01<@DeathStar> 6* Gemane makes a squeak sound, then shows her teeth in a smile; a predator like smile
01<@DeathStar> 6* They reach a dead end with a simple torch holder on the wall
<Kit> 6Nephilim sniffs indignantly, then goes to examine the wall and torch-holder
<Sia> Sia> "I think Thomas tugged down on it."

<Sia> * Sia moves forward and tries tugging down on it.
01<@DeathStar> 6* It shifts down and the wall shifts open slowly to reveal the storage room; a large crate is there in front of them with enough room to wiggle around
<Sia> * Sia starts making her way out, wiggling her dainty little form around it.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka peers at the space and then himself to see if he's going to fit.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Tal will since he did last time; Lenneth slides around easily as does Gemane. Standing there are two guards, who shift to reach for a vase in the corner. Lenneth uses vines to engulf it. Gemane flips at one of the armored Templars
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka slides through and sneers before holding his claws out and diving forward for the second templar.
<Sia> * Sia tosses a knife for the guard Tal'ka is diving for.
<Kit> 6Aschae brings her hand out, trying to engulf the one Gemane is attacking in earth along their feet and crush that.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Sia's knife bounces off uselessly like usual as the second templar swings his shield into TAl's face. The first does the same for Gemane, but since she was flipping, she lands on it and flips off behind him
01<@DeathStar> 6* The earth crushes along the armor, and the Templar makes a slight noise, but does a chant and breaks the earth apart; but it's slowed him along enough for Gemane to palm strike his armor over and over with her mystifae technique and crack it. She leaps back when the man does turn
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka staggers to the side and growls, shaking off the daze.
<Sia> * Sia puffs her cheeks and launches a fireball at the guard as he pushes Tal away.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Templar swings his sword at Tal as he shakes the daze. Lenneth keeps the vase engulfed
01<@DeathStar> 6* The fireball hits the armor and does no damage. Sonye shifts and dashes forward to attack the Templar.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka stumbles back letting out a yelp as the blade cuts his chest.
<Kit> 6Aschae holds her hand out and forms an Earth Spike lv2 and hurtles it for the cracked armor as the guard turns its back on her.
<Kit> <Aschae> How rude, huhu.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The armor shatters due to being weakened and the templar stumbles off balance, a hole in his fine white armor
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Templar approaches Tal'Ka, ignoring Sia since she is not a threat
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka jerks and dashes forward, leaping up high, he twists in the air so he's upside downa nd reaches out to try and catch the knight's head so he can flip around and toss him into the wall.
<Kit> 6Aschae darts forward, sweeping her staff around to trip him up as he's stumbling, then leaps, wreathing her hand with fire and strikes down into the exposed area.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Templar makes a noise, slamming him into the wall hard and sliding down. Aschae's fire attack hits the skin and burns the templar, who flails in side his armor and falls over
<Kit> 6Aschae releases the lower level fireball within the break and smiles. 1"Not too hard, Gemane. Having trouble?"
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka lets out a huff through his mouth and shifts for to shoulder rush the guard, attempting to smash into him.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Gemane twists and twists the other templar's helmet around on him, then palmstrikes at his chest to weaken it. She steps back, waving her hand. <Gemane> Their armor is stronger than most things I have encountered; my spirit energy is low.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Templar is shoulder rammed, which hurts Tal's shoulder more than the templar.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka lets out a sound of annoyance. 1Stupid armor. 6He yells out.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Templar begins to rise, using his sword for support. Sonye seems to stay back, there to keep an eye out than actual battle; Lenneth finishes destroying the vase
<Sia> * Sia casts an Earth spike under the Templar on Tal as he starts to rise.
<Kit> <Aschae> Allow me to take care of it, then." 6She allows her eyes to glower, using her enhancer skill on a less conventional spell, Evaporate-- focusing on the Templar's armor itself.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Earth Spike knocks the Templar off balance; the evaporate fails against the armor and the Templar approaches, getting his sword ready, and swings it at Aschae's head. Sonye yanks her aside
01<@DeathStar> 6* It seems, even blind, that the Templar could find out Aschae, perhaps due to her magic
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka jerks to tackles the off balanced templar to the ground.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Templar stumbles as Tal tackles him and brings his elbow down at Tal'Ka's back.
<Kit> 6Aschae twists and drops, spinning around and slams her palm into the Templar's armor, focusing water at the end of her strike.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The armor breaks open due to the weakened spot and exposes his heart area
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka lets out a grunt of pain and reaches out to try and grasp the sword swinging arm, if successful he would shift around to press his feet againt the helmet, pulling it as he tries to break the arm or at least pull it out of socket.
<Sia> * Sia squeaks, pulling out another knife, she peers at the exposed Templar and tosses a knife for his exposed heart area.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Templar shifts, Tal's attempt to break and pull it out failing due to the armor, but it does keep him from attacking; a knife skims over him and hits the chest, making the templar jerk, then fall back.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Despite the magical armor, after each one is dead it looks simply ordinary
<Sia> Sia> "Do they use magic from themselves to enhance their armor?"
<Kit> <Aschae> Yes, among other things.
01<@DeathStar> <Lennth> It is high level magic granted from the gods to their elite warriors; the Pope's personal templars are even stronger
<Sia> Sia> "If they're all armoed like this... we need to avoid direct conflict."
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka straighten up and puts a hand to his chest slightly before peering around. 1They're strong.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Gemane seems to be resting, and Sonye sniffs the air. "I don't smell anymore people nearby yet." <Lenneth> They probably were unsure how we got out of the palace and posted guards are every exit point
<Sia> Sia> "So we still have the element of surprise."
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> As long as they don't touch a nearby vase, we will not be alerted.
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> I need to sharpen my claws. 6He peers at them and then armor.
<Kit> <Aschae> The vase? Are they enchanted?
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> Yes; most intruders would not think a simple decorative vase to be anything dangerous; once touched, an alarm goes off that is islen
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> It's why I attempt to use my vines to crush the magic out of them
<Sia> "So we keep them away from those, you crush it?"
<Kit> <Aschae> Simple enough.
<Sia> * Sia looks around, "This'll be a really long fight if we can't divine where the magical control is."
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka sniffs slightly and peers around. 1I'm hungry.
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> Yes. 6* She nods and moves up the stairs now. Gemane smirks at Tal, shifting to follow after, and Sonye holds up some jerky toward Tal; a bit on the blood side
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> Aschae will feel out the source. She is magically intuned. Close your eyes as you walk and focus out on the magic you felt when the stone we used was closed off
<Sia> * Sia pets Kaji in her cleavage and moves after Lenneth.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka sniffs it then take it and slowly eats on it. 1What meat is this?

