The Era of Change: The First 100 Years (2390-2490)
Following the Angelic War, Tareh began to transform itself slowly as continents shifted dramatically and mana began to increase across the land - areas began to get specific mana influxes, with those with elemental inclinations growing stronger in those lands - keylines began to flow mana faster and hotter. The center of the planet became cut off to everyone, even the three remaining new gods - Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi, along with with the reformed Amazo. Mana and magik is believed to have flowed into the terraforming machine once down there and transformed it's functions into something new. Bunpers, a rabbit humanoid race, began to increase rapidly during this time, able to breed with humans especially, and Catmews were on the steady rise as well.
As the planet shifted it's continents and magik became stronger and more prevailent, the surviving kingdoms of Navarro, Nuege, Matias, and Sinai had to decide what they would do. Nuege, run by Queen Mercy, who was allied with the Angel the entire war once she took leadership, was greatly looked up to by the people and since she had made a kingdom that allowed any race in - especially elves, azuha, and human, they flocked there over the hundred years, becoming very powerful. Her first daughter, having an Azuha tail, helped cement and that later when she remarried, her other kids, despite being human, were all very respectful. Two kids with Kaelan Di'Neer and the other with a kind noble ensured the family line was strong.
In Navarro, an ally of Nuege, it remained strictly human, though they were respectful to other races and allowed trade. Matias' kingdom fell apart and become mostly a trade federation and Sinai remained under the control of the remants of the church under Gyro. The first hundred years were relatively peaceful in the three areas, with the lineages of the kingdoms passing calmly and in Sinai the Church ideals passing on, though after Gyro's death toward the end of the 100 years it became clear the Angel was becoming the new focus of worship and idealism for the religious factors of the Templars in small circles, though this was still on the fringes.
The Era of Change: The Last 110 Years (2490-2600)
A virus began to break out amongst the human population that began to widdle down their numbers drastically over the next 50 years. Once the most populated race on Tareh, the virus struck with such terrible force that Tareh was gripped in terror for humans that despite the efforts of most of the races, humans continued to die. It was a terrible time and cracks began to show up in the alliances that were made - some elves did nothing, and some races separated themselves from humans as if they could get it. Navarro was hit hardest and the great kingdom was widdled down terriblely. Nuege, due to the Mage Order and the elves/azuha there, were able to help the humans out greatly, and the Queen on the thrown helped keep order, losing many, but not as much as Sinai and Navarro, and other areas. The demons took advantage of the chaos and attacked and slaughtered across Tareh. Also affected, Bunpers no longer populated in great litters like they once did and instead began to have normal one or two children like most other races.
When it was over in 2540, and the virus began to die out, humans were one of the least populated races on Tareh, with only Bunpers and Catmews after them perhaps. Navarro, left devastated, and Matias, not even really a kingdom anymore, was shattered. Elves, who had long resented humans despite working for them so long, finally made their move and took over the Matias continent and southern continents that had connected during the shifting of Tareh during this era. They carved out not only a huge part of the Matias continent but also most of Navarro's lands for their own. By the end of 2600 AJ, the elven Kingdoms were known as the United Elven Front and the shattered Navarro remains finally stopped their advance under a new king named King Gelus, who renamed the kingdom after himself, the Kingdom of Gelus, and united the humans under him. They become very xenophobia against other races due to the virus and attack.
The great grand child of Mercy and Kaelan's lineage, Queen Liliane decided it was time for a change as well, having held her kingdom together through the fact they all worked together and it had remained at full strength. Renaming it the Kingdom of Neer, the kingdom continued to keep it's alliance of Azuha, Elves, and humans, despite the fact some elves had left to join the UEF. Watching all this, the Azuha around the world and within the Kingdom of Neer began to consider some things, and Ama and Tsukiyomi began to discuss the future within Neer.
With all the changes, the sects that worship the Angel in Sinai have finally begun to get much more legitimacy.
