Abilities

[Primary Move] Chi Flow: Cypher uses her chi to do range attacks and strike out at enemies from a distance, almost Ryu like. It could be an after effect of her being a Mark X or something else, tapping into a type of Godhood, or what.
[Chi Strike: Dexterity multipler (+11 for 9) x 2 = 40 damage]
[Chi Area Strike: Dexterity multipler (+11 for 9) x 2 = 40 damage / People]
[Chi Field: Cypher performs a protective field around the team: Dexterity multipler (+11 for 9) x 2 = 40 Shield / People]

[Secondary Move] Chi User: Cypher infuses her hands and feet with chi energy to combat better, able to do massive damage with them. It also allows her to double jump around on energy platforms in mid-air and glide about if she focuses. The final ability is that she can form a chi energy field in her arms to deflect damage by half.

Cypher uses her various Chi abilities to give the entire party for one turn either Double Speed or Double Strength. This pushes her powers to the max and is the max limits of her powers. Cypher can use the move without charging but must wait two turns to recharge (due to her speed):

[Tertiary Move] Chi Field: Cypher can temporarily slow objects down in her chi field with her energy, but it only lasts by mere seconds and in a space around herself up to 5 feet. It will affect those who get near her, but she mostly uses it to try to get the upperhand in battles. She can try to combine it with her circuits to try to extend it for a few minutes.

[Racial Move] Circuits: - Overloading all the special pathways in one's body, they can unlock all their limiters for 3 attacks, doing triple the attacks, even other ability attacks. Leaves them weaked for a few minutes afterward.

Background History


Cypher was born when Asarar was kidnapped one day and forced into becoming the first Biotech X model. Over time, when Asarar began to learn her true identity and attempted to access her abilities, she began to malfuction and tried to reach back for her humanity, forming a split personality inside herself. That personality was Cypher, which was her humanity trying to claw it's way back out. Asarar finally decided the two could not survive in one body and reached out to a Corporation to have a cloned body of her human cells for Cypher's personality to be placed into, deciding for herself to remain in the Biotech body. If you looked at the two you wouls swear they were twins.

From there, Cypher began to make her own life, marrying Chelsea and taking care of Bonnie, Chelsea's familiar. She also helped Chelsea build the Mew Mew Ship and over time the two had a child. After the crisis was over, Asarar and the rest vanished one day, and so Cypher has joined Chelsea at the Alliance/Academy.