<Kit> <Aschae> Simple enough." 6She has her eyes closed again anyway, but starts to try and feel out the aura.
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> Good. 6He notes and gobbles it up, giving a nod of thanks before movign after the others now.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Aschae would feel something strong above them somewhere
<Kit> <Aschae> Above.
<Sia> "G-Good start... so we need stairs."
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> I don't know this place as well as tHomas, so we'll have to look for stairs; I do know better than to go the way we came, so we'll go left. 6* They reach the second floor and she peers both ways, seeing no guards
<Sia> * Sia raises her brow, then watches Lenneth.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth turns leftward and walks down the hallway now; the palace is quite majestic with the floor material looking like marble and their reflections showing; the walls are a white stone of good quality with tapestrys on them of gods and popes
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka glances around. 1Could try sniffing them out.
<Sia> * Sia walks quietly, following the goddess through the church building, quietly thinking on the irony of this moment.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Gemane peers about, lookng a bit out of place in such an area
<Kit> <Aschae> Mm... colder here." 6She looks around briefly before closing her eyes again. 1"Looking more expensive here."
01<@DeathStar> 6* They pass a doorway with a stone text of: Grand Library - next to it
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> What's that?
<Kit> <Aschae> Thomas' heaven.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal looks confused. 1Is he dead?
<Kit> <Aschae> Just a bookworm like the short one.

