Ako again, and huffs, moving to kneel next to Jen as she works* Its a good thin Jenee is a doctor..

<Jennifer> "Yes, on the other ship!"

<Kulix> *Nadia takes cover, aiming her Gun, motioning for Peter to aim at Raquel, as she takes aim for the crates, waiting for the right moment*
<Eluere> 6Key brings up her hand, forming her blade, then teleports right near Raquel, aiming to stab her without a sound or word
<Kulix> *Nadia grits her teeth, aiming at Raquel and opening fire for headshots as she might be distracted by the sudden explosion*

<Kulix> *Nadia turns her other gun on the explosives, firing the pistol again as she continues a barage of bullets at Raquel, rolling for more cover to keep bullets from flying out behind her in ripples*
<Jennifer> * Peter shits for new cover, picking out another target.
<Eluere> 6Key tries something new, holding her hand out with a smile to recall Raquel to herself now that she's established contact
01<DeathStar> 6* The explosives are set off and the explosion rips through the warehouse, taking out the three, and setting over another set of explosives near Peter and Nadia, sending pieces of crates flying at them, but not injuring them from the explosion itself; one weapon ripples near the two, while one ripples near Key
<Jennifer> * Peter quick aims and fires at one as it comes out of it's ripple, Raquel is drawn to Key, but the Ripple fizzles out due to the proximinity change, Raquel stabs at Key with a Ripple Blade.
<Kulix> *Nadia turns, ducking out from behind a box, attempting to jab the gun barrel straight into the side of the weapon's knee joint, and firing, keeping her other weapon close*
01<DeathStar> 6* At that moment, the roof gets a hole blown in it and Cheryl's shuttle ramp lowers so the team can hop off the shuttle into the warehouse. John leaps down dramatically
<Eluere> 6Key doesn't shift to dodge the blade, instead hugging Raquel to herself, bringing Amaterasu toward her throat.
<Jennifer> * Tabetha leaps out and lands on one knee, forming her blasters and firing on the weapon moving for Key.
01<DeathStar> 6* The weapon gets shot by Peter, delaying it enough to get shot in the knee. It falls backwards into a ripple, vanishing, as it howls in pain
01<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr begins to recover. <Key!>
<Jennifer> * Raquel pushes at Key to knock her away, and leaps back through a ripple, about 20 feet away coming out of another.
01<DeathStar> 6* The weapon after Key pauses to open ripples to redirect Tabetha's blasts. Some strike some crates near John. Curali leaps in a moment later, swinging her tonfa at the weapon
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon stands at the ramp edge, peering down with icey blue eyes. She holds out a hand to Chii. "Lets form a gear."
<Jennifer> * Tabetha leaps to one side and grabs John, pulling him away from the crates.
<Eluere> <Chii> -- already..? Er..
01<DeathStar> 6* John makes a noise, then is thrown with Tabetha as the crate explodes

01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon takes it, then begins to try to focus. Chii can feel a bit of a stirring for the gear, but it doesn't form, sputtering out due to it being too weak
01<DeathStar> 6* The weapon Nadia shot appears out of a ripple near her, limping, and begins to cut into a crate that's near Nadia, hoping to blow it and her up
<Eluere> <Chii> Looks... like a no go. Sorry I'm not good enough..
<Jennifer> * Raquel starts forming random ripples around and near where Key stands.
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon frowns. "Of course you're good enough; it must be my fault..."
<Kulix> <Nadia> Weapon cowards! *She curses a bit, standing as she moves through the Chaos, climbing the crates as she watches for Raquel. Nothing anyone has done has been able to do lasting damage.. she watches, searching for a weakness as she blinks, noticing the weapon teleporting in. instead of diving away, she lurches in- sending a forceful sidekick into it's sternum, hoping to knock it away before it cuts the explosives*
<Eluere> 6Eluere drops down now, peering around quickly, assessing the room and all its contents and combatants.
<Jennifer> * Tabetha picking herself up fire a blast at the head of the Weapon cutting a crate, careful not to hit the crate.
01<DeathStar> 6* Nadia kicks the weapon from it's target it and hits the ground with a grunt, then has it's head shot and it stops moving
01<DeathStar> 6* One person, in the corner, not fighting or revealing itself, Eluere would see just barely in the shadows; the person seems to bne setting up the entire building to blow up, but hasn't done it yet because it's aiming a device at the shuttle
<Kulix> *Nadia pants firing a few more shots into it for good measure, moving for cover again*
01<DeathStar> 6* Zephyr suddenly leaps for Raquel to try to knock her over onto one of the ripples so only her upper half would enter - and get cut off.
<Jennifer> * Raquel shifts and screams in fury, as the near save costs her a large chuck of one of her legs, she lands roughly.

01<DeathStar> 6* Curali acknowledges and begins to circle around as quickly as she can, tonfas readied. Nadia would see one remaining weapon, taking aim at John and Tabetha with a rocket launcher

01<DeathStar> 6* The weapon's neck is hit and it's rocket launcher is aimed down at the ground, firing; the explosion knocks it back into Nadia and sends them flying back into the wall
01<DeathStar> 6* The gear lands on Raquel, and Zephyr is partially hit, too, grunting and buried under a partially complete hand

01<DeathStar> 6* The man turns to eye them, looking strangely familiar - it's the man that was in the van Nadia reported on, and looks a bit like Cran. As Curali does down, the man's personal shield protect him from Tabetha's blast

01<DeathStar> 6* Chii and lemon's gear flickersd, then vanishes and lemon lays there, naked
<Kulix> *Nadia glares, panting as she forces herself up, baddly burned and scraped up, as she aims her gun down at it's head, giving a breif pause, before pulling the trigger*

01<DeathStar> 6* John frowns, grabbing the detonator to protect it. The warehouse looks to be empty of any more enemies now, with crates burning that were blown up earlier; a fire is slowly moving toward the remaining explosive crates that didn't blow up
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon nods, then eyes a bloodied Raquel, who's smashed up. Zephyr lays near by, bleeding heavily, though Key can feel her mind checking to see if Key is fine

<Jennifer> * Peter looks around, hoping someone had the sense to stock a fire extinguisher here.

01<DeathStar> 6* Curali walks with her own power, but leans heavily on Tabetha. Once everyone is slowly brought out to the shuttle, the warehouse explodes, with Chii dramatically carrying Dias out with it exploding behind her; cool people don't look back at explosions
01<DeathStar> 6* Lemon, still naked as a jaybird, peers back at the warehouse. "It's over --- we defeated Raquel and got our teammates back."

01<DeathStar> 6* Vodka speaks with Farah now. "We study Zephyr Leira Dragoon blood and think we made cure. Will test it on her now. Will take few hours."

As Vodka Passes, she might notice Nadia is sitting, passing the time by polishing one of her pistols with a toothbrush, hitting a stopwatch, and quickly assembling each tiny peice quickly with precision. She does all of this wearing a black blindfold*
<Kulix> *Nadia peices the last bolt of the pistol together, clicking it into place. she reaches, hitting the stopwatch. she reaches to lift the blindfold over an eye to check her time*
