[Primary Move] Telepathic Goddess: Cookie's knack for telepathy has the potential to outdo even her mothers. With this she can form a telepathic link with a group, coordinating their actions for a short time allowing them to fight effectively. Alternatively she can turn this power on an enemy, sending a crippling telepathic attack at their minds.
[TK: Mind multipler (+3 for 7) x 2 = 20 damage]

Cookie assaults the enemy’s mind with a barrage of confusion and emotions, blasting their brain and causing them to become lost in themselves. Cookie can use the move without charging but must wait three turns to recharge (due to her speed).
[Mind Prison: Mind multipler (+3 for 7) x 2 + Mind multipler (+3 for 7) x 2 = 40 damage + Stun Chance and Confusion Chance (1 in 2 chance for either)]
[Secondary Move] Fey Dancer: Cookie has begun to learn the ways of a Fae Monk, she can use this power to dance on particles in the air for a limited time, allowing her to jump to high places or cross great gaps on things as miniscule as dew drops and dirt. [Doubles Speed of Two Allies or Decreases Speed By Enemy by Half]

[Tertiary Move] Ace of Spades: Cookie's gift of Precognition allows her to use the ability to see future branches. If not in combat she can focus far into the future and try to see events as they play out, allowing her to present plans and strategies that will be more likely to succeed, however later she will be open to visions of the future she cannot control, causing nightmares and sometimes hallucinations. Alternatively in combat she can use this power to see several seconds into the future, allowing her to move ahead of attacks and avoid them for a short period (30 seconds). [Copied from Tabetha]

[Racial Move] Stigmata: This allows the Dragoon to unleash a special bonded attack with their partner, the Dragoon and the Partner combining not into a dragoon so much but as becoming one being briefly, much like a Ellie and Sylph. The Stigmata power only lasts 2 minutes on the GM's clock and afterwards both are exhausted.

Background History


Cookie was born to loving parents, if one was somewhat unwise in her naming scheme choices. Growing up, she did not exhibit Tabetha's talents in electronics and robotics, however she seemed to get every bit and more of her potential in Telepathy. Taking lessons on the PAX from more experienced telepaths, Cookie has learned to use her unique mix of Dragoon powers and mental capacity to the best of her abilities. Training as a medic on the side in the PAX labs and at times under the tutelage of Jennifer Carmichael, Cookie has the skills and capacity of a Nurse Practitioner working towards a Doctor's status.

Over time and fighting alongside Yuki to save the realities, Cookie has gone on an emotional rollercoaster of change. Becoming less dependant on her cousin, Cookie met and had a beautiful bond and marriage with Little, who during the first incursion of the Yggdrassil vanished from existence. During her time on the tree she came to like Pepper, a new crew member and asked her out for drinks, this led to a new whirlwind romance which has resulted in their engagement during the second battle on Yggdrassil. Now Cookie and Pepper have followed Yuki back onto the Aquarius to escape the insanity that is Earth and it's self inflicted problems. Adventure hoooo!
