Abilities

[Primary Move] Copy: Hess can copy another person's ability by getting close and downloading them, ala Mega Man X. Once she has attained them, she has attained that ability indefinitely until she downloads another. From here on out, it will take the place of the Copy Slot and be used up in the place of an ability.

[Secondary Move] Ripples: Hess can use her Ripples both offensively and defensively. Hess can 1) Open 3 Ripples to travel through back to back to back if she wishes, though this means she cannot use it to attack or defend. 2) Form Ripples in defense of her body to block attacks, moving it around her for a brief period (typically 3 Ripples rotate) to take the attacks and fling it back) 3) Make hundreds of small Ripples to slice the enemy, but this is the most draining of the three.

[Tertiary Move] Bad Luck: Hess has gained a copy of Weapon XIII's bad luck move forever. It causes bad lucks for others mostly, and sometimes her allies, and occassionally for Hess.

1 - Worst Luck, 2 - Pretty Bad, 3 - Mild Bad Luck, 4 - Inconvience (this is for enemies), 5 - Allies, 6 - Hess
[Racial Move] Circuits: Overloading all the special pathways in one's body, they can unlock all their limiters for 3 attacks, doing triple the attacks, even other ability attacks. Leaves them weaked for a few minutes afterward.

Background History


Hess is the granddaughter of the legendary Weapon X, the ultimate Weapon. She is also the daughter of Kitty Giblin. She has grown up taught and prepared for various situations all her life, and around heroes since she was little. The Strikers, the team her mother belonged to, saved the universe when they were just in middle school/high scchool, after all.

When the events of the Quakes began to occur, Hess reluctantly joined the Special Ops unit. A group off the books, that is looking to keep their universe together. With her mother gone, having gone with her friend Yuki, she is one of the last lines of defense left for Earth. However, shortly into her first tour, she ran into a clone of her grandmother, Weapon XIII, and was put to the test. Somehow, with the help of her friends, she was able to overcome XIII when she awakened her true Weapon abilities.
