Mental Fortitude Lv. 1 This allows you to teach your mind to protect against mental probes. This works against one probe. The person probing will know you are stopping them.
Mental Fortitude Lv. 2 This allows you to teach your mind to protect against mental probes. This works against two probes. The person probing will know you are stopping them if they spend an Action Point along with Mind.
Mental Fortitude Lv. Max This allows you to teach your mind to protect against mental probes or scans. You can spend a Mind Point to stop a probe or scan, or make them see what you want to see. Works better with an Action Point.

Attack Moves

Aura of Force [23stamina restore]
[ATTACK] Ceilia fires a bolt that flies much like a bullet or an arrow out, which pierces shielding somewhat, but doesn't deal much damage. [Ignores Shield Durability, Deals 7 HP Damage]
[DEFENSE] Ceilia creates a force shield, much like a real shield, that can deflect magic and psychic attacks easily, but doesn't do well against physical attacks like bullets, swords, or even a simple punch. [+7 Durability Magic / Psychic]
[MISC] Ceilia can create a small bubble that creates pockets of whatever kind of air or liquid was inside them at the time.

Gales of Wind [1 stamina restore]
[ATTACK] Ceilia blows a cone of wind out at enemies, knocking them back. She can concentrate it on one enemy instead to send them flying. [Knock Back]
[DEFENSE] Ceilia creates small torrents of wind immediately in front of her, making physical attacks hard to connect, but magic and psychic abilities tear through it like paper. [Wind Block, Lasts 7 Turns+]
[MISC] Ceilia can use winds to pull or push objects as well.

Font of Time [2 stamina restore]
[ATTACK] Ceilia manipulates time to slightly slow down an attacker. [-2 Speed for 5 Turns+]
[DEFENSE] Ceilia manipulates time slightly faster for herself or someone else, allowing them to dodge or attack with more ease. [+2 Speed for 5 Turns+]
[MISC] Ceilia can hold a physical projectile such as a bullet or arrow in midair for a split second, allowing for more time to react to it. [Allows for increased reaction time, giving 1 Counter Point to 2 Action Points]

[MISC] Ceilia buffs up a character's increases another's strength. [+3 Strength for +10 Turns]
[MISC] Ceilia raises a character's (other than herself) health. [+3 Health for +10 Turns]
[MISC] A character's Endurance (other than herself) is raised beyond their normal limits, making them magically hardier. [+2 Endurance, giving them more item spae for +15 Turns]

Owl's Insight [1 stamina restore]
[MISC] Ceilia buffs a character's (other than herself) Mind beyond their normal limits. [+3 Mind for +10 Turns]
[MISC] Ceilia buffs a character's (other than herself) Charisma beyond their normal limits. [+3 Charisma for +10 Turns]
[MISC] Ceilia can allow a character (other than herself) to shake free of a domination or other sort of charm-like effect.

Down With the Sickness [2 stamina restore]
[MISC] One enemy suffers from a debilitating headache, making magical and psychic abilities weaker. [Weakens attack/special moves by 1/4th for 5 Turns+]
[MISC] One enemy feels nauseous and awful, making their physical attacks weaker. [Weakens attack moves by 1/2th for 5 Turns+]
[MISC] One enemy gets weak in the knees, causing their movement to slow down. [-3 Speed for 5 Turns+]

Beliefs and Goals


To keep her sister safe, both from others and herself. To unlock secrets of magic that help others, while keeping those secrets from her enemies.

 

Background History


Ceilia was born to a well-off family along with her twin sister. Much like Alita, she also found a home in books, but unlike her she managed to also keep her head out of the clouds. As a result, she worries about her sister dearly and constantly keeps an eye out on her. Ceilia tries to keep her Lilin tendencies in check, and sometimes is even ashamed of them, especially when they come out in full force without her noticing.


When Alita went to the Academy, Ceilia came with. Mostly because her thirst for magic was great, but also because she can't help but look after her sister. There she became obsessed with magic to make people temporarially better than themselves, and has dived deep into those studies. However, she hates fighting and stays in the backlines as much as possible, helping people with her magical boosts and engaging directly as little as possible.


Unlike Alita, Ceilia is much into the politics of the Academy, but only as a way to protect her sister. She figures if she's involved, it's that much less attention towards her sister. However much like her, she hasn't made many friends like this, preferring to stay distant to all but her family.
