Advantage 4: Combat Master You love fighting and improving yourself in battle, meaning that battles makes you stronger. +2 Strength
Disadvantage 1: Bad Liar You're bad a lying and cannot easily fool NPCs when it comes time to bluff them. -1 Charisma
Disadvantage 2: Moral Qualms You have a moral qualm about doing one thing that gets you in trouble. Like killing enemies that bites you on the ass later.
Disadvantage 3: Obsession You are obsessed/compelled to do one thing and when the situation comes up, you must do it - if you fail to do it you suffer penalities.
Disadvantage 4: Bad Aim You just are bad at hitting things from a distance. Don't use guns. -2 Dexterity.

 

Abilities

*Level 3 Tier Move.

[Primary Move] Dragon Knight: Angela's formation of Armor and Weapons is a focus of her powers, using this she forms her Armor and Swords seemingly out of nowhere (her subspace) and augments them with power. Her sword can deal 3x Strength on two blows per use of the ability - it takes 3 turns before it recharges. Alternatively her armor can be augmented full damage once per use.
[Dragoon Sword: Godhood multipler (+3 for 7) x 3 + 16 Weapon Damage = 76 Damage for two blows]

Angela has evolved her Dragon Knight attack so that it is so strong she can only manage one blow and it takes three turns before it recharges. Angela can use the move without charging but must wait two turns to recharge (due to her speed). This is a seperate attack from the Lv. 1 move.
[Dragoon Sword Omega*: Godhood multipler (+3 for 7) x 3 + 16 Weapon Damage + Strength multipler (+20 for 10) x = 96 Damage for one blow]
[Secondary Move] Omega Dragoon: Angela was gifted with several powers abnormal to Dragoons when she was accidentally made into one, that is the ability to control Betas in combat. Per use of this ability she can control one Beta Dragoon as if it were a trained beast or bodyguard.

[Tertiary Move] Holy Warrior: Angela weilds her elemental alignment almost like magic. She can produce Holy Beams from her sword to attack from a range, form a shield of Holy Energy to prevent some attacks, or heal an ally with a touch (half HP). Each method requires a seperate use.
[Holy Beam: Godhood multipler (+3 for 7) x 2= 20 Damage + Holy]
[Holy Shield: Godhood multipler (+3 for 7) x 2= 20 Shield / People]
[Heal: Godhood 7: Full Heal]

[Racial Move] Stigmata: This allows the Dragoon to unleash a special bonded attack with their partner, the Dragoon and the Partner combining not into a dragoon so much but as becoming one being briefly, much like a Ellie and Sylph. The Stigmata power only lasts 2 minutes on the GM's clock and afterwards both are exhausted.

Beliefs and Goals


Beliefs: Everyone deserves a chance to turn towards the light, no matter how dark their past. We're heroes, we do what is right instead of what's easy. While we don't sacrifice many for one, we shouldn't have to sacrifice any.
 
Goals: Continue to make Earth safe for her family, drag the enemies who hide in the shadows and try to make our lives dangerous kicking and screaming into the light to answer for their crimes.

 

Background History


Cheryl, learning of how much the men in Angela's life twisted and changed her, and seeing how Cran and his influences hurt her own life, decided that Angela Bennet deserved a fresh start. And thus, she was recreated, brought back into the timeline and her history changed based on whether her choices were affected by Chad Winters, William Spade, Alexander Cran, or other such people. What was returned was a kind, sweet girl who works hard to protect her sisters.
 
In this new history, Angela worked as a team scientist who took over the research of her parents, the original creators of the Beta Dragoons. During a lab accident, she was transformed into a new kind of Dragoon capable of controlling them, as well as other Dragoons, but her nature made those strains of the power completely useless, she would only ever seek to defend the Dragoons, who she saw as her family.
 
Angela largely didn't attempt to take any spotlights. Working and living with Cheryl for some time before she met her future wife, Mi'Na, a special kind of Gitari woman. When Darien Starr found himself in the driver seat of EarthGov, Angela rose to the task to help her friend by becoming his Vice President. She worked as that, helping Cheryl's team when she could for some time, eventually taking Darien's position when he vanished.
 
As interim president, Angela found herself facing a whole new challenge preparing to run for reelection as EarthGov's President. It was at this time her running opponent began to research her and unearthed something Cheryl had forgotten, the physical records of her former self. Tess made this light to the public, not only reviving the memories of her old life among the people, but herself. However, Angela refused to let the blackened past rule her and stayed her own person. The only true fallout from this incident as for Cheryl, the world now aware of her reality powers, things changed for the teams and brought the crisis between realities to a head.
 
Angela would compromise with Tess and be her Vice President for a four year term, in which they aligned EarthGov with the Suisen Empire. After which she ran again and served a full two term presidency of EarthGov during a mostly quiet age for the Teams, a new generation growing up while she led the world.
 
Brought out of retirement by a series of events that led her to believe both Darien Starr and Cheryl had been killed, Angela found her place as a scrapper and scientist for the team. Taking part in the events that led to the emergence of Yggdrassil and the defeat of those that sought to control it. She has recently grown close to Cherry, an alternate version of Cheryl from a different turn, and taken her in as family. Now with the changing times brought about after the emergence of Yggdrassil, Angela seeks to help Lemon keep the unit together and work in whatever way they can to establish a stable future for Earth.
