Fae Strike Lv. Max [3] The Fae Monk is able use the art of the Fae and the art of the Monk to palm strike an opponent and try to explode their heart and instant kill them. This typically only works on weaker enemies that cannot stand up to it, but it's psychological effects are great. Especially since it goes through armor.

Chi-Rush Lv. 1 [2] This uses the chi in a Fae Monk's body to take out the turn wait in one attack/special move again.
Chi Field Lv. Max Your chi field can be used to boost yourself, making yourself faster and those near you. [Players near you get +3 speed for 10 Turns+]
Elemental Buffer Lv. Max Allows you to cast a buffer against the element you are weak against. Neutralizing any magik attack by it. Lasts for three attacks.
Willpower Lv. Max [3] This upgrades your Willpower Stat from 8 to 9 (only if it is 8)

Attack Moves

FAE FIGHTING[2 stamina restore]
FAE STRIKE (Attack) -Cypher's hands glow with chi energy and she slams into a person to strike their internal organs, bypassing most armor. [14 HP damage]
FAE TWIRL (Defense) - Cypher slows things down around her and can bypass most ranged attacks that come her way, twirling around them. This move can add Action Points to dodge. Reflexes will be counted toward [Dodge]
Fae Charge (Misc) - Cypher can charge up and strike someone, giving them 2 Stamina. (but not herself)

FAE ELECTRONICS[2 stamina restore]
FAE SWORD PLAY (Attack) - Cypher can channel her chi energy through her sword and when she swings her blade, it will be quicker, making her a sword attacks come in twice as fast like a butterfly [10 HP x 2, can be blocked each time if reflexes are 4. Can use Action Points x your reflexes to equal 4]
FAE SHIELD (Defense) - Cypher summons electronic shields to form around her to protect her. [3 Durability]

FAE ELECTRONICS (Misc) - Cypher uses her chi to interact with electornics, sometimes able to get into computer systems without having to hack into them [Has players guess between 1 and 3]

COMBAT[1 stamina restore]
Combo (Attack) - Cypher uses her street smarts and goes to punch and kick, throwing a mean left and right punch against an enemy, following by her sword slash. [7 HP x2, then 10 HP] Can be blocked each time if reflexes are 4. Can use Action Points x your reflexes to equal 4]
Sword (Defense) - Cypher uses her sword to deflect and block melee weapon as, as well as ranged blasts. Can leave her disoriented depending on the strength of the attack. [Block]
Purple Eyes (Misc) - Asarar can use her purple eyes to flash a person and if they do not have enough mental fortitude or other defenses, make them forget she was there for 2 turns until she gets away, great for a hacker.

Special Moves


Mana[1 Stamina restore]
Mana (Misc) - Unlike Asarar, Cypher's abilities have manifested in mana. She can use her abilities to blast with magic, striking an enemy backwards with a water blast. [3 HP]
Mana Enhancement (Misc) - Using water magic, Cypher can slip and slide around attacks [1 Special Move Dodge, or 3 Normal Attacks Dodged]
Leg Spring (Misc) - Using water sprouts, Cypher can leap over attacks and dodge them. [Double Jump 5x.]


ACCESS [2 Stamina Restore]
Terminal Speak (Misc) - Cypher can interface with terminals easier, allowing her extra bonus points and powers against even Corporate level computer programs that attack. Lasts only a few turns. [5 Turns+]
Biotect Interface (Misc) - Cypher can interface with Biotects and access their databases. She can help upgrade older models with her mods or reprogram them provided they do not fight too hard. Action Points might be needed. Lasts 3 Turns. [3 Turns+]
Interface Shield (Misc) - Cypher can form a shield temporarily while hacking to protect herself. [Shield can take 3 hits, lasts 15 Turns+]

Beliefs and Goals


Cypher has little beliefs outside that what comes around goes around, since it is the only thing that keeps her sane. Due to whatever happened to her in the past, she wants to get back at those in the lofty perches in the Noble Districts and thus has formed a Tech-Runnergroup with her partner, using what coins were with to form Cypher to do so. Her goal to learn more about about herself, while hopefully striking back however she can - at their money.

 

Background History


Asarar Cypher is not her real name, and she freely admits this. Outside remembering the name Asarar, she was found naked in the toxicity rain of the Quad 5's slums, in an alley, by (Jackie's character) with coins spilled all about her. With nothing on but gloves, Asarar was helped to a near by clinic where she found that her memory was scattered and corrupted, as if someone damaged it, and that she seemed to have the ability to accept Tech like a Tech-Runner.

After a few weeks of recovering, she spent her time wandering the Slums, pondering what to do, feelng an aching hole and flashes of memory and came cross the old run down Theater and felt an affinify to it. Seeking out the woman that helped her out, she asked if she wanted a job helping her renovate the place, then teaming up as a group of Runners, since Tech-Runner Groups had higher chances of success. Naturally, despite the suspicions, Asarar had little to offer in background with a corrupted memory but the two agreed and used Asarar's coin to begin renonvating the place, and when that ran out, ran some jobs.

Over the next two months, they turned the old theater into Radio City and made it a front for their group. Asarar, not having a name besides the one she vaguely remembered, took on the last name Asarar Cypher. From there, Asarar realized they would need more than the two of them to do what she needed. Still having flashes of the noble district and something horrible happening to her, like some cliched game character who could not remember their past, she began to take to drinking alcohol and finding herself having black outs at various times.

When Asarar began to have split personalities, she went to the President and was split into two. Cypher was the result. While Asarar was attached to Kira, Cypher was drawn to Chelsea. Remaining in the long haired body, Cypher does not have all the computer tech that Asarar does, nor the summoning abilities, leaving her wondering what she can provide.
