Abilities

*Level 3 Tier Move.
[Primary Move] Death Touch: Wyrd's aura drains HP from those near her, draining their very life essence from them to her, regaining HP. She typically wears a bracelet to prevent this, but with it off, she can mass drain HP up to 10 feet around anyone but Truth and a few others who have adapted to her. This can be bad for most bad guys, but also her allies.
[Life Drain: 1/3rd HP for two rounds. White Hair Mode 1/2 HP three rounds. Affects those up to 10 feet]
[Life Restore: Wyrd can give stolen health to another with a touch]
[False Death: Wyrd can touch and make a person seem to die temporarily by shutting their body down]
[Secondary Move] Second Form (White Hair): Wyrd transforms into her secondary form, doubling her stats and growing stronger, as does her abilities. She can move through walls in this form like a grim reaper, see life spans, weaknesses, and float over the ground to move faster. Her energy scythe (not her metal one) also glows purple and becomes more dangerous

[Invisible: Can cloak for a brief time and be hidden from most sensors. Allowing her to stalk targets]

[Tertiary Move] Reaper: Wyrd can throw her scythe and can control it without looking as it hones in at the enemy. It can even be deflected once and still hone in. It can also shoot dark energy at enemies from afar for weaker damage.

After what happened to her, Wyrd's abilities have gotten more dangerous, allowing her to act like Death from Castlevania. Wyrd can throw her weapon without even looking, controlling it through the air as it hunts the enemy until it attacks. It can even be deflected it once but then continue to attack one more time, allowing it a second chance to attack. If it hits it will drain 1/3rd damage dealt to restore Wyrd. She can use the move without charging but must wait two turns to recharge (due to her speed).

[Racial Move] Circuits: Overloading all the special pathways in one's body, they can unlock all their limiters for 3 attacks, three attacks, even ability attacks. This leaves them weaked for a few minutes/2 afterwards. (this essenitally lets you do one move 3x without using up a cost)

Marked Bonuses

Level 1: Can communicate with other marked mentally / +1 mind / +1 godhood
Level 2: Has a chance for Lorelei to restore abilities once (dice roll)

Level 3: Lorelei can restore major damage inflicted on the Marked (half HP)

Level 4: Angel Magik 1: User can cast temporary flight for 30 seconds, able to fly up to heights of 20 feet.
Level 5: Lorelei can for two turns negate all damage done to the team. 1 in 3 chance.

Beliefs and Goals


Wyrd's beliefs are kept close to the vest. She puts on a harsh front and seems rather vapid (as in blank or slow - and she might be). She seems to rather scary and being an avatar of death she might be. However if you pick at her she might learn it's a front for a shy girl that likes cute things and just does not know a lot about the world and uses Truth as speaking piece. She also likes Mimi due to the fact she approached her with friendship and food.

 

Background History


At some point, Next Generation Weapons were made by some branch of the government before Cheryl became President. They were based on the original ten Weapons but their capabilities are unknown. It is believed they are the basis of the weapons found in the Tareh Timeline that was adverted. Some of them even have animal forms.
