Abilities

[Primary Move] Psionics: Michiru seems to have learned the gift of psionics and is able to use them with some ease; it is not a skill Hotaru has, some maybe she learned it from Em.

[TK Shockwave: Michiru uses her mind to cause a blast of TK force. Mind multipler (+3 for 7) x 2 = 20 Damage + 1 in 3 Knock Down]
[Mind Bash: Michiru lifts the person and slams then down: Mind multipler (+3 for 7) x 2 = 20 Damage + Stun]
[TK Grab: Can use her psionics to grab things to use on the field to her advantage - 1 in 3 chance to grab a new weapon or item]

[Secondary Move] Dragoon Powers: Being Half-Dragoon, Michiru has access to a multitude of powers that is unique to her as well as standard Dragoon powers.

[Teleportation: Michiru can teleport herself or others out of a location]

[Energy Blasts: Godhood multipler (+3 for 7) x 2 = 20 Damage]

Michiru had perfected her teleportation to teleport around her enemy and do a constant barrage of attacks against them, knocking them around to keep them off balance as she blasts them with her energy blasts and psionically bashes them around like a pinball. She even winds up with her gauntlet to slam them to add further insult to injury as she then slams them into the ground to make a nice hole, DBZ style. Michiru can use the move without charging but must wait two turns to recharge (due to her speed).:
[Teleport Barrage*: Godhood multipler (+3 for 7) x 2 + Mind multiplier (+3 for 7) x 2 + 10 Weapon Damage = 50 damage]

[Tertiary Move] Martial Arts: Michiru is a practiced martial artist and has used her Dragoon abilities into her training to make a unique fighting style.

[Dodge and Counter Attack: Either Opposite Game or level of Boss will determine chance]
[Dodge Attack: Depends on level of enemy.]
[Teleport Strike: Strength multiple: Strength 4 x 2 = 8 Damage]

[Racial Move] Stigmata: This allows the Dragoon to unleash a special bonded attack with their partner, the Dragoon and the Partner combining not into a dragoon so much but as becoming one being briefly, much like a Ellie and Sylph. The Stigmata power only lasts 2 minutes on the GM's clock and afterwards both are exhausted.