The Turbulent Era: The First 100 Years (2600-2700)
The Elven population in the United Elven Front, now drunk on their power, after 20 years of being united and trading and getting stronger, finally decided to try to strike out at the human kingdoms, starting with Gelus since it is closer. However, many elves do not want to do any such thing, content to have their own kingdom and thinking that going around killing human kingdoms to be wrong. This leads to a civil war that lasts from 2620-2624 AJ and finally ends with the UEF splitting into two kingdoms, the Kingdom of Badelf - the elves there wishing to strike out against humans that have wronged them in the past and kill them and the Kingdom of Blantress, neutral elves who wish to remain neutral no matter what. The two kingdoms remain side by side, coexisting. However, a large population finding their brethern on both sides to be beneath contempt leave on ships to find their own land so they can help humans and other races. Following the civil war, it leaves the elven war machine exhausted for the time being.
A decent group of Azuha, watching all this, decide to group together and make their own Kingdom, asking Ama and Tsukiyomi to come with them. The two goddesses agree and leave the Kingdom of Neer peacefully in 2635 AJ to help establish it on an island nearby. The process is long, but soon the kingdom is peacefully set up. During this time, however, one of the floating islands in the sky crashes and a group of Azuha that is neither part of Neer nor part of the newly established Coalition of Amatsune discovers it.
With all the chaos going on, the demons continue their assaults across the world and taking the west lands, they begin to form their own lands under one leader, named Asmodeus. Keeping all the Kingdoms off their balance with their attacks for the next 40 years with attack and runs, they steal people from all kingdoms to serve as slaves or turn into demons as the Demon Realm is set up in the West Lands. Despair running in Sinai, it is finally turned into the Empire of Alrhyl during this 40 years in 2645 AJ under a religious figure named Canaan, who devotes the entire Empire to the Angel and a view of her life/teachings as the Empire focuses. All the Templars/Church holdings that remain devote themselves to the Angel and await her return to Tareh to cleanse it of all that is evil in their eyes. The Empire grows, and while it is very human oriented, they accept other races in and trade with anyone as long as they are not anti-human. Their army soon becomes very strong.
The Tubulent Era: The Last 150 Years (2700 - 2850)
Over the next 50 years, an uneasy era was brokered due to the 40 years of keeping the demons in the Demon Realm, and exhausting supplies of all the kingdoms; this kept all the kingdoms from each other's throats. In 2750 AJ, as they began to get powerful again, a new Azuha Republic formed almost out of nowhere, the Republic of Umbal. Forming to the south, this off branch of Azuha seemed quite different in mentality than the Azuha under Ama and their methods more extreme, their leader unknown. It was clear, even to Ama, that something was off. Also during this time, a race of beings began to be rumored to live up on the floating islands and remnant of the Red Planet, though methods to get up there have been rumored to be lost during all the fighting.
In 2751-2780, a 30 year war broke out between Kingdom of Badelf and the Kingdom of Gelus that dragged many other Kingdoms in and allowed, toward the end of the 15 years, the Demons to begin to attack again and cause more damage. It was finally brought to a standstill and while the Gelus Kingdom lost no land, they were heavily damaged in the fighting. There was also rumors that the Republic of Umbal was up to no good.
The Empire of Alyhrl began to use the next 50 years, 2780-2830, while other races recovered from the fighting and the Kingdom of Badelf suffered under heavy trading penalities, to push it's religious agenda around the world, as they were now the race that held the Demon Realm back, being next door to them and having the mightest and proudest Knights in the realm, plus they worshipped the Angel. Their influence and sphere of power increased to other Kingdoms as their trade came with them wanting to send priests to teach about their ways, leading to them trying to covert peacefully others. Since they never invaded and whatnot, many kingdoms allowed it, albiet begrudgingly, and needing the trade, though by 2830 AJ many Kingdoms had finally recovered enough to start rejecting the priests, the damage was done and there was converts in each Kingdom.
From 2830-2845 AJ, nothing much happened until the final 5 years when another war began to break out with the Kingdom of Badelf as the cause. Finally, the Kingdoms began to take preemptive measures after it was quickly stopped just a few months into effect.
The Forced Check Era: 2851 AJ - Present
The Forced Check Era, beginning somewhere around 2851 AJ, though the year it has begun has been argued, has gone into effect, with the kingdoms in check with each other due to alliances and behind doors politics in play. This has gone on for the last 10 years. The current year is now 2862 AJ. The Badelf Kingdom is doing skirmishes against humans where it can. The Demon Realm is still doing it's attacks. There's a failing harvest in parts of the world. And there's a mana drain. And there's other new threats.
