Quadrant 1: Kumen President

This quadrant is devoted to the Presidental needs and business. Jack Rodriguez is the President of Kumen City and the planet in general; he maintains his grip on power here from the palace on the upper levels. The entire quadrant, all the way down to the slums, has various employees, cyber protection and forces, and equipment designed to maintain the operation of the palace and the city. One of the old spirit shields have been co-opted to protect the palace with tech to make it impossible to enter the palace when turned on.

He is also father to twins - a son named Raul who is pushing to follow in his legacy. Believing that a male is needed to carry the family name, he has all but neglected and ignored his daughter, Isabella. However, Raul is more of a quiet type that would prefer books and to chase girls while Isabella thirsts to look over her father's reports and to get into his business and learn all she can. How much she knows about what is going on is unknown, but she seems to be friendly toward Asarar's team and open to giving information.
