Lesser Spirit Call Max Summons massive amounts of lesser spirits to a location that might not have any so that multiple Summoners can use them. Same limitations as above.

Attack Moves

PSYCHO STRIKE [1 stamina restore]
Psycho Strike (Attack) - Asarar's hands glow with energy and she slams into a person to strike their internal organs, bypassing anything but normal armor's durability. [5 HP damage]
Psycho Strike (Defense) - Asarar's hands glow with energy and she uses her hands to strike attack moves or special moves that come her way, blocking them as long as they are close ranged, or she can intercept them.
Psycho Strike (Misc) - Allows Asarar to break down energy barriers or energy type blockades to continue through, or damage +2 durability to a barrier that can be lockpicked or hacked.

DRUNK CYBER BOXING [2 stamina restore]
D.C. Boxing (Attack) - Asarar is the master of unpredictable movements, especially drunk. Her fighting style allows her to shift about her body and fight hand to hand, or with bladed weapons, so that she can pummel and strike her opponent. Her attack combo is a skilled one that is hard to break except with COUNTERS or moves that can break such [Breaks guards, +5 HP every hit it gets in, continues until stopped or 5 hits] Can be blocked each time if reflexes are 4. Can use Action Points x your reflexes to equal 4
D.C. Boxing (Defense) - Asarar can shift her body about to dodge strikes in the same way she goes on the offensive. If she adds in counters, it makes it harder to hit her. This lasts until either someone sobers her, strikes her with an area effect move, or 5 moves on Asarar's part.

D.C. Boxing (Misc) - Asarar can use this to daze opponents and move about, shattering armor points and disabling them. [-3 Durability to armors]

PURPLE EYES [1 stamina restore]
Purple Eyes (Attack) - Asarar's purple eyes and hair are unusual for humans unless they dye their hair (which is not unusual - check her carpet if you get what I mean), but due to her unusual mods, her eyes can glow purple and fire a single beam at a person, striking them due to the mods she has in them. It leaves her a little dazed and opened to attack for 1 move. [14 HP damage]
Purple Eyes (Defense) - Asarar can use her purple eyes to make a person who is attacking her misjudge their aim twice, thus making their aim go off. They can counter it if they realize it for the second strike, or during it if they have something that alerts them during the first hit.
Purple Eyes (Misc) - Asarar can use her purple eyes to flash a person and if they do not have enough mental fortitude or other defenses, make them forget she was there for 2 turns until she gets away, great for a hacker.

Special Moves


BIOTECT SUMMONER [2 Stamina restore]
Water Splash (Misc) - Asarar calls forth lesser water spirits around her and has them bombard an enemy, as she takes her saber out and slashes them, causing electric damage. [Water Elemental, 6 HP Damage, and 7 HP if Saber hits]
Undine Strike [Misc] Asarar has Undine enter her body and becomes a watery goddess, striking the enemy with her both a watery punch and slash. [Water Elemental, Surrounded by Water For Protection, 7 HP Damage. Water Shield Lasts 10 Turns]
Water Spring [Misc] Asarar uses the spirits to water spring up and get to higher places.


ACCESS [2 Stamina Restore]
Terminal Speak (Misc) - Asarar can interface with terminals easier, allowing her extra bonus points and powers against even Corporate level computer programs that attack. Lasts only a few turns. [5 Turns+]
Biotect Interface (Misc) - Asarar can interface with Biotects and access their databases. She can help upgrade older models with her mods or reprogram them provided they do not fight too hard. Action Points might be needed. Lasts 3 Turns. [3 Turns+]
Interface Shield (Misc) - Asarar can form a shield temporarily while hacking to protect herself. [Shield can take 3 hits, lasts 15 Turns+]

Beliefs and Goals


Asarar Cypher has little beliefs outside that what comes around goes around, since it is the only thing that keeps her sane. Due to whatever happened to her in the past, she wants to get back at those in the lofty perches in the Noble Districts and thus has formed a Tech-Runnergroup with her partner, using what coins were with to form Cypher to do so. Her goal to learn more about about herself, while hopefully striking back however she can - at their money.

 

Background History


Asarar Cypher is not her real name, and she freely admits this. Outside remembering the name Asarar, she was found naked in the toxicity rain of the Quad 5's slums, in an alley, by (Jackie's character) with coins spilled all about her. With nothing on but gloves, Asarar was helped to a near by clinic where she found that her memory was scattered and corrupted, as if someone damaged it, and that she seemed to have the ability to accept Tech like a Tech-Runner.

After a few weeks of recovering, she spent her time wandering the Slums, pondering what to do, feelng an aching hole and flashes of memory and came cross the old run down Theater and felt an affinify to it. Seeking out the woman that helped her out, she asked if she wanted a job helping her renovate the place, then teaming up as a group of Runners, since Tech-Runner Groups had higher chances of success. Naturally, despite the suspicions, Asarar had little to offer in background with a corrupted memory but the two agreed and used Asarar's coin to begin renonvating the place, and when that ran out, ran some jobs.

Over the next two months, they turned the old theater into Radio City and made it a front for their group. Asarar, not having a name besides the one she vaguely remembered, took on the last name Asarar Cypher. From there, Asarar realized they would need more than the two of them to do what she needed. Still having flashes of the noble district and something horrible happening to her, like some cliched game character who could not remember their past, she began to take to drinking alcohol and finding herself having black outs at various times.

Whatever mods were installed, clearly someone did something to her, and then left her for dead; or perhaps she had tried to escape. And so, the two worked together and began to bring in a group of specialists with varying skills. All the while Asarar hoping she could drown the pain and memories that kept bubbling up in her head.

Recently, Asarar learned she was a Biotect built to summon spirits and during the battle, her consciousness began to split into two. In the end, she had to turn to the President of Kumen to build herself an exact body to house the growing consciousness. She took the new body, a biotect body with short hair, while Cypher, her "sister", took the more human body that was provided.
