If you have 7 special, then you can spend all 7 points to use your Race's special 7th move, or you can use a few points to weaker moves and lose access to the 7th move. (3 Special gives you a 3 Special Move, then you can do a 3 Special move again to reuse it, or just use 7 one level moves). Stamina restores the Special Stat.

Siren Heal Lv. Max [3] This allows the Siren to heal themselves. [7 HP]

Animal Talk Lv. 1 This allows you to speak with animals. Just ordinary animals. They might give you clues into what is going on with the world around you. This even works on synthetic animals on Kumen. And I'm certain they need a lot of chitchat.
Animal Talk Lv Max This lets you speak in animal tongue to call out to animals and bring them to you, so that you can ask them questions easier without having to find one.

Monster Buddy Lv. Max [3] This allows you to keep one monster/monster type ally with you once every other session, much like the Beastmaster. However, if they are injured you cannot use them again for 5 sessions. [Permenant, Monster Ally Every Other Session]

Fauna/Werebeast Relaxer Lv. 1 [2] This helps you, in conversation, make Werebeast and Fauna more relaxed around you so they open up and give you more information. This can be countered by some characters, like player characters, with their own Charisma Point or mods.
Fauna/Werebeast Relaxer Lv. Max [2] This helps you, in conversation, make Werebeast and Fauna more relaxed around you so they might give you vital information for whatever job they might be working on. This can be countered by some characters, like player characters, with their own Charisma Point or mods.

Aurit Relaxer Lv. Max [3] This can have the same affect on Aurit as Fauna/Werebeast.

Siren Enchantment Lv. 1 The Siren can enchant a weapon with an elemental power of their choice. Fire, Wind, Earth, Water. [Elemental Weapon, 2 Turns- Casting Time]

Beliefs and Goals


Beliefs: I believe in making a good image for Daemons and Lilins especially, showing how far we have come and introducing us to more people..

Goals: To help spread Daemon relations to Kumen and make things better between us and Geyze. And to show and introduce new relations for Lilins and Daemons for the Empress.

Relatives: Many sisters.

 

Background History


Ortora is a virgin Lilin that grew up in a famous family of Lilins, though you wouldn't know that by looking at her false name. She watched many Lilins give bad name to her people, going around and joining sex clubs and becoming whores for the various races, and decided that she would do something about it, leading her people back to their old ways. Also, watching the declining relations between Kumen and Geyze, she spoke with the Empress and received her blessing to travel to Kumen and try to change relations from within. However, with no coin and no experience living among the corrupted world of Kumen, she quickly fell to the bottom slums area and was barely rescued from starvation and being raped by the Cypher group.

Now she works with them while trying to accomplish her goals. She keeps an eye on the group, hoping that they can be the ones that might change Kumen for the better, or at least lead her to the ones that might can do it.
