Abilities

[Primary Move] Speed of Hermes: When her weapon power is activated, the natural electrical field in her body is amplified well beyond what a normal person is capable off. When channeled into her nervous system and muscles, her speed doubles for a brief time period. A side effect is electricity arcing off her body.

[Tertiary Move] Cloak of Zeus: By redirecting her amped up electrical field away from her nervous system and muscles and to her skin, Cel is able to intensify the electricity arcing off her body creating a small field protecting her from attacks, halving damage for a brief period. This also charges up her blades for an electrical attack.

[Racial Move] Circuits: - Overloading all the special pathways in one's body, they can unlock all their limiters for 3 attacks, doing triple the attacks, even other ability attacks. Leaves them weaked for a few minutes afterward.

Background History


The 3rd group of weapons created by Chad Winters during the Rebirth Project. XVII was trained alongside XVI by Chad and the other weapons. Usually working alongside XVI, she’s been allowed to branch out with a new group. Having learned to bond with the team she was part of, Cel has begun to grow as a person and as a Weapon.