<Sia> Sia> "S-So many books..." *she seems like she's going to drool, like a female Thomas*
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth eyes it a moment, then keeps moving
<Sia> * Sia looks like a child being taken out of a cady store as she reluctantly follows Lenneth.
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> Me either. 6He tells Gemane and then shrugs slightly to move after Lenneth.
01<@DeathStar> 6* They reach a stairway which Lenneth leads them up calmly; Sonye takes up the rear, and for some reason her red eyes looked unnerved and she seems uneasy
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka glances to Sonye and tilts his head. 1Scared?
<Sia> * Sia keeps following, licking her lips a bit, looking back to Sonye questioningly.
01<@DeathStar> <Sonye> ... 6* She looks Tal, shifting her dark hair with the strange blue streaks in it. "I feel like I am a splotch of dirt in a clean king's palace here."
01<@DeathStar> <Sonye> As if this place despises me
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> Places like this makes me want to play in the mud and the roll all around it.
<Sia> Sia> "It probably does."
<Kit> <Aschae> Mmm, this place reminds me why I feel at home without clothes now.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Sonye is quiet at Sia's words; as they climb the stairs, the next floor has several doors on both sides, some even open. Men in robes and hoods move from door to door, carrying texts and talking with each other. Most go back into the rooms, but two annoying ones are in the hallway, arguing the theology of one of the Angel Prophecies
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth smiles slightly at Aschae, while Gemane nods, eyeing the shirt she has on. <Gemane> No woman wears shirts in my village. 6* She notes quietly
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka slides forward slowly, but pauses and looks to Lenneth for direction.
<Sia> * Sia's eyebrow flicks a little as she listens.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth crouches a little, watching the two men talk; they seem to be discussing the prophecy of the Angel unleashing demons upon the lands
<Sia> * Sia kneels, frowning at that, she peers at Lenneth a little, then back at them.
<Kit> <Aschae> Ah, completely different reasons, my delectable foxyip.
01<@DeathStar> <Gemane> Those two look like they will be standing there until the end of Tareh talking about that prophecy. 6* One seems to be aruging that the Angel will lead the demons herself, the other says she will summon them from the bowels of hell
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> I can... 6He holds up his clawed hands.
<Sia> Sia> "All arguments have an end..."
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> We don't have time to wait for that end.
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> The others' may be needing an escape any moment now
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth contemplates, since a loud noise will alert other scholars
<Kit> <Aschae> Gemane, shall we?
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka seems to be getting impatient.
01<@DeathStar> <Gemane> But of course, my heavily clothed pet.
<Sia> * Sia nods. "I could try to distract them long enough to clobber them...?"
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> Get naked and walk out there. 6He whispers.
<Sia> * Sia raises a brow, "I-I meant with discussion..."
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka mumbles something about naked being more distracting.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Gemane ges ready for Aschae's move
<Kit> 6Aschae crouches by Gemane, apparently just going to dash in and punch them or something
01<@DeathStar> 6* Gemane shifts, her tail swishing, then dashes along quickly. Lenneth's eyes dart to the doors to see if other scholars notice as Gemane rushes up quickly, flipping and landing on one scholar and smashes her hand into the back of his head
<Sia> * Sia jerks as she stops herself from stepping out, watching now.
<Kit> 6Aschae moves with long strides and leaps, bringing her palm into the base of the shoulders of the other, focusing energy to diminish the scholar's in turn
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> You and two knives, naked. Silent pass. 6He tells Sia before pointing to himself. 1Smarter.
<Sia> Sia> "They're already..."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Gemane pulls the Scholar into one of the empty rooms, sniffing to see if any are in there, and dumps him on a bed
