[Primary Move] Light Field: Celes taps into her Hapian power to surround herself with a Light barrier to protect herself, her eyes glowing red.. It provides herself and one other protection for 5 Dark Attacks or up to 3 normal attacks. It can be expanded to protect family with Hapian traits the same or the team.

[Team Shield: Godhood multipler (+11 for 9) x 2 = 40 Shield / People]

[Secondary Move] Speed: Celes can increase her speed like the light, an innate Hapian ability that is in her blood due to Aska/Hapian Eye. She is not as skilled at using it as her daughter but, this lets her rush her speed to attack faster and move faster, though it can do damage to her body if she keeps it up.

[Fast Strike: Speed multipler (+3 for 7) = 20 Damage]

Celes can continue to increase her speed, though this will definitely do damage to her body, making herself even faster and allow her to be faster than an enemy for an extended time. Celes can use the move without charging but must wait two turns to recharge (due to her speed).:

[Tertiary Move] Hapian: Celes cannot tap into her innate Hapian bloodline as well as Selena, but her red eyes glow and allow her to do a multitude of abilities. (current unavailable)
This allows Liana/Selena/Sasha/Luna to redo a move immediately.
Celes can use some of the Hapian royal family power to give some of her life force to someone of the Royal Family of her choice.
Hidden Moves to be Announced

[Racial Move] Circuits: Overloading all the special pathways in one's body, they can unlock all their limiters for 3 attacks, three attacks, even ability attacks. This leaves them weaked for a few minutes/2 afterwards. (this essenitally lets you do one move 3x without using up a cost)

Beliefs and Goals


Help lead Geyze in this new world as part of the Alliance council. I do not know if I am the last of the Hapian Royals, but I will make sure my daughters will have a world left for them to enjoy.

 

Background History


Celes Hapian's mother was overbearing and controlling and she escaped into her romance novels, never expecting that one day her prince would come. However, it was not exactly your typical prince - it was Liana Windrunner and in most circles she might be considered a princess. Liana swept Celes off her feet and over the many months as the Academy continued to be entangled in the Hapian affairs, such as Sasha learning she was Celes' second sister, Liana and Celes became close and soon Celes rebeled against her mother, had a child with Liana, and in having the child, led to the downfall of the Hapian Kingdom in it's current form.

Celes soon became the current Empress, while Sasha went on to run the Academy, and Selena grew up in the castle after the rebellion had taken place. In what was a whirlwind romance had led to the Hapian Kingdom to having it's entire foundation being shaken, and that itself led to the other Kingdoms slowly being changed and united. It's hard to say if Celes and Liana never met and married if that might have happened. Soon the two had another daughter, Luna.

Selena is now much older, due to the time differences of Yggdrasil, and they are now facing the problems of leading a new Alliance of Geyze and Kumen in a new world order in a galaxy they do not know.
