Cultural School of Art:
While formally founded in 2720 AJ, the school was slowly built up before that after the Elven Civil War. Blantress, a kingdom of neutrality that never gets involved in any wars, and depends on others to save them from the Demon Realm, turned toward art, culture, and beauty to cling to and slowly over the decades following the war, artists began to flock to to the Kingdom to begin sharing ideas.
Turning to the government for petitions for a place to teach art and practice it together, the Cultural School of Arts was built in the capital of Na'vi, with smaller branches in Oshan and Fam'fri. The main branch is a large school - a building that stretches a long distance, built with beauty in mind. Artists designed in with all sorts of sculptures, beams, inscriptions, beams, etc. It's a strange place for artists and people wanting to gather to talk about various ideas and culture.
The campus itself has many trees and a wide area of nature, for the people to sit and think, and a great view of the city, along with inns nearby for them poorer of the students to stay. What is taught there is divided in the building into the various forms of the arts, culture, dancing, social graces, etc. Nobles even send their children sometimes and due to the patronages is why they can take on poor students who have talent only.
Their only goal is to push the agenda of beauty here, and in the lesser two schools for those who can't afford, or make it, to the main school.