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka rounds the corner and moves down along the hallway, sniffing the doors as he passes.
<Sia> * Sia follows, wondering about Tal'Ka's desire to see her naked.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Some of the open doors have scholars inside, meaning he has to sneak by. Sonye seems to have no trouble, drifting along silently. Gemane strips the scholar and throws his robe and cloak on, pulling it over her head and steps back out
<Kit> 6Aschae drags her's along after Gemane
01<@DeathStar> <Gemane> Scented oil; these men are not clean
<Kit> 6Aschae takes the robes, but doesn't don them, of course she is dressed like a priestess.
<Sia> * Sia takes the remaining cloak and tosses it about herself over her own, fixing it and petting Kaji before closing it.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka nods after a bit. 1Smelly. 6He mumbles.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Kaji rers and fusses inside it
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth leads them down the hallway and once past the other doorways, up another set of stairs; she pauses and curses in a foreign language - in front of them is a glowing barrier, and they can actually see through it, despite it's blue distortion. Sonye stops and peers.
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> What's this? 6He reaches out for it unless stopped.
<Sia> * Sia raises a brow. "Well this is a bit more difficult..."
<Kit> <Aschae> Detection?" 6She feels it out, handing the scholar robes and such to Tal'Ka
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth grabs his hand
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> Do not touch it; it will alert others. It can only be turned off by one with magic of the gods
<Sia> * Sia frowns. "But... if you use that they'll be alerted."
<Kit> <Aschae> Shame we don't have the former templar with us, hm? Or Thomas.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka seems to pout, if a Mar'Kus could.
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> You're a god. Do something. 6He tells Lenneth.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka puts on the robes and fusses slightly as he shifts.
01<@DeathStar> <Lenneth> ... 6* She seems to be thinking on that. <Lenneth> Your priestess magic should work, Aschae. 6* Sh touches Aschae, giving some of the magic priests have through the gods and reopening a few slots temporarily - the collar makes her too weak to open more than the barrier magic
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth steps back, sealing it so no other god can access Aschae but her
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> Getting bored. 6He fidgets.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Gemane reaches out to pet his ear to calm him down
01<@DeathStar> 6* Time ticks away; if this was a RPG, Nephilim's lifebar would be dropping due to slowness
<Kit> <Aschae> ...Never thought I'd feel this again.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth shrugs. "I will take it away later if you wish."
<Kit> 6Poor elsewhere Nephilim.
<Kit> <Aschae> Does it matter?" 6She tilts her head. 1"Just trying to recall. Key spells are different from my elementalist favorite."
<Sia> Sia> "Let's hurry."
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka seems to lull briefly before jerking and clearing his throat.
<Kit> 6Aschae holds out her hand, then pauses, eyeing Sia.
<Sia> * Sia blushes and looks down.
<Kit> <Aschae> Yes, let's rush magic with a high risk for calling down gods in their own house to crush us. Sounds like fun.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth shifts, speaking softly to Aschae to guide her through the process, and how high and low to increase her mana flow for each lock
<Kit> 6Aschae forms a blue flame in her palm, then holds her fingers out to push it into the barrier.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The barrier wavers, then vanishes. Sonye stares in awe and Gemane looks impressed, stepping through bravely
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> Magic woman is snippy. Takes offense to being called slow. Wonder what being called old would do.
<Xanatos> 6* Tal'Ka seems to be trying to pretend to be a scholar with his tone, he Hmms loudly and walks through after Gem.
<Sia> * Sia just keeps her head down from the scolding.
01<@DeathStar> 6* As they climb the stairs, Aschae would feel they are on the right floor; the long hallway has two large doors on the left and right walls, and one at the far end. This is the middle tier of the palace.

01<@DeathStar> 6* Outside the fire has died down finally. Seth would find that the middle path is a labyrinth that runs deep, making it risky to explore too far
<Kit> <Zeal> We need to be ready. We do not know how many should be affected by the lovepeace and sleeping weed.
<Sia> * Seth makes his way back, frowning, wondering if they can divert forces there if they get overrun, to keep the demons away from the right cave. "Mmm, the middle goes deep, into a Labrynth."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Rahcael remains asleep and Mercy rests wearily with the wounded.
<Sia> * Kaelan kisses Mercy's cheek and rises. "Time for me to do my thing. Rest well dear."
01<@DeathStar> <Carly> Many demons won't be.
<Xanatos> <Valen> We can have the women and children move a bit deeper then until we can fully explore it after this fight.
01<@DeathStar> 6* There's a thunk against the spikes, but no other; like a stone thrown. Due to Rachael being asleep, the spike is slightly damaged, so if they wanted to throw another one to break it they could
<Sia> Seth> "If it runs deep, it may be the reason She wanted us to come here."
<Xanatos> 6* Valen rises to his feet. 1Their attack is beginning. 6He announces.
<Sia> * Kaelan moves to the guards as Seth readies his bow.
<Sia> Kaelan> "Rouse Rachael, if you can."
<Kit> <Zeal> She needs to rest as much as possible.
<Sia> Kaelan> "With her asleep the barrier will fall very quickly."
01<@DeathStar> 6* No more stones are thrown.
<Xanatos> 6* Valen frowns. 1What are they doing?
<Kit> <Zeal> Her mana is low from yesterday...
<Sia> Kaelan> "Perhaps planning something bigger." *she moves back to the supplies, getting out Anima T* We may need additional firepower for this."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Another thunk and the spike breaks and a stone rolls in with a paper around it.
<Xanatos> 6* Valen hmms and slowly moves over to kneel and read the paper.
<Sia> * Kaelan frowns and looks over as she returns with the gauntlet. She secures it so she doesn't lose it during the fight.
01<@DeathStar> "Turn over all of the Angel's companions and the rest will be allowed to live." 6* It's spelt very well
<Kit> <Zeal> ...What does it say?
<Xanatos> <Valen> They want us. Just the Angel's followers.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Mercy blinks at that
<Sia> * Kaelan raises a brow. She leans over to look. "Surprisingly well written."
<Sia> Kaelan> "I... dare to think there's a god behind this entire thing."
01<@DeathStar> <Mercy> What---will we do?
<Xanatos> <Valen> Even so. If we surrender then they all will survive. We should do that.
<Kit> <Zeal> ..." 6She eyes Valen. 1"Seriously?"
<Xanatos> <Valen> It would be the honorable thing to do.
<Sia> * Kaelan grits her teeth, "You actually believe that? There are elves and other creatures among them. If the church is involved..."
01<@DeathStar> 6* Mercy peers down, looking afraid but not speaking. Carly peers out. <Carly> Demons do enjoy to rape and pillage I'm told
<Xanatos> <Valen> Hm. Well then. Let's get ready to fight, then.
01<@DeathStar> <Carly> Oh, I meant we'd likely get raped and pillage once we turned ourselves over; I'm sure they'll keep their word!
<Kit> <Zeal> I am surprised you would have agreed so easily..
<Xanatos> 6* Valen peers at Zeal slightly and looks amused before shifting over to the rock, turning slightly to launch a bolt out for their reply, then he steps back. 1Form up.
<Sia> Seth> "I like that reply."
<Sia> * Seth readies a line of arrows, Kaelan moves to get into position with the non-archers.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Carly peers at rachael. "Should we wake our sleeping page?"
<Sia> Seth> "Dear Zeal, will you join me in dealing swift, pointed death this eve?" *he smirks a little*
01<@DeathStar> 6* Swift and the other warriors get their positions ready.
<Sia> Kaelan> "Yes, she can rest awake."
<Xanatos> <Valen> Wake her up Mercy. Please.
<Kit> <Zeal> ..." 6She eyes Seth, not getting the upbeat or humor in it
<Sia> * Seth appears to be adopting the cheery mood he simply takes up in the face of killing.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Mercy bows and moves over to rouse Rachael, who mumbles along the lines of Valen giving her five more minutes and to quit poking her - the way she says it is suggestive
01<@DeathStar> 6* Outside the demon armor lets out a might, blood curdling roar that makes many of the people in the cave shiver in fear. Then comes stomping that shakes the ground
<Xanatos> <Valen> Rachael. 6He calls out. 1Caves and demons. Wake up.
<Sia> Kaelan> "Stand fast, they can't use those numbers in here, create a new barrier with the bodies of demons."
<Kit> 6Zeal pauses, then pinches Rachael by the nipple
01<@DeathStar> 6* Rachael jerks awake and gets up with a yelp, her ears drooped a little as she rubs at her eyes, circles there; her typically well groomed hair is a mess. <Rachael> O-Ow Zeeeeaaaaal.... 6 Carly grabs a sword and stands there awkwardly
01<@DeathStar> 6* Mercy holds the mace made for her, trembling a little as the demons get louder and stomp more; as if to sucker punch morale more, a flaming ball comes flying into the cave without warning and smashes into one Oasian and burns them; their screams of pain as they run around make the others jerk and turn right as the demons begin their charge

01<@DeathStar> 6* The three large demons easily smash the OAsian lines; they manage to blind one, but their formation is already in shambles. Valen manages another, but Rachael screams out, but looks uninjured surprisingly

<Xanatos> <Valen> Archers pull back and regroup. Swordsman move in an engage. When I give the signal, hit the ground and archers fire. 6he calls out, jumping forward to rush into those attacking Mercy.

<Sia> * Kaelan tries to force herself to endure the injury and blasts at some of those heading at Mercy with a Gale Blast, moving to her defense.

01<@DeathStar> 6* As they knock demons away from Wind and Valen charges, he'd soon be swamped by 15 more coming in, keeping him away from Mercy; they slash at him, but Oasians meet the advance. But with 25 demons or so, it looks poor

01<@DeathStar> 6* The blind big one doesn't seem to sense Zeal's aiming; however, a demon leaps at her to kill her, but Rachael fires an arrow to drop it
<Xanatos> 6* Valen grits his teeth and takes nimble strikes to try his best to take them down. He moves to knock the demon off Kaelan.

<Sia> * Kaelan cries out, she pants and turns a little as she's freed, resuming a defensive posture as she moves to close the gap to Mercy, mentally thanking Valen.

01<@DeathStar> 6* 6* The Oasians, invorigated, route he remaining demons and the first round; about 20 Oasians remain standing, and with so many dead bodies, about 35 demons and 18 Oasians, they're literally on top of each other. There's no sign of Mercy. Carly and Wynne begin to get the people down the middle tunnel

01<@DeathStar> 6* The Oasians begin to do so. Carly pants, moving back to the forefront. Rachael, weak, leans on her bow, panting hard. Kaelan would finally find some red hair under the bodies

<Sia> * Kaelan starts to cry, losing it. "PLease... someone... not Mercy..."

01<@DeathStar> 6* The OAsians shift to the middle tunnel now. Mercy's chest doesn't even seem to be moving, which is not a good sign
<Kit> 6Yewn takes a few swings at the air and jumps, kicking, possibly loosening up. 1"Jus' make sure I kin get there, eh?"
<Xanatos> <Valen> The middle tunnel Kaelan. TAKE HER THERE. 6He calls out, stepping back towards it himself.
<Sia> * Kaelan blinkdly moves for the middle of the tunnel.

01<@DeathStar> 6* Thomas and Nephilim and the Angel stand near the guard tower building, using it as cover ironically, peering out at the building with rare artifacts, which has guards already at the front door. The windows are non-existant. The Angel hisses suddenly, touching her forehead

01<@DeathStar> <Angel> Some with the mark is .... gone. I believe. They are too far away for me to tell

01<@DeathStar> 6* Thomas pales, thinking the worst - Zeal. "I---we---" <Angel> We could not reach them in time to help them anyway. We have to get the gems and get out of here to find them

<Kit> 6Nephilim scurries out on her own, peering at the two guards. 1"Hey."
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Angel's stares incredulously as the two guards turn toward her, their hands reaching for their swords automatically.
<Kit> 6Nephilim starts to hum, then sings aloud a song aimed at enchantment, peering at one of the two intently to capture his heart and turn him on the other.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Templar pauses, then begins to beat the crap out of his partner, smashing him and ripping at his helmet to remove it. The other guard makes a strangled noise, trying to reach for a pretty vase by the door
<Kit> 6Nephilim moves over and burries her knife as the first templar is removing his helment.
01<@DeathStar> 6* The Angel grabs Thomas over toward them, peering around; the complex indeed has a lot of guards about, who don't seem to have noticed them yet, but it will only be mere seconds until they do.
01<@DeathStar> 6*Nephilim kills him and he goes limp; as the two reach the door, another guard shouts out, seeing the commotion - thankfully they're at the door already and can get in
<Kit> 6Nephilim sings closely to the enchanted one and directs him out toward the others noticing as she works the door to get it open
01<@DeathStar> 6* Nephilim uses her skeleton key abilities and opens it; the three move in and the angel shuts it, bringing down a large wooden plank over two metal hooks to keep the door barred, then turns; inside is a clerk at a table, who is rising in alarm. "Who are you---? Sir Thomas? What are you doing here?" <Thomas> We are here to get some things, John Chris.

01<@DeathStar> <John Clerk> Well, all of it of course; there's.... 6* He rattles tantalizing relics they have that can do many wonderous things; one can even make raw meat be cooked in mere moments

01<@DeathStar> 6* Outside there's more commotion, and the man peers out, blinking, then back. "Well, there are some relics that can do it faster than fires, yes, b ut not as quick as the large box I described.

01<@DeathStar> <John Chris> Well, there's.... 6* He begins to rattle more stuff, all proud; some of it makes the wear invisible, other things makes the wearer capable of making a magic shield to protect them for a time, other things can cast a red dot that if aimed at eyes blinds them. At that moment, Thomas and the Angel move down stairs

<Kit> <Aschae> Right..." 6She looks skeptical, knowing that an anima changes the fight entirely.
01<@DeathStar> 6* Lenneth turns to move for the door with the device; they are on the fourth floor now, so getting down to the fight will be tricky
<Xanatos> <Tal'Ka> They gonna dieee. 6he says ominously before turning to move with Lenneth.

<Sia> * SIa frowns, pulling herself away to follow. "Need to get down there quickly after this... I don't know of a way without leaping out and activating D as I fall... don't even know if that'll work."

Stepping through the doorway is a beautiful man with long blonde hair, but cold silver eyes; he steps through the doorway, four white wings in total on his back, and wearing white, silk robes. He looks positively radiate and stand at 7 feet. He glances down at Lenneth with pity in his eyes.
<Sia> * Sia pulls on the gauntlet and gulps, getting ready to leap out, she gives herself a bit of a start and leaps out the window, touching the rune to activate D as she falls.
